According to the invention, the distance between the contact surface (5') and the counter contact surface (6') can be adjusted by means of an adjusting element (7, 8, 9). Furthermore, the limbs (2, 2') and the central element (1) are made of plastic, and a region of the central element (1) from which the guide elements (31, 32, 33) originate and which extends at least over the region between the guide elements (31, 32, 33) has either a metal plate (38) or an exchangeable sacrificial plate (38).
