The frame may comprise first, second and third discrete sections configured to enclose the first and second sides and top respectively. The lifting means may be provided on the first and second sections. The third section may be configured to hold the first and second sections in position. The packaging may comprise an outer packaging configured to enclose the frame. Also, a method of lifting the frame using the lifting means.
