    Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD



    [0001] This disclosure generally relates to a roof apparatus according to the preamble of claim 1. More specifically, this disclosure
    pertains to the roof apparatus, which is configured so as to open and close a movable panel provided at an opening portion of a roof panel of a vehicle and which includes a tilt-up mode and a slide-mode as opening and closing operation modes.

    [0002] Such an apparatus is known from DE 3816977 A.

    BACKGROUND DISCUSSION



    [0003] Disclosed in JP2005-162063A is a further example of a known roof apparatus. Generally, the roof apparatus including the sun roof apparatus disclosed in JP2005-162063A includes a guide rail, which is fixed on a roof panel of a vehicle and extends in a front-rear direction of the vehicle, and a drive shoe, which is provided on the guide rail while allowing the drive shoe to be movable on the guide rail in the front-rear direction. In a case where the drive shoe is moved in the front-rear direction via a belt, which is driven by a motor, a movable panel is operated to open and close an opening of the roof panel via a link mechanism.

    [0004] According to the sun roof apparatus disclosed in JP2005-162063A, a guide block is provided at a front portion of a guide rail. A movable panel is supported by a functional bracket, which extends in a front-rear direction of a vehicle. A guide pin is provided at a front end portion of the functional bracket so as to protrude therefrom in a vehicle width direction. The guide pin is inserted into a guide groove, which is formed on the guide block. The guide groove is formed so that a front end portion thereof extends in the front-rear direction, an intermediate portion thereof inclines in a diagonally upward direction towards a rear of the vehicle and a rear end portion thereof extends in the front-rear direction. In a case where the sun roof apparatus is in a fully-closed state and in a case where the sun roof apparatus is in a tilt-up mode, the guide pin is located at the front end portion of the guide groove. Accordingly, the functional block is rotatably supported at the front end portion of the guide groove while not being allowed to be displaced in an up-and-down direction.

    [0005] Furthermore, the sun roof apparatus disclosed in JP2005-162063A is provided with a front check block, which is configured so as to rearwardly displace (i.e. slide) the functional bracket together with a front shoe as a unit in a case where a displacement of the front shoe (i.e. a drive shoe) in a rearward direction becomes equal to or more than a predetermined amount (i.e. a predetermined displacement). The front check block includes a guide pin, which is configured so that a rotational axis thereof corresponds to a rotational axis of the guide pin of the functional bracket, at a front end portion of the front check block, so that the front check block is allowed to be rotatable about the guide

    [0006] Until the displacement of the front shoe in the rearward direction becomes equal to or greater than the predetermined amount, the front check block remains in a state where the front check block is pressed down by an engagement pin of the front shoe. Therefore, in this case, a displacement of the front check block in an upward direction is restricted. Accordingly, the functional bracket is allowed to be rotatable only about the guide pin provided thereat (i.e. a tilt-up mode).

    [0007] On the other hand, in a case where the displacement of the front shoe in the rearward direction becomes equal to or greater than the predetermined amount, the restriction on the front check block by means of the engagement pin is released and the engagement pin engages with an engagement groove of the front check block, so that the front check block and the front shoe are connected as a unit. Accordingly, the functional bracket is allowed to be movable in the rearward direction in response to the displacement of the front shoe in the rearward direction (i.e. a slide mode).

    [0008] However, a configuration of the sun roof apparatus disclosed in JP2005-162063A is complicated. Furthermore, while the movable panel is in the fully-closed state, the functional bracket is restricted so as not to be displaced in the up-and-down direction (i.e. in a vertical direction) by the guide pin provided at the front end portion of the functional bracket and the engagement pin of the front shoe connected to the functional bracket (i.e. at two points). However, in this case, because slight clearances are formed between the guide groove and the guide pin, and between the engagement pin and the front check block, and because a distance between the guide pin and the engagement pin is relatively short, a backlash of the entire functional bracket in the vertical direction may not be sufficiently controlled.

    [0009] A need thus exists for a roof apparatus that is formed to accurately avoid a backlash of a movable panel in a vertical direction while the roof apparatus is in a fully-closed state with a simple configuration.

    SUMMARY



    [0010] According to an aspect of this disclosure, a roof apparatus, which is configured so as to open and close a movable panel provided at an opening portion of a roof panel of a vehicle and which includes a tilt-up mode and a slide mode as opening and closing operation modes, the roof apparatus includes a guide rail fixed at the roof panel and extending in a front-rear direction of the vehicle, a drive shoe driven so as to move along the guide rail in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, a functional bracket supporting the movable panel, a front link member connected at a front portion of the functional bracket so as to be rotatable relative to the functional bracket and including a connecting portion rotatably connected at the front portion of the functional bracket, an engagement portion, which is located rearwardly of the connecting portion in the front-rear direction of the vehicle and is engaged with the drive shoe so as to be rotatable relative to the drive shoe, and a supporting portion, which is located forwardly of the engagement portion and is supported by the guide rail so as to be rotatable relative to the guide rail, and a lifting mechanism connected at a rear portion of the functional bracket and configured so as to lift the rear portion of the functional bracket in response to a movement of the drive shoe, wherein the guide rail is provided with a first guide portion, which is configured so as to guide the supporting portion to be displaced in response to an opening and closing operation of the movable panel and is closely located upwardly and downwardly of the supporting portion of the front link member in a vertical direction while the movable panel is in a fully-closed state, and the drive shoe is provided with a second guide portion, which is configured so as to guide the engagement portion to be displaced in response to the opening and closing operation of the movable panel and is closely located upwardly and downwardly of the engagement portion of the front link member in the vertical direction while the movable panel is in the fully-closed state.

    [0011] Accordingly, the roof apparatus, which controls a backlash of the movable panel in the vertical direction while the movable panel is in the fully-closed state, may be achieved with simpler configuration.

    [0012] In a case where the drive shoe is rearwardly displaced from the fully-closed state, the rear portion of the functional bracket is lifted up by an operation of the lifting mechanism in response to a rearward movement of the drive shoe, while, the front link member is rotated about the supporting portion in a manner that the engagement portion of the front link member is guided by the second guide portion of the drive shoe. Accordingly, the front portion of the functional bracket is rotated at a position where the functional bracket remains while the roof apparatus is in the fully-closed state. In other words, the movable panel is opened in accordance with a tilt-up mode. At least while the movable panel is in the fully-closed state, the first guide portion is closely located upwardly and downwardly of the supporting portion of the front link member, or the first guide portion contacts upper and lower portions of the supporting portion of the front link member. Therefore, the supporting portion is supported by the first guide portion, so that the supporting portion is controlled so as not to be displaced in an up-and-down direction.

    [0013] In a case where the drive shoe is further rearwardly displaced from a state where the tilt-up operation is competed, the engagement portion of the front link member is guided by the second guide portion of the drive shoe and the supporting portion of the front link member is guided by the first guide portion in response to a rearward movement of the drive shoe, so that the front portion of the functional bracket is lifted up. Accordingly, the movable panel is turned to be in a state where the movable panel extends along the roof panel in the front-rear direction, in other words, a so-called pop-up operation is completed.

    [0014] Then, in a case where the drive shoe is further rearwardly displaced from a state where the pop-up operation is completed, the movable panel is rearwardly slid in response to the rearward movement of the drive shoe (i.e. the slide mode). Accordingly, the front link member, which supports the functional bracket, is controlled so as not to be displaced in the vertical direction by the first guide portion being in conjunction with the supporting portion. Furthermore, the front link member is controlled so as not to be displaced in an upward direction and in a downward direction in the vertical direction by the second guide portion, which is provided at the drive shoe and which is in conjunction with the engagement portion located rearwardly of the supporting portion. The longer the distance between the supporting portion and the engagement portion is set, the more the backlash of the entire functional bracket in the vertical direction may be reduced. Therefore, the backlash of the movable panel in the vehicle direction while being in the fully-closed state may be appropriately avoided with a simple configuration of the rood apparatus.

    [0015] According to a further aspect of this disclosure, the roof apparatus further includes a weather strip at an opening edge portion of the roof panel or an edge portion of the movable panel, wherein the connecting portion of the front link member is located between a front edge portion of the movable panel and the supporting portion in the front-rear direction of the vehicle and between the front edge portion of the movable panel and the supporting portion in the vertical direction while a tilt-up operation is carried out.

    [0016] Accordingly, while the tilt-up operation is carried out, the movable panel is rotated about the connecting portion of the front link member. Therefore, for example, in a case where the weather strip is provided at the opening edge portion of the roof panel, the weather strip, which is located forwardly of a front edge portion of the movable panel, is fowawardly pressured while downwardly pressured by the front edge portion of the movable panel while the movable panel is rotated. Furthermore, in a case where the weather strip is provided at the edge portion of the movable panel, the weather strip, which is provided at the front edge portion of the movable panel, is rearwardly pressured while upwardly pressed by the opening edge portion of the roof panel, which is located forwardly of the weather strip, while the movable panel is rotated. Generally, in a case where the weather strip is repeatedly pressed with a large pressing force applied thereto, a deterioration of the weather strip is likely to advance. Furthermore, in order to avoid progression of the deterioration of the weather strip, the opening edge portion of the roof panel may be rearranged so as to be located further forwardly.

    [0017] On the other hand, according to the roof apparatus of this disclosure, because the connecting portion of the front link member is located between the front edge portion of the movable panel and the supporting portion in the front-rear direction of the vehicle and in the vertical direction, a rotation radius of the front edge portion of the movable panel centering on the connecting portion may be appropriately reduced. Accordingly, a pressing amount of the weather strip by the front edge portion or the opening edge portion of the roof panel may be appropriately avoided from being increased. Therefore, the drawback caused due to an increase of the pressing force applied to the weather strip may be appropriately controlled.

    [0018] According to a further aspect of this disclosure, the supporting portion is formed so as to protrude from a main body of the front link member in a vehicle width direction, the first guide portion includes a first support surface and a second support surface, which face each other while keeping a distance therebetween in the vertical direction and which extend in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the supporting portion is located between the first and second support surfaces while the movable panel is in the fully-closed state.

    [0019] According to a further aspect of this disclosure, the engagement portion is formed so as to protrude from the main body of the front link member in the vehicle width direction, the second guide portion includes a groove portion, which is formed at a main body of the drive shoe and which extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the engagement portion is located within the groove portion while the movable panel is in the fully-closed state.

    [0020] According to a further aspect of this disclosure, the front link member includes a restriction protruding portion, which protrudes from the main body of the front link member in the vehicle width direction and the guide rail includes a rear restriction surface, which is configured so as to restrict a rearward movement of the front link member in a manner that the restriction protruding portion contacts the rear restriction surface while the movable panel is in the fully-closed state.

    [0021] Accordingly, while the movable panel is in the fully-closed state, the restriction protruding portion contacts the rear restriction surface, which is formed at the guide rail, so that the front link member is appropriately avoided from being displaced in a rearward direction.

    [0022] According to a further aspect of this disclosure the first guide portion includes a front restriction surface, which is configured so as to restrict a movement of the front link member in a forward direction of the vehicle in a manner that the supporting portion of the front link member contacts the restriction surface while the movable panel is in the fully-closed state.

    [0023] Accordingly, while the movable panel is in the fully-closed state, the supporting portion of the front link member contacts the front restriction surface, which is provided at the first guide portion, so that the front link member is appropriately avoided from being displaced in a forward direction. Furthermore, while the movable panel is in the fully-closed state, the backlash of the functional bracket in the front-rear direction may be further reduced.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION


    [First embodiment]



    [0025] An embodiment of a roof apparatus, which is adapted as a sun roof apparatus 10 mounted on a vehicle, will be described below with reference to Figs. 1 to 12.

    [0026] In this disclosure, a front-rear direction of the vehicle is also referred to simply as a "front-rear direction". An upper direction (up) in a vertical direction is also referred to simply as "up (upward)". A downward direction (down) in the vertical direction is also referred to simply as "down (downward)". Additionally, a side (an aspect) positioned closer to a center of the sun roof apparatus 10 in a vehicle width direction is also referred to as "inward (in)". On the other hand, a side (an aspect) positioned so as to be distanced away from the center of the sun roof apparatus 10 in the vehicle direction is also referred to as "outward (out)".

    [0027] Illustrated in Fig. 1A is a schematic perspective view of a vehicle roof, on which the sun roof apparatus 10 is mounted, while the sun roof apparatus 10 is in a closed state. On the other hand, illustrated in Fig. 1B is a schematic perspective view of the vehicle roof, on which the sun roof apparatus 10 is mounted, while the sun roof apparatus 10 is in a fully-opened state.

    [0028] As illustrated in Figs. 1A and 1B, an opening portion 2 is formed on a roof panel 1 defining the vehicle roof. A movable panel 12 and a fixing panel 13 are provided at the opening portion 2 in the above-mentioned order in the front-rear direction so that the movable panel 12 is arranged in front of the fixing panel 13 (so that the movable panel 12 is arranged at a position closer to a front portion of the vehicle relative to the fixing panel 13). Each of the movable panel 12 and the fixing panel 13 is made of, for example, a light transmissive glass. The movable panel 12 and the fixing panel 13 close the opening portion 2 from above while the sun roof apparatus 10 is in the closed state.

    [0029] The movable panel 12 is provided at the opening portion 2 of the roof panel 1 while allowing the movable panel 12 to be tilted up and slidable in the front-rear direction. According to the sun roof apparatus 10 in this embodiment, a so-called outer slide system, where the movable panel 12 is slid while being tilted up, is adapted.

    [0030] The fixing panel 13 is fixed on the roof panel 1 in order to maintain a state where a portion of the opening portion 2 corresponding to the arrangement position of the fixing panel 13 is closed. A mechanism for opening and closing the movable panel 12 will be described below with reference to Figs. 2 to 12.

    [0031] Illustrated in Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional diagram of a configuration of the sun roof apparatus 10 centering on the fixing panel 13 while being in the fully-closed state when being viewed in the vehicle width direction.     [0032] Additionally, because the sun roof apparatus 10 is essentially formed to be symmetric, the configuration of the sun roof apparatus 10 will be described below with a right side portion of the sun roof apparatus 10 as an example.

    [0033] As illustrated in Fig. 2, the roof panel 1 includes a panel main body 1a and a flange portion 1b. The panel main body 1a defines an upper surface of the vehicle roof. The flange portion 1 b downwardly extends from a rear end portion of the panel main body 1 a so as to form an opening edge portion of the roof panel 1. A weather strip 90 is provided at the flange portion 1 b in order to seal a clearance formed between a side surface of the flange portion 1 b (i.e. a side surface of the flange portion 1 b facing the right in Fig. 2) and a front edge portion 12a of the movable panel 12.

    [0034] A guide rail 20, which is formed to extend in the front-rear direction, is fixed on the movable panel 12 so as to be located below the movable panel 12. A front guide member 30 is attached at a front portion of a bottom portion 21 of the guide rail 20. Furthermore, a drive shoe 40 is provided at the guide rail 20 so as to be positioned behind the front guide member 30 while allowing the drive shoe 40 to be movable in the front-rear direction along the guide rail 20. Still further, a front link member 50 and a rear link member 60 are supported by the guide rail 20 while allowing the front link member 50 and the rear link member 60 to be slidable along the guide rail 20. A functional bracket 70, which supports the movable panel 12, is connected to the front link member 50 and the rear link member 60 while being positioned above the front link member 50 and the rear link member 60 in an up-and-down direction.

    [0035] The front guide member 30 includes a front groove portion 32, an inclined groove portion 34 and a rear groove portion 36. The front groove portion 32 is formed so as to extend in the front-rear direction. The inclined groove portion 34 continuously extends from a rear end portion of the front groove portion 32 and extends in a diagonally rearward and upward direction. The rear groove portion 36 continuously extends from a rear end portion of the inclined groove portion 34 and extends in the front-rear direction. The successive groove including the front groove portion 32, the inclined groove portion 34 and the rear groove portion 36 is defined by an upper support surface 30a (i.e. a first support surface), a lower support surface 30b (i.e. a second support surface), which is located below the upper support surface 30a, and a front restriction surface 30c, which connects a front end portion of the upper support surface 30a and a front end portion of the lower support surface 30b. The front groove portion 32 is located downwardly of the bottom portion 21, which is located at the lowermost position of the guide rail 20. Furthermore, a front end portion of the front groove portion 32 is closed by the front restriction surface 30c. The rear groove portion 36 is located upwardly of the bottom portion 21. Furthermore, a rear end portion of the rear groove portion 36 is opened (is not closed).

    [0036] The drive shoe 40 includes a shoe main body 42 (i.e. a main body of the drive shoe 40) and two grooves (a first groove portion 44 and a second groove portion 46. The shoe main body 42 is formed in a flat plate shape extending in the front-rear direction. The first groove portion 44 and the second groove portion 46 are formed on an inner side surface of the shoe main body 42 so as to extend in the front-rear direction. Additionally, a belt 100, which is driven by an electric motor so as to be moved in the front-rear direction, is connected to the shoe main body 42.

    [0037] The first groove portion 44 includes a rear groove 44a and a front groove 44b. The rear groove 44a is formed to extend in the front-rear direction. The front groove 44b continuously extends from a front end portion of the rear groove 44a and extends in a diagonally forward and upward direction. A rear end portion of the rear groove 44a and a front end portion of the front groove 44b are both closed.

    [0038] The second groove portion 46 is formed on the shoe main body 42 so as to be located rearwardly of the first groove portion 44 and so as to be independently of and separately from the first groove portion 44. The intermediate longitudinal grove 46c continuously extends from a front end portion of the inclined rear groove 46b and extends in the front-rear direction. The inclined front groove 46d continuously extends from a front end portion of the intermediate longitudinal groove 46c and extends in the diagonally forward and upward direction. The front longitudinal groove 46e continuously extends from a front end portion of the inclined front groove 46d and extends in the front-rear direction. A rear end portion of the rear longitudinal groove 46a and a front end portion of the front longitudinal groove 46e are both closed.

    [0039] The front link member 50 is formed in a substantially flat plate shape. More specifically, the front link member 50 is formed to have a triangular shape when being viewed from a side thereof. While the sun roof apparatus 10 is in the fully-closed state, a link member main body 51 (i.e. a main body of the front link member 50) is turned to be in a state where a portion of the link member main body 51 corresponding to a longitudinal side thereof extends in the front-rear direction.

    [0040] The front link member 50 mainly includes a link member front portion 51 a, at which a front connecting pin 52 (i.e. a connecting portion) is provided, a link member main body portion 51 b, at which a front engagement pin 54 (i.e. an engagement portion), a front support pin 56 (i.e. a supporting portion) and a restriction pin 58 are provided, and a link member connecting portion connecting the link member front portion 51 a and the link member main body portion 51 b.

Furthermore, the front connecting pin 52 is connected to a front rotating portion 72, which is formed at a front end portion of the functional bracket 70, while allowing the front connecting pin 52 to be relatively rotatable.

    [0042] The front engagement pin 54 is provided at the link member main body 51 so as to be positioned in the vicinity of an apex located in the rearmost position among three apexes of the front link member 50 and so as to protrude in the vehicle width direction from the side surface of the link member main body portion 51 b. The front engagement pin 54 is inserted into the first groove portion 44 of the drive shoe 40 while allowing the front engagement pin 54 to be slidably movable within the first groove portion 44, so that the front link member 50 is rotatable relative to the drive shoe 40. While the sun roof apparatus 10 is in the fully-closed state, the front engagement pin 54 is located within the rear groove 44a, more specifically, at the rear end portion of the rear groove 44a.

    [0043] The front support pin 56 is arranged between the front connecting pin 52 and the front engagement pin 54 in the front-rear direction. Furthermore, the front support pin 56 is provided in the vicinity of an apex of the front link member 50 located downwardly of the front connecting pin 52 and the front engagement pin 54 so as to protrude from the side surface of the link member main body portion 51b in the vehicle width direction. The front support pin 56 is inserted into the front guide member 30. In other words, the front support pin 56 is rotatably supported by the front guide member 30. While the sun roof apparatus 10 is in the fully-closed state, the front support pin 56 is located within the front groove portion 32, more specifically, at the front end portion of the front groove portion 32.

    Claims

    1. A roof apparatus (10), which is configured so as to open and close a movable panel (12) provided at an opening portion (2) of a roof panel (1) of a vehicle and which includes a tilt-up mode and a slide mode as opening and closing operation modes, the roof apparatus (10) comprising:

    a guide rail (20) fixable at the roof panel (1) so as to extend in a front-rear direction of the vehicle;

    a drive shoe (40) driven so as to move along the guide rail (20) in the front-rear direction of the vehicle;

    a functional bracket (70) supporting the movable panel (12);

    a front link member (50) connected at a front portion of the functional bracket (70) so as to be rotatable relative to the functional bracket (70) and including a connecting portion (52) rotatably connected at the front portion of the functional bracket (70), an engagement portion (54), which is located rearwardly of the connecting portion (52) in the front-rear direction of the vehicle and is engaged with the drive shoe (40) so as to be rotatable relative to the drive shoe (40), and a supporting portion (56), which is located forwardly of the engagement portion (54) and is supported by the guide rail (20) so as to be rotatable relative to the guide rail (20); and

    a lifting mechanism (60, 26, 46) connected at a rear portion of the functional bracket (70) and configured so as to lift the rear portion of the functional bracket in response to a movement of the drive shoe (40), wherein

    the guide rail (20) is provided with a first guide portion (30), which is configured so as to guide the supporting portion (56) to be displaced in response to an opening and closing operation of the movable panel (12),

    characterised in that

    the first guide portion is closely located upwardly and downwardly of the supporting portion (56) of the front link member (50) in a vertical direction such that the supporting portion (56) is upwardly and downwardly supported by the first guide portion (30) in the vertical direction so that the supporting portion (56) is controlled so as not to be displaced in an up-and-down direction while the movable panel (12) is in a fully-closed state; and in that

    the drive shoe (40) is provided with a second guide portion (44), which is configured so as to guide the engagement portion (54) to be displaced in response to the opening and closing operation of the movable panel (12) and is closely located upwardly and downwardly of the engagement portion (54) of the front link member (50) in the vertical direction while the movable panel (12) is in the fully-closed state.


     
    2. The roof apparatus (10) according to Claim 1 further comprising a weather strip (90) to be arranged at an opening edge portion (1 b) of the roof panel (1) or an edge portion of the movable panel (1), wherein the connecting portion (52) of the front link member (50) is located between a front edge portion of the movable panel (12) and the supporting portion (56) in the front-rear direction of the vehicle and between the front edge portion of the movable panel (12) and the supporting portion (56) in the vertical direction while a tilt-up operation is carried out.
     
    3. The roof apparatus (10) according to Claim 1 or Claim 2, wherein the supporting portion (56) is formed so as to protrude from a main body (51) of the front link member (50) in a vehicle width direction, the first guide portion (30) includes a first support surface (30a) and a second support surface (30b), which face each other while keeping a distance therebetween in the vertical direction and which extend in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the supporting portion (56) is located between the first and second support surfaces (30a, 30b) while the movable panel (12) is in the fully-closed state.
     
    4. The roof apparatus (10) according to any one of Claims 1 to 3, wherein the engagement portion (54) is formed so as to protrude from the main body (51) of the front link member (50) in the vehicle width direction, the second guide portion includes a groove portion (44), which is formed at a main body (42) of the drive shoe (40) and which extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and the engagement portion (54) is located within the groove portion (44) while the movable panel (12) is in the fully-closed state.
     
    5. The roof apparatus (10) according to any one of Claims 1 to 4, wherein the front link member (50) includes a restriction protruding portion (58), which protrudes from the main body (51) of the front link member (50) in the vehicle width direction and the guide rail (20) includes a rear restriction surface (80a), which is configured so as to restrict a rearward movement of the front link member (50) in a manner that the restriction protruding portion (58) contacts the rear restriction surface (80a) while the movable panel (12) is in the fully-closed state.
     
    6. The roof apparatus (10) according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, wherein the first guide portion (30) includes a front restriction surface (30c), which is configured so as to restrict a movement of the front link member (50) in a forward direction of the vehicle in a manner that the supporting portion (56) of the front link member (50) contacts the restriction surface (30c) while the movable panel (12) is in the fully-closed state.

    1. Dachvorrichtung (10), die ausgelegt ist, um eine bewegbare Platte (12) zu öffnen und zu schließen, die an einem Öffnungsabschnitt (2) einer Dachplatte (1) eines Fahrzeugs bereitgestellt ist, und die einen Aufkippzustand und einen Gleitzustand als Öffnungs- und Schließbetriebszustände aufweist, mit:

    einer Führungsschiene (20), die an der Dachplatte (1) fixierbar ist, um sich in einer Vorder-Hinter-Richtung des Fahrzeugs zu erstrecken;

    einem Antriebsschuh (40), der angetrieben wird, um sich entlang der Führungsschiene (20) in der Vorder-Hinter-Richtung des Fahrzeugs zu bewegen;

    einer Funktionalklammer (70), die die bewegbare Platte (12) stützt;

    einem Vorderverbindungselement (50), das an einem Vorderabschnitt der Funktionalklammer (70) angekoppelt ist, um relativ zu der Funktionalklammer (70) rotierbar zu sein, und das einen an dem Vorderabschnitt der Funktionalklammer (70) rotierbar angekoppelten Verbindungsabschnitt (52), einen Eingriffsabschnitt (54), der in der Vorder-Hinter-Richtung des Fahrzeugs hinter dem Verbindungsabschnitt (52) angeordnet ist, und der mit dem Antriebsschuh (40) in Eingriff steht, um relativ zu dem Antriebsschuh (40) rotierbar zu sein, und einen Stützabschnitt (56), der vor dem Eingriffsabschnitt (54) angeordnet ist, und der von der Führungsschiene (20) gestützt ist, um relativ zu der Führungsschiene (40) rotierbar zu sein, beinhaltet; und mit

    einem Anhebmechanismus (60, 26, 46), der an einem Hinterabschnitt der Funktionalklammer (70) angekoppelt ist, und ausgelegt ist, um den Hinterabschnitt der Funktionalklammer (70) als Antwort auf eine Bewegung des Antriebsschuhs (40) anzuheben; wobei

    die Führungsschiene (20) mit einem ersten Führungsabschnitt (30) ausgestattet ist, der ausgelegt ist, um den Stützabschnitt (56) zu führen, dass er als Antwort auf einen Öffnungs- und Schließbetrieb der bewegbaren Platte (12) verschoben wird,

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass

    der erste Führungsabschnitt (30) in einer vertikalen Richtung nach oben und nach unten nahe dem Stützabschnitt (56) des Vorderverbindungselements (50) angeordnet ist, so dass der Stützabschnitt (56) durch den ersten Führungsabschnitt (30) in der vertikalen Richtung nach oben und nach unten gestützt wird, so dass der Stützabschnitt (56) gesteuert wird, dass er nicht in einer Auf- und Abwärtsrichtung verschoben wird, während die bewegbare Platte (12) in einem vollständig geschlossenen Zustand ist, und dadurch, dass

    der Antriebsschuh (40) mit einem zweiten Führungsabschnitt (40) ausgestattet ist, der ausgelegt ist, um den Eingriffsabschnitt (54) zu führen, dass er als Antwort auf den Öffnungs- und Schließbetrieb der bewegbaren Platte (12) verschoben wird, und der in der Vertikalrichtung nach oben und nach unten nahe dem Eingriffsabschnitt (54) des Vorderverbindungselements (50) angeordnet ist, während die bewegbare Platte (12) in dem vollständig geschlossenen Zustand ist.


     
    2. Dachvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, die weiterhin einen Dichtungsstreifen (90) aufweist, der an einem Öffnungskantenabschnitt (1b) der Dachplatte (1) oder an einem Kantenabschnitt der bewegbaren Platte (12) anordenbar ist, wobei der Verbindungsabschnitt (52) des Vorderverbindungselements (50) in der Vorder-Hinter-Richtung des Fahrzeugs zwischen einem Vorderkantenabschnitt der bewegbaren Platte (12) und dem Stützabschnitt (56) und in der vertikalen Richtung zwischen dem Vorderkantenabschnitt der bewegbaren Platte (12) und dem Stützabschnitt (56) angeordnet ist, während ein Anhebbetrieb ausgeführt wird.
     
    3. Dachvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei der Stützabschnitt (56) ausgebildet ist, um von einem Hauptkörper (51) des Vorderverbindungselements (50) in einer Fahrzeugbreitenrichtung hervorzuragen, der erste Führungsabschnitt (30) eine erste Stützfläche (30a) und eine zweite Stützfläche (30b) beinhaltet, die einander gegenüberliegen, während ein Abstand zwischen ihnen in der vertikalen Richtung aufrechterhalten wird, und die sich in der Vorder-Hinter-Richtung des Fahrzeugs erstrecken, und der Stützabschnitt (56) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Stützfläche (30a, 30b) angeordnet ist, während die bewegbare Platte (12) in dem vollständig geschlossenen Zustand ist.
     
    4. Dachvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Eingriffsabschnitt (54) ausgebildet ist, um von dem Hauptkörper (51) des Vorderverbindungselements (50) in der Fahrzeugbreitenrichtung hervorzuragen, der zweite Führungsabschnitt (40) einen Rillenabschnitt (44) beinhaltet, der an einem Hauptkörper (42) des Antriebsschuhs (40) ausgebildet ist, und der sich in der Vorder-Hinter-Richtung des Fahrzeugs erstreckt, und der Eingriffsabschnitt (54) innerhalb des Rillenabschnitts (44) angeordnet ist, während die bewegbare Platte (12) in dem vollständig geschlossenen Zustand ist.
     
    5. Dachvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Vorderverbindungselement (50) einen hervorstehenden Sperrabschnitt (58) beinhaltet, der von dem Hauptkörper (51) des Vorderverbindungselements (50) in der Fahrzeugbreitenrichtung hervorragt, und wobei die Führungsschiene (20) eine hintere Sperrfläche (80a) beinhaltet, die ausgelegt ist, um eine Bewegung nach hinten des Vorderverbindungselements (50) derart zu begrenzen, dass der hervorstehende Sperrabschnitt (58) die hintere Sperrfläche (80a) kontaktiert, während die bewegbare Platte (12) in dem vollständig geschlossenen Zustand ist.
     
    6. Dachvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der erste Führungsabschnitt (30) eine Vorderbegrenzungsfläche (30c) beinhaltet, die ausgelegt ist, um eine Bewegung des Vorderverbindungselements (50) in einer Vorwärtsrichtung des Fahrzeugs derart zu begrenzen, dass der Stützabschnitt (56) des Vorderverbindungselements (50) die Begrenzungsfläche (30c) kontaktiert, während die bewegbare Platte (12) in dem vollständig geschlossenen Zustand ist.
     


    Revendications

    1. Appareil de toit (10) qui est configuré pour ouvrir et fermer un panneau mobile (12) prévu au niveau d'une partie d'ouverture (2) d'un panneau de toit (1) d'un véhicule et qui comprend un mode d'inclinaison vers le haut et un mode de coulissement en tant que modes opératoires d'ouverture et de fermeture, l'appareil de toit (10) comprenant :

    un rail de guidage (20) pouvant être fixé sur le panneau de toit (1) afin de s'étendre dans une direction avant - arrière du véhicule ;

    un patin d'entraînement (40) entraîné afin de se déplacer le long du rail de guidage (20) dans la direction avant - arrière du véhicule ;

    un support fonctionnel (70) supportant le panneau mobile (12) ;

    un élément de liaison avant (50) raccordé au niveau de la partie avant du support fonctionnel (70) afin de pouvoir tourner par rapport au support fonctionnel (70) et comprenant une partie de raccordement (52) raccordée, de manière rotative, au niveau de la partie avant du support fonctionnel (70), une partie de mise en prise (54), qui est positionnée vers l'arrière de la partie de raccordement (52) dans la direction avant - arrière du véhicule et est mise en prise avec le patin d'entraînement (40) afin de pouvoir tourner par rapport au patin d'entraînement (40) et une partie de support (56) qui est positionnée vers l'avant de la partie de mise en prise (54) et est supportée par le rail de guidage (20) afin de pouvoir tourner par rapport au rail de guidage (20) ; et

    un mécanisme de levage (60, 26, 46) raccordé à une partie arrière du support fonctionnel (70) et configuré pour lever la partie arrière du support fonctionnel en réponse à un mouvement du patin d'entraînement (40), dans lequel
    le rail de guidage (20) est prévu avec une première partie de guidage (30) qui est configurée afin de guider la partie de support (56) pour être déplacée en réponse à une opération d'ouverture et de fermeture du panneau mobile (12),

    caractérisé en ce que

    la première partie de guidage est positionnée étroitement vers le haut et vers le bas de la partie de support (56) de l'élément de liaison avant (50) dans une direction verticale telle que la partie de support (56) est supportée vers le haut et vers le bas par la première partie de guidage (30) dans la direction verticale de sorte que la partie de support (56) est contrôlée afin de ne pas être déplacée dans une direction vers le haut et vers le bas alors que le panneau mobile (12) est dans un état complètement fermé ; et en ce que

    le patin d'entraînement (40) est prévu avec une seconde partie de guidage (44) qui est configurée afin de guider la partie de mise en prise (54) pour être déplacée en réponse à l'opération d'ouverture et de fermeture du panneau mobile (12) et est étroitement positionnée vers le haut et vers le bas de la partie de mise en prise (54) de l'élément de liaison avant (50) dans la direction verticale alors que le panneau mobile (12) est à l'état complètement fermé.


     
    2. Appareil de toit (10) selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un caoutchouc d'étanchéité (90) destiné à être agencé au niveau d'une partie de bord d'ouverture (1b) du panneau de toit (1) ou une partie de bord du panneau mobile (1), dans lequel la partie de raccordement (52) de l'élément de liaison avant (50) est positionnée entre une partie de bord avant du panneau mobile (12) et la partie de support (56) dans la direction avant - arrière du véhicule et entre la partie de bord avant du panneau mobile (12) et la partie de support (56) dans la direction verticale alors qu'une opération d'inclinaison vers le haut est réalisée.
     
    3. Appareil de toit (10) selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel la partie de support (56) est formée afin de faire saillie à partir d'un corps principal (51) de l'élément de liaison avant (50) dans le sens de la largeur du véhicule, la première partie de guidage (30) comprend une première surface de support (30a) et une seconde surface de support (30b) qui se font face tout en gardant une distance entre elles dans la direction verticale et qui s'étendent dans la direction avant - arrière du véhicule, et la partie de support (56) est positionnée entre les première et seconde surfaces de support (30a, 30b) alors que le panneau mobile (12) est dans un état complètement fermé.
     
    4. Appareil de toit (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la partie de mise en prise (54) est formée afin de faire saillie du corps principal (51) de l'élément de liaison avant (50) dans le sens de la largeur du véhicule, la seconde partie de guidage comprend une partie de rainure (44) qui est formée au niveau d'un corps principal (42) du patin d'entraînement (40) et qui s'étend dans la direction avant - arrière du véhicule, et la partie de mise en prise (54) est positionnée à l'intérieur de la partie de rainure (44) alors que le panneau mobile (12) est à l'état complètement fermé.
     
    5. Appareil de toit (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'élément de liaison avant (50) comprend une partie en saillie de restriction (58) qui fait saillie du corps principal (51) de l'élément de liaison avant (50) dans le sens de la largeur du véhicule et le rail de guidage (20) comprend une surface de restriction arrière (80a), qui est configurée pour limiter un mouvement vers l'arrière de l'élément de liaison avant (50) de sorte que la partie en saillie de restriction (58) est en contact avec la surface de restriction arrière (80a) alors que le panneau mobile (12) est à l'état complètement fermé.
     
    6. Appareil de toit (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la première partie de guidage (30) comprend une surface de restriction avant (30c) qui est configurée pour limiter un mouvement de l'élément de liaison avant (50) dans une direction vers l'avant du véhicule de sorte que la partie de support (56) de l'élément de liaison avant (50) est en contact avec la surface de restriction (30c) alors que le panneau mobile (12) est à l'état complètement fermé.
