    Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION



    [0001] The invention relates to a pet groomer and a vacuum cleaner includes the pet groomer.

    [0002] Generally, pet owners use brushes to comb their pet. The loose hair that combed from pets are comparatively thin and broken, easily scattered in the wind, and can contain allergens or various bacteria and pose threats to or even destroy health of people, especially to children and sensitive people. Loose hair combed down by traditional brush can scatter in the air or on the ground or entwined in comb teeth, user has to clear entwined hair by hand from comb teeth. In the process, user is exposed to or even harmed by bacteria and/or allergen contained in pet hair. Besides, most comb teeth are relatively sharp and intensively arranged, so user may get hurt when clearing twined hair manually.

    [0003] In order to solve the problems above, U.S. Patent No. 6,681,775 (Wang) discloses a pet brush comprised of a front plate and a base plate, a plurality of holes corresponding to comb teeth are set in the front plate, with many comb teeth planted on base plate which extends outside of corresponding holes in the front plate. When it is necessary to comb a pet, the user operate controlling key to extend comb teeth out, then the comb teeth withdraw from corresponding holes by operating the controlling key after pet hair combed, combed hair will be stripped off comb teeth by the front plate and then dumped into trash can. Since combed loose hair can scatter in all directions when falling into trash can from comb teeth, allergens and/or bacteria may spread to pollute environment, and besides, the user has to operate the controlling key in every combing process to strip off hair in comb teeth and holding the pet brush, put it into the trash can. It is inconvenient and labor wasting.

    [0004] Based on the above, CN201010189748.2 discloses a vacuum cleaner attachment. The attachment can be connected with vacuum cleaning equipment through a pipe, the external wall of the pipe serves as an operating handle, the overlying front plate and base plate are at the other end of the pipe, many bristle-type comb teeth are planted in the base plate, the front plate has many holes and an air inlet connected with the main suction channel of vacuum cleaner, and comb teeth in the base plate extend or withdraw through holes in the front plate. A controlling key with a spring is set near the pipe handle, user operate the controlling key to move towards the pipe handle direction, to drive comb teeth to extend outwards through the holes on front plate and enter the combing status. After pet hair transferred to comb teeth, user relaxes finger to let comb teeth withdraw, meanwhile the airflow speed at the air inlet suction hole becomes higher to vacuum loose hair after it is stripped off comb teeth by the front plate. Since loose hair firstly stripped from comb teeth can fall down freely due to insufficient suction force of the main suction channel, and as the air intake direction is vertical to the front plate scattered with stripped hair, the pet hair which is at the rim of the front plate can't be completely vacuumed away easily. Furthermore, in order to avoid excessive suction force which affects comfort of pet, the suction force at the air intake hole cannot be too strong. In practice, hair stripped off from rim comb teeth can stuck on front plate after comb teeth withdrawn, user must extend and withdraw comb teeth repeatedly to move residual hair into suction hole completely, sometimes still have to use fingers to help in the final. This can obviously increase the chance of hair and allergen spreading to cause secondary pollution. Therefore, the risk that furs and allergens spread to cause secondary pollution can be increased. If there are fleas hide inside the hair combed down, they may be exposed in air on the front plate in the end of each incomplete stripping/vacuuming cycle and get chance to escape. Many stripping and vacuuming cycles are needed to comb a pet, incomplete vacuuming can multiply the chance of flea spreading. Moreover, the controlling key of the tool should be pressed to extend comb teeth outwards, and user should press the controlling key constantly during the combing process, it can be tiring for use. As the length of comb teeth is fixed, it is uneasy to control the length of comb teeth extended outside of the front plate to fit different pet hair length. Shorter extended teeth can not comb deep enough for pets with thick hair, and longer extended teeth can hurt pets with thin hair. In order to maximize effective suction at the air inlet hole in the front plate, the different components are welded together which makes it very difficult for consumer to replace comb teeth. If one or more comb teeth damaged, consumer will have to buy a new product. Besides, it is unavoidable that some pet hair drop in the gap between welded parts during use, and it is hard for the user to clean. JP2009148398 discloses a grooming brush comprising a rotary brush storage chamber which rotatably stores the rotary brush having two or more columns of comb teeth on the outer periphery and is provided with an opening on the lower part; a suction port provided on the rear wall of the rotary brush storage chamber and communicated with the opening connection pipe communicated with the suction port and connected to the hose of a vacuum cleaner; a rotation regulation means for regulating the clockwise rotation of the rotary brush; and a dial for rotating the rotary brush.

    BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION



    [0005] Targeting the problems above, the present invention provides a pet groomer for use with the suction hose of a vacuum cleaner, comprising: a main body (substance body) which has a suction channel that is used to be connected with the suction hose and has at least one air intake to transmit air to said suction channel; a combing assembly for combimg pet hair; and a driving assembly which drives said combing assembly so as to drive comb teeth in said combing assembly to the air intake from a combing position.

    [0006] Embodiments of the invention provide a pet groomer as set out in claim 1. Preferred features are set out in claims 1 to 11.

    [0007] Further, according to the present invention, there is provided a vacuum cleaner, comprising:

    a suction hose; and

    a pet groomer which can be used in conjunction with the suction hose, wherein the pet groomer is described above.



    [0008] The above and other objects and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description and the appended claims with reference to the accompanying drawings.

    [0009] The pet groomer and related vacuum cleaner system with said groomer provided by present invention drives the combing assembly through the driving assembly, to move pet hair combed down from pet body to air intake position so as to be vacuumed away directly, avoiding the intermediate action of stripping off hair from comb teeth or similar actions, so no loose hair can fall off from pet body in grooming to pollute environment or to transmit allergen material.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

    <Embodiment 1>

    [0014] The main body 11 has an upper covering unit 20 and a lower covering unit 28. The lower covering unit 28 is constituted of a front section and a rear section and a suction channel 43 is set at the rear section to be connected with the suction hose of vacuum cleaner. The external wall of suction channel 43 also serves as a handle for users to operate and use the pet groomer 10; half circles structure 46 and 47 are set at two side ends of the front section respectively and form circles together with the upper covering unit 20 for mounting the combing assembly 12. The front section also has a buckle 45, a slot 53 is set at the front section of the upper covering unit 20, and the slot 53 and the buckle 45 are fastened so that the upper covering unit 20 and the lower covering unit 28 are tightly combined together.

    [0015] A clamp ring 27 is also set in the main body 11 for combining the half circle structure at the rear end of the upper covering unit 20 with the corresponding half circle at the middle of the lower covering unit 28 to clamp the upper covering unit 20 with the lower covering unit 28 tightly. The clamp ring is detachable. When it is necessary to replace the combing assembly or clean the parts between the upper covering unit 20 and lower covering unit 28, demount the clamp ring 27 to demount the upper covering unit 20 and the lower covering unit 28, and obviously the combing assembly mounted between the upper covering unit 20 and the lower covering unit 28 is replaceable.

    [0016] After the upper covering unit 20 is combined with the lower covering unit 28, the baffle 44b in the upper covering unit 20 forms an air intake 44 (See Fig. 7) to transmit air into the suction channel 43 together with the baffle 44a in the lower covering unit 28. The best preference for the length of air intake 44 is to be longer than the contour length of any group of comb teeth 21 distributed on rotating body 22. A hollow front section is located outside of the air intake 44, and a comb use opening 50 and an air leakage opening 40 are set in the hollow front section.

    [0017] Fig. 5 is a structural illustration of the combing assembly of the pet groomer in embodiment 1, of which views a, b, c and d are structural illustrations of the combing assembly in different directions. As shown by Fig. 5, the combing assembly 12 is comprised of a rotating body 22 and three groups of comb teeth 21 arranged in axial direction on the rotating body 22. Every group includes two rows of comb teeth 21, and the interval of two adjacent groups of comb teeth 21 is 120°, and one group of comb teeth 21 extends outside of the comb use opening 50 to comb pet hair. The air intake 44 is set at the position rotated by 120° from comb position along direction A in Fig. 7.

    [0018] As the best preference for the arrangement of comb teeth 21 on rotating body 22, for any group of comb teeth 21, when they are located opposite to the air intake 44, their orthogonal projection against air intake 44 should not fall beyond the contour of air intake 44. The recommended length of comb tooth 21 is equivalent to the thickness of pet hair to be combed.

    [0019] Felts 23 are mounted at two ends of the rotating body 22, so the rotating body 22 is mounted in the circle 46 between the upper covering unit 20 and lower covering unit 28 to make sure that the rotating body 22 rotates around the axis and the rotating body 22 is tightly combined with the upper covering unit 20 and lower covering unit 28 to avoid furs and other sundries from flying into two side ends. Obviously the rotating body 22 is inside of the hollow front section.

    [0020] A driven groove 42 (i.e. rotation accepting assembly) and a 6-tooth positioning block 41 around the driven groove 42 for regulating the rotation angle of the rotating body 22 as 120° are set at one end of the rotating body 22.

    [0021] The 6-tooth positioning block 41 and the positioning gear unit constitute a positioning unit, and the positioning gear unit is comprised of a positioning gear 24 to mesh with the 6-tooth positioning block 41, a guide holder 26 fixed between the upper covering unit 20 and the lower covering unit 28, and a spring 25 to connect the two above. The end of the positioning gear 24 connected with the spring 25 is inserted into the guide holder 26 so that the positioning gear is able to flexibly extend in the guide holder 26 under the action of the spring 25. When the rotating body 22 rotates by 120°, the positioning gear 24 is meshed with the 6-tooth positioning block 41 to make sure that the rotation angle of the rotating body must be integral multiples of 120°.

    [0022] The pet groomer 10 also has a position limiting plate 31, a ratchet wheel 52 meshed with the position limiting plate 31 is set at the other end of the rotating body 22, the ratchet wheel 52 and the position limiting plate 31 constitute a position limiting unit, so that the ratchet wheel 52 and the position limiting plate 31 are meshed every time after the rotating body 22 rotates to prevent the rotating body 22 from rotating reversely in combing.

    [0023] The driving unit 13 is a knob with a rib 48, rib 48 passes through the side end of the hollow front section and meshes with the driven groove 42, so when the knob 29 is turned, the moment is transferred to the rotating body 22 from rib 48 to make the comb teeth 21 rotate around the axis. Comb teeth 21 can fix in the place right against air intake 44 and ensure every piece of comb teeth 21 in this group points to air intake 44 and falls inside the air stream into the air intake 44.

    [0024] When the pet groomer is used to comb pet hair, firstly choose the rotating body 22 with corresponding length of comb teeth 21 to mount in the hollow front section according to different pet hair length, so to avoid scratch on pet skin owing to unsuitable lengths of comb teeth in the combing process. Then connect the pet groomer with a vacuum cleaner, and turn on the vacuum cleaner. Then the comb use opening 50 and the air leakage opening 40 transmit airflows to the air intake 44 at the same time, and the airflow enters into vacuum cleaner through the suction channel 43. Then user holds the external wall of the suction channel 43 as handle to comb pets. In the combing process, the pet's body blocks the comb use opening 50, the airflow from the air leakage opening 40 to the air intake 44 reduces the suction force at the comb use opening 50 and effectively avoiding excessive suction that affects comfort of pets. After a certain amount of hair is accumulated on the comb teeth, turn the knob 29 to make a new group of comb teeth 21 to the comb position, so user could continue to comb pets with the new group of comb teeth. The two rows of comb teeth 21 just combed hair are rotated by 120° along direction A (See Fig. 7), which is just fixed at the position opposite to the air intake 44, to make sure that every piece of comb teeth in the group of comb teeth 21 points to the middle of the air intake 44, and sufficient suction force along the comb teeth extending direction will vacuum hair from the comb teeth 21 into the air intake 44, no need external force to strip hair off comb teeth in advance. Because suction force is on the comb position in the whole process, pet hair will not drop down in the whole process.

    [0025] The best total sectional area of the air leakage opening 40 is 1.2 times of total sectional area of the air intake 44, and the best total sectional area of the air intake is equivalent to the sectional area of the suction hose of the vacuum cleaner. The best airflow at the air intake is equivalent to the actual airflow of the suction hose of a vacuum cleaner, i.e. no air leaking device is between the air intake and the suction hose of the vacuum cleaner.

    Function and Effects of Embodiment 1



    [0026] In summary, the pet groomer 10 in the embodiment has the knob 29 to drive the rotating body 22, so pet hair combed are transferred to the air intake 44 and vacuumed into cleaner. No pet hair drops down in the combing process, thus not causing environmental pollution and avoiding allergen spreading. Besides, the main body is detachable and easy for internal structure cleaning; the rotating body is replaceable, so user can choose suitable comb teeth length for his pet groomer according to different pet hair to improve the comfort level of pets in the combing process and avoid hurting pets, since pet hair is transferred to air intake through knob rotation, even hair wound in comb teeth can also be vacuumed into the air intake along the comb teeth extending direction and they will not scatter, and moreover, intermediate actions like stripping off hair from comb teeth or similar are saved. As a result the pet groomer 10 has the following features: simple structure, convenient use, labor saving, not tiring for use and no threat to user's health.

    [0027] The clamp ring 27 in the embodiment can screw back and forth to mesh with the steps of the upper covering unit 20 and the lower covering unit 28 to ensure tight locking between the upper covering unit 20 and the lower covering unit 28, clamp ring 27 can also lock with the upper covering unit 20 and the lower covering unit 28 through locking slot.

    [0028] The comb teeth 21 in the embodiment are in three groups, it can also be in other integral group(s), and every group may has one or more rows; the quantity of the comb teeth 21 in every row is also subject to requirements, such as 20 pieces, 30 pieces, 40 pieces, 50 pieces and 60 pieces; the diameter of the comb teeth 21 is also subject to requirements, for example, Φ0.3, Φ0.5, Φ0.6, Φ 0.8, Φ1.0, Φ1.2, Φ1.5, etc. The material of the comb teeth 21 is subject to requirements like stainless steel 304, stainless steel 201, 45# plated steel, plastic PP, etc.; the top surface shape of the comb teeth 21 may be flat or others like ball-shape.

    [0031] The main body 101 has an upper covering unit 110 and a lower covering unit 122. The lower covering unit 122 is comprised of a front section and a rear section, a suction channel 144 is set at the rear end to be connected with the suction hose of vacuum cleaner, and the external wall of the suction channel 144 also serves as a handle for users to operate and use the pet groomer 100; half circles 145 are set at two side ends of the front section respectively and form circles together with the upper covering unit 100 for mounting the combing assembly 102. When it is necessary to replace the combing assembly 102 or clean the parts between the upper covering unit 110 and lower covering unit 122, demount the clamp ring 123 to demount the upper covering unit 110 and the lower covering unit 122, and obviously the combing assembly mounted between the upper covering unit 110 and the lower covering unit 122 is replaceable.

    [0033] After the upper covering unit 110 is combined with the lower covering unit 122, the baffle in the upper covering unit 110 is tightly combined with the corresponding baffle in the lower covering unit 122. An air transmission channel is set in the lower covering unit 122 and connected with the suction channel 144. An air intake 142 is set accordingly in the front of the air transmission channel to transmit air into the air transmission channel. A hollow front section is located outside of the air intake 142, and a comb use opening 150 and an air leakage opening 130 are set in the hollow front section. The best preference of the length of air intake 142 is to be longer than the contour length of any group of comb teeth 111 distributed on rotating body 117.

    [0034] A back plate 124 is set at the bottom of the lower cover to cover the driving assembly, a screw hole 146 is set at the back plate 124, a screw boss 152 corresponding to the screw hole 146 is set on the lower covering unit 122, the back plate 124 is reliably connected with the lower covering unit 122 through the screw 125, and the area between the back plate 124 and the lower cover of the air transmission channel (i.e. actuator retainer)-stores driving assembly 103.

    [0035] The driving assembly 103 is comprised of a lever drive assembly, comprising a driving pawl 113, a connecting rod 114, and the lever 115 which is exposed outside of the actuator retainer and near the suction channel 144. It is convenient for activating when user grasps the external wall of the suction channel 144 as handle. The connecting rod 114 has a positioning cylinder 134, a motion transmission cylinder 135 connected with the lever 115, and a motion transmission cylinder 133 connected with the driving pawl 113. The positioning cylinder 134 is fixed in the positioning block 154 of the lower covering unit 122. The motion transmission cylinder 133 activates the driving pawl 113. The driving pawl 113 has a round hole 131 and an elastic reset assembly 132, the round hole 131 is connected with the motion transmission cylinder 133, and the elastic reset assembly 132 is pressed on the connecting rod 114 so the driving pawl 113 interacts with the combing assembly 102 continuously. The lever 115 has a rotary positioning cylinder 137, slotted hole 136 and a supporter groove 138 of spring 116, the rotary positioning cylinder 137 is fixed in the tab 153 of the lower covering unit 122, and the slotted hole 136 is connected with the cylinder 135 of the connecting rod 114 to transfer the moment. The spring supporter groove 138 contains spring 116, so the lever 115 can reset under the action of spring 116 after activated.

    [0036] Fig. 13 is a structural illustration of the combing assembly in embodiment 2; Fig. a\b\c\d are structural illustrations of the combing assembly in different directions. As shown by Fig. 13, the combing assembly 102 is comprised of a rotating body 117, a comb teeth base plate 112 and six groups of replaceable comb teeth 111 arranged in the axial direction of the rotating body, the interval between two adjacent groups of the comb teeth 111 is 60°, and a group of comb teeth 111 has one row. The air intake 142 is set at the position rotates by 60° from the comb position along direction B in Fig. 16.

When a certain amount of pet hair is accumulated on the comb teeth at the comb position, activate the lever again, the present comb teeth 315 is rotated by another 60°, the previous comb teeth 315 with hair is rotated to the air intake 346, and hair will be vacuumed into the air intake 346 from the comb teeth 315, no external force is needed to strip off hair from comb teeth in advance. Because the suction acts at the comb position in the whole process, hairs will not drop down. The rotation angle of the comb teeth 315 may be other angles if necessary, and the best plan is integral multiples of 10° or 15°.

Besides, the main body is detachable and easy for internal structure cleaning; the rotating body is replaceable, so different rotation bodies with proper comb teeth can be installed on the pet groomer according to different pet hair. Every group of comb teeth is replaceable, so when one or more pieces of comb teeth 315 are damaged, new comb teeth may replace damaged ones, thus being environment-protection. Plus, proper comb teeth may be chosen according to different pet hairs to make pet more comfortable and avoid hurting pet at the same time when combed. Pet hairs are moved to the air intake once the lever is activated, so the structure is simple and the operation is convenient. The pet groomer can be connected with the suction hose of vacuum cleaner through a flexible hose to realize convenient grooming, labor saving and not to fatigue the user easily; an adjusting ring is adopted in this case to adjust the sealing ring to be connected with the suction hose of vacuum cleaner which has different diameters, thus making the use more convenient.

    1. A pet groomer for use in conjunction with the suction hose of a vacuum cleaner, comprising:

    a main body (11, 101, 201, 301) which has a suction channel (43, 248, 349) connectable with a suction hose of a vacuum cleaner and has at least one air intake to transmit air to said suction channel;

    a combing assembly (12, 102, 202, 302) for combing pet hair; and

    a driving assembly (13, 103, 203, 303) which drives said combing assembly so as to make comb teeth (111, 235, 315) in said combing assembly move to rotate between a comb position and said air intake;

    characterized in that

    said main body has an upper covering unit and a lower covering unit,

    said combing assembly has a rotating body, which is mounted between said upper covering unit and said lower covering unit, in such a way that there is no gap between said rotating body, said upper covering unit and said lower covering unit.


     
    2. The pet groomer according to claim 1, wherein said main body further comprises a hollow front section which is located outside of said air intake, and said hollow front section has a comb use opening;
    said combing assembly comprises a rotating body and a plurality of groups of said comb tooth arranged in the axial direction of said rotating body, said rotating body is installed inside of said hollow front section, at least one group of said comb teeth extends outwards from said comb use opening to comb pet hair, and a rotation accepting assembly is set at one end of said rotating body;
    said driving assembly comprises a lever drive assembly further comprising a connecting rod driving unit, and a lever connected with said connecting rod driving unit, and said connecting rod driving unit is meshed with said rotation accepting assembly; optionally wherein said rotation accepting assembly is a ratchet wheel, said connecting rod driving unit further comprises a driving pawl meshed with said ratchet wheel, and said ratchet wheel and said driving pawl constitute a rotation angle locating section which can regulate the rotation angle of said rotating body;
    further optionally wherein said ratchet wheel is a 6-tooth ratchet wheel, and when said lever is activated for one time, said rotating body will be driven to rotate by 60°; said comb teeth are in six groups, the pitch between two adjacent groups is 60°, and said air intake is set at the place 60° rotated from said comb position.
     
    3. The pet groomer according to claim 1, wherein said combing assembly comprises a rotating body and a plurality of groups of said comb teeth arranged in the axial direction of said rotating body, and a ratchet wheel with more than one tooth space is set on one end of said rotating body;
    said driving assembly comprises a cam assembly and a connecting rod driving assembly;
    said cam assembly has a cam coaxial with said rotating body, a cam track which is integrated with said cam, and a driving pawl unit which is set on said cam;
    said driving pawl unit has a driving pawl which is meshed with said tooth space;
    said connecting rod driving assembly is engaged with said cam track and drives said cam track to move, so said driving pawl can mesh with said tooth space.
     
    4. The pet groomer according to claim 3, wherein said driving pawl unit further comprises a driving pawl chamber which is integrated with said cam and used to contain said driving pawl, and has a spring with one end supported by the internal surface of said driving pawl chamber;
    said connecting rod driving assembly is engaged with said cam track to drive said cam track to move in the direction opposite to the rotation direction of said rotating body, so said driving pawl acts on the surface of said ratchet wheel with the elastic force of said spring, always presses on the surface of said ratchet wheel flexibly in the radial direction of said cam, moves from one said tooth space to next one, and meshes with said next tooth space, optionally wherein a spring retaining slot is set at one end of said driving pawl, the other end of said spring is in said spring retaining slot, and said driving pawl always presses on the surface of said ratchet wheel in the radial direction of said cam with the elastic force of said spring, and moves from one said tooth space to said next tooth space.
     
    5. The pet groomer according to claim 3 or 4, wherein said main body also has a hollow front section which is located outside of said air intake, said hollow front section has a comb use opening, said rotating body is installed inside of said hollow front section, and said comb teeth rotated to said comb position extends outside of said comb use opening for combing pet hair;
    optionally wherein said cam assembly and said ratchet wheel constitute a rotation angle locating section which is used to regulate the rotation angle of said rotating body;
    further optionally wherein said ratchet wheel is a 6-tooth ratchet wheel, said rotation angle is 60°, and at least one said air intake is set at the position integral multiples of 60° rotated from said comb position.
     
    6. The pet groomer according to claim 5, wherein said comb teeth are in six groups, the pitch between two adjacent groups is 60°, every group of comb teeth has two rows of stagger arrangement, and said air intake is set in the position rotated by 120° from said comb position.
     
    7. The pet groomer according to claim 5, wherein said comb teeth are in three groups, the pitch between two adjacent groups is 120°, said air intake is set at the position rotated by 120° from said comb position, when the first group of said comb teeth extends outside of said comb use opening, said rotating body rotates for two times, and when the second group of said comb teeth is rotated to said comb position, said first group of comb teeth is rotated to the position right against said air intake; when said rotating body rotates for one time, said comb teeth is rotated to the position with 60° of pitch from said comb position and therefore withdrawn in said hollow front section to protect said comb teeth, optionally wherein
    the pet groomer further comprises an operating and prompting unit which is arranged to send corresponding information according to the fact whether said comb teeth are at said comb position or not, and inform the user the status of the pet groomer;
    when no comb teeth are in said comb position, said operating and prompting unit is arranged to send corresponding signals to inform the user it is protecting said comb teeth status, and then drive said connecting rod driving assembly, so a group of said comb teeth will extend outside of said comb use opening;
    when a group of comb teeth in said comb position is at said comb use opening,, said operating and prompting unit sends corresponding signals to inform the user the combing status available to comb pet hair; if said comb teeth need to be withdrawn and hidden in said pet groomer, said connecting rod driving assembly should be driven.
     
    8. The pet groomer according to any of claims 2 or 5, further comprising a position limiting pawl, and a 6-tooth position limiting wheel is also set at the other end of said rotating body, and said position limiting pawl and said position limiting wheel constitute a position limiting unit which ensures that said rotating body rotates by said rotation angle.
     
    9. The pet groomer according to any one of claims 3 to 7, wherein said substance body also has a flexible hose which is connected with said suction channel and a universal adaptor which connects said flexible hose with said suction hose, and said universal adaptor regulates its inner diameter flexibly to ensure tight connection between said flexible hose and said suction hose.
     
    10. The pet groomer according to any of claims 2 or 5, wherein said main body further comprises an actuator container which is formed along and separated apart from said suction channel, said actuator container is adjacent to said hollow front section and is used to contain said driving assembly, and said lever, or said press-button, or any one of a lever and a press-button of said connecting rod is exposed outside of said actuator container.
     
    11. The pet groomer according to any of claims 2 or 5, wherein said main body also has at least one air leakage opening which prevents excessive air force in said comb use opening, optionally wherein the at least one air leakage opening is located at the hollow front section.
     
    12. A vacuum cleaner, comprising:

    a suction hose; and

    a pet groomer to be used in conjunction with said suction hose;

    wherein said pet groomer is as described in any one of claims 1 to 11.

    1. Haustierpflegevorrichtung zur Verwendung in Verbindung mit dem Saugschlauch eines Staubsaugers, umfassend:

    einen Hauptkörper (11, 101, 201, 301) mit einem Saugkanal (43, 248, 349), der mit einem Saugschlauch eines Staubsaugers verbunden werden kann, und mit mindestens einem Lufteinlass zur Übertragung von Luft zu dem Saugkanal;

    eine Kämmeinheit (12, 102, 202, 302) zum Kämmen von Haustierhaar; und

    Antriebseinheit (13, 103, 203, 303), welche die Kämmeinheit antreibt, so dass sich Kammzähne (111, 235, 315) in der Kämmeinheit bewegen, so dass sie sich zwischen einer Kämmposition und dem Lufteinlass drehen;

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass

    der Hauptkörper eine obere Abdeckungseinheit und eine untere Abdeckungseinheit aufweist,

    wobei die Kämmeinheit einen Drehkörper aufweist, der zwischen der oberen obere Abdeckungseinheit und der unteren Abdeckungseinheit so montiert ist, dass zwischen dem Drehkörper, der oberen obere Abdeckungseinheit und der unteren Abdeckungseinheit kein Zwischenraum existiert.


     
    2. Haustierpflegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Hauptkörper ferner einen hohlen vorderen Abschnitt umfasst, der außerhalb des Lufteinlasses angeordnet ist, und wobei der hohle vordere Abschnitt eine Kammeinsatzöffnung aufweist;
    wobei die Kämmeinheit einen Drehkörper umfasst sowie eine Mehrzahl von Gruppen der Kammzähne, die in die axiale Richtung des Drehkörpers angeordnet sind, wobei der Drehkörper in dem hohlen vorderen Abschnitt installiert ist, wobei sich mindestens eine Gruppe der Kammzähne von der Kammeinsatzöffnung zum Kämmen von Haustierhaar auswärts erstreckt, und wobei eine Rotationsaufnahmeeinheit an einem Ende des Drehkörpers eingerichtet ist;
    wobei die Antriebseinheit eine Hebelantriebseinheit umfasst, die ferner eine Verbindungsstangenantriebseinheit umfasst sowie einen mit der Verbindungsstangenantriebseinheit verbundenen Hebel umfasst, und wobei die Verbindungsstangenantriebseinheit mit der Rotationsaufnahmeeinheit verzahnt ist; wobei die Rotationsaufnahmeeinheit optional ein Schaltrad ist, wobei die Verbindungsstangenantriebseinheit ferner eine Schaltklinke umfasst, die mit dem Schaltrad verzahnt ist, und wobei das Schaltrad und die Schaltklinke einen Drehwinkelpositionierungsabschnitt bilden, der den Drehwinkel des Drehkörpers regeln kann;
    wobei das Schaltrad ferner optional ein Schaltrad mit sechs Zähnen ist, und wobei, wenn der Hebel einmal betätigt wird, der Drehkörper so angetrieben wird, dass er sich um 60° dreht; wobei die Kammzähne in sechs Gruppen angeordnet sind, wobei der Anstellwinkel zwischen zwei benachbarten Gruppen 60° beträgt, und wobei der Lufteinlass um 60° von der Kämmposition gedreht eingerichtet ist.
     
    3. Haustierpflegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Kämmeinheit einen Drehkörper und eine Mehrzahl von Gruppen von Kammzähnen umfasst, die in die axiale Richtung des Drehkörpers angeordnet sind, und wobei ein Schaltrad mit mehr als einem Zahnraum an einem Ende des Drehkörpers eingerichtet ist;
    wobei die Antriebseinheit eine Nockeneinheit und eine Verbindungsstangenantriebseinheit umfasst;
    wobei die Nockeneinheit einen Nocken koaxial zu dem Drehkörper umfasst, eine Nockenbahn, die integral mit dem Nocken ist, und eine Schaltklinkeneinheit, die an dem Nocken eingerichtet ist;
    wobei die Schaltklinkeneinheit eine Schaltklinke aufweist, die mit dem Zahnraum verzahnt ist;
    wobei die Verbindungsstangenantriebseinheit mit der Nockenbahn eingreift und die Nockenbahn antreibt, so dass sich diese bewegt, so dass die Schaltklinke mit dem Zahnraum in Verzahnung treten kann.
     
    4. Haustierpflegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Schaltklinkeneinheit ferner eine Schaltklinkenkammer umfasst, die integral mit dem Nocken ist und eingesetzt wird, um die Schaltklinke aufzunehmen, und wobei sie eine Feder mit einem Ende aufweist, das durch die Innenseite der Schaltklinkenkammer gestützt wird;
    wobei die Verbindungsstangenantriebseinheit mit der Nockenbahn eingreift, um die Nockenbahn so anzutreiben, dass sie sich in die zu der Drehrichtung des Drehkörpers entgegengesetzte Richtung bewegt, so dass die Schaltklinke auf die Oberfläche des Schaltrads mit der Federkraft der Feder wirkt, wobei sie stets in die radiale Richtung des Nockens flexibel auf die Oberfläche des Schaltrads drückt, sich von einem Zahnraum zu dem nächsten bewegt und mit dem nächsten Zahnraum verzahnt, wobei optional ein Federrückhalteschlitz an einem Ende der Schaltklinke eingerichtet ist, wobei sich das andere Ende der Feder in dem Federrückhalteschlitz befindet, und wobei die Schaltklinke stets in die radiale Richtung des Nockens mit der Federkraft der Feder auf die Oberfläche des Schaltrads drückt und sich von einem Zahnraum zu dem nächsten Zahnraum bewegt.
     
    5. Haustierpflegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei der Hauptkörper ferner einen hohlen vorderen Abschnitt aufweist, der außerhalb des Lufteinlasses angeordnet ist, wobei der hohle vordere Abschnitt eine Kammeinsatzöffnung aufweist, wobei der Drehkörper in dem hohlen vorderen Abschnitt installiert ist, und wobei sich die an die Kämmposition gedrehten Kammzähne zum Kämmen von Haustierhaar aus der Kammeinsatzöffnung erstrecken;
    wobei die Nockeneinheit und das Schaltrad optional einen Drehwinkelpositionierungsabschnitt bilden, der zur Regelung des Drehwinkels des Drehkörpers eingesetzt wird;
    wobei das Schaltrad ferner optional ein Schaltrad mit sechs Zähnen ist, wobei der Drehwinkel 60° beträgt, und wobei mindestens ein Lufteinlass an einer Position von ganzzahligen Vielfachen von 60° gedreht von der Kämmposition eingerichtet ist.
     
    6. Haustierpflegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Kammzähne in sechs Gruppen vorgesehen sind, wobei der Anstellwinkel zwischen zwei benachbarten Gruppen 60° beträgt, wobei jede Gruppe von Kammzähnen zwei Reihen einer gestaffelten Anordnung aufweist, und wobei der Lufteinlass an der um 120° von der Kämmposition gedrehten Position eingerichtet ist.
     
    7. Haustierpflegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Kammzähne in drei Gruppen vorgesehen sind, wobei der Anstellwinkel zwischen zwei benachbarten Gruppen 120° beträgt, wobei der Lufteinlass an der um 120° von der Kämmposition gedrehten Position eingerichtet ist, wobei, wenn sich die erste Gruppe der Kammzähne aus der Kammeinsatzöffnung erstreckt, sich der Drehkörper zweimal dreht, und wobei, wenn die zweite Gruppe von Kammzähnen an die Kämmposition gedreht wird, die erste Gruppe von Kammzähnen an die Position direkt an dem Lufteinlass gedreht wird; wobei, wenn sich der Drehkörper einmal dreht, die Kammzähne an die Position mit einem Anstellwinkel von 60° zu der Kämmposition gedreht werden und somit eingezogen in den hohlen vorderen Abschnitt, um die Kammzähne zu schützen, wobei optional
    die Haustierpflegevorrichtung ferner eine Betriebs- und Benutzerführungseinheit umfasst, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie entsprechende Informationen über die Tatsache übermittelt, ob sich die Kammzähne an der Kämmposition befinden oder nicht, und den Benutzer über den Status der Haustierpflegevorrichtung informiert;
    wenn sich keine Kammzähne an der Kämmposition befinden, die Betriebs- und Benutzerführungseinheit so angeordnet ist, dass sie entsprechende Signale sendet, um den Benutzer darüber zu informieren, dass der Kammzähnestatus geschützt wird, und wobei die Verbindungsstangenantriebseinheit danach angetrieben wird, so dass sich eine Gruppe der Kammzähne aus der Kammeinsatzöffnung erstreckt;
    wenn sich eine Gruppe der Kammzähne an der Kämmposition an der Kammeinsatzöffnung befindet, die Betriebs- und Benutzerführungseinheit entsprechende Signale sendet, um den Benutzer über den verfügbaren Kämmstatus zum Kämmen von Haustierhaaren zu informieren; wobei, wenn die Kammzähne eingezogen und in der Haustierpflegevorrichtung verborgen werden müssen, die Verbindungsstangenantriebseinheit angetrieben werden sollte.
     
    8. Haustierpflegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 5, die ferner eine Positionsbegrenzungsklinke umfasst, und wobei ein Positionsbegrenzungsrad mit sechs Zähnen ferner an dem anderen Ende des Drehkörpers eingerichtet ist, und wobei die Positionsbegrenzungsklinke und das Positionsbegrenzungsrad eine Positionsbegrenzungseinheit bilden, die sicherstellt, dass sich der Drehkörper um den Drehwinkel dreht.
     
    9. Haustierpflegevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, wobei der Hauptkörper ferner einen flexiblen Schlauch aufweist, der mit dem Saugkanal verbunden ist, sowie einen Universaladapter, der den flexiblen Schlauch mit dem Saugkanal verbindet, und wobei der Universaladapter dessen Innendurchmesser flexibel regelt, um eine dichte Verbindung zwischen dem flexiblen Schlauch und dem Saugschlauch sicherzustellen.
     
    10. Haustierpflegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 5, wobei der Hauptkörper ferner einen Stellgliedbehälter umfasst, der entlang dem Saugkanal ausgebildet und von diesem getrennt ist, wobei der Stellgliedbehälter angrenzend an den hohlen vorderen Abschnitt angeordnet ist und zur Aufnahme der Antriebseinheit sowie des Hebels oder der Drucktaste eingesetzt wird, oder wobei ein Hebel und eine Drucktaste der Verbindungsstange jeweils außerhalb des Stellgliedbehälters frei liegen.
     
    11. Haustierpflegevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 5, wobei der Hauptkörper ferner mindestens eine Luftaustrittsöffnung aufweist, die einen überhöhten Luftdruck in der Kammeinsatzöffnung verhindert, wobei sich die mindestens eine Luftaustrittsöffnung optional an dem hohlen vorderen Abschnitt befindet.
     
    12. Staubsauger, umfassend:

    einen Saugschlauch; und

    eine Haustierpflegevorrichtung zur Verwendung in Verbindung mit dem Saugschlauch;

    wobei die Haustierpflegevorrichtung der Beschreibung eines der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 entspricht.


     


    Revendications

    1. Toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie destiné à être utilisé conjointement avec le tuyau d'aspiration d'un aspirateur, comprenant :

    un corps principal (11, 101, 201, 301) qui a un canal d'aspiration (43, 248, 349) pouvant être connecté avec un tuyau d'aspiration d'un aspirateur et a au moins une entrée d'air pour transmettre de l'air audit canal d'aspiration ;

    un ensemble de peignage (12, 102, 202, 302) pour peigner des poils d'animaux de compagnie ; et

    un ensemble d'entraînement (13, 103, 203, 303) qui entraîne ledit ensemble de peignage de manière à amener des dents de peigne (111, 235, 315) dans ledit ensemble de peignage à se déplacer pour tourner entre une position de peigne et ladite entrée d'air ;

    caractérisé en ce que

    ledit corps principal a une unité de recouvrement supérieure et une unité de recouvrement inférieure,

    ledit ensemble de peignage a un corps rotatif, qui est monté entre ladite unité de recouvrement supérieure et ladite unité de recouvrement inférieure, de manière à ce qu'il n'y ait pas d'espace entre ledit corps rotatif, ladite unité de recouvrement supérieure et ladite unité de recouvrement inférieure.


     
    2. Toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit corps principal comprend en outre une section avant creuse qui est située à l'extérieur de ladite entrée d'air, et ladite section avant creuse a une ouverture d'utilisation de peigne ;
    ledit ensemble de peignage comprend un corps rotatif et une pluralité de groupes de ladite dent de peigne agencés dans la direction axiale dudit corps rotatif, ledit corps rotatif est installé à l'intérieur de ladite section avant creuse, au moins un groupe desdites dents de peigne s'étend vers l'extérieur à partir de ladite ouverture d'utilisation de peigne pour peigner des poils d'animaux de compagnie, et un ensemble acceptant une rotation est disposé à une extrémité dudit corps rotatif ;
    ledit ensemble d'entraînement comprend un ensemble d'entraînement de levier comprenant en outre une unité d'entraînement de tige de connexion, et un levier connecté avec ladite unité d'entraînement de tige de connexion, et ladite unité d'entraînement de tige de connexion est engrenée avec ledit ensemble acceptant une rotation ; éventuellement dans lequel ledit ensemble acceptant une rotation est une roue à rochet, ladite unité d'entraînement de tige de connexion comprend en outre un cliquet d'entraînement engrené avec ladite roue à rochet, et ladite roue à rochet et ledit cliquet d'entraînement constituent une section de localisation d'angle de rotation qui peut réguler l'angle de rotation dudit corps rotatif ;
    en outre éventuellement dans lequel ladite roue à rochet est une roue à rochet à 6 dents, et lorsque ledit levier est activé à une reprise, ledit corps rotatif est entraîné pour tourner de 60°; lesdites dents de peigne sont en six groupes, le pas entre deux groupes adjacents est de 60°, et ladite entrée d'air est disposée à l'emplacement tourné de 60° à partir de ladite position de peigne.
     
    3. Toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit ensemble de peignage comprend un corps rotatif et une pluralité de groupes desdites dents de peigne agencés dans la direction axiale dudit groupe rotatif, et une roue à rochet avec plus d'un espace de dent est disposée sur une extrémité dudit corps rotatif ;
    ledit ensemble d'entraînement comprend un ensemble came et un ensemble d'entraînement de tige de connexion ;
    ledit ensemble came a une came coaxiale avec ledit corps rotatif, une trajectoire de came qui est intégrée avec ladite came, et une unité de cliquet d'entraînement qui est disposée sur ladite came ;
    ladite unité de cliquet d'entraînement a un cliquet d'entraînement qui est engrené avec ledit espace de dent ;
    ledit ensemble d'entraînement de tige de connexion est en prise avec ladite trajectoire de came et entraîne ladite trajectoire de came pour se déplacer, de telle sorte que ledit cliquet d'entraînement puisse s'engrener avec ledit espace de dent.
     
    4. Toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ladite unité de cliquet d'entraînement comprend en outre une chambre de cliquet d'entraînement qui est intégrée avec ladite came et utilisée pour contenir ledit cliquet d'entraînement, et a un ressort avec une extrémité supportée par la surface interne de ladite chambre de cliquet d'entraînement ;
    ledit ensemble d'entraînement de tige de connexion est en prise avec ladite trajectoire de came pour entraîner ladite trajectoire de came pour se déplacer dans la direction opposée à la direction de rotation dudit corps rotatif, de telle sorte que ledit cliquet d'entraînement agisse sur la surface de ladite roue à rochet avec la force élastique dudit ressort, presse toujours sur la surface de ladite roue à rochet de manière flexible dans la direction radiale de ladite came, se déplace à partir dudit espace de dent vers le suivant, et s'engrène avec ledit espace de dent suivant, éventuellement dans lequel une fente de rétention de ressort est disposée à une extrémité dudit cliquet d'entraînement, l'autre extrémité dudit ressort est dans ladite fente de rétention de ressort, et ledit cliquet d'entraînement presse toujours sur la surface de ladite roue à rochet dans la direction radiale de ladite came avec la force élastique dudit ressort, et se déplace à partir dudit espace de dent vers ledit espace de dent suivant.
     
    5. Toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans lequel ledit corps principal a une section avant creuse qui est située en dehors de ladite entrée d'air, ladite section avant creuse a une ouverture d'utilisation de peigne, ledit corps rotatif est installé à l'intérieur de ladite section avant creuse, et lesdites dents de peigne tournées à ladite position de peigne s'étendent à l'extérieur de ladite ouverture d'utilisation de peigne pour peigner des poils d'animaux de compagnie ;
    éventuellement dans lequel ledit ensemble came et ladite roue à rochet constituent une section de localisation d'angle de rotation qui est utilisée pour réguler l'angle de rotation dudit corps rotatif ;
    en outre éventuellement dans lequel ladite roue à rochet est une roue à rochet à 6 dents, ledit angle de rotation est de 60°, et ladite au moins une entrée d'air est disposée à la position intégrale à des multiples de 60° tournée à partir de ladite position de peigne.
     
    6. Toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lesdites dents de peigne sont en six groupes, le pas entre deux groupes adjacents est de 60°, chaque groupe de dents de peigne a deux rangées d'agencement décalé, et ladite entrée d'air est disposée à la position tournée de 120° à partir de ladite position de peigne.
     
    7. Toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie selon la revendication 5, dans lequel lesdites dents de peigne sont en trois groupes, le pas entre deux groupes adjacents est de 120°, ladite entrée d'air est positionnée à la position tournée de 120° à partir de ladite position de peigne, lorsque le premier groupe desdites dents de peigne s'étend à l'extérieur de ladite ouverture d'utilisation de peigne, ledit corps rotatif tourne à deux reprises, et lorsque le deuxième groupe desdites dents de peigne est tourné à ladite position de peigne, ledit premier groupe de dents de peigne est tourné à la position tout contre ladite entrée d'air ; lorsque ledit corps rotatif tourne à une reprise, lesdites dents de peigne sont tournées à la position avec 60° de pas à partir de ladite position de peigne et par conséquent retirées dans ladite section avant creuse afin de protéger lesdites dents de peigne, éventuellement dans lequel
    le toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie comprend une unité d'exploitation et d'incitation qui est agencée pour envoyer des informations correspondantes en fonction du fait que lesdites dents de peigne sont à ladite position de peigne ou pas, et informer l'utilisateur de l'état du toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie ;
    lorsqu'aucune dent de peigne n'est dans ladite position de peigne, ladite unité d'exploitation et d'incitation est agencée pour envoyer des signaux correspondants pour informer l'utilisateur qu'elle protège ledit état des dents de peigne, et ensuite entraîner ledit ensemble d'entraînement de tige de connexion, de telle sorte qu'un groupe desdites dents de peigne s'étende à l'extérieur de ladite ouverture d'utilisation de peigne ;
    lorsqu'un groupe de dents de peigne dans ladite position de peigne est au niveau de ladite ouverture d'utilisation de peigne, ladite unité d'exploitation et d'incitation envoie des signaux correspondants pour informer l'utilisateur de l'état de peignage disponible pour peigner des poils d'animaux de compagnie ; si lesdites dents de peigne doivent être retirées et cachées dans ledit toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie, ledit ensemble d'entraînement de tige de connexion doit être entraîné.
     
    8. Toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 5, comprenant en outre un cliquet de limitation de position, et une roue de limitation de position à 6 dents est également disposée à l'autre extrémité dudit corps rotatif, et ledit cliquet de limitation de position et ladite roue de limitation de position constituent une unité de limitation de position qui assure que ledit corps rotatif tourne dudit angle de rotation.
     
    9. Toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, dans lequel ledit corps de substance a également un tuyau flexible qui est connecté avec ledit canal d'aspiration et un adaptateur universel qui connecte ledit tuyau flexible avec ledit tuyau d'aspiration, et ledit adaptateur universel régule son diamètre intérieur de manière flexible afin d'assurer une connexion étanche entre ledit tuyau flexible et ledit tuyau d'aspiration.
     
    10. Toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 5, dans lequel ledit corps principal comprend en outre un contenant d'actionneur qui est formé le long et séparé dudit canal d'aspiration, ledit contenant d'actionneur est adjacent à ladite section avant creuse et est utilisé pour contenir ledit ensemble d'entraînement, et ledit levier, ou ledit bouton-pression, ou l'un quelconque parmi un levier et un bouton-pression de ladite tige de connexion est exposé à l'extérieur dudit contenant d'actionneur.
     
    11. Toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 ou 5, dans lequel ledit corps principal a également au moins une ouverture de fuite d'air qui empêche une force d'air excessive dans ladite ouverture d'utilisation de peigne, éventuellement dans lequel ladite au moins une ouverture de fuite d'air est située au niveau de la section avant creuse.
     
    12. Aspirateur, comprenant :

    un tuyau d'aspiration ; et

    un toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie destiné à être utilisé conjointement avec ledit tuyau d'aspiration ;

    dans lequel ledit toiletteur pour animaux de compagnie est tel que décrit dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11.
