(54)Amplifier-embedded pressure sensor


(57) An amplifier-embedded pressure sensor 1 includes: a pressure-detecting element 3 which detects the differential pressure between the fluid and the space where the pipe including a fluid passage of the fluid is installed, and outputs the pressure signal; an amplifier circuit board 5 having an amplifier circuit 5a for amplifying the pressure signal; a housing 2 to which the pressure-detecting element 3 is fixed; and a separation part 4 which is fixed to the housing 2 and separates a space inside the housing 2 into a first space R1 where the pressure-detecting element 3 is disposed and a second space R2 where the amplifier circuit board 5 is disposed. The housing 2 includes an inflow port 7 for letting cooling gas for cooling the amplifier circuit board 5 flow into the second space R2 and a discharge port 8 for discharging the cooling gas from the second space.
