    Description


    [0001] The present invention is directed at a drug delivery device comprising a cartridge with a movable bung and a drive mechanism including a piston rod with a bearing at a distal end for driving the bung in a distal direction for delivering a medicament such as insulin. The invention is further directed at a method for detecting a contact between the bearing and the movable bung.

    [0002] Pen type drug delivery devices have applications where regular injection by persons without formal medical training occurs. This is increasingly common among patients having diabetes or the like. Self-treatment enables such patients to conduct effective management of their disease. The injection pens usually comprise a housing in which the drive mechanism is located. Some kinds of drug delivery devices also comprise a compartment to accommodate a cartridge in which the medicament is received. With the drive mechanism, the bung in the cartridge is displaced for dispensing the medicament accommodated therein. The drive mechanism includes a piston rod that has a bearing at one end, wherein the bearing is arranged in such manner such that it faces the bung. With the piston rod, the bearing is displaced toward the bung and urges the bung toward a distal end of the drug delivery device, which is closest to the dispensing end (needle end) of the device. Medicament from the cartridge is dispensed thereby. The opposite side of the device is referred to as the proximal end.

    [0003] In devices of the generic kind, the manufacture may bring unavoidable tolerances and functional clearances between the single components of the drug delivery device, in particular the drive mechanism. As a consequence, clearances such as a gap between the elements of the drive mechanism, such as between the bearing and the cartridge bung may occur even after the drug delivery device has been assembled so that the bung may not be in contact with the distal end of the bearing. It is, therefore, important to eliminate the gap between the cartridge bung and the distal end of the bearing and to bring the drive mechanism in a prestressed state prior to use. Otherwise, it would be possible that the dialed dose may not be dispensed from the device correctly. Initial clearances may already falsify the setting of the dose. To adjust the drug delivery device for use, priming actions are conducted to ensure that the drive mechanism is correctly adjusted, e.g. that the drive mechanism is in contact with the bung so that the correct amount of the medicament can expelled from the device. These actions often come along with a small amount of medicament being dispensed which gives a visual indication that the drug delivery device is ready to use.

    [0004] It is known in the art to conduct adjustment of the drug delivery device by measurement of the bearing and the bung position before pressing, resp. assembly. The parts are then adjusted according to the measured value such that the bearing is brought into contact with the bung. However, the assembly machines for this method are expensive and the required time cycle is very long.

    [0005] WO 2010/124961 A1 is directed to an axially adjustably connection of a piston rod to a piston for the drive mechanism of a drug delivery device with an adjusting member that is axially displaceable to eliminate axial clearances between the piston and the piston rod. A receptacle-forming thrust piece comprises a blocking ring surrounding a distale end of the piston rod. The blocking ring allows for relative axial movement of the thrust piece and the piston. During assembly, a gap between the distal face of the thrust piece and the proximal face of the piston is eliminated by inserting a lock rod into the piston rod such that the lock rod drives the thrust piece in distal direction until the thrust piece abuts against the proximal end face of the piston.

    [0006] US 2004/254526 A1 is directed to a needle-less injector with a cartridge which contains a free sliding piston. A ram is urged by a pre-loaded spring for urging said piston in distal direction. In the cartridge, a drug is separated from a solvent by a membrane. A membrane cutter is slidingly located in a piston such that when the membrane cutter is moved in distal direction relative to the piston it cuts the membrane. The ram houses a cutter operating rod which is pushed towards the piston such that it contacts the membrane cutter and urges it in distal direction to cut the membrane. The ram is urged towards the piston by a spring such that the content of the cartridge is injected into the patient.

    [0007] WO 03/101527 A1 discloses a front loading medical injector with an injector piston comprising a sensor pin positioned at a forward end thereof to sense contact with a syringe plunger during advancement of the piston. As the piston is advanced towards the plunger, the sensing pin contacts the rearward surface of a triangular plunger cover. The pin is forced rearward such that it interacts with a sensor which signals a control system of the injector to stop advancement of the piston.

    [0008] US 2001/034506 A1 is directed to encadin syringe information. At the forward end of a drive piston, movable pins are positioned. When the drive piston forms a connection with a plunger, the pins contact plunger contact members of a printed circuit board. The printed circuit board can be part of a cap that is fitted to the rearward end of the plunger.

    [0009] US 2011/0245780 A1 describes a piston rod assembly with an adjusting member. The piston rod assembly is variable in length and may be adapted to modify an axial gap between the piston rod assembly and the piston of a cartridge. For this purpose, the axial position of the piston and the piston rod is determined in respect of selected reference points.

    [0010] WO 2011/039226 A1 describes a method for assembling a drug delivery device. The end of a piston rod is a plastically deformed area and is provided such that the length of the piston rod can be adjusted. During assembly, the piston rod comes in contact with a bung upon what the deformable area plastically deforms when the length of the piston rod is adjusted. A gap between the proximal face of the bung and the distal end of the piston rod is calculated on the basis of the distance between the proximal face of the bung and and the proximal end of the deformable area.

    [0011] WO 2011/039229 A1 concerns the closing of gap between a distal bearing surface and a bung. A drug delivery device comprises an inner drive sleeve and an outer drive sleeve. In a final assembly step, the outer drive sleeve is first displaced in distal direction such that tolerances are taken up. By use of a button, the inner drive sleeve is rotated with respect to the outer drive sleeve and thereby advances a lead screw in distal direction until the bearing contacts the bung. Contact is detected by a string gauge within the gripper head of an adjustment tool that is suitable for measuring torque feedback.

    [0012] It is an object of the present invention to simplify the adjustment process in a drug delivery device. This is obtained by a drug delivery device as claimed in claim 1 as well as by a method as defined in claim 12.

    [0013] The present invention is based on the idea to detect the contact between the drive mechanism and the bung in the cartridge. A movable element is disposed displaceably in axial direction within the drive mechanism. The movable element is of a certain predetermined or premeasured length and may be movable between a first position in which a distal end of the movable element protrudes from the bearing and a second position in which the distal end of the movable element lies flush with the distal end, respectively a distal end surface of the bearing.

    [0014] In other words, it is the main concept of the present invention to place a pin or the like moveable element e.g. in the middle of the lead screw or piston rod. As the length of the pin is known, the overlap can be measured and so the distance between the bearing and the bung calculated. The distance is known and can be adjusted with the angle of rotation.

    [0015] By initially protruding from the bearing in distal direction, the movable element can be urged in proximal direction by the bung, when the drive mechanism approaches the bung. Once the bearing makes contact with the bung, the distal end of the movable element lies flush or substantially flush with the distal end surface of the bearing and, consequently, the position of the proximal end of the movable element with respect to the distal surface end of the bearing is clearly determined. The length, the movable element extends from the distal bearing surface in proximal direction can be used as an indicator for the moment, the bearing makes contact with the bung. When a specific distance between e.g. the proximal end of the movable element and the bearing surface is reached, the moment the bearing contacts the bung is also indicated. An easy and reliable indication of the contact is possible thereby.

    [0016] Preferably, the movable element is configured such that it overlaps (protrudes) the drive mechanism in proximal direction when the bearing contacts the bung. This arrangement provides for an easy and yet reliable way to capture confirmation that the contact is made. It is, however, not necessary to take into account the ends of the movable element in the context of a confirmation. For example, the drive mechanism and the movable element can each be provided with visual or any other indicators distributed on predetermined position so that the relative movement between the movable element and the drive mechanism is visually presented and/or can be easily acquired by measuring means.

    [0017] For example, the movable element may comprise markings or a scale that are readable by a camera, e.g. Relative movement between the movable element and the drive mechanism can be measured in observing the intersection of the proximal end of the drive mechanism and the movable element.

Relative movement between the movable element and the drive mechanism can be determined in calculating the difference between the two distances and comparing the calculated differences of at least two measurements.

    [0019] According to one embodiment, the drive mechanism may be at least partly surrounding the movable element. The length of the drive mechanism or at least the piston rod may preferably be shorter than the length of the movable element. In another preferred embodiment, the movable element may be disposed in a center hole extending through the bearing in axial direction providing for a compact structure.

    [0020] In order to ensure easy capture of the information regarding the position of the movable element relative to the drive mechanism, the movable element may extend through the piston rod. Preferably, the movable element is a pin which may be aligned substantially concentrically with the longitudinal axis of the drive mechanism.

    [0021] A further embodiment of the drug delivery device may include a lead screw as a piston rod. According to one further embodiment of the invention, the lead screw can be in threaded engagement with a body. Advantageously, the body is at least partly surrounding the lead screw.

    [0022] In further developing the concept the invention is based on, the lead screw and the body can be connected to each other in such manner that position of the bearing relative to the bung can be adjusted or regulated by applying torque to the lead screw or to the body. A gap or a clearance between the bearing and the bung can be reliably adjusted by rotation, providing for a more precise definition of the forward motion of the bearing relative to the cartridge bung.

    [0023] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the movable element may be provided detachable in the drive mechanism enabling removal of the pin after the drug delivery device is adjusted.

    [0024] It is preferred, when the cartridge contains a medicament such as insulin.

    [0025] The drug delivery device can be a disposable injection device. Such devices can be thrown away or recycled after the content of the medicament has been exhausted. However, the present invention is also applicable with re-usable devices designed to replace an emptied cartridge with a filled one after the whole content of the former cartridge has been administered.

    [0027] The object of the present invention is further achieved by a method for detecting the contact between the bearing and the movable bung, wherein the contact is indicated by a predetermined or certain distance between a measuring point on the movable element and a further measuring point e.g. outside the device or on the drive mechanism. The method includes the steps of providing the displaceable movable element within the drive mechanism such that it protrudes from the bearing in distal direction. Preferably, the movable element has a known length and the drive mechanism or one of its components, e.g. the piston rod, has a known length, too. Then, the bearing is displaced relative to the bung such that a gap or a clearance between the bearing and the bung is gradually reduced. The relative distance between the measuring point on the drive mechanism and the measuring point on the movable element is measured. As a certain distance between the measuring point on the drive mechanism and the measuring point on the movable element corresponds to a gap of the length zero, contact between the bearing and the bung is indicated the moment, the corresponding distance is set.

    [0028] Preferably, the contact is indicated by a predetermined overlap between the drive mechanism and the movable element. The overlap can be either a positive or a negative overlap, wherein the moveable elemet may overlap the drive mechanism or the drive mechanism may overlap the movable element. The overlap can also be zero, which means that the measuring points lie directly adjacent to each other when the contact is made.

    [0029] It is preferred that the overlap is a positive overlap with the movable element protruding from a proximal end of the drive mechanism in proximal direction, a specific length of the overlap directly indicating the moment of contact.

    Claims

    1. Drug delivery device comprising: a cartridge with a movable bung (1), a drive mechanism (3) including a piston rod with a bearing (5) at a distal end, wherein a distal end of the bearing (5) is provided to make contact with the bung (1) and to drive the bung (1) in a distal direction (2), and a movable element (13), which is disposed displaceably in an axial direction within the drive mechanism (3), wherein the moveable element (13) is movable relative to the bearing (5) between a first position and a second position, wherein in the first position a distal end of said movable element (13) protrudes from said bearing (5), characterized in that the movable element (13) is in the second position when the bearing (5) makes contact with the bung (1) and the distal end of said movable element (13) lies flush with the distal end of said bearing (5) such that the length of the movable element (13) extending from the distal end of the bearing (5) in proximal direction (4) is used for indicating contact between the bearing (5) and
    the bung (1) and, that the movable element (13) is provided detachably in the drive mechanism (3) such as to enable removal of the movable element (13) after adjustment of the drug
    delivery device.
     
    2. Drug delivery device according to claim 1, characterized in that the movable element (13) is configured such that it protrudes (A') the drive mechanism (3) in a proximal direction when the bearing (5) contacts the bung (1).
     
    3. Drug delivery device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the movable element (13) is disposed in a center hole extending through the bearing (5) in axial direction.
     
    4. Drug delivery device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the movable element (13) extends through the piston rod.
     
    5. Drug delivery device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the movable element (13) is a pin which is substantially concentrically aligned with the longitudinal axis of the drive mechanism (3).
     
    6. Drug delivery device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the piston rod is a lead screw (8).
     
    7. Drug delivery device according to claim 6 further comprising a body (9), characterized in that the lead screw (8) is in threaded engagement with said body (9),
     
    8. Drug delivery device according to claim 7, characterized in that the lead screw (8) and the body (9) are connected to each other in such manner that position of the bearing (5) relative to the bung (1) can be adjusted by applying torque to the lead screw (8) or to the body (9).
     
    9. Drug delivery device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cartridge contains a medicament, preferably insulin,
     
    10. Drug delivery device according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the drug delivery device is a disposable injection device.
     
    11. Drug delivery device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein in the first position the distal end of the movable element (13) contacts the bung (1) and a proximal end of the movable element (13) protrudes from the proximal end of the drive mechanism (3) over the length A.
     
    12. Method for detecting a contact between a bearing (5) and a moveable bung (1) said method including the steps of: providing a drug delivery device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the contact between the bearing (5) and the bung (1) is indicated by a predetermined distance between a measuring point on the movable element (13) and a measuring point on the drive mechanism (3), providing the displaceable movable element (13) within the drive mechanism (3) such that it protrudes from the bearing (5) in a distal direction; displacing the bearing (5) relative to the bung (1) such that a gap (12) between the bearing (5) and the bung (1) is reduced; and
    measuring the relative distance between the measuring point on the drive mechanism (3) and the measuring point on the movable element (13); detaching the movable element (13) after contact between the bearing (5) and the bung (1) is indicated.
     
    13. Method according to claim 12, characterized in that a
    predetermined protrusion (A') between the drive mechanism (3) and the movable element (13) indicates the contact between the bearing (5) and the bung (1).
     
    14. Method for assembling a drug delivery device using the method of any of the claims 12 to 13 to detect contact between the bearing (5) and the bung (1).
     


    Ansprüche

    1. Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung, umfassend: eine Kartusche mit einem beweglichen Pfropfen (1), einem Antriebsmechanismus (3) mit einer Kolbenstange mit einem Lager (5) an einem distalen Ende, wobei ein distales Ende des Lagers (5) dazu dient, Kontakt mit dem Pfropfen (1) herzustellen und den Pfropfen (1) in eine distale Richtung (2) zu treiben, und ein bewegliches Element (13), das in einer axialen Richtung verschiebbar im Antriebsmechanismus (3) angeordnet ist, wobei das bewegliche Element (13) bezüglich des Lagers (5) zwischen einer ersten Position und einer zweiten Position beweglich ist, wobei ein distales Ende des beweglichen Elements (13) in der ersten Position vom Lager (5) vorragt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das bewegliche Element (13) in der zweiten Position befindet, wenn das Lager (5) mit dem Pfropfen (1) in Kontakt kommt und das distale Ende des beweglichen Elements (13) mit dem distalen Ende des Lagers (5) bündig ist, so dass die Länge des beweglichen Elements (13), die sich vom distalen Ende des Lagers (5) in proximaler Richtung (4) erstreckt, als Hinweis auf den Kontakt zwischen dem Lager (5) und dem Pfropfen (1) verwendet wird, und dass das bewegliche Element (13) lösbar im Antriebsmechanismus (3) vorgesehen ist, damit das bewegliche Element (13) nach Einstellung der Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung entfernt werden kann.
     
    2. Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element (13) derart ausgelegt ist, dass es den Antriebsmechanismus (3) in eine proximale Richtung vorstößt (A'), wenn das Lager (5) mit dem Pfropfen (1) in Kontakt kommt.
     
    3. Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element (13) in einem mittleren Loch angeordnet ist, das sich in axialer Richtung durch das Lager (5) erstreckt.
     
    4. Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das bewegliche Element (13) durch die Kolbenstange erstreckt.
     
    5. Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element (13) ein Stift ist, der im Wesentlichen konzentrisch mit der Längsachse des Antriebsmechanismus (3) ausgerichtet ist.
     
    6. Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolbenstange eine Gewindespindel (8) ist.
     
    7. Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, ferner umfassend einen Körper (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindespindel (8) mit dem Körper (9) in Gewindeeingriff ist.
     
    8. Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindespindel (8) und der Körper (9) derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass die Position des Lagers (5) bezüglich des Pfropfens (1) durch Aufbringen eines Drehmoments auf die Gewindespindel (8) oder den Körper (9) angepasst werden kann.
     
    9. Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kartusche ein Medikament, vorzugsweise Insulin enthält.
     
    10. Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung eine Einweg-Injektionsvorrichtung ist.
     
    11. Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das distale Ende des beweglichen Elements (13) in der ersten Position den Pfropfen (1) berührt und ein proximales Ende des beweglichen Elements (13) vom proximalen Ende des Antriebsmechanismus (3) über die Länge A vorragt.
     
    12. Verfahren zum Nachweisen eines Kontakts zwischen einem Lager (5) und einem beweglichen Pfropfen (1), wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst: Bereitstellen einer Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Kontakt zwischen dem Lager (5) und dem Pfropfen (1) durch einen vorbestimmten Abstand zwischen einem Messpunkt auf dem beweglichen Element (13) und einem Messpunkt auf dem Antriebsmechanismus (3) angezeigt wird, Bereitstellen des verschiebbaren beweglichen Elements (13) im Antriebsmechanismus (3), derart, dass es vom Lager (5) in einer distalen Richtung vorragt; Verschieben des Lagers (5) bezüglich des Pfropfens (1), so dass eine Lücke (12) zwischen dem Lager (5) und dem Pfropfen (1) reduziert wird; und Messen des relativen Abstands zwischen dem Messpunkt auf dem Antriebsmechanismus (3) und dem Messpunkt auf dem beweglichen Element (13); Lösen des beweglichen Elements (13), nachdem der Kontakt zwischen dem Lager (5) und dem Pfropfen (1) angezeigt wurde.
     
    13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein vorbestimmter Vorsprung (A') zwischen dem Antriebsmechanismus (3) und dem beweglichen Element (13) den Kontakt zwischen dem Lager (5) und dem Pfropfen (1) anzeigt.
     
    14. Verfahren zur Montage einer Medikamenten-Verabreichungsvorrichtung unter Verwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 13 zum Nachweisen des Kontakts zwischen dem Lager (5) und dem Pfropfen (1).
     


    Revendications

    1. Dispositif d'administration de médicament comprenant : une cartouche dotée d'une bonde mobile (1), d'un mécanisme d'entraînement (3) comprenant une tige de piston dotée d'un palier (5) au niveau d'une extrémité distale, dans lequel l'extrémité distale du palier (5) est prévue pour établir un contact avec la bonde (1) et pour entraîner la bonde (1) dans une direction distale (2), et d'un élément mobile (13), qui est disposé de façon déplaçable dans une direction axiale dans le mécanisme d'entraînement (3), l'élément mobile (13) étant mobile par rapport au palier (5) entre une première position et une seconde position, dans lequel dans la première position une extrémité distale dudit élément mobile (13) dépasse dudit palier (5), caractérisé en ce que l'élément mobile (13) est dans la seconde position lorsque le palier (5) établit un contact avec la bonde (1) et l'extrémité distale dudit élément mobile (13) est au niveau de l'extrémité distale dudit palier (5) de sorte que la longueur de l'élément mobile (13) s'étendant depuis l'extrémité distale du palier (5) dans le sens proximal (4) soit utilisée pour indiquer un contact entre le palier (5) et la bonde (1) et, que l'élément mobile (13) soit disposé détachable dans le mécanisme d'entraînement (3) de manière à permettre le retrait de l'élément mobile (13) après l'ajustement du dispositif d'administration de médicament.
     
    2. Dispositif d'administration de médicament selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément mobile (13) est conçu de sorte qu'il dépasse (A') du mécanisme d'entraînement (3) dans une direction proximale lorsque le palier (5) est en contact avec la bonde (1).
     
    3. Dispositif d'administration de médicament selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément mobile (13) est disposé dans un trou central s'étendant à travers le palier (5) dans la direction axiale.
     
    4. Dispositif d'administration de médicament selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément mobile (13) s'étend à travers la tige de piston.
     
    5. Dispositif d'administration de médicament selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément mobile (13) est une broche qui est alignée de façon sensiblement concentrique sur l'axe longitudinal du mécanisme d'entraînement (3).
     
    6. Dispositif d'administration de médicament selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tige de piston est une vis mère (8).
     
    7. Dispositif d'administration de médicament selon la revendication 6 comprenant en outre un corps (9), caractérisé en ce que la vis mère (8) est en engrènement fileté avec ledit corps (9),
     
    8. Dispositif d'administration de médicament selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la vis mère (8) et le corps (9) sont reliés l'un à l'autre de sorte que la position du palier (5) par rapport à la bonde (1) puisse être ajustée en appliquant un couple à la vis mère (8) ou au corps (9).
     
    9. Dispositif d'administration de médicament selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cartouche contient un médicament, de préférence de l'insuline.
     
    10. Dispositif d'administration de médicament selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'administration de médicament est un dispositif d'injection jetable.
     
    11. Dispositif d'administration de médicament selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel dans la première position l'extrémité distale de l'élément mobile (13) est en contact avec la bonde (1) et une extrémité proximale de l'élément mobile (13) dépasse de l'extrémité proximale du mécanisme d'entraînement (3) sur la longueur A.
     
    12. Procédé de détection d'un contact entre un palier (5) et une bonde mobile (1), ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : fournir un dispositif d'administration de médicament selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le contact entre le palier (5) et la bonde (1) est indiqué par une distance prédéfinie entre un point de mesure sur l'élément mobile (13) et un point de mesure sur le mécanisme d'entraînement (3), en disposant l'élément mobile déplaçable (13) à l'intérieur du mécanisme d'entraînement (3) de sorte qu'il dépasse du palier (5) dans une direction distale ; déplacer le palier (5) par rapport à la bonde (1) de sorte qu'un espace (12) compris entre le palier (5) et la bonde (1) soit réduit ; et mesurer la distance relative entre le point de mesure sur le mécanisme d'entraînement (3) et le point de mesure sur l'élément mobile (13) ; détacher l'élément mobile (13) après un contact entre le palier (5) et la bonde (1) est indiqué.
     
    13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'une saillie prédéfinie (A') entre le mécanisme d'entraînement (3) et l'élément mobile (13) indique le contact entre le palier (5) et la bonde (1).
     
    14. Procédé permettant d'assembler un dispositif d'administration de médicament à l'aide du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 et 13 afin de détecter un contact entre le palier (5) et la bonde (1).
