    Description

    BACKGROUND


    Technical Field



    [0001] The present invention relates to a laundry washing apparatus provided with a cleaning device, and in particular, to a water pipeline of the laundry washing apparatus.

    Related Art



    [0002] The European patent application EP 1 813 705 A1 discloses a dryer.

    [0003] The European patent application EP 2 128 322 A1 discloses a washing machine.

    [0004] The Japanese patent application JP 2002 018 186 A discloses a washing machine.

    [0005] An existing drum washing machine generally includes a rotary drum for accommodating laundry, a water tub arranged around the rotary drum, and a motor for driving the rotary drum to rotate. The rotary drum is provided with a sidewall approximately in a cylinder shape and an end wall at one end of the sidewall.

    [0006] For the purpose of environmental protection and water saving, a water level for rinsing is generally designed relatively low; especially, when there is not much laundry to wash, the water level is even less than 1/3 of the diameter of a mounting bracket. Therefore, after the rinsing, an outer side of the end wall of the rotary drum and an inner wall of the water tub opposite to the outer side are adhered with half-dissolved washing powder that is splashed during the washing process, and dirt and fluff left after breaking of bubbles, which cause secondary pollution to the laundry to be washed subsequently.

    [0007] An existing laundry drying apparatus, such as a laundry dryer or a washer-dryer with combining functions of laundry-washing and laundry-drying, generally includes a condensation device connected to the water tub, so as to condense moisture carried in drying air that enters the condensation device from the water tub and finally returns to the water tub.

    [0008] Since it is unavoidable that a lot of fluff or other impurities (collectively referred to as fluff hereinbelow) are produced during the laundry-washing or laundry-drying process, the fluff may be carried directly into the condensation device with the humid and hot air and adhered to the inner wall of the condensation device, thereby affecting the condensation effect or obstructing the whole air circulation passage; even, the fluff may be carried into a fan or a heating tube by means of the fan and then adhered to a surface of the fan or the heating tube, thereby causing greater danger.

    SUMMARY



    [0009] An objective of the present invention is to enable a laundry washing apparatus to more effectively clean its own parts that need cleaning.

    [0010] For the foregoing objective, the present invention uses the following technical solution: A laundry washing apparatus provided with a cleaning device includes a liquid containing tub, a rotary drum that is rotatably supported in the liquid containing tub, a treatment agent distribution box that is connected to the liquid containing tub to deliver a liquid mixture of water and detergent or water and other laundry care agent to the liquid containing tub, a first water pipeline for delivering water to the treatment agent distribution box, and a first water valve arranged on the first water pipeline, where the first water valve is connected to a control device and is controlled by the control device to open or close the first water pipeline that is communicated with the treatment agent distribution box. The first water pipeline between the treatment agent distribution box and the first water valve is arranged with a second water valve, where the second water valve is further connected to a second water pipeline, and an exit of the second water pipeline is arranged on or adjacent to a component to be washed. The component to be washed is a condensation device connected to the liquid containing tub. Large-flow and high-speed water is usually delivered to the treatment agent distribution box, which facilitates the flushing of the treatment agent that is added to the treatment agent distribution box in advance. Therefore, when such a water flow is introduced by the second water valve to the condensation device to be washed, a preferable flushing effect is achieved, and dirt and/or fluff adhered to the inner wall and components of the condensation device to be washed can be effectively flushed away.

    [0011] As a possible improvement to the foregoing technical solution, the second water valve is connected to the control device, and is controlled by the control device to deliver water to either the first water pipeline or the second water pipeline.

    [0012] Another possible improvement solution is as follows: The second water valve is controlled in such a manner so that the second water valve delivers water to the first water pipeline during a laundry-washing process and delivers water to the second water pipeline during a component-washing process.

    [0013] In order to clean an inner side of an end wall of the liquid containing tub and/or an outer side of an end wall of the rotary drum opposite to the inner side, an exit of the second water pipeline is arranged on a rear end wall of the liquid containing tub.

    [0014] A more preferable improvement is as follows: The component to be washed is an end wall of the rotary drum, and the exit of the second water pipeline faces the end wall of the rotary drum; in this way, water that flows out of the second water pipeline may flush the end wall of the rotary drum, and the splash may further flush the inner side of the end wall of the liquid containing tub opposite to the end wall of the rotary drum.

    [0015] What is more beneficial is that, the exit of the second water pipeline is arranged close to an upper side of the condensation device.

    [0016] For example the laundry washing apparatus is a washer-dryer with combining functions of laundry-washing and laundry-drying. Such a washer-dryer generally includes a condensation device connected to the water tub, so as to condense moisture carried in drying air that enters the condensation device from the water tub and finally returns to the water tub.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION


    Embodiment 1



    [0018] As a first example of a laundry washing apparatus the washing machine 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a washer-dryer and includes a liquid containing tub 2, and a rotary drum 7 that is rotatably supported in the liquid containing tub 2, where laundry is washed or dried in the rotary drum 7. A laundry handling tub 2 is connected to a drying air passage 3 to form an air circulation passage. The drying air passage 3 includes in sequence a condensation device 4 for condensing the drying air that passes through the drying air passage 3, a fan 5 for promoting air circulation in the drying air passage 3 and the laundry handling tub 2, and a heating device 6 for heating the air that comes out of the condensation device 4 and re-enters the laundry handling tub 2.

    [0019] The washing machine 1 further includes a treatment agent distribution box 8 that is communicated with the liquid containing tub 2 to deliver a liquid mixture of water and detergent or water and other laundry care agent to the liquid containing tub 2. In order to deliver water to the treatment agent distribution box 8, a first water pipeline 9 is connected to the treatment agent distribution box 8. The first water pipeline 9 is arranged with a first water valve 10, where the first water valve 10 is connected to a control device 11 of the washing machine, and is controlled by the control device 11 to open or close the first water pipeline 9 that is communicated with the treatment agent distribution box 8.

    [0020] The first water pipeline 9 between the treatment agent distribution box 8 and the first water valve 10 is further arranged with a second water valve 12, the second water valve 12 is further connected to a second water pipeline 13, and an exit 14 of the second water pipeline 13 is arranged on an upper side of the condensation device 4.

    [0021] The second water valve 12 is also connected to the control device 11, and is controlled by the control device 11 to deliver water to either the first water pipeline 9 or the second water pipeline 13. Specifically, controlled by the control device 11, the second water valve 12 delivers water to the first water pipeline 9 during a laundry-washing process, and delivers water to the second water pipeline 13 during a condensation device washing process. As a result, during the condensation device washing process, the water passes through the first water valve 10 and the second water valve 12, flows along the second water pipeline 13, and finally gushes out of the exit 14 and pours down into the interior of the condensation device 4, so that the fluff that is adhered to the interior of the condensation device 4 during a drying process is effectively flushed away. Example in the state of the art An example of a laundry washing apparatus according to the state of the art is shown in Fig. 2. This washing machine 20 is provided with a liquid containing tub 21 and a rotary drum 22 that is rotatably supported in the liquid containing tub 21. A treatment agent distribution box 23 is communicated with the liquid containing tub 21 to deliver a liquid mixture of water and detergent or water and other laundry care agent to the liquid containing tub 21. In order to deliver water to the treatment agent distribution box 23, a first water pipeline 24 is connected to the treatment agent distribution box 23. The first water pipeline 24 is arranged with a first water valve 25, where the first water valve 25 is connected to a control device 26 of the washing machine, and is controlled by the control device 26 to open or close the first water pipeline 24 that is communicated with the treatment agent distribution box 23.

    [0022] The first water pipeline 24 between the treatment agent distribution box 23 and the first water valve 25 is further arranged with a second water valve 27, the second water valve 27 is further connected to a second water pipeline 28, and an exit 29 of the second water pipeline 28 is arranged on a rear end wall 30 of the liquid containing tub 21 and faces an end wall 31 of the rotary drum.

    [0023] The second water valve 27 is connected to the control device 26, and is controlled by the control device 26 to deliver water to either the first water pipeline 24 or the second water pipeline 28. Specifically, controlled by the control device 26, the second water valve 27 delivers water to the first water pipeline 24 during a laundry-washing process, and delivers water to the second water pipeline 28 during a tub-washing process. As a result, during the tub-washing process, the water passes through the first water valve 25 and the second water valve 27, flows along the second water pipeline 28, and finally gushes out of the exit 29 and flushes the end wall 31 of the rotary drum, and then the splash further flushes an inner side of the rear end wall 30 of the liquid containing tub, so as to clean the end wall 31 of the rotary drum and the rear end wall 30 of the liquid containing tub.


    Claims

    1. A laundry washing apparatus provided with a cleaning device (11, 12, 13) for cleaning its own parts comprising a liquid containing tub (2), a rotary drum (7) that is rotatably supported in the liquid containing tub, a treatment agent distribution box (8) that is connected to the liquid containing tub to deliver a liquid mixture of water and detergent or water and other laundry care agent to the liquid containing tub, a first water pipeline (9) for delivering water to the treatment agent distribution box, and a first water valve (10) arranged on the first water pipeline, wherein the first water valve is connected to a control device (11) and is controlled by the control device to open or close the first water pipeline (9) that is communicated with the treatment agent distribution box (8), wherein the first water pipeline (9) between the treatment agent distribution box (8) and the first water valve (10) is arranged with a second water valve (12), the second water valve (12) is further connected to a second water pipeline (13), and an exit (14) of the second water pipeline is arranged on or adjacent to a component (4) of the laundry washing apparatus to be washed, characterized in that the component (4) to be washed is a condensation device (4) connected to the liquid containing tub (2).
     
    2. The laundry washing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the
    second water valve (12) is connected to the control device (11), and is controlled by the control device (11) to deliver water to either the first water pipeline (9) or the second water pipeline (13).
     
    3. The laundry washing apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that: the second water valve (12) is controlled in such a manner so that the second water valve delivers water to the first water pipeline (9) during a laundry-washing process and delivers water to the second water pipeline (13) during a component-washing process.
     
    4. The laundry washing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that: the exit (14) of the second water pipeline (13) is arranged close to an upper side of the condensation device (4).
     


    Ansprüche

    1. Wäschewaschgerät, das mit einer Reinigungsvorrichtung (11, 12, 13) zum Reinigen seiner eigenen Bestandteile versehen ist und Folgendes umfasst: einen Flüssigkeitsbehälter (2), eine Drehtrommel (7), die drehbar in dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter gelagert ist, einen Behandlungsmittelverteilkasten (8), der mit dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter verbunden ist und ein Flüssigkeitsgemisch aus Wasser und Waschmittel oder Wasser und anderem Wäschepflegemittel in den Flüssigkeitsbehälter abgibt, eine erste Wasserleitung (9) zum Leiten von Wasser zu dem Behandlungsmittelverteilkasten und ein an der ersten Wasserleitung angeordnetes erstes Wasserventil (10), wobei das erste Wasserventil mit einer Steuervorrichtung (11) verbunden ist und von der Steuervorrichtung so angesteuert wird, dass es die erste Wasserleitung (9), die mit dem Behandlungsmittelverteilkasten (8) verbunden ist, öffnet oder schließt, wobei die erste Wasserleitung (9) zwischen dem Behandlungsmittelverteilkasten (8) und dem ersten Wasserventil (10) mit einem zweiten Wasserventil (12) versehen ist, das ferner mit einer zweiten Wasserleitung (13) verbunden ist, und ein Auslass (14) der zweiten Wasserleitung an oder neben einer zu waschenden Komponente (4) dem Wäschewaschgerät angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei der zu waschenden Komponente (4) um eine Kondensationsvorrichtung (4) handelt, die mit dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter (2) verbunden ist.
     
    2. Wäschewaschgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass: das zweite Wasserventil (12) mit der Steuervorrichtung (11) verbunden ist und von der Steuervorrichtung (11) so gesteuert wird, dass Wasser zur ersten Wasserleitung (9) oder zur zweiten Wasserleitung (13) geleitet wird.
     
    3. Wäschewaschgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass: das zweite Wasserventil (12) so gesteuert wird, dass es im Verlauf eines Wäschewaschvorgangs Wasser zur ersten Wasserleitung (9) und im Verlauf eines Komponentenwaschvorgangs Wasser zur zweiten Wasserleitung (13) leitet.
     
    4. Wäschewaschgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass: der Auslass (14) der zweiten Wasserleitung (13) in der Nähe einer Oberseite der Kondensationsvorrichtung (4) angeordnet ist.
     


    Revendications

    1. Appareil à laver le linge muni d'un dispositif de nettoyage (11, 12, 13) pour nettoyer ses propres pièces, comprenant une cuve contenant du liquide (2), un tambour rotatif (7) supporté à rotation dans la cuve contenant du liquide, un coffret de distribution d'un agent de traitement (8) relié à la cuve contenant du liquide pour délivrer un mélange liquide d'eau et de détergent ou d'eau et d'un autre agent de soin du linge à la cuve contenant du liquide, un premier tuyau d'eau (9) pour alimenter en eau le coffret de distribution d'un agent de traitement, et un premier robinet d'eau (10) situé sur le premier tuyau d'eau, dans lequel le premier robinet d'eau est relié à un dispositif de contrôle (11) et est contrôlé par le dispositif de contrôle pour ouvrir ou fermer le premier tuyau d'eau (9) qui est en communication avec le coffret de distribution d'un agent de traitement (8), dans lequel le premier tuyau d'eau (9) entre le coffret de distribution d'un agent de traitement (8) et le premier robinet d'eau (10) est agencé avec un deuxième robinet d'eau (12), le deuxième robinet d'eau (12) est en outre relié à un deuxième tuyau d'eau (13), et une évacuation (14) du deuxième tuyau d'eau est agencée sur ou près d'un composant (4) à nettoyer de l'appareil à laver le linge, caractérisé en ce que le composant (4) à nettoyer est un dispositif de condensation (4) relié à la cuve contenant du liquide (2).
     
    2. Appareil à laver le linge selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième robinet d'eau (12) est relié au dispositif de contrôle (11) et est contrôlé par le dispositif de contrôle (11) pour alimenter en eau soit le premier tuyau d'eau (9), soit le deuxième tuyau d'eau (13).
     
    3. Appareil à laver le linge selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième robinet d'eau (12) est contrôlé d'une manière telle que le deuxième robinet d'eau alimente en eau le premier tuyau d'eau (9) durant un processus de lavage du linge et alimente en eau le deuxième tuyau (13) durant un processus de nettoyage du composant.
     
    4. Appareil de lavage du linge selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'évacuation (14) du deuxième tuyau d'eau (13) est située près d'un côté supérieur du dispositif de condensation (4).
