[Technical Field]



[0001] Apparatuses and methods consistent with the exemplary embodiments relate to an image processing apparatus processing an image signal to be displayed and a control method thereof. In particular, exemplary embodiments relate to an image processing apparatus and a control method thereof, in which a service customized corresponding to a user is provided by identifying the user.

[Background Art]



[0002] An image processing apparatus of the related art processes an image signal/image data received external from the image processing apparatus in accordance with a variety of image processing processes. The image processing apparatus of the related art displays the processed image signal as an image on its own display panel, or outputs the processed image signal to another display apparatus having a display panel so that the another display apparatus can display the received image signal. In other words, the image processing apparatus of the related art may have a display panel or no display panel, as long as the image processing apparatus can process the image signal. For example, the former includes a television (TV), and the latter includes a set-top box.

[0003] With recent developments in technology, various functions have been added and/or extended on the image processing apparatus. For example, a household TV or the like image processing apparatus in the related art allows one or more user accounts to be registered by a user, and then provides customized services corresponding to the user accounts in accordance with the login of the user account. The image processing apparatus of the related art requires a user to previously specify identification (ID) and a password for login to the user account. Thereafter, when a user inputs the information about the ID and password through character or numeral buttons provided in a remote controller, the image processing apparatus of the related art allows the user account corresponding to the input information to log on.

[0010] An aspect of an exemplary embodiment may provide an image processing apparatus which includes: a user input interface configured to provide a user input according to at least one input method; a storage configured to store a database for biometric information of at least one user which corresponds with corresponds with at least one identification (IDs) previously registered in the image processing apparatus; a signal processor configured to process a preset service which is provided corresponding to an authenticated identification (ID) in response to a user being authenticated with the ID; and a controller configured to determine whether authentication is performed with regard to one of the IDs in response to an event occurring which identifies a current user, and retrieve and authenticate the ID from the database based on the biometric information of the current user acquired by the user input interface in response to determining that the authentication is not performed with regard to the ID.

In the following exemplary embodiments, only elements directly related to the exemplary embodiment will be described, and descriptions about the other elements will be omitted. However, it will be appreciated that the elements, the descriptions of which are omitted, are not unnecessary to realize the apparatus or system according to the exemplary embodiments.

[0035] FIG. 1 shows an example of an image processing apparatus 100 according to a first exemplary embodiment. In this exemplary embodiment, the image processing apparatus 100 is a display apparatus which can display an image. However, an exemplary embodiment may be applied to an image processing apparatus 100 which cannot display an image. In this case, the image processing apparatus 100 may locally connect with a separate external display apparatus so that the image can be displayed on the external display apparatus.

In other words, the face recognition module 220 retrieves user ID having a high similarity from the face feature DB 270.

The face recognition module 220 may use histograms of oriented gradients (HOG) or an edge detecting algorithm as an example of the face processing algorithm to derive a feature vector of a face image.

[0069] The integrated processing module 230 combines results from the voice recognition module 210 and the face recognition module 220. Thus, the integrated processing module 230 specifies a user ID matched with the input user-related data. For example, if the results of searching the user IDs respectively received from the voice recognition module 210 and the face recognition module 220 are identical to each other, the integrated processing module 230 selects the corresponding user ID. Also, the integrated processing module 230 collects a plurality of results equal to or higher than a predetermined score from each of the voice recognition module 210 and the face recognition module 220, and selects the user ID that both the voice recognition module 210 and the face recognition module 220 have in common. Further, if the voice recognition module 210 and the face recognition module 220 do not have search results in common, the integrated processing module 230 determines this as a new user.

[0070] When biometrics such as a user voice data and face data is input, the processor 200 compares and determines whether it is matched with the user ID information previously stored by a user, and specifies the user ID in accordance with the matched results.

If a user does not perform an authentication process for an ID by directly inputting the ID and the password, that is, if the ID is not authenticated, the image processing apparatus 100 searches and authenticates the ID from the database based on the current user biometric information acquired through the user input interface 140.

1. An image processing apparatus (100) comprising:

a user input interface (140) configured to receive a user input;

a storage (150) configured to store a plurality of user IDs previously registered by a plurality of users and a database for biometric information of the plurality of users, the database comprising a plurality of records, wherein each record has an assigned system ID provided by the image processing apparatus, the system IDs being for distinguishing between the records in the database, wherein the database further comprises a content viewing history of the image processing apparatus by the user corresponding to the biometric information; and

a signal processor configured, when an event occurs to identify a current user, to process:

to identify whether a user ID input by the user input is authenticated based on the plurality of user IDs registered and stored in the storage,

based on the user ID input by the user input being authenticated, to provide a first preset service corresponding to the authenticated user ID, and

based on the user ID input by the user input not being authenticated, to retrieve a system ID from the database based on biometric information of the current user acquired by the user input interface and content viewing history of the image processing apparatus, and to provide a second preset service corresponding to the retrieved system ID,

wherein, if the system ID cannot be retrieved based on the biometric information of the current user and the content viewing history of the image processing apparatus, to determine the current user as a new user, generate a new system ID and store the new system ID, the biometric information of the current user and the content viewing history of the image processing apparatus in the database, and

the controller (160) acquires the biometric information and the content viewing history with respect to the current user at the identifying event, and wherein the controller (160) identifies the current user by comparing the acquired biometric information and the content viewing history with the biometric information and content viewing history in the database, and by retrieving the record in the database with the biometric information and content viewing history having a highest similarity with the acquired biometric information and the content viewing history.


 
2. The image processing apparatus (100) according to claim 1, wherein the controller (160) updates the record with the biometric information and content viewing history having the highest similarity in the database with the acquired biometric information and content viewing history.
 
3. The image processing apparatus (100) according to claim 2, wherein the database comprises a record of a group comprising two or more users, and
the controller (160) derives the biometric information and the content viewing history with regard to each of a plurality of current users based on the plurality of current users being sensed, and retrieves the record of the group comprising a same number of the users as a number of current users among the records of the database.
 
4. The image processing apparatus (100) according to claim 3, wherein the record of the group comprises the biometric information and the content viewing history according to the plurality of users who belong to the group, and
the controller (160) identifies similarity by respectively comparing the biometric information and the content viewing history individually derived with respect to each of the plurality of current users with the biometric information and the content viewing history of each user in the record.
 
5. The image processing apparatus (100) according to claim 1, wherein the controller identifies a current time when the system ID of the current user is identified, and selects and provides a recommendation content based on the current time from the content viewing history.
 
6. The image processing apparatus (100) according to claim 5, wherein the content viewing history of the image processing apparatus comprises a history of viewing an image program according to time and a day of week, and
the controller (160) selects a recommendation program based on the current time among the image programs corresponding to the content viewing history and controls a guide image notifying a selection result to be displayed.
 
7. The image processing apparatus (100) according to claim 1, wherein the biometric information comprises at least one of a voice feature vector about a user's voice and a face feature vector about his/her user's face.
 
8. A method of controlling an image processing apparatus (100), the method comprising:

receiving a user identification, ID, input via a user input interface (140) of the image processing apparatus (100);

identifying whether authentication is performed with regard to one of the user IDs previously registered to the image processing apparatus when an event occurs to identify a current user;

acquiring biometric information of the current user through the user input using one or more input methods based on the authentication not being performed with regard to the user ID;

retrieving and authenticating the user ID based on the biometric information of the current user from a database of biometric information about one or more users corresponding to one or more previously registered user IDS, the database comprising a plurality of records, and wherein each record has an assigned system ID provided by the image processing apparatus, the system IDs being for distinguishing between the records in the database; and

based on authentication being performed, to provide a first preset service corresponding to the authenticated user ID, and

based on authentication not being performed, to retrieve a system ID from the database based on biometric information of the current user acquired by the user input interface and content viewing history of the image processing apparatus, and to provide a second preset service corresponding to the retrieved system ID

wherein, if the system ID cannot be retrieved based on the biometric information of the current user and the content viewing history of the image processing apparatus, determining the current user as a new user, generating a new system ID and storing the new system ID, the biometric information of the current user and the content viewing history of the image processing apparatus in the database,

wherein the database further comprises a content viewing history of the image processing apparatus by the user corresponding to the biometric information,

the acquiring biometric information of the current user comprises acquiring the biometric information and the content viewing history with respect to the current user, and

the retrieving and authenticating the ID based on the biometric information of the current user comprises identifying the current user by comparing the acquired the biometric information and the content viewing history with the biometric information and content viewing history in the database, and by retrieving the record in the database with the biometric information and content viewing history having a highest similarity with the acquired biometric information and the content viewing history.


 
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein the retrieving and authenticating the ID based on the biometric information of the current user comprises updating the record with the biometric information and content viewing history having the highest similarity in the database with the acquired biometric information and content viewing history.
 
10. The method according to claim 8, wherein the database comprises a record of a group comprising two or more users, and
the identifying the current user comprises:

deriving the biometric information and the content viewing history with regard to each of a plurality of current users based on the plurality of current users being sensed; and

retrieving the record of the group comprising a same number of the users as a number of current users among the records of the database.


 


Ansprüche

1. Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung (100), die Folgendes umfasst:

eine Benutzereingabeschnittstelle (140), die zum Empfangen einer Benutzereingabe ausgelegt ist;

einen Speicher (150), der ausgelegt ist zum Speichern mehrerer Benutzerkennungen, die zuvor durch mehrere Benutzer registriert wurden, und einer Datenbank für biometrische Informationen der mehreren Benutzer, wobei die Datenbank mehrere Aufzeichnungen umfasst, wobei jede Aufzeichnung eine durch die Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung bereitgestellte zugewiesene Systemkennung aufweist, wobei die Systemkennungen dem Unterscheiden zwischen den Aufzeichnungen in der Datenbank dienen, wobei die Datenbank ferner einen Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf der Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung durch den den biometrischen Informationen entsprechenden Benutzer umfasst;

und

einen Signalprozessor, der dazu ausgelegt ist, wenn ein Ereignis zum Identifizieren eines aktuellen Benutzers auftritt, die Folgende Verarbeitung durchzuführen:

Identifizieren, ob eine durch die Benutzereingabe eingegebene Benutzerkennung authentifiziert ist, basierend auf den mehreren registrierten und in dem Speicher gespeicherten Benutzerkennungen, basierend darauf, dass die durch die Benutzereingabe eingegebene Benutzerkennung authentifiziert ist, Bereitstellen eines ersten voreingestellten Dienstes, der der authentifizierten Benutzerkennung entspricht, und

basierend darauf, dass die durch die Benutzereingabe eingegebene Benutzerkennung nicht authentifiziert ist, Abrufen einer Systemkennung aus der Datenbank basierend auf durch die Benutzereingabeschnittstelle erfassten biometrischen Informationen des aktuellen Benutzers und einem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf der Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung, und Bereitstellen eines zweiten voreingestellten Dienstes, der der abgerufenen Systemkennung entspricht, wobei, falls die Systemkennung nicht basierend auf den biometrischen Informationen des aktuellen Benutzers und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf der Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung abgerufen werden kann, Bestimmen des aktuellen Benutzers als einen neuen Benutzer, Erzeugen einer neuen Systemkennung und Speichern der neuen Systemkennung, der biometrischen Informationen des aktuellen Benutzers und des Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlaufs der Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung in der Datenbank, und die Steuerung (160) die biometrischen Informationen und den Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf bezüglich des aktuellen Benutzers bei dem Identifizierungsereignis erfasst, und wobei die Steuerung (160) den aktuellen Benutzer durch Vergleichen der erfassten biometrischen Informationen und des Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlaufs mit den biometrischen Informationen und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf in der Datenbank und durch Abrufen der Aufzeichnung in der Datenbank mit den biometrischen Informationen und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf mit einer größten Ähnlichkeit mit den erfassten biometrischen Informationen und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf identifiziert.


 
2. Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Steuerung (160) die Aufzeichnung mit den biometrischen Informationen und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf mit der größten Ähnlichkeit in der Datenbank mit den erfassten biometrischen Informationen und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf aktualisiert.
 
3. Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Datenbank eine Aufzeichnung einer zwei oder mehr Benutzer umfassenden Gruppe umfasst, und die Steuerung (160) die biometrischen Informationen und den Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf bezüglich jedes mehrerer aktueller Benutzer basierend auf den mehreren festgestellten aktuellen Benutzern ableitet, und die Aufzeichnung der Gruppe, die eine gleiche Anzahl der Benutzer wie eine Anzahl aktueller Benutzer umfasst, aus den Aufzeichnungen der Datenbank abruft.
 
4. Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Aufzeichnung der Gruppe die biometrischen Informationen und den Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf gemäß den mehreren Benutzern, die zu der Gruppe gehören, umfasst, und
die Steuerung (160) eine Ähnlichkeit durch jeweiliges Vergleichen der biometrischen Informationen und des Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlaufs, die individuell bezüglich jedes der mehreren aktuellen Benutzer abgeleitet wurden, mit den biometrischen Informationen und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf jedes Benutzers in der Aufzeichnung identifiziert.
 
5. Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Steuerung eine aktuelle Zeit identifiziert, zu der die Systemsteuerung des aktuellen Benutzers identifiziert wird, und einen auf der aktuellen Zeit basierenden Empfehlungsinhalt aus dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf auswählt und bereitstellt.
 
6. Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf der Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung einen Verlauf eines Betrachtens eines Bildprogramms gemäß einer Zeit und einem Wochentag umfasst, und
die Steuerung (160) ein auf der aktuellen Zeit basierendes Empfehlungsprogramm aus den dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf entsprechenden Bildprogrammen auswählt und ein Anleitungsbild steuert, das ein anzuzeigendes Auswahlergebnis mitteilt.
 
7. Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die biometrischen Informationen einen Stimmmerkmalsvektor hinsichtlich der Stimme eines Benutzers und/oder einen Gesichtsmerkmalsvektor hinsichtlich des Gesichts des Benutzers umfassen.
 
8. Verfahren zum Steuern einer Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung (100), wobei das Verfahren Folgendes umfasst:

Empfangen einer Benutzerkennungseingabe über eine Benutzereingabeschnittstelle (140) der Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung (100);

Identifizieren, ob eine Authentifizierung bezüglich einer der zuvor bei der Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung registrierten Benutzerkennungen durchgeführt wird, wenn ein Ereignis zum Identifizieren eines aktuellen Benutzers auftritt;

Erfassen biometrischer Informationen des aktuellen Benutzers über die Benutzereingabe unter Verwendung eines oder mehrerer Eingabeverfahren basierend darauf, dass die Authentifizierung bezüglich der Benutzerkennung nicht durchgeführt wird;

Abrufen und Authentifizieren der Benutzerkennung basierend auf den biometrischen Informationen des aktuellen Benutzers aus einer Datenbank biometrischer Informationen über einen oder mehrere Benutzer, die einer oder mehreren zuvor registrierten Benutzerkennungen entsprechen, wobei die Datenbank mehrere Aufzeichnungen umfasst, und wobei jede Aufzeichnung eine durch die Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung bereitgestellte zugewiesene Systemkennung aufweist, wobei die Systemkennungen dem Unterscheiden zwischen den Aufzeichnungen in der Datenbank dienen; und

basierend darauf, dass eine Authentifizierung durchgeführt wird, Bereitstellen eines ersten voreingestellten Dienstes, der der authentifizierten Benutzerkennung entspricht, und basierend darauf, dass eine Authentifizierung nicht durchgeführt wird, Abrufen einer Systemkennung aus der Datenbank basierend auf durch die Benutzereingabeschnittstelle erfassten biometrischen Informationen des aktuellen Benutzers und einem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf der Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung, und Bereitstellen eines zweiten voreingestellten Dienstes, der der abgerufenen Systemkennung entspricht, wobei, falls die Systemkennung nicht basierend auf den biometrischen Informationen des aktuellen Benutzers und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf der Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung abgerufen werden kann, Bestimmen des aktuellen Benutzers als einen neuen Benutzer, Erzeugen einer neuen Systemkennung und Speichern der neuen Systemkennung, der biometrischen Informationen des aktuellen Benutzers und des Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlaufs der Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung in der Datenbank,

wobei die Datenbank ferner einen Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf der Bildverarbeitungseinrichtung durch den den biometrischen Informationen entsprechenden Benutzer umfasst,

das Erfassen biometrischer Informationen des aktuellen Benutzers Erfassen der biometrischen Informationen und des Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlaufs bezüglich des aktuellen Benutzers umfasst, und

das Abrufen und Authentifizieren der Kennung basierend auf den biometrischen Informationen des aktuellen Benutzers Identifizieren des aktuellen Benutzers durch Vergleichen der erfassten biometrischen Informationen und des Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlaufs mit den biometrischen Informationen und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf in der Datenbank und durch Abrufen der Aufzeichnung in der Datenbank mit den biometrischen Informationen und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf mit einer größten Ähnlichkeit mit den erfassten biometrischen Informationen und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf umfasst.


 
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Abrufen und Authentifizieren der Kennung basierend auf den biometrischen Informationen des aktuellen Benutzers Aktualisieren der Aufzeichnung mit den biometrischen Informationen und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf mit der größten Ähnlichkeit in der Datenbank mit den erfassten biometrischen Informationen und dem Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlauf umfasst.
 
10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Datenbank eine Aufzeichnung einer zwei oder mehr Benutzer umfassenden Gruppe umfasst, und
das Identifizieren des aktuellen Benutzers Folgendes umfasst:

Ableiten der biometrischen Informationen und des Inhaltsbetrachtungsverlaufs bezüglich jedes mehrerer aktueller Benutzer basierend auf den mehreren festgestellten aktuellen Benutzern; und

Abrufen der Aufzeichnung der Gruppe, die eine gleiche Anzahl der Benutzer wie eine Anzahl aktueller Benutzer umfasst, aus den Aufzeichnungen der Datenbank.


 


Revendications

un processeur de signal configuré, lorsqu'un événement se produit pour identifier un utilisateur courant, pour le traitement :

afin d'identifier si une entrée d'ID d'utilisateur est authentifiée par l'entrée utilisateur sur la base de la pluralité d'ID utilisateurs enregistrés et stockés dans le stockage,

sur la base du fait que l'entrée d'ID utilisateur est authentifiée par l'entrée utilisateur, afin de fournir un premier service prédéfini correspondant à l'ID utilisateur authentifié, et

sur la base du fait que l'entrée de l'ID utilisateur n'est pas authentifiée par l'entrée utilisateur, afin de récupérer un ID système de la base de données sur la base des informations biométriques de l'utilisateur courant acquises par l'interface d'entrée utilisateur et de l'historique de visualisation de contenu de l'appareil de traitement d'images, et afin de fournir un second service prédéfini correspondant à l'ID système récupéré,

si l'ID du système ne peut pas être récupéré sur la base des informations biométriques de l'utilisateur courant et de l'historique de visualisation de contenu de l'appareil de traitement d'images, afin de déterminer l'utilisateur courant comme nouvel utilisateur, générer un nouvel ID système et stocker le nouvel ID système, les informations biométriques de l'utilisateur courant et l'historique de visualisation de contenu de l'appareil de traitement d'images dans la base de données, et

le dispositif de commande (160) faisant l'acquisition des informations biométriques et de l'historique de visualisation de contenu concernant l'utilisateur courant lors de l'événement d'identification, et le dispositif de commande (160) identifiant l'utilisateur courant en comparant les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu acquis avec les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu dans la base de données, et en récupérant l'enregistrement dans la base de données avec les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu ayant la plus grande similarité avec les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu acquis.


 
2. Appareil de traitement d'images (100) selon la revendication 1, le dispositif de commande (160) mettant à jour l'enregistrement avec les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu ayant la plus grande similarité dans la base de données avec les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu acquis.
 
3. Appareil de traitement d'images (100) selon la revendication 2, la base de données comprenant un enregistrement d'un groupe comprenant deux utilisateurs ou plus, et
le dispositif de commande (160) obtenant les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu par rapport à chacun d'une pluralité d'utilisateurs courants sur la base de la pluralité d'utilisateurs courants détectés, et récupérant l'enregistrement du groupe comprenant un nombre d'utilisateurs identique à celui des utilisateurs courants parmi les enregistrements de la base de données.
 
4. Appareil de traitement d'images (100) selon la revendication 3, l'enregistrement du groupe comprenant les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu selon la pluralité d'utilisateurs qui appartiennent au groupe, et
le dispositif de commande (160) identifiant la similarité en comparant respectivement les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu, dérivés individuellement pour chacun de la pluralité des utilisateurs courants, avec les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu de chaque utilisateur dans l'enregistrement.
 
5. Appareil de traitement d'images (100) selon la revendication 1, le dispositif de commande identifiant une heure actuelle lorsque l'ID système de l'utilisateur courant est identifié, et sélectionnant et fournissant un contenu de recommandation basé sur l'heure actuelle à partir de l'historique de visualisation de contenu.
 
6. Appareil de traitement d'images (100) selon la revendication 5, l'historique de visualisation de contenu de l'appareil de traitement d'images comprenant un historique de visualisation d'un programme d'images en fonction de l'heure et d'un jour de la semaine, et
le dispositif de commande (160) sélectionnant un programme de recommandation en fonction de l'heure actuelle parmi les programmes d'images correspondant à l'historique de visualisation de contenu et contrôlant une image guide notifiant un résultat de sélection à afficher.
 
7. Appareil de traitement d'images (100) selon la revendication 1, les informations biométriques comprenant au moins des informations biométriques parmi un vecteur de caractéristiques vocales concernant la voix d'un utilisateur et un vecteur de caractéristiques faciales concernant le visage de l'utilisateur.
 
8. Procédé de commande d'un appareil de traitement d'images (100), le procédé comprenant :

la réception d'une entrée d'identification d'utilisateur, ID, par l'intermédiaire d'une interface d'entrée utilisateur (140) de l'appareil de traitement d'images (100) ;

l'identification du fait qu'une authentification est effectuée par rapport à l'un des ID utilisateurs enregistrés précédemment dans l'appareil de traitement d'images lorsqu'un événement se produit pour identifier un utilisateur courant ;

l'acquisition d'informations biométriques de l'utilisateur courant au moyen de l'entrée utilisateur en utilisant un ou plusieurs procédés de saisie basés sur le fait que l'authentification n'est pas effectuée par rapport à l'ID utilisateur ;

la récupération et l'authentification de l'ID utilisateur sur la base des informations biométriques de l'utilisateur courant à partir d'une base de données d'informations biométriques sur un ou plusieurs utilisateurs correspondant à un ou plusieurs ID utilisateur précédemment enregistrés, la base de données comprenant une pluralité d'enregistrements, et chaque enregistrement ayant un ID système attribué fourni par l'appareil de traitement d'images, les ID systèmes servant à distinguer les enregistrements dans la base de données ; et

si l'ID système ne peut pas être récupéré sur la base des informations biométriques de l'utilisateur courant et de l'historique de visualisation de contenu de l'appareil de traitement d'images, la détermination de l'utilisateur courant comme nouvel utilisateur, la génération d'un nouvel ID système et le stockage du nouvel ID système, des informations biométriques de l'utilisateur courant et de l'historique de visualisation de contenu de l'appareil de traitement d'images dans la base de données,

la base de données comprenant en outre un historique de visualisation de contenu de l'appareil de traitement d'images par l'utilisateur correspondant aux informations biométriques,

l'acquisition des informations biométriques de l'utilisateur courant comprenant l'acquisition des informations biométriques et de l'historique de visualisation de contenu par rapport à l'utilisateur courant, et

la récupération et l'authentification de l'ID sur la base des informations biométriques de l'utilisateur courant comprenant l'identification de l'utilisateur courant en comparant les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu acquis avec les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu dans la base de données, et en récupérant l'enregistrement dans la base de données avec les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu ayant la plus grande similitude avec les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu acquis.


 
9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, la récupération et l'authentification de l'ID basé sur les informations biométriques de l'utilisateur courant comprenant la mise à jour de l'enregistrement avec les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu ayant la plus grande similarité dans la base de données avec les informations biométriques et l'historique de visualisation de contenu acquis.
 
10. Procédé selon la revendication 8, la base de données comprenant un enregistrement d'un groupe comprenant deux utilisateurs ou plus, et
l'identification de l'utilisateur courant comprenant :

l'obtention des informations biométriques et de l'historique de visualisation de contenu pour chacun des utilisateurs courants, sur la base de la pluralité d'utilisateurs courants détectés ; et

la récupération de l'enregistrement du groupe comprenant un nombre d'utilisateurs identique à celui des utilisateurs courants parmi les enregistrements de la base de données.
