    Description

    FIELD



    [0001] The present invention relates to the field of intelligent household, and more particularly, to a method and an apparatus for controlling an intelligent device.

    BACKGROUND



    [0002] With the rapid development of society, the economic standard of people's life rises gradually, and the concept of intelligent house has crept into the daily life.

    [0003] The intelligent house integrates various intelligent devices with a house as the platform by using advanced computer technology, network communication technology, comprehensive wiring technology, safety technology, automatic control technology and audiovisual technology. Efficient residential facilities and a management system of domestic affairs are established to make home life more comfortable, safe and efficient. Each intelligent device has a function of communication with remote control equipment by which each intelligent device is controlled to start or stop.

    [0005] Documents US 2010/289643, US 2012/302200, US 2014/0814433, WO 2011/053008, and US 8 554 376 disclose known methods for controlling intelligent devices.

    SUMMARY



    [0006] The invention is defined in claims 1 to 13. According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a method for controlling an intelligent device. The method includes: receiving and storing configuration information set by a user, in which the configuration information includes at least one controllable intelligent device, an execution operation corresponding to said at least one intelligent device, and an execution condition corresponding to said execution operation;
    if a target execution condition is satisfied, querying the configuration information according to the target execution condition, and determining a target intelligent device and a target execution operation corresponding to the target execution condition; and controlling the target intelligent device to perform the target execution operation.

    [0007] It should be noted that if the configuration information includes a plurality of intelligent devices, then it comprises an execution operation for each intelligent device of the plurality of intelligent devices, and an execution condition corresponding to each execution operation. Also, the target execution condition may be an execution condition of one of the intelligent devices.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION

    [0033] Intelligent Device: an intelligent device is applied in the intelligent house, has a function of communication with a remote control device, and includes various types, such as a fan, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, a TV, a router and the like.

    [0034] Near Field Communication (NFC) Antenna: it is a near field coupled antenna which is specifically based on a radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, coupled and matched with a transformer for communication to deal a hardware processing scheme, in which the data transmission process is verified by a communication instruction of a processor; software and hardware environment is modulated and processed by RFID, and adjusted by a matching circuit.

    [0035] NFC Technology: it is a short-distance high frequency wireless communication technology which allows data exchange by non-contact point-to-point data transmission (for example, within ten centimeters) between electronic devices. The technology is derived from non-contact RFID and is downward compatible with RFID. Compared with infrared communication and Bluetooth communication, NFC employs a specific signal attenuation technology, which leads to short communication distance and high safety, and is suitable for identity recognition and secure payment.

    [0036] NFC Tag: it is a tag which has a working frequency of 13.56MHz and is compatible with ISO14443A/B standard based on the NFC technology. The NFC tag can store various readable information, such as personal information, payment information, Bluetooth address information and Wi-Fi address information. The NFC tag of the present invention at least includes configuration information of the intelligent device, such as starting of the intelligent device and stopping of the intelligent device.

Supposing the pressure on the display screen of the apparatus reaches a threshold, the apparatus queries the configuration information and controls the refrigerator and the fan to start sequentially according to the query result, such that coordinated trigger of the plurality of intelligent devices may be realized once one execution condition is satisfied.

If the user finds that the cooling temperature does not reach a desired temperature, the user may touch the display screen of the apparatus to make the pressure reach a threshold, so as to control the air conditioner to lower the cooling temperature by 1°C again.

Supposing that the steps of the user counted by the apparatus reaches a threshold, the apparatus queries the configuration information and controls the air conditioner, the TV, the refrigerator and the fan to start sequentially according to the query result, and the air conditioner reduces the cooling temperature by 1°C after being started. That is, coordinated trigger of the plurality of intelligent devices may be realized when one execution condition is satisfied.

    1. A method for controlling an intelligent device, comprising:

    receiving and storing (11) configuration information set by a user, wherein the configuration information comprises a plurality of controllable intelligent devices, a sequence for controlling the plurality of intelligent devices, an execution operation corresponding to said plurality of intelligent devices, and an execution condition corresponding to said execution operation, wherein the plurality of target intelligent devices comprise a target intelligent device corresponding to a target execution condition in the configuration information and other intelligent devices following a target execution operation of the target intelligent device in the sequence; and the target execution operation comprises the execution operation corresponding to the target intelligent device;

    if the target execution condition is satisfied, querying (12) the configuration information according to the target execution condition, and determining a target intelligent device and the target execution operation corresponding to the target execution condition; and

    controlling (13) the target intelligent device to perform the target execution operation, and instructing other intelligent devices following the target execution operation of the intelligent device to perform corresponding target execution operations according to the sequence pre-stored in the target intelligent device.


     
    2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the execution operation comprises: one or more control operations to be executed on one intelligent device.
     
    3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the execution operation comprises at least one of starting of the intelligent device, stopping of the intelligent device, temperature regulation of the intelligent device, and air speed adjustment of the intelligent device.
     
    4. The method according to claim 1, wherein controlling the target intelligent device to perform the target execution operation comprises:

    sending encoded information to the target intelligent device via Bluetooth, or in a manner of sending an infrared signal or sending a wireless signal based on WIFI;

    wherein the encoded information comprises the target execution operation of the target intelligent device, such that the target intelligent device performs the target execution operation according to the encoded information.


     
    5. The method according to claim 1, before receiving the configuration information set by the user, further comprising: obtaining configurable information of the intelligent device using a NFC tag on the intelligent device, and displaying the information of the intelligent device on a display screen;
    wherein receiving the configuration information set by the user comprises: receiving the configuration information set by the user according to the information of the intelligent device.
     
    6. The method according to claim 5, wherein obtaining configurable information of the intelligent device using the NFC tag on the intelligent device comprises:

    activating the NFC tag on the intelligent device by a NFC antenna with a near field communication technology;

    establishing NFC connection with the intelligent device; and

    obtaining the configurable information of the intelligent device stored in the NFC tag.


     
    7. An apparatus for controlling an intelligent device, comprising:

    a receiving module (501) configured to receive and store configuration information set by a user, wherein the configuration information comprises a plurality of controllable intelligent devices, a sequence for controlling the plurality of intelligent devices, an execution operation corresponding to said plurality of intelligent devices, and an execution condition corresponding to said execution operation, wherein the plurality of target intelligent devices comprise a target intelligent device corresponding to a target execution condition in the configuration information and other intelligent devices following a target execution operation of the target intelligent device in the sequence; and the target execution operation comprises the execution operation corresponding to the target intelligent device;

    a querying module (502) configured to query, if the target execution condition is satisfied, the configuration information received by the receiving module according to the target execution condition, and to determine a target intelligent device and the target execution operation corresponding to the target execution condition; and

    a controlling module (503) configured to control the target intelligent device determined by the querying module to perform the target execution operation determined by the querying module, and to instruct other intelligent devices following the target execution operation of the intelligent device to perform corresponding target execution operations according to the sequence pre-stored in the target intelligent device.


     
    8. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the execution operation comprises: one or more control operations to be executed on one intelligent device.
     
    9. The apparatus according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the execution operation comprises at least one of starting of the intelligent device, stopping of the intelligent device, temperature regulation of the intelligent device, and air speed adjustment of the intelligent device.
     
    10. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the controlling module is configured to send encoded information to the target intelligent device determined by the querying module via Bluetooth, or in a manner of sending an infrared signal or sending a wireless signal based on WIFI;
    wherein the encoded information comprises the target execution operation of the target intelligent device, such that the target intelligent device determined by the querying module performs the target execution operation according to the encoded information.
     
    11. The apparatus according to claim 7, further comprising:

    an obtaining module (601) configured to obtain configurable information of the intelligent device using a NFC tag on the intelligent device, and configured to display the information of the intelligent device on a display screen;

    wherein the receiving module is configured to receive the configuration information set by the user according to the information of the intelligent device obtained by the obtaining module.


     
    12. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the obtaining module is configured to activate the NFC tag on the intelligent device by a NFC antenna with a near field communication technology, to establish NFC connection with the intelligent device, and to obtain the configurable information of the intelligent device stored in the NFC tag.
     
    13. A computer program including instructions for executing the steps of a method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 when said program is executed by a computer.
     


    Ansprüche

    1. Verfahren zur Steuerung einer intelligenten Vorrichtung, umfassend:

    Empfangen und Speichern (11) von durch einen Benutzer eingestellten Konfigurationsinformationen, wobei die Konfigurationsinformationen umfassen: mehrere steuerbare intelligente Vorrichtungen, eine Sequenz zum Steuern der mehreren intelligenten Vorrichtungen, eine Ausführungsoperation, die den mehreren intelligenten Vorrichtungen entspricht, und eine Ausführungsbedingung, die der Ausführungsoperation entspricht, wobei die mehreren intelligenten Zielvorrichtungen eine intelligente Zielvorrichtung, die einer Zielausführungsbedingung in den Konfigurationsinformationen entspricht, und andere intelligente Vorrichtungen, die einer Zielausführungsoperation der intelligenten Zielvorrichtung in der Sequenz folgen, umfassen, und die Zielausführungsoperation die Ausführungsoperation umfasst, die der intelligenten Zielvorrichtung entspricht,

    wenn die Zielausführungsbedingung erfüllt ist, Abfragen (12) der Konfigurationsinformationen gemäß der Zielausführungsbedingung, und Bestimmen einer intelligenten Zielvorrichtung und der Zielausführungsoperation, die der Zielausführungsbedingung entspricht, und

    Steuern (13) der intelligenten Zielvorrichtung, um die Zielausführungsoperation durchzuführen, und Anweisen anderer intelligenter Vorrichtungen, im Anschluss an die Zielausführungsoperation der intelligenten Vorrichtung, entsprechende Zielausführungsoperationen gemäß der in der intelligenten Zielvorrichtung zuvor gespeicherten Sequenz durchzuführen.


     
    2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ausführungsoperation eine oder mehrere Steuerungsoperationen umfasst, die in einer intelligenten Vorrichtung ausgeführt werden sollen.
     
    3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Ausführungsoperation mindestens eines von Folgendem umfasst: Starten der intelligenten Vorrichtung, Stoppen der intelligenten Vorrichtung, Temperaturregelung der intelligenten Vorrichtung, und Justieren der Luftgeschwindigkeit der intelligenten Vorrichtung.
     
    4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Steuern der intelligenten Zielvorrichtung zum Zweck der Durchführung der Zielausführungsoperation umfasst:

    Senden codierter Informationen an die intelligente Zielvorrichtung über Bluetooth oder in einer Weise des Sendens eines Infrarotsignals oder des Sendens eines drahtlosen Signals auf der Basis von WIFI,

    wobei die codierten Informationen die Zielausführungsoperation der intelligenten Zielvorrichtung umfassen, dergestalt, dass die intelligente Zielvorrichtung die Zielausführungsoperation gemäß den codierten Informationen ausführt.


     
    5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, das vor dem Empfangen der durch den Benutzer eingestellten Konfigurationsinformationen ferner umfasst: Erhalten konfigurierbarer Informationen der intelligenten Vorrichtung unter Verwendung eines NFC-Transponders an der intelligenten Vorrichtung, und Anzeigen der Informationen der intelligenten Vorrichtung auf einem Bildschirm,
    wobei das Empfangen der durch den Benutzer eingestellten Konfigurationsinformationen umfasst: Empfangen der durch den Benutzer eingestellten Konfigurationsinformationen gemäß den Informationen der intelligenten Vorrichtung.
     
    6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Erhalten konfigurierbarer Informationen der intelligenten Vorrichtung unter Verwendung des NFC-Transponders an der intelligenten Vorrichtung umfasst:

    Aktivieren des NFC-Transponders an der intelligenten Vorrichtung durch eine NFC-Antenne mit einer Nahfeld-Kommunikationstechnologie,

    Herstellen einer NFC-Verbindung mit der intelligenten Vorrichtung, und

    Erhalten der konfigurierbaren Informationen der intelligenten Vorrichtung, die in dem NFC-Transponder gespeichert sind.


     
    7. Vorrichtung zur Steuerung einer intelligenten Vorrichtung, umfassend:

    ein Empfangsmodul (501), das dafür konfiguriert ist, durch einen Benutzer eingestellte Konfigurationsinformationen zu empfangen und zu speichern, wobei die Konfigurationsinformationen umfassen: mehrere steuerbare intelligente Vorrichtungen, eine Sequenz zum Steuern der mehreren intelligenten Vorrichtungen, eine Ausführungsoperation, die den mehreren intelligenten Vorrichtungen entspricht, und eine Ausführungsbedingung, die der Ausführungsoperation entspricht, wobei die mehreren intelligenten Zielvorrichtungen eine intelligente Zielvorrichtung, die einer Zielausführungsbedingung in den Konfigurationsinformationen entspricht, und andere intelligente Vorrichtungen, die einer Zielausführungsoperation der intelligenten Zielvorrichtung in der Sequenz folgen, umfassen, und die Zielausführungsoperation die Ausführungsoperation umfasst, die der intelligenten Zielvorrichtung entspricht,

    ein Abfragemodul (502), das dafür konfiguriert ist, wenn die Zielausführungsbedingung erfüllt ist, die durch das Empfangsmodul empfangenen Konfigurationsinformationen gemäß der Zielausführungsbedingung abzufragen und eine intelligente Zielvorrichtung und die Zielausführungsoperation, die der Zielausführungsbedingung entsprechen, zu bestimmen, und

    ein Steuerungsmodul (503), das dafür konfiguriert ist, die durch das Abfragemodul bestimmte intelligente Zielvorrichtung zu veranlassen, die durch das Abfragemodul bestimmte Zielausführungsoperation durchzuführen und andere intelligente Vorrichtungen im Anschluss an die Zielausführungsoperation der intelligenten Vorrichtung anzuweisen, entsprechende Zielausführungsoperationen gemäß der in der intelligenten Zielvorrichtung zuvor gespeicherten Sequenz durchzuführen.


     
    8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Ausführungsoperation eine oder mehrere Steuerungsoperationen umfasst, die in einer intelligenten Vorrichtung ausgeführt werden sollen.
     
    9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Ausführungsoperation mindestens eines von Folgendem umfasst: Starten der intelligenten Vorrichtung, Stoppen der intelligenten Vorrichtung, Temperaturregelung der intelligenten Vorrichtung, und Justieren der Luftgeschwindigkeit der intelligenten Vorrichtung.
     
    10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
    wobei das Steuerungsmodul dafür konfiguriert ist, codierte Informationen an die durch das Abfragemodul bestimmte intelligente Zielvorrichtung über Bluetooth oder in einer Weise des Sendens eines Infrarotsignals oder des Sendens eines drahtlosen Signals auf der Basis von WIFI zu senden,
    wobei die codierten Informationen die Zielausführungsoperation der intelligenten Zielvorrichtung umfassen, dergestalt, dass die durch das Abfragemodul bestimmte intelligente Zielvorrichtung die Zielausführungsoperation gemäß den codierten Informationen ausführt.
     
    11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, die des Weiteren umfasst:

    ein Erhaltemodul (601), das dafür konfiguriert ist, konfigurierbare Informationen der intelligenten Vorrichtung unter Verwendung eines NFC-Transponders an der intelligenten Vorrichtung zu erhalten, und dafür konfiguriert ist, die Informationen der intelligenten Vorrichtung auf einem Bildschirm anzuzeigen,

    wobei das Empfangsmodul dafür konfiguriert ist, die durch den Benutzer eingestellten Konfigurationsinformationen gemäß den durch das Erhaltemodul erhaltenen Informationen der intelligenten Vorrichtung zu empfangen.


     
    12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei das Erhaltemodul dafür konfiguriert ist, den NFC-Transponder an der intelligenten Vorrichtung durch eine NFC-Antenne mit einer Nahfeld-Kommunikationstechnologie zu aktivieren, eine NFC-Verbindung mit der intelligenten Vorrichtung herzustellen, und die in dem NFC-Transponder gespeicherten konfigurierbaren Informationen der intelligenten Vorrichtung zu erhalten.
     
    13. Computerprogramm, das Instruktionen enthält, um die Schritte eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 auszuführen, wenn das Programm durch einen Computer ausgeführt wird.

    un module de réception (501) configuré pour recevoir et stocker des informations de configuration définies par un utilisateur, où les informations de configuration comprennent une pluralité de dispositifs intelligents pouvant être commandés, une séquence pour commander la pluralité de dispositifs intelligents, une opération d'exécution correspondant à ladite pluralité de dispositifs intelligents, et une condition d'exécution correspondant à ladite opération d'exécution, où la pluralité de dispositifs intelligents cibles comprend un dispositif intelligent cible correspondant à une condition d'exécution cible dans les informations de configuration et d'autres dispositifs intelligents suivant une opération d'exécution cible du dispositif intelligent cible dans la séquence ; et l'opération d'exécution cible comprend l'opération d'exécution correspondant au dispositif intelligent cible ;

    un module d'interrogation (502) configuré pour interroger, si la condition d'exécution cible est satisfaite, les informations de configuration reçues par le module de réception selon la condition d'exécution cible, et pour déterminer un dispositif intelligent cible et l'opération d'exécution cible correspondant à la condition d'exécution cible ; et

    un module de commande (503) configuré pour commander le dispositif intelligent cible déterminé par le module d'interrogation pour effectuer l'opération d'exécution cible déterminée par le module d'interrogation, et pour donner pour instruction à d'autres dispositifs intelligents suivant l'opération d'exécution cible du dispositif intelligent d'effectuer des opérations d'exécution cibles correspondantes selon la séquence pré-stockée dans le dispositif intelligent cible.


     
    8. Appareil selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'opération d'exécution comprend : une ou plusieurs opérations de commande à exécuter sur un dispositif intelligent.
     
    9. Appareil selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel l'opération d'exécution comprend au moins l'un du démarrage du dispositif intelligent, de l'arrêt du dispositif intelligent, de la régulation de température du dispositif intelligent, et de l'ajustement de vitesse d'air du dispositif intelligent.
     
    10. Appareil selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le module de commande est configuré pour envoyer des informations encodées au dispositif intelligent cible déterminé par le module d'interrogation via Bluetooth, ou de manière à envoyer un signal infrarouge ou à envoyer un signal sans fil basé sur WIFI ;
    dans lequel les informations encodées comprennent l'opération d'exécution cible du dispositif intelligent cible, de sorte que le dispositif intelligent cible déterminé par le module d'interrogation effectue l'opération d'exécution cible selon les informations encodées.
     
    11. Appareil selon la revendication 7, comprenant en outre :

    un module d'obtention (601) configuré pour obtenir des informations configurables du dispositif intelligent en utilisant une étiquette NFC sur le dispositif intelligent, et configuré pour afficher les informations du dispositif intelligent sur un écran d'affichage ;

    dans lequel le module de réception est configuré pour recevoir les informations de configuration définies par l'utilisateur selon les informations du dispositif intelligent obtenues par le module d'obtention.


     
    12. Appareil selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le module d'obtention est configuré pour activer l'étiquette NFC sur le dispositif intelligent par une antenne NFC avec une technologie de communication en champ proche, pour établir une connexion NFC avec le dispositif intelligent, et pour obtenir les informations configurables du dispositif intelligent stockées dans l'étiquette NFC.
     
    13. Programme informatique incluant des instructions pour exécuter les étapes d'un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 lorsque ledit programme est exécuté par un ordinateur.
