    Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD



    [0001] The present invention relates to a plastic-coated aluminum lamp.

    BACKGROUND



    [0002] With respect to drive power supplies for the conventional LED lamps, the mounting thereof is complicated and the stability is poor. Generally, power wires are fixed by using glues or adhesive tapes or screws, or welded for connection. In this case, the mounting is very complicated and subjected to some safety latent risks. JP 2014146424 A provides a light source for lighting which fixes a position of a light emitting module relative to a support base. The document WO 2013/183198 A1 shows a LED lamp.

    SUMMARY



    [0003] In view of the problem existent in the related art, the present invention is intended to provide a plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp.

    [0004] The plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp comprises: a lamp holder, an upper cap, a bulb shell, an LED lamp panel and a drive power supply, the lamp holder being thread-connected to the upper cap, wherein the LED lamp panel is provided with a small separator, two ends above the small separator being each provided with a rib, the rib being provided with a slot for accommodating a PCB of the drive power supply, two barbs each having an open slot being provided beneath the small separator and being inserted in jacks on the LED lamp panel; and the small separator located in the middle of the open slot is provided with wiring holes, and the drive power supply is connected to the LED lamp panel by two pins of an electrolytic capacitor on the PCB of the drive power through the wiring hole.

    [0005] In the plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp, the upper cap is a plastic-coated aluminum shell, an outer layer of the shell being a plastic element, an inner layer thereof being an aluminum cup, and an inner side of an outer edge of the aluminum cup being provided with an L-shaped step for accommodating the LED lamp panel.

    [0006] In the plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp, the LED lamp panel and the aluminum cup are connected by interference fit.

    [0007] In the plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp, a joint between the LED lamp panel and the aluminum cup is provided with glue.

    [0008] In the plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp, the LED lamp panel comprises an aluminum substrate and LED beads adhered on the aluminum substrate.

    [0009] In the plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp, the bulb shell is clamped on the plastic element of the upper cap.

    [0010] In the plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp, the bulb shell is adhered on the plastic element of the upper cap.

    [0011] The LED lamp according to the present invention has simple and reliable structure, is conveniently to assemble, has high efficiency, and is suitable for automation and large-scale production. Therefore, the costs of materials and production may be greatly reduced, and large-scale application of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly illumination is greatly promoted.

    [0014] The present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

    [0015] A plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp comprises: a lamp holder 1, an upper cap 2, a bulb shell 3, an LED lamp panel 6 and a drive power supply 8, the lamp holder 1 being thread-connected to the upper cap 2, wherein the LED lamp panel 6 is provided with a small separator 7, two ends above the small separator 7 being each provided with a rib 13, the rib 13 being provided with a slot 14 for accommodating a PCB of the drive power supply, two barbs 16 each having an open slot 17 being provided beneath the small separator 7 and being inserted in jacks on the LED lamp panel, thereby fixing the drive power supply; and the small separator located in the middle of the open slot 17 is provided with wiring holes 15, and for reduce the processes, and the drive power supply is connected to the LED lamp panel by two pins (pins 11 of the electrolytic capacitor) of an electrolytic capacitor 9 on the PCB of the drive power through the wiring hole.

    [0016] The upper cap 2 according to the present invention is a plastic-coated aluminum shell, an outer layer of the shell being a plastic member 4, and an inner layer thereof being an aluminum cup 5. The LED lamp panel and the aluminum cup are connected by interference fit through an L-shaped step arranged on an inner side of an outer edge of the aluminum cup, and a joint between the LED lamp panel 6 and the aluminum cup may be provided with glue 12 to enhance the stability thereof; wherein the bulb shell is clamped or adhered on the plastic element of the upper cap.

    [0017] The LED lamp panel according to the present invention comprises an aluminum substrate and LED beads adhered on the aluminum substrate.

    [0018] During assembly, the small separator is clamped on the LED lamp panel through the barbs, the PCB of the drive power supply is inserted into the slot on the small separator, two pins of the electrolytic capacitor are made pass through the wiring holes in the barbs of the small separator, the two pins are afterwards tipped over and then welded on the LED lamp panel, and then the LED lamp panel is tightly pressed into the aluminum cup of the upper cap and then glue is applied thereto. Finally, the lamp holder is assembled and the bulb shell is clamped thereto. In this case, the assembly of the entire lamp is complete.


    Claims

    1. A plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp, comprising a lamp holder (1), an upper cap (2), a bulb shell, an LED lamp panel (6) and a drive power supply (8), the lamp holder (1) being thread-connected to the upper cap (2), wherein the LED lamp panel (6) is provided with a small separator (7), two ends above the small separator (7) being each provided with a rib (13), the rib (13) being provided with a slot (14) for accommodating a PCB (10) of the drive power supply (8), two barbs (16) each having an open slot (17) being provided beneath the small separator (7) and being inserted in jacks on the LED lamp panel (6); and the small separator (7) located in the middle of the open slot (17) is provided with wiring holes (15), and the drive power supply (8) is connected to the LED lamp panel (6) by two pins of an electrolytic capacitor (9) on the PCB (10) of the drive power through the wiring hole (15);
    the upper cap (2) is a plastic-coated aluminum shell, an outer layer of the shell being a plastic element (4), an inner layer thereof being an aluminum cup (5), and an inner side of an outer edge of the aluminum cup being provided with an L-shaped step for accommodating the LED lamp panel (6);
    the LED lamp panel (6) and the aluminum cup (5) are connected by interference fit through the L-shaped step.
     
    2. The plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp according to claim 1, wherein a joint between the LED lamp panel (6) and the aluminum cup (5) is provided with glue (12).
     
    3. The plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp according to claim 1, wherein the LED lamp panel (6) comprises an aluminum substrate and LED beads adhered on the aluminum substrate.
     
    4. The plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp according to claim 1, wherein the bulb shell is clamped on the plastic element (4) of the upper cap (5).
     
    5. The plastic-coated aluminum LED lamp according to claim 1, wherein the bulb shell is adhered on the plastic element of the upper cap.
     


    Ansprüche

    1. Kunststoffbeschichtete Aluminium-LED-Lampe, umfassend eine Lampenfassung (1), eine obere Kappe (2), eine Lampenschale, eine LED-Lampenplatte (6) und eine Antriebsstromversorgung (8), wobei die Lampenfassung (1) mit der oberen Kappe (2) verschraubt ist, wobei die LED-Lampenplatte (6) mit einem kleinen Abscheider (7) versehen ist, wobei zwei Enden über dem kleinen Abscheider (7) jeweils mit einer Rippe (13) versehen sind, wobei die Rippe (13) mit einem Schlitz (14) zur Aufnahme einer Leiterplatte (10) der Antriebsstromversorgung (8) versehen ist, wobei zwei Widerhaken (16) jeweils einen offenen Schlitz (17) aufweisen und unter dem kleinen Abscheider (7) vorgesehen sind und in Buchsen an der LED-Lampenplatte (6) eingesetzt; und der kleine Separator (7), der sich in der Mitte des offenen Schlitzes (17) befindet, ist mit Verdrahtungslöchern (15) versehen, und die Antriebsstromversorgung (8) ist mit der LED-Lampenplatte (6) durch zwei Stifte eines Elektrolytkondensators (9) auf der Leiterplatte (10) der Antriebsstromversorgung durch das Verdrahtungsloch (15) verbunden;
    wobei der obere Sockel (2) eine kunststoffbeschichtete Aluminiumhülle ist, eine äußere Schicht der Hülle ein Kunststoffelement (4) ist, eine innere Schicht davon eine Aluminiumschale (5) ist und eine Innenseite einer Außenkante des Aluminiumbechers ist mit einer L-förmigen Stufe zur Aufnahme der LED-Lampenplatte (6) versehen;
    wobei die LED-Lampenplatte (6) und der Aluminiumbecher (5) durch Presspassung über die L-förmige Stufe verbunden sind.
     
    2. Kunststoffbeschichtete Aluminium-LED-Lampe nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Verbindung zwischen der LED-Lampenplatte (6) und dem Aluminiumbecher (5) mit Klebstoff (12) versehen ist.
     
    3. Kunststoffbeschichtete Aluminium-LED-Lampe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die LED-Lampenplatte (6) ein Aluminiumsubstrat und LED-Kügelchen umfasst, die an dem Aluminiumsubstrat haften.
     
    4. Kunststoffbeschichtete Aluminium-LED-Lampe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Lampenschale auf das Kunststoffelement (4) der oberen Kappe (5) geklemmt ist.
     
    5. Kunststoffbeschichtete Aluminium-LED-Lampe nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Lampenschale an dem Kunststoffelement der oberen Kappe anhaftet.
     


    Revendications

    1. Lampe à DEL en aluminium recouverte de plastique, comprenant une douille de lampe (1), un chapeau supérieur (2), une coque d'ampoule, un panneau de lampe à DEL (6) et une alimentation électrique d'excitation (8), la douille de lampe (1) étant raccordée parvis au chapeau supérieur (2), dans laquelle le panneau de lampe à DEL (6) est muni d'un petit séparateur (7), deux extrémités au-dessus du petit séparateur (7) étant chacune munie d'une nervure (13), la nervure (13) étant munie d'une fente (14) destinée à loger une carte de circuit imprimé (10) de l'alimentation électrique d'excitation (8), deux ergots (16) présentant chacun une fente ouverte (17) étant prévus sous le petit séparateur (7) et étant insérés dans des prises sur le panneau de lampe à DEL (6) ; et le petit séparateur (7) situé au milieu de la fente ouverte (17) est muni de trous de câblage (15), et l'alimentation électrique d'excitation (8) est connectée au panneau de lampe à DEL (6) par deux broches d'un condensateur électrolytique (9) sur la carte de circuit imprimé (10) de la puissance d'excitation à travers le trou de câblage (15) ;
    le chapeau supérieur (2) est une coque en aluminium recouverte de plastique, une couche extérieure de la coque étant un élément en plastique (4), une couche intérieure de celle-ci étant une coupelle en aluminium (5) et un côté intérieur d'un bord extérieur de la coupelle en aluminium étant muni d'une marche en forme de L destinée à loger le panneau de lampe à DEL (6) ;
    le panneau de lampe à DEL (6) et la coupelle en aluminium (5) sont raccordés par ajustement serré au moyen de la marche en forme de L.
     
    2. Lampe à DEL en aluminium recouverte de plastique selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle une jonction entre le panneau de lampe à DEL (6) et la coupelle en aluminium (5) est munie de colle (12).
     
    3. Lampe à DEL en aluminium recouverte de plastique selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le panneau de lampe à DEL (6) comprend un substrat en aluminium et des perles à DEL collés sur le substrat en aluminium.
     
    4. Lampe à DEL en aluminium recouverte de plastique selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la coque d'ampoule est bridée sur l'élément en plastique (4) du chapeau supérieur (5).
     
    5. Lampe à DEL en aluminium recouverte de plastique selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la coque d'ampoule est collée sur l'élément en plastique du chapeau supérieur.
