    [Technical Field]



    [0001] The present invention is strictly defined by the claims and relates to an ice cream manufacturing apparatus.

    [Background Art]



    [0002] In general, soft ice cream has softer ice quality than frozen ice cream by mixing a liquefied ice cream original liquid with air and changing the original liquid to slightly frozen ice cream by using a cooling means. The ice cream generated by such a method is maintained and kept in an ice cream manufacturing apparatus until the ice cream is drawn. In addition, when the ice cream is drawn, a new ice cream original liquid is mixed with the pregenerated ice cream to regenerate the ice cream.

    [0003] The ice quality of the soft ice cream is primarily determined by states including an evaporation temperature of an evaporator in a cylinder, a rotational speed of a dasher, a temperature at a control time, and the temperature of the ice cream original liquid and a mixture amount (over-run) of the air.

    [0004] The ice cream is generated through an initial step of generating the ice cream from the liquefied ice cream original liquid and a post-drawing step in which when the ice cream is generated and thereafter, the ice cream is drawn, the new original liquid is mixed with the pregenerated ice cream. The ice cream generated by such a method is maintained and kept in the ice cream manufacturing apparatus until the ice cream is drawn.

    [0005] In the initial step of generating the ice cream from the liquefied ice cream original liquid and the post-drawing step of regenerating the ice ream after drawing the ice cream, rapidly rotating a dasher motor is required for securing the ice quality. In addition, maintaining and keeping the ice cream is divided into a keeping step of keeping the generated ice cream by stopping the dasher motor and a maintaining step of regenerating ice cream which is partially melt while keeping to the ice cream again and in the maintaining step, the dasher motor is rotated again.

    [0006] However, when the rotational speed of the dasher motor is not appropriate adjusted for each step, the over-run, the strength, a particle size, and viscosity of the ice cream vary, and as a result, a taste, the ice quality, and a drawing amount per time of the ice cream are continuously changed. Further, the drawing amount of the ice cream varies due to the viscosity of the ice cream, and different melting degrees of the ice cream inside and outside the cylinder for each step. An example of such prior art apparatus is disclosed in WO 2013/129756 A1.

    [Technical Problem]



    [0007] An object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus and a method for manufacturing ice cream which can maintain ice quality of the ice cream.

    [Technical Solution]



    [0008] In order to solve the technical problem, an apparatus for manufacturing ice cream according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a dasher positioned in a sealed cylinder configured to agitate a liquefied original ice cream liquid and air inputted into the sealed cylinder; a dasher motor configured to rotate the dasher such that in a first generation step, the liquid original ice cream liquid is generated to a solid ice cream; in a maintenance step, the solidified ice cream is mixed with some melted ice cream in the sealed cylinder to regenerate the ice cream; in a draw step, the manufactured ice cream is drawn to the outside of the sealed cylinder through an outlet; and in an after draw step, the ice cream which remains after the draw, a newly input original ice cream liquid, and the air, are mixed with each other to regenerate the ice cream; a motor RPM control means configured to control a frequency of the dasher motor; a dasher motor load measuring means configured to measure a load of the dasher motor; and a controller configured to determine a rotational speed change time point of the dasher motor based on the load measured by the dasher motor load measuring means, and configured to control the motor RPM control means so as to change the frequency of the dasher motor to a predetermined frequency when the change of the rotational speed of the dasher motor is determined. The controller is further configured to control the motor RPM control means such that a rotational speed of the dasher motor in the maintenance step is not higher than a rotational speed of the dasher motor in the first generation step, the draw step, and the after draw step.

In said method the apparatus includes a dasher positioned in a sealed cylinder and configured to agitate a liquefied original ice cream liquid and air, a dasher motor configured to rotate the dasher, the method comprising: a first generation step in which a liquid original ice cream liquid is generated to solid ice cream; a maintenance step in which the solidified ice cream is mixed with some melted ice cream in the cylinder to regenerate the ice cream; a draw step of drawing the manufactured ice cream to the outside; and an after draw step in which ice cream which remains after the draw, a newly input original ice cream liquid, and the air are mixed with each other to regenerate the ice cream, wherein a rotational speed of the dasher motor in the maintenance step is not higher than a rotational speed in the first generation step, the draw step, and the after draw step. Regarding some embodiment of the method for manufacturing ice cream, which method does not form part of the invention, at least one characteristic is provided between (a) a characteristic in which the first generation step includes an initial generation period in which the original ice cream liquid and the air are agitated, and a latter generation period in which the original ice cream liquid is solidified, wherein a rotational speed of the dasher motor during the latter generation period is lower than a rotational speed of the dasher motor during the initial generation period, and (b) a characteristic in which the after draw step includes an initial after draw period in which the ice cream which remains after the draw, a newly input original ice cream liquid, and the air are mixed with each other, and a latter after draw period in which the remaining ice cream and the newly input original ice cream liquid are solidified, wherein a rotational speed of the dasher motor during the latter after draw period is lower than a rotational speed of the dasher motor during the initial after draw period.

    [0030] In the related art, since a rotational speed of a dasher is uniformly maintained from an initial step up to a completion step of ice cream, ice quality of the ice cream is significantly changed, but according to an embodiment of the present invention, friction (an inter-particle contact) is minimized and a particle size of the ice cream is uniformly maintain by varying the rotational speed of the dasher varies for each ice cream generation period to simultaneously secure the ice quality and shape consistency.

    [0033] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

    [0034] FIG. 1 which is a diagram for describing an ice cream generating process is a diagram illustrating an internal structure of a cylinder.

    [0035] Referring to FIG. 1, a liquefied ice cream original liquid and air which pass through a carburetor are input through an inlet 103 in a sealed cylinder 101. The liquefied ice cream original liquid is agitated in the cylinder 101 by a dasher 107 which rotates and is thus mixed with the air, and as a result, over-run is formed. Heat is exchanged by an evaporator (not illustrated) on an inner wall of the cylinder and a phase change occurs on the inner wall of the cylinder. That is, the liquefied ice cream original liquid becomes solidified ice cream due to solidification by the heat exchange. In this case, current of a dasher motor fluctuates due to a change in load by a phase change from a liquid to a solid.

    [0036] Like this, the solidified ice cream is ground by a dasher structure bunch and a blade 105 as the dasher 107 rotates. In addition, the ground ice cream is mixed with the internal original liquid by rotation of the dasher 107. While the processes up to now are repeated, in the case of the internal ice cream a solid particle, the liquid, and the air are appropriately mixed. Thereafter, when a dasher cover (not illustrated) in a drawing direction is opened, soft ice cream in a state in which the solid particle and the air are appropriately mixed is drawn to the outside.

    [0037] In this case, when a rotational speed of the dasher increases, the number of times at which the dasher structure bunch and the blade 105 passes through the inner wall of the cylinder per time increases. In addition, consequently, a solidification time of the ice cream is shortened. Then, the size of an initial ice cream generation particle decreases. On the contrary, when the rotational speed decreases, the size of the ice cream generation particle increases. However, an ice cream raw material which is a mixture of respective different components at a freezing point or lower, a separation phenomenon of foreign materials is accelerated by friction (an inter-particle contact) as a rotation time of the dasher 107 is continued. Due to such a cause, controlling the rotation speed and an operation hour of the dasher 107 is a very important element in generating the ice cream and ice quality. Accordingly, an embodiment of the present invention of improving the ice quality of the ice cream by controlling the rotational speed of the dasher 107 is described.

    [0039] Referring to FIG. 2, the apparatus 100 for manufacturing ice cream according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a dasher 107, a dasher motor 109, a motor driver 111, a motor RPM control means 115, a power supply 117, a dasher motor load measuring means 119, a controller 121, and an outlet 123. Besides, the apparatus 100 for manufacturing ice cream may include detailed components of a general ice cream manufacturing apparatus, such as an input unit (not illustrated) a voice guide unit (not illustrated), a display unit (not illustrated), a freezing unit (not illustrated), and a refrigeration unit (not illustrated), but the components may be omitted and in FIG. 2, only the component according to the embodiment of the present invention is schematically illustrated.

    [0040] Herein, each component of the apparatus 100 for manufacturing ice cream will be described below. The dasher 107 as a screw shape is positioned in the cylinder 101 of FIG. 1. The dasher 107 agitates the ice cream original liquid and the air input in the sealed cylinder while rotating and thereafter, transports the generated soft ice cream to the front of the cylinder.

    [0041] The dasher motor 109 rotates at a rotational speed depending on a frequency of driving power supplied from the motor RPM control means 115. In this case, when the rotational speed is low, the dasher motor 109 reduces friction of the ice cream by rotating the dasher 107 rotates the dasher 107 at a comparatively low rotational speed to maintain the ice quality of the ice cream in the cylinder in an optimal state.     [0042] The motor driver 111 is configured by a circuit that drives the dasher motor 109 by switching the driving power output by the motor RPM control means 115. When the motor driver 111 receives driving power having a frequency of 20 to 100 Hz, the motor driver 111 rotates the dasher 107 at a low speed by rotating the dasher motor 109 at a speed of approximately 40 to 200 RPM. In addition, when the motor driver 50 receives the driving power having a frequency of 50 to 200 Hz, the motor driver 111 rotates the dasher 107 at a high speed by rotating the dasher motor 109 at a speed of approximately 100 to 400 RPM.

    [0043] The motor RPM control means 115 converts the frequency of the driving power supplied from the power supply 117 into a frequency requested by the controller 121 and supplies the driving power to the motor driver 111 to control the rotational speed of the dasher motor 109 according to the frequency. For example, the motor RPM control means 115 may increase and output the frequency so that operation power having the frequency of 20 to 100 Hz, which is output from the power supply 117 becomes a high frequency of approximately 50 to 200 Hz. Further, contrary thereto, the frequency may be decreased and output.

    The dasher motor load measuring means 119 measures a load of the dasher motor 109 and converts the measured load value into a value to be recognized by the controller 121 and outputs the corresponding value to the controller 121. The dasher motor load measuring means 119 may be a dasher motor current measuring means that measures the current of the dasher motor or a dash motor RPM measuring means that measures an RPM of the dasher motor 109.

The controller 121 variably controls the rotational speed of the dasher motor 109 according to conditions including generation, maintenance, drawing, and the like of the ice cream by using the motor RPM control means 115. As an embodiment, in the case where the RPM of the dasher motor 109, which is measured by the dasher motor load measuring means 119 reaches a predetermined RPM or the constant RPM is changed, when the controller 121 changes the frequency of the driving power supplied to the dasher motor 109 by controlling the motor RPM control means 115 in order to maintain the ice quality of the ice cream in an optimal state, the rotational speed of the dasher motor 109 may be made to a desired speed.

When the torque is substituted in Equation 1, it may be seen that the current is changed on the assumption that the state of the internal cylinder 101 does not vary for each frequency. As a comparison result, when the measure current is higher than the reference current or the measured RPM is lower than the reference RPM, the draw amount of the ice cream per time is large, and as a result, the draw time of the ice cream decreases to draw the constant amount of ice cream (S207). On the contrary, when the measure current is lower than the reference current or the measured RPM is higher than the reference RPM, the draw amount of the ice cream per time is small, and as a result, the draw time of the ice cream increases to draw the constant amount of ice cream (S209).

    Claims

    1. An apparatus (100) for manufacturing ice cream, comprising:

    a dasher (107) positioned in a sealed cylinder (101) and agitating a liquefied original ice cream liquid and air input into the sealed cylinder (101);

    a dasher motor (109) rotating the dasher (107);

    a motor RPM control means (115) controlling a frequency of the dasher motor (109);

    a dasher motor load measuring means (119) measuring a load of the dasher motor (109); and

    a controller (121) determining a rotational speed change timepoint of the dasher motor (109) based on the load measured by the dasher motor load measuring means (119) and controlling the motor RPM control means (115) so as to change the frequency of the dasher motor (109) to a predetermined frequency when the change of the rotational speed of the dasher motor (109) is determined,

    wherein the controller (121) controls generation and drawing of the ice cream out of the sealed cylinder (101) including

    a first generation step in which a liquid original ice cream liquid is generated to solid ice cream;

    a maintenance step in which the ice cream is mixed with some melted ice cream in the sealed cylinder (101) to regenerate the ice cream;

    a draw step of drawing the manufactured ice cream outside the sealed cylinder (101); and

    an after draw step in which the ice cream which remains after the draw, a newly input original ice cream liquid, and the air are mixed with each other to regenerate the ice cream,

    characterized in that the controller (121) controls the motor RPM control means (115) so that the rotational speed of the dasher motor (109) in the maintenance step is not higher than the rotational speeds in the first generation step, the draw step, and the after draw step.


     
    2. The apparatus (100) for manufacturing ice cream of claim 1, wherein the dasher motor load measuring means (119) measures current drawn by the dasher motor (109).
     
    3. The apparatus (100) for manufacturing ice cream of claim 2, wherein while the dasher motor (109) is driven at a first frequency,
    when the current measured by the dasher motor load measuring means (119) is changed, the current measured by the dasher motor load measuring means (119) reaches a current threshold preset in the controller (121), or a time for which the dasher motor (109) is driven at the first frequency reaches an elapsed time threshold preset in the controller (121),
    the controller (121) controls the motor RPM control means (115) so as to change the frequency of the dasher motor (109) to a second frequency different from the first frequency.
     
    4. The apparatus (100) for manufacturing ice cream of claim 1, wherein the dasher motor load measuring means (119) measures an RPM of the dasher motor (109).
     
    5.  The apparatus (100) for manufacturing ice cream of claim 4, wherein while the dasher motor (109) is driven at a first frequency,
    when the RPM measured by the dasher motor load measuring means (119) is changed, the RPM measured by the dasher motor load measuring means (119) reaches an RPM threshold preset in the controller (121), or the time for which the dasher motor (109) is driven at the first frequency reaches the elapsed time threshold preset in the controller (121),
    the controller (121) controls the motor RPM control means (115) so as to change the frequency of the dasher motor (109) to a second frequency different from the first frequency.
     
    6. The apparatus (100) for manufacturing ice cream of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein

    (a) the first generation step includes
    an initial generation period in which the original ice cream liquid and the air are agitated, and
    a latter generation period in which the original ice cream liquid is solidified, while the dasher motor (109) is driven during the initial generation period,
    when the load measured by the dasher motor load measuring means (119) is changed, the load measured by the dasher motor load measuring means (119) reaches a load threshold preset in the controller (121), or a time for which the dasher motor (109) is driven during the initial generation period reaches an elapsed time threshold preset in the controller (121),
    the controller (121) determines the time as a time of the latter generation period and controls the motor RPM control means (115) so that the rotational speed of the dasher motor (109) is lower than the rotational speed during the initial generation period, and/or

    (b) the after draw step includes
    an initial after draw step in which the ice cream which remains after the draw, the newly input original ice cream liquid, and the air are mixed with each other, and
    a latter after draw period in which the remaining ice cream and the newly input original ice cream liquid are solidified, while the dasher motor (109) is driven during the after draw period,
    when the load measured by the dasher motor load measuring means (119) is changed, the load measured by the dasher motor load measuring means (119) reaches a load threshold preset in the controller (121), or the time for which the dasher motor (109) is driven during the initial generation period reaches the elapsed time threshold preset in the controller (121),
    the controller (121) determines the time as a time of the after draw period and controls the motor RPM control means so that the rotational speed of the dasher motor is lower than the rotational speed of the initial after draw period.


     
    7. The apparatus (100) for manufacturing ice cream of claim 6, wherein the controller controls the motor RPM control means (115) so that the rotational speeds of the latter generation period and the latter after draw period are similar to the rotational speed in the maintenance step.
     
    8. The apparatus (100) for manufacturing ice cream of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein
    the controller (121) controls a draw time interval of the ice cream, corresponding to the opening time of an outlet (123) of the sealed cylinder (101), based on the load of the dasher motor (109), which is measured by the dasher motor load measuring means (119), wherein a threshold current or RPM at which a constant amount of ice cream is drawn is preset in the controller (121).
     
    9. The apparatus (100) for manufacturing ice cream of claim 8, wherein the dasher motor load measuring means (115) measures current drawn by the dasher motor (109) and the controller (121) performs a control to
    decrease the draw time interval of the ice cream when the measured current drawn by the dasher motor (109) is higher than a predetermined reference current, and
    increase the draw time interval of the ice cream when the measured current drawn by the dasher motor (109) is lower than said preset threshold current.
     
    10. The apparatus (100) for manufacturing ice cream of claim 8, wherein the dasher motor load measuring means (119) measures an RPM of the dasher motor (109) and wherein the controller (121) performs a control to
    increase the draw time interval of the ice cream when the measured RPM of the dasher motor (109) is higher than a predetermined reference RPM, and
    decrease the draw time interval of the ice cream when the measured RPM of the dasher motor (109) is lower than the preset threshold RPM.
     


    Ansprüche

    1. Vorrichtung (100) zur Herstellung von Speiseeis, umfassend:

    eine Schlagwelle (107), die in einem abgedichteten Zylinder (101) angeordnet ist und eine verflüssigte Speiseeis-Ausgangsflüssigkeit sowie in den abgedichteten Zylinder (101) eingegebene Luft rührt;

    einen Schlagwellenmotor (109), der die Schlagwelle (107) dreht;

    ein Motor-UpM-Steuermittel (115), das eine Frequenz des Schlagwellenmotors (109) steuert;

    ein Schlagwellenmotor-Lastmessmittel (119), das eine Last des Schlagwellenmotors (109) misst; und

    eine Steuerung (121), die einen Drehgeschwindigkeits-Änderungszeitpunkt des Schlagwellenmotors (109) auf der Grundlage der von dem Schlagwellenmotor-Lastmessmittel (119) gemessenen Last bestimmt und das Motor-UpM-Steuermittel (115) steuert, um die Frequenz des Schlagwellenmotors (109) auf eine vorbestimmte Frequenz zu ändern, wenn die Änderung der Drehzahl des Schlagwellenmotors (109) bestimmt wird,

    wobei die Steuerung (121) die Erzeugung und Entnahme des Speiseeis aus dem abgedichteten Zylinder (101) steuert, umfassend

    einen ersten Erzeugungsschritt, in dem von einer flüssigen Speiseeis-Ausgangsflüssigkeit eine feste Speiseeis-Creme erzeugt wird;

    einen Erhaltungsschritt, in dem die Speiseeis-Creme mit etwas geschmolzenem Speiseeis in dem abgedichteten Zylinder (101) gemischt wird, um die Speiseeis-Creme wieder zu bilden;

    einen Entnahmeschritt des hergestellten Speiseeises außerhalb des abgedichteten Zylinders (101); und

    einem Nachentnahmeschritt, in dem die nach der Entnahme verbleibende Speiseeis-Creme, eine neu eingegebene Speiseeis-Ausgangsflüssigkeit und die Luft miteinander vermischt werden, um die Speiseeis-Creme neu zu bilden,

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung (121) das Motor-UpM-Steuermittel (115) derart steuert, dass die Drehzahl des Schwellenmotors (109) im Erhaltungsschritt nicht höher ist als die Drehzahlen in dem ersten Erzeugungsschritt bzw. in dem Entnahmeschritt und dem Nachentnahmeschritt.


     
    2. Vorrichtung (100) zur Herstellung von Speiseeis nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Schlagwellenmotor-Lastmessmittel (119) den Strom misst, der durch den Schlagwellenmotor (109) abgezogen wird.
     
    3. Vorrichtung (100) zur Herstellung von Speiseeis nach Anspruch 2, wobei während der Schlagwellenmotor (109) mit einer ersten Frequenz angetrieben wird,
    wenn der von dem Schlagwellenmotor-Lastmessmittel (119) gemessene Strom geändert ist, der von der Schlagwellenmotor-Lastmessmittel (119) gemessene Strom eine in der Steuerung (121) vorgegebene Stromschwelle erreicht oder eine Zeit, für die der Schlagwellenmotor (109) mit der ersten Frequenz angetrieben wird, eine in der Steuerung (121) vorgegebene verstrichene Zeitschwelle erreicht,
    die Steuerung (121) das Motor-UpM-Steuermittel (115) derart steuert, dass es die Frequenz des Schlagwellenmotor (109) auf eine zweite Frequenz ändert, die sich von der ersten Frequenz unterscheidet.
     
    4. Vorrichtung (100) zur Herstellung von Speiseeis nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Schlagwellenmotor-Lastmessmittel (119) eine UpM des Schlagwellenmotors (109) misst.
     
    5. Vorrichtung (100) zur Herstellung von Speiseeis nach Anspruch 4, wobei während der Schlagwellenmotor (109) mit einer ersten Frequenz angetrieben wird,
    wenn die von dem Schlagwellenmotor-Lastmessmittel (119) gemessene UpM geändert ist, die von dem Schlagwellenmotor-Lastmessmittel (119) gemessene UpM einen in der Steuerung (121) vorgegebenen UpM-Schwellenwert erreicht, oder die Zeit, für die der Schlagwellenmotor (109) mit der ersten Frequenz angetrieben wird, die verstrichene Zeitschwelle erreicht, die in der Steuerung (121) vorgegeben ist,
    die Steuerung (121) das Motor-UpM-Steuermittel (115) derart steuert, dass es die Frequenz des Schlagwellenmotor (109) auf eine zweite Frequenz ändert, die sich von der ersten Frequenz unterscheidet.
     
    6. Vorrichtung (100) zur Herstellung von Speiseeis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei

    (a) der erste Erzeugungsschritt umfasst
    eine Anfangserzeugungsperiode, in der die Speiseeis-Ausgangsflüssigkeit und die Luft gerührt werden, und
    eine weitere Erzeugungsperiode, in der die Speiseeis-Ausgangsflüssigkeit erstarrt,
    während der Schlagwellenmotor (109) bei der anfänglichen Erzeugungsperiode angetrieben wird, wenn die von dem Schlagwellenmotor-Lastessmittel (119) gemessene Last geändert ist, die von dem Schlagwellenmotor-Lastessmittel (119) gemessene Last einen in der Steuerung (121) vorgegebenen Lastschwellenwert erreicht, oder eine Zeit, für die der Schlagwellenmotor (109) während der anfänglichen Erzeugungsperiode angetrieben wird, eine in der Steuerung (121) vorgegebene verstrichene Zeitschwelle erreicht,
    die Steuerung (121) die Zeit als eine Zeit der letzten Erzeugungsperiode bestimmt und das Motor-UpM-Steuermittel (115) derart steuert, dass die Drehzahl des Schlagwellenmotor (109) niedriger als die Drehzahl während der anfänglichen Erzeugungsperiode ist und/oder

    (b) der Nachentnahmeschritt umfasst
    einen anfänglichen Nachentnahmeschritt, in dem das nach der Entnahme verbleibende Speiseeis, die neu eingeführte Speiseeis-Ausgangsflüssigkeit und die Luft miteinander vermischt werden, und
    eine weitere Nachentnahmeperiode, in der das verbleibende Speiseeis und die neu eingeführte Speiseeis-Ausgangsflüssigkeit verfestigt werden,
    während der Schlagwellenmotor (109) in der Nachentnahmeperiode angetrieben wird,
    wenn die von dem Schlagwellenmotor-Lastmessmittel (119) gemessene Last verändert ist, die von dem Schlagwellenmotor-Lastmessmittel (119) gemessene Last eine in der Steuerung (121) vorgegebene Lastschwelle erreicht, oder die Zeit, für die der Schlagwellenmotor (109) während der Anfangserzeugungsperiode angetrieben wird, die in der Steuerung (121) vorgegebene verstrichene Zeitschwelle erreicht,
    die Steuerung (121) die Zeit als eine Zeit der Nachentnahmeperiode bestimmt und das Motor-UpM-Steuermittel derart steuert, dass die Drehzahl des Schlagwellenmotor niedriger als die Drehzahl der anfänglichen Nachentnahmeperiode ist.


     
    7. Vorrichtung (100) zur Herstellung von Speiseeis nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Steuerung das Motor-UpM-Steuermittel (115) so steuert, dass die Drehzahlen der letzteren Erzeugungsperiode und der letzteren Nachentnahmeperiode der Drehzahl in dem Erhaltungsschritt ähnlich sind.
     
    8. Vorrichtung (100) zur Herstellung von Speiseeis nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    wobei
    die Steuerung (121) ein der Öffnungszeit eines Auslasses (123) des abgedichteten Zylinders (101) entsprechendes Entnahmezeitintervall des Speiseeis steuert, aufgrund der Last des Schlagwellenmotor (109), die von dem Schlagwellenmotor-Lastmessmittel (119) gemessen wird,
    wobei in der Steuerung (121) ein Schwellenstrom oder eine Drehzahl vorgegeben wird, bei dem/der eine konstante Menge an Speiseeis entnommen wird.
     
    9. Vorrichtung (100) zur Herstellung von Speiseeis nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Schlagwellenmotor-Lastmessmittel (115) Strom misst, der durch den Schlagwellenmotor(109) abgezogen wird, und die Steuerung (121) eine Steuerung ausführt, um
    das Entnahmeintervall des Speiseeises zu verringern, wenn der von dem Schlagwellenmotor (109) abgezogene gemessene Strom höher als ein vorbestimmter Referenzstrom ist,
    das Entnahmeintervall des Speiseeises zu erhöhen, wenn der von dem Schlagwellenmotor (109) abgezogene gemessene Strom, niedriger als der voreingestellte Schwellenstrom ist.
     
    10. Vorrichtung (100) zur Herstellung von Speiseeis nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Schlagwellenmotor Lastmessmittel (119) eine UpM des Schlagwellenmotor (109) misst und wobei die Steuerung (121) eine Steuerung ausführt, um
    das Entnahmezeitintervall des Speiseeises zu erhöhen, wenn die gemessene UpM des Schlagwellenmotors (109) höher als eine vorbestimmte Referenz-UpM ist, und
    das Entnahmezeitintervall des Speiseeises zu verringern, wenn die gemessene UpM des Schlagwellenmotors (109) niedriger als die voreingestellte Schwellen-UpM ist.
     


    Revendications

    1. Un appareil (100) de fabrication de crème glacée, comprenant:

    une baratte (107) positionnée dans un cylindre scellé (101) et agitant un liquide original de crème glacée liquéfiée et une entrée d'air dans le cylindre scellé (101);

    un moteur (109) de baratte faisant tourner la baratte (107);

    un moyen de contrôle (115) de TPM du moteur contrôlant une fréquence du moteur (109) de baratte;

    un moyen de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte mesurant une charge du moteur (109) de baratte; et

    un contrôleur (121) déterminant un point temporel de changement de la vitesse de rotation du moteur (109) de baratte sur la base de la charge mesurée par les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte et contrôlant les moyens de contrôle (115) de TPM du moteur de manière à modifier la fréquence du moteur (109) de baratte pour une fréquence prédéterminée lorsque le changement de la vitesse de rotation du moteur (109) de baratte est déterminé,

    dans lequel le contrôleur (121) contrôle la génération et l'extraction de la crème glacée hors du cylindre scellé (101) comprenant

    une première étape de génération dans laquelle un liquide original de crème glacée liquéfiée est généré en crème glacée solide;

    une étape de maintenance dans laquelle la crème glacée est mélangée avec de la crème glacée fondue à l'intérieur du cylindre scellé (101) pour régénérer la crème glacée;

    une étape d'extraction pour extraire la crème glacée fabriquée hors du cylindre scellé (101); et

    une étape d'après extraction dans laquelle la crème glacée qui reste après l'extraction, un liquide original de crème glacée nouvellement introduit et l'air sont mélangés les uns aux autres pour régénérer la crème glacée,

    caractérisé en ce que le contrôleur (121) contrôle les moyens de contrôle (115) de TPM du moteur de sorte que la vitesse de rotation du moteur (109) de baratte dans l'étape de maintenance ne soit pas supérieure aux vitesses de rotation de la première étape de génération, de l'étape d'extraction et de l'étape d'après extraction.


     
    2. L'appareil (100) de fabrication de crème glacée de la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte mesurent le courant absorbé par le moteur (109) de baratte.
     
    3. L'appareil (100) de fabrication de crème glacée de la revendication 2, dans lequel lorsque le moteur (109) de baratte est actionné à une première fréquence,
    lorsque le courant mesuré par les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte a changé, le courant mesuré par les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte atteint un seuil de courant prédéfini dans le contrôleur (121), ou un temps pendant lequel le moteur (109) de baratte est actionné à la première fréquence atteint un seuil de temps écoulé prédéfini dans le contrôleur (121),
    le contrôleur (121) contrôle les moyens de contrôle (115) de TPM du moteur de façon à modifier la fréquence du moteur (109) de baratte à une deuxième fréquence différente de la première fréquence.
     
    4. L'appareil (100) de fabrication de crème glacée de la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte mesurent un TPM du moteur (109) de baratte.
     
    5. L'appareil (100) de fabrication de crème glacée de la revendication 4, dans lequel lorsque le moteur (109) de baratte est actionné à une première fréquence,
    lorsque le TPM mesuré par les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte a changé, le TPM mesuré par les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte atteint un seuil de TPM prédéfini dans le contrôleur (121), ou un temps pendant lequel le moteur (109) de baratte est actionné à la première fréquence atteint le seuil de temps écoulé prédéfini dans le contrôleur (121),
    le contrôleur (121) contrôle les moyens de contrôle (115) de TPM du moteur de façon à modifier la fréquence du moteur (109) de baratte à une deuxième fréquence différente de la première fréquence.
     
    6. L'appareil (100) de fabrication de crème glacée d'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel

    (a) la première étape de génération comprend
    une période de génération initiale au cours de laquelle le liquide original de crème glacée et l'air sont agités, et
    une dernier période de génération au cours de laquelle le liquide de crème glacée original est solidifié,
    tandis que le moteur (109) de baratte est actionné pendant la période de génération initiale, lorsque la charge mesurée par les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte a changé, la charge mesurée par les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte atteint un seuil de charge prédéfini dans le contrôleur (121), ou un temps pendant lequel le moteur (109) de baratte est actionné atteint un seuil de temps écoulé prédéfini dans le contrôleur (121) pendant la période de génération initiale,
    le contrôleur (121) détermine le temps comme temps de la dernier période de génération et contrôle les moyens de contrôle (115) de TPM du moteur de sorte que la vitesse de rotation du moteur (109) de baratte soit inférieure à la vitesse de rotation pendant la période de génération initiale, et/ou

    (b) l'étape d'après extraction comprend
    une étape d'après extraction initiale dans laquelle la crème glacée qui reste après l'extraction, le liquide original de crème glacée nouvellement introduit et l'air sont mélangés les uns aux autres, et
    une dernier période d'après extraction dans laquelle la crème glacée qui reste et le liquide original de crème glacée nouvellement introduit sont solidifiés,
    tandis que le moteur (109) de baratte est actionné pendant la période d'extraction,
    lorsque la charge mesurée par les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte a changé, la charge mesurée par les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte atteint un seuil de charge prédéfini dans le contrôleur (121), ou un temps pendant lequel le moteur (109) de baratte est actionné atteint le seuil de temps écoulé prédéfini dans le contrôleur (121) pendant la période de génération initiale,
    le contrôleur (121) détermine le temps comme temps de la période d'après extraction et contrôle les moyens de contrôle de TPM du moteur de sorte que la vitesse de rotation du moteur de baratte soit inférieure à la vitesse de rotation de la période d'après extraction initiale.


     
    7. L'appareil (100) de fabrication de crème glacée de la revendication 6, dans lequel le contrôleur contrôle les moyens de contrôle (115) de TPM du moteur de sorte que les vitesses de rotation de la dernier période de génération et de la dernier période d'après extraction soient similaires à la vitesse de rotation de l'étape de maintenance.
     
    8. L'appareil (100) de fabrication de crème glacée d'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
    dans lequel
    le contrôleur (121) contrôle un intervalle de temps d'extraction de la crème glacée, correspondant au temps d'ouverture d'une sortie (123) du cylindre scellé (101), basé sur la charge du moteur (109) de baratte, qui est mesurée par les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte, dans lequel
    un seuil de courant ou un TPM auquel une quantité constante de crème glacée est extraite est prédéfini dans le contrôleur (121).
     
    9. L'appareil (100) de fabrication de crème glacée de la revendication 8, dans lequel les moyens de mesure (115) de charge du moteur de baratte mesurent le courant absorbé par le moteur (109) de baratte et le contrôleur (121) effectue une commande pour
    diminuer l'intervalle de temps de l'extraction de la crème glacée lorsque le courant absorbé par le moteur (109) de baratte mesuré est supérieur à une référence de courant prédéterminée, et
    augmenter l'intervalle de temps de l'extraction de la crème glacée lorsque le courant absorbé par le moteur (109) de baratte mesuré est inférieur à ledit seuil de courant prédéfini.
     
    10. L'appareil (100) de fabrication de crème glacée de la revendication 8, dans lequel les moyens de mesure (119) de charge du moteur de baratte mesurent un TPM du moteur (109) de baratte et le contrôleur (121) effectue une commande pour
    augmenter l'intervalle de temps de l'extraction de la crème glacée lorsque le TPM du moteur (109) de baratte mesuré est supérieur à une référence de TPM prédéterminée, et
    diminuer l'intervalle de temps de l'extraction de la crème glacée lorsque le TPM du moteur (109) de baratte mesuré est inférieur au seuil de TPM prédéfini.
