    Description

    FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE



    [0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of electronic cigarette, and more particularly, to a case for accommodating an electronic cigarette.

    BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOURE



    [0002] As attention being paid to the health increases, people have been aware of the dangers of tobacco to bodies, and electronic cigarettes have been appearing thereafter. An electronic cigarette usually provides nicotine liquid atomized by an atomizer for users to smoke. As there is no hazardous substance to bodies in the nicotine liquid, such as tar, the harm to users' bodies has been reduced largely. Meanwhile, just as there is no hazardous substance in the nicotine liquid, the dependence on smoking has also been reduced gradually after electronic cigarettes have been smoked by people. Therefore, electronic cigarettes have an effect to help to quit smoking.

    [0003] To meet the smoking habits of smokers, and place and take electronic cigarettes conveniently, electronic cigarettes usually is placed in the electronic cigarette case matched therewith. A general electronic cigarette case comprises a case body and a case cover which may be opened reversely. Typically, there are traditional opening manners of the electronic cigarette in market, in most of which a flap-type structure is used.

    [0004] WO 2014/195688A1 discloses a container for an electronic nicotine delivery system. The container has a body having a pair of end walls spaced from each other by a base wall. The body also includes a recess extending between the end walls to receive an electronic nicotine delivery system. A lid is pivotally attached to the body for rotation between open and closed positions about an axis parallel to a longitudinal axis of an electronic nicotine delivery system received in the recess.

    SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE



    [0005] An electronic cigarette with a rotation door located on a side face, which is different from an opening manner on a top face, is disclosed in the disclosure.

    [0006] In accordance with one aspect of the disclosure, a case for accommodating an electronic cigarette according to claim 1 is provided, the case comprises: a housing main body; and a rotation door mechanism arranged on the housing main body; wherein the housing main body comprises a housing top face and a housing bottom face opposite to each other, and at least one first housing side face which is arc-shaped with a certain radian, an opening is formed in the first housing side face for picking and placing the electronic cigarette; the rotation door mechanism at least comprises a rotation door which has an arc-shaped surface matching with the radian of the arc-shaped first housing side face, for covering the opening, and the rotation door is rotatable along an arc plane defined by the radian thereof to expose the opening so that the electronic cigarette is allowed to be taken out of the case or put into the case, both ends of which are oriented to the housing top face and the housing bottom face respectively; the rotation door mechanism further comprises a push button, a first slide slot which is arc-shaped is formed in the housing top face, and the push button passes through the first slide slot and is inserted into a push-button fixing hole of the rotation door such that the push button is fixed on the rotation door, and the push button is slidable along the first slide slot to drive the rotation door to slide along the first slide slot.

    [0007] Wherein, a slide rail, which is arc-shaped or annulus-shaped, is formed on an inner side of the housing bottom face, to guide the rotation door during opening or closing the rotation door.

    [0020] Beneficial effects of the disclosure may be as follows: different from the prior art, in the disclosure, an opening is formed in the first housing side face of the housing main body of the case. The rotation door is used for covering the opening. The electronic cigarette, both ends of which are oriented to the housing top face and housing bottom face, respectively, can be taken out or put into when the rotation door opens, when using the case. Therefore, an case with a new structure is provided in the disclosure. Further, as the rotation door is arranged on one side face of the housing main body, the height of the rotation door is not less than the length of the smoking set certainly. After the rotation door is opened, the electronic cigarette is exposed in the air completely in the direction of the length thereof. Thus the type of the electronic cigarette in the case can be identified quickly when the rotation door is opened by users.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DISCLOSURE



    [0022] Now technical implementations of the disclosure will be described in definite and comprehensive details with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, the embodiments as described are only some but not all the embodiments of the disclosure.

    [0023] Referring to FIG. 1 and 2, the case comprises a housing main body 10 and a rotation door mechanism 20. The housing main body 10 includes a front-housing 101 and a back-housing 102, which are buckled with each other. A housing body front face 11 and a housing body back body 12 which are opposite to each other, a housing top face 13 and a housing bottom face 14 which are opposite to each other, and a first housing side face 15 and a second housing side face 16 which are opposite to each other are formed after the front-housing 101 and the back-housing 102 have been buckled with each other. The aforementioned technical characteristics are named based on operation habits of users. When the case is captured in hands by users, the surface facing to users is the housing front face, the face back to users is the housing back face, and two side faces is the first housing side face and the second housing side face, respectively, and for another two faces, the face upwards generally is the housing top face and the other is the housing bottom face. As a case typically is a cigarette case, area of the housing front face or the housing back face is larger than areas of other faces.

    [0024] It needs to be stated that the case whose appearance approximates a square is merely taken as an example in this embodiment. The case related in the disclosure may also be a cylinder, an oval or other shapes. No matter what shape the appearance of the case is, the case comprises a housing top face and a housing bottom face opposite to each other, and at least one housing side face with a certain radian, on which an opening is formed for picking and placing electronic cigarettes, and near which the rotation door mechanism 20 is mounted for exposing and covering the opening. In this way, the housing main body 10 further comprises a container 17 formed therein, and the container is communicated with the opening and configured for accommodating the electronic cigarette. The specific structure of the rotation door mechanism 20 will be described below.

    [0025] To make the housing main body 10 and the rotation door mechanism 20 be matched well, the first housing side face 16 and the second housing side face 15 are both an arc-shaped surface with a certain radian, and an opening 161 is formed in the first housing side face 16. The rotation door mechanism 20 at least includes a rotation door 21 having an arc-shaped surface which is slightly smaller than the semi-diameter of the first housing side face 16. The radian of the arc-shaped surface of the rotation door 21 is matched with the semi-diameter radian of the first housing side face 16, thus the rotation door 21 may roughly be rotated along an arc plane defined by the radian thereof, drove with an external force when covering the opening 161, and be opened to take out or put into an electronic cigarette whose both ends are oriented to the housing top face 13 and the housing bottom face 14, respectively. Preferably, to reduce the width of the opening 161, a first slot 111 communicating with the opening 161 is formed in the housing front face 11, and a second slot 121 communicating with the opening 161 is formed in the housing back face 12. The first slot 111 and the second slot 121 are arranged face-to-face to put into and take out electronic cigarettes by fingers conveniently. The rotation door 21, in the closed state, covers the first slot 111, the opening 161 and the second slot 121. The rotation door 21 is made of transparent material such as grasses or transparent plastic, in order to observe electronic cigarettes conveniently for consumers when the rotation door 21 is closed.

    [0026] As the opening 161 is formed in the first housing side face 16, electronic cigarettes are put into and taken out through the side face of the case. The electronic cigarettes include but not limit to an e-cigarette, an atomizer, or a battery assembly for assembling the e-cigarette. An opening is formed in only one side of the case in this embodiment. And in practical application, openings may also be both formed in both sides of the case. Two openings are formed in both sides, respectively, one of which is used for placing electronic cigarettes, and the other of which is adopt for placing the atomizer or the battery assembly which is as accessory. A rotation door mechanism is provided corresponding to each opening, when two opening are formed in both sides of the case. The opening 161 extends from the housing top face 13 to the housing bottom face 14 in this embodiment, thus the whole e-cigarette may be taken out. It can be understood that, as the length of the atomizer or battery assembly is smaller than that of the whole e-cigarette, the opening 161 is not needed to extend to the housing bottom face 14, when being used for placing and picking the atomizer or the battery assembly.

    [0027] The case in accordance with a preferable embodiment will be further described with reference to FIGs.1 to 5.

    [0028] The rotation door mechanism 20 further includes a push button 22, an adapter 23 and a torsion spring 24. The case further comprises a lithium battery 30, an elastic charging base 40, a circuit plate 50 and a display screen 60.

    [0029] Closing to the first housing side face 16, a first slide slot 131, which is arc-shaped, is formed in the housing top face 13 for assembling the push button 22. The housing top face 13 is step-type at an area where the first slide slot 131 is located with respect to the remaining areas of the housing top face 13, thus the push button 22 having been assembled onto the housing main body 10 will extend without beyond the top point of the housing top face 13.

    [0030] The adapter 23 is fixed to the housing top face 13, more particularly, inside of the housing top face 13 where the first slide slot 131 is formed. The adapter 23 includes a flat portion 231 and a protrusion portion 232. The flat portion 231 is connected to the housing top face 13. A second slide slot 233 which is arc-shaped is formed in the flat portion 231, facing to the first slide slot 131. As the first slide slot 131 is exposed on the external surface of the case, the part where the first slide slot 131 is beyond the second slide slot 233 shall easily be accumulated with dust, if the length of the first slide slot 131 is larger than that of the second slide slot 233. Therefore, the length of the first slide slot 131 is smaller than or equal to that of the second slide slot 233 preferably. A torsion-spring fixing hole 234 is formed in the flat portion 231 for fixing the torsion spring.

    [0031] The torsion spring 24 is sleeved into the protrusion portion 232 of the adapter 23, one end of which is fixed to the torsion-spring fixing hole 234 of the adapter 23 and the other end of which is fixed to the torsion-spring fixing hole 213 of the rotation door 21. The push button 22 is inserted into the push-button fixing hole 214 of the rotation door 21, passing through the first slide slot 131 and the second slide slot 233 from the outside of the housing top face 13.

    [0032] The rotation door 21 includes a stress portion 211 and a main portion 212. The stress portion 211 is connected to the torsion spring 24 and the push button 22, parallel to the housing top face 13 and the flat portion 231 of the adapter 23 and corresponding to the protrusion portion 232 of the adapter 23. An accommodating slot (not shown in Figs.) is formed in the stress portion 211 to make the stress portion 211 to be sleeved into the protrusion portion 232, and the protrusion portion 232 to be exposed at the bottom of the stress portion 211. The torsion-spring fixing hole 213 for connecting the other end of the torsion spring 24 and the push-button fixing hole 214 for connecting the push button 22 are formed in the stress portion 211.

    [0033] The main portion 212 is perpendicular to the stress portion 211, and the main portion 212 has a circular arc-shaped surface. To cover the first slot 111, the opening 161 and the second slot 121 effectively, the arc-shaped surface between two outer sides of the main portion 212 of the rotation door has a radian in a range of 170°∼ 190°, and preferably is 175°∼ 185°.

    [0034] A slide rail 141, which is arc-shaped or annulus-shaped, is formed inside of the housing bottom face 14, to enable the rotation door 21 sliding more smoothly. The bottom of the main portion 212 of the rotation door 21 is located in the slide rail 141, guiding the rotation door 21 during the process when the rotation door 21 is opened or closed.

    [0035] The elastic charging base 40 is arranged an inner side of the housing bottom face 14, and the slide rail 141 extends around the elastic charging base 40, thus the elastic charging base 40 faces to the adapter 23 certainly. Both ends of the electronic cigarette are clamped into the elastic charging base 40 and the protrusion portion 232, respectively, when the electronic cigarette is put into the case through the opening 161. In this way, both ends of the electronic cigarette are positioned by the elastic charging base 40 and the protrusion portion 232 to prevent the smoking set rocking to be damaged or oil leaking.

    [0036] The lithium battery 30 and the circuit plate 50 are arranged on the front-housing 101 or the back-housing 102, and the elastic charging base 40 is electrically connected to the lithium battery 30 through the circuit plate 50. The display screen 60 is disposed on the housing front face 11 of the housing main body 10 and electrically connected to the circuit plate 50. Except the above mentioned , a charging interface and a switch (not shown), etc, are arranged on the case, and further the charging function may also be achieved by the charging interface, that is to say, the case may be treated as a mobile power supply to charge external devices. For example, working states of the display screen 60 is controlled via the switch, and the display screen 60 is adopt to display an electric quantity of the lithium battery 30, an electric quantity of the electronic cigarette and charging states of the electronic cigarette, and the charging state of the electronic cigarette may be further controlled via the switch according to the electric quantity of the electronic cigarette displayed on the display screen 60, when the electronic cigarette is put into the case.

    [0037] The process for putting the electronic cigarette into the case is: the push button 22 is pushed, and then the push button 22 slides along the first slide slot 131, in this way, the rotation door 21 is drove to rotate along the arc plane defined by the radian thereof, until the rotation door 21 is opened entirely. During the process when the rotation door 21 rotates, the torsion spring 24 is compressed. The bottom of the electronic cigarette is clamped into the elastic charging base 40, the elastic charging base 40 is pushed downward, and the top of the electronic cigarette is clamped into the protrusion portion 232 of the adapter 23 afterward, when the rotation door 21 has been opened entirely. After the electronic cigarette has been put into the case, the push button 22 is non-pushed, and the rotation door 21 is drove to rotate by elastic force of the torsion spring 24 along the direction which is opposite to the direction in which the rotation door 21 opens, until the second slot 121, the opening 161 and the first slot 111 is covered by the rotation door 21 entirely.

    [0038] The above as mentioned is about merely preferable embodiments of the disclosure, and not restrictive in the practical application. The rotation door mechanism may merely comprise a rotation door, for example, on which a handle is arranged to open or close the rotation door when giving a force thereto, and a lock component is arranged to fix the rotation door to the housing main body when the rotation door closes. Perhaps, the rotation door mechanism comprises a rotation door, a push button to drive the rotation door to open or close, and a position mechanism to fix the rotation door to the housing main body when the rotation door closes. The push button and the handle aforementioned are both adopt to open the case through manual operations. Then it can be understood that the rotation door may also be drove to rotate through a motor controlled automatically by a switch with a retarding mechanism, in order to open and close the case more conveniently, which will not be described here. Again, the electronic cigarette put into the case is disposable, in this way, a lithium battery and a circuit plate, etc, may be omitted in the case.

    [0039] In conclusion, what one skilled in the art can understand, an opening is formed in the first housing side face of the housing main body of the case in the disclosure. The rotation door is used for covering the opening. The electronic cigarette, both ends of which are oriented to the housing top face and housing bottom face, respectively, can be taken out or put into when the rotation door opens, when using the case. Therefore, a case for electronic cigarettes with a new structure is provided in the disclosure. Further, as the rotation door is arranged on one side face of the housing main body, the height of the rotation door is not less than the length of the smoking set certainly. After the rotation door is opened, the electronic cigarette is exposed in the air completely in the direction of the length thereof. Thus the type of the electronic cigarette in the case can be identified quickly when the rotation door is opened by users.


    Claims

    1. An case for accommodating an electronic cigarette, comprising:

    a housing main body (10); and

    a rotation door mechanism (20) arranged on the housing main body (10);

    wherein the housing main body (10) comprises a housing top face (13) and a housing bottom face (14) opposite to each other, and at least one first housing side face (16) which is arc-shaped with a certain radian, an opening (161) is formed in the first housing side face (16) for picking and placing the electronic cigarette;

    the rotation door mechanism (20) at least comprises a rotation door (21) which has an arc-shaped surface matching with the radian of the arc-shaped first housing side face (16), for covering the opening (161), and the rotation door (21) is rotatable along an arc plane defined by the radian thereof to expose the opening (161) so that the electronic cigarette is allowed to be taken out of the case or put into the case, both ends of which are oriented to the housing top face (13) and the housing bottom face (14) respectively;

    characterized in that, the rotation door mechanism (20) further comprises a push button (22), a first slide slot (131) which is arc-shaped is formed in the housing top face (13), and the push button (22) passes through the first slide slot (131) and is inserted into a push-button fixing hole (214) of the rotation door (21) such that the push button (22) is fixed on the rotation door (21), and the push button (22) is slidable along the first slide slot (131) to drive the rotation door (21) to slide along the first slide slot (131).


     
    2. The case according to claim 1, wherein a slide rail (141), which is arc-shaped or annulus-shaped, is formed on an inner side of the housing bottom face (14), to guide the rotation door (21) during opening or closing the rotation door (21).
     
    3. The case according to claim 1, wherein the housing main body (10) further comprises a housing front face (11) and a housing back face (12) which are opposite to each other, and the first housing side face (16) is formed between the housing front face (11) and the housing back face (12).
     
    4. The case according to claim 3, wherein the housing main body (10) further comprises a container (17) formed therein, and the container (17) is communicated with the opening (161) and configured for accommodating the electronic cigarette.
     
    5. The case according to claim 4, wherein a first slot (111) is formed in the housing front face (11) and communicated with the container (17), a second slot (121) is formed in the housing back face (12) and communicated with the container (17), and the first slot (111) and the second slot (121) are arranged face-to-face so that the electronic cigarette is allowed to be put into the case or taken out of the case by fingers conveniently; the first slot (111) and the second slot (121) are closed when the rotation door (21) is in a closed state.
     
    6. The case according to claim 1, wherein the arc-shaped surface between two outer sides of the rotation door (21) has a radian in a range of 170°∼ 190°.
     
    7. The case according to claim 1, wherein the rotation door mechanism (20) further comprises an adapter (23) fixed to the housing top face (13) and a torsion spring (24) sleeved on the adapter (23), and one end of the torsion spring (24) is fixed to the adapter (23) and the other end of the torsion spring (24) is fixed to the rotation door (21).
     
    8. The case according to claim 7, wherein the adapter (23) comprises a flat portion (231) connected to an inner side of the housing top face (13) and a protrusion portion (232), a second slide slot (233) which is arc-shaped is formed in the flat portion (231), the second slide slot (233) faces to the first slide slot (131) and has a length larger than or equal to that of the first slide slot (131), and the torsion spring (24) is sleeved into the protrusion portion (232).
     
    9. The case according to claim 8, further comprising a lithium battery (30) and a elastic charging base (40) arranged on an inner side of the housing bottom face (14) and facing to the adapter (23), wherein the elastic charging base (40) is electrically connected to the lithium battery (30), and configured to clamp with one end of the electronic cigarette; the protrusion portion (232) of the adapter (23) is configured to clamp with the other end of the electronic cigarette.
     
    10. The case according to claim 9, further comprising a circuit plate (50) and a display screen (60) arranged on the housing main body (10) and electrically connected to the circuit plate (50), wherein the circuit plate (50) is connected to the lithium battery (30), and the display screen (60) is configured for displaying an electric quantity of the lithium battery (30) and a charging state of the electronic cigarette.
     
    11. The case according to claim 10, wherein the lithium battery (30) and the circuit plate (50) are arranged on a front-housing (101) or a back-housing (102) of the housing main body (10).
     
    12. The case according to claim 1, wherein the housing top face (13) is step-type at an area where the first slide slot (131) is located.
     
    13. The case according to claim 8, wherein the rotation door (21) comprises a stress portion (211) and a main portion (212), the stress portion (211) is connected to the torsion spring (24) and the push button (22), the stress portion (211) is parallel to the housing top face (13) and the flat portion (231) of the adapter (23), the main portion (212) is perpendicular to the stress portion (211).
     
    14. The case according to claim 13, wherein an accommodating slot is formed in the stress portion (211) to sleeve the stress portion (211) into the protrusion portion (232), and the bottom of the stress portion (211) is exposed from the protrusion portion (232).
     


    Ansprüche

    1. Etui zur Aufnahme einer elektronischen Zigarette, umfassend:

    einen Gehäusehauptkörper (10); und

    einen Drehtürmechanismus (20), der auf dem Gehäusehauptkörper (10) angeordnet ist;

    wobei der Gehäusehauptkörper (10) eine Gehäuseoberfläche (13) und eine Gehäusebodenfläche (14), die einander gegenüberliegen, und zu mindestens eine erste Gehäuseseitenfläche (16), die kreisbogenförmig ist und einen bestimmten Radiant aufweist, in der ersten Gehäuseseitenfläche (16) zum Nehmen und zum Legen der elektronischen Zigarette gebildet ist;

    der Drehtürmechanismus (20) zu mindestens eine Drehtür (21) umfasst, die eine kreisbogenförmige Oberfläche aufweist und dem Radiant der kreisbogenförmigen ersten Gehäuseseitenfläche (16) entspricht, zur Abdeckung der Öffnung (161), und die Drehtür (21) einer bogenförmigen durch den Radiant definierten Ebene entlang zum Freilegen der Öffnung (161) drehbar ist, sodass die elektronische Zigarette aus dem Etui entnommen werden kann oder in das Etui gelegt werden kann, deren beide Enden beziehungsweise auf die Gehäuseoberfläche (13) und auf die Gehäusebodenfläche (14) ausgerichtet sind;

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehtürmechanismus (20) weiter einen Druckknopf (22) umfasst, eine erste Gleitnut (131), die bogenförmig ist, in der Gehäuseoberfläche (13) gebildet ist, und der Druckknopf (22) durch die erste Gleitnut (131) geht und in einem Drucknopfbefestigungsloch (214) der Drehtür (21) eingesetzt ist, sodass der Druckknopf (22) auf der Drehtür (21) befestigt ist, und der Druckknopf (22) verschiebbar die erste Gehäuseseitenfläche (16) entlang ist, um die Drehtür (21) zum Gleiten die erste Gleitnut (131) entlang anzutreiben.


     
    2. Etui nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Gleitschiene (141), die kreisbogenförmig oder ringförmig ist, an der Innenseite der Gehäusebodenfläche (14) gebildet ist, um die Drehtür (21) während der Öffnung oder Schließung der Drehtür (21) zu führen.
     
    3. Etui nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Gehäusehauptkörper (10) weiter eine Gehäusevorderfläche (11) und eine Gehäuserückenfläche (12), die gegenüber einander liegen, und die Gehäuseseitenfläche (16) zwischen der Gehäusevorderfläche (11) und der Gehäuserückenfläche (12) gebildet ist.
     
    4. Etui nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Gehäusehauptkörper (10) weiter einen darin gebildeten Behälter (17) umfasst, und der Behälter (17) mit der Öffnung (161) in Verbindung steht und zur Aufnahme der elektronischen Zigarette konfiguriert ist.
     
    5. Etui nach Anspruch 4, wobei eine erste Nut (111) in der Gehäusevorderfläche (11) gebildet ist und mit dem Behälter (17) in Verbindung steht, eine zweite Nut (121) in der Gehäuserückenfläche (12) gebildet ist und mit dem Behälter (17) in Verbindung steht, und die erste Nut (111) und die zweite Nut (121) einander gegenüber angeordnet sind, sodass die elektronische Zigarette leicht mit den Fingern in das Etui gelegt werden kann oder aus dem Etui entnommen werden kann; die erste Nut (111) und die zweite Nut (121) geschlossen sind, wenn die Drehtür (21) sich in einem offenen Zustand befindet.
     
    6. Etui nach Anspruch 1, wobei die kreisbogenförmige Oberfläche zwischen zwei Außenseiten der Drehtür (21) einen Radiant in einem Bereich von 170° bis 190° aufweist.
     
    7. Etui nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Drehtürmechanismus (20) weiter einen Adapter (23), der an der Gehäuseoberfläche (13) befestigt ist, und eine Drehfeder (24), die um den Adapter (23) umhüllt ist, und ein Ende der Drehfeder an dem Adapter (23) befestigt ist und das andere Ende der Drehfeder (24) an der Drehtür (21) befestigt ist.
     
    8. Etui nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Adapter (23) einen flachen Teil (231), der mit der Innenseite der Gehäuseoberfläche (13) verbunden ist, und einen hinausragenden Teil (232) umfasst, eine zweite Gleitnut (233), die kreisbogenförmig ist, der ersten Gleitnut (131) gegenübersteht und eine Länge aufweist, die größer oder gleich dieser der ersten Gleitnut (131), und die Drehfeder (24) den hinausragenden Teil (232) umhüllt (232).
     
    9. Etui nach Anspruch 8, das weiter einen Lithium-Akku (30) und ein elastisches Ladegerät (40) umfasst, das an der Innenseite der Gehäusebodenfläche (14) angeordnet ist und dem Adapter (23) gegenüberliegt, wobei das elastisches Ladegerät (40) elektrisch mit dem Lithium-Akku (30) verbunden ist, und zum Festklemmen eines Endes der elektronischen Zigarette konfiguriert ist; der hinausragende Teil (232) des Adapters (23) zum Festklemmen des anderen Endes der elektronischen Zigarette konfiguriert ist.
     
    10. Etui nach Anspruch 9, das weiter eine Leiterplatte (50) und einen Bildschirm (60) umfasst, der an dem Gehäusehauptkörper (10) angeordnet ist und elektrisch mit Lithium-Akku (30) verbunden ist, und der Bildschirm (60) zur Anzeige einer elektrischen Menge des Lithium-Akkus (30) und eines Ladezustands der elektronischen Zigarette konfiguriert ist.
     
    11. Etui nach Anspruch 10, wobei der Lithium-Akku (30) und die Leiterplatte (50) an einem Vordergehäuse (101) oder einem Rückengehäuse (102) des Gehäusehauptkörpers (10) angeordnet sind.
     
    12. Etui nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Gehäuseoberfläche (13) der Stufe-Art in einem Bereich ist, wo die erste Gleitnut (131) sich befindet.
     
    13. Etui nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Drehtür (21) einen Spannungsteil (211) und einen Hauptteil (212) umfasst, der Spannungsteil (211) mit der Drehfeder (24) und dem Druckknopf (22) verbunden ist, der Spannungsteil (211) parallel zu der Gehäuseoberfläche (13) und dem flachen Teil (231) des Adapters (23) läuft, der Hauptteil (212) senkrecht zu dem Spannungsteil (211) ist.
     
    14. Etui nach Anspruch 13, wobei eine Aufnahmenut in dem Spannungsteil (211) gebildet ist, um den Spannungsteil (211) in den hinausragenden Teil (232) einzusetzen, und der Boden des Spannungsteils (211) aus dem hinausragenden Teil (232) bloßgestellt ist.
     


    Revendications

    1. Etui pour loger une cigarette électronique, comprenant:

    un corps principal de boîtier (10); et

    une mécanisme de porte rotative (20) disposé sur le corps principal de boîtier (10);

    dans lequel le corps principal de boîtier (10) comprend une face supérieure de boîtier (13) et une face inférieure de boîtier (14) opposée l'une à l'autre, et au moins une première face latérale de boîtier (16) qui est arquée avec un certain radian, une ouverture (161) est formée dans la première face latérale de boîtier (16) pour sortir et placer la cigarette électronique; le mécanisme de porte rotative (20) comprend au moins une porte rotative (21) qui présente une surface arquée adaptée au radian de la première face latérale de boîtier (16), apte à couvrir l'ouverture (161), et la porte rotative (21) est apte à tourner le long d'un plan arqué défini par son radian afin d'exposer l'ouverture (161) de sorte que la cigarette électronique puisse être retirée de l'étui ou mise dans l'étui, dont les deux extrémités sont orientées respectivement vers la face supérieure (13) du boîtier et vers la face inférieure (14) du boîtier;

    caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de porte rotative (20) comprend en outre un bouton poussoir (22), une première fente de coulissement (131) qui est arquée est formée dans la face supérieure (13) du boîtier, et le bouton-poussoir (22) à travers la première fente de coulissement (131) et est inséré dans un trou de fixation de bouton poussoir (214) de la porte rotative (21) de sorte que le bouton poussoir soit fixé sur la porte rotative (21), et le bouton poussoir (22) est apte à coulisser le long de la première fente de coulissement (131) afin d'entraîner la porte rotative à coulisser le long de la première fente de coulissement (131).


     
    2. Etui selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un rail de coulissement (141) qui est arqué ou annulaire, est formé sur le côté intérieur de la face inférieure de boîtier (14) afin de guider la porte rotative (21) pendant l'ouverture ou la fermeture de la porte rotative (21).
     
    3. Etui selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le corps principal de boîtier (10) comprend en outre une face frontale de boîtier (11) et une face arrière de boîtier (12) qui sont opposées l'une à l'autre, et la première face latérale de boîtier (16) est formée entre la face frontale de boîtier (11) et la face arrière de boîtier (12).
     
    4. Etui selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le corps principal de boîtier (10) comprend en outre un récipient (17) formé en son sein, et le récipient (17) est en communication avec l'ouverture (161) et est configuré pour loger la cigarette électronique.
     
    5. Etui selon la revendication 4, dans lequel une première fente (111) est formée dans la face frontale de boîtier (11) et est en communication avec le récipient (17), une deuxième fente (121) est formée dans la face arrière de boîtier (12) et est en communication avec le récipient (17), et la première fente (111) et la deuxième fente (121) sont disposées en face à face de sorte que la cigarette électronique puisse être mise dans l'étui ou peut en être retirée facilement par les doigts; la première fente (111) et la deuxième fente (121) sont fermées lorsque la porte rotative est (21) à l'état fermé.
     
    6. Etui selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la surface arquée entre deux côtés extérieurs de la porte rotative (21) présente un radian dans la plage de 170° à 190°.
     
    7. Etui selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le mécanisme de porte rotative (20) comprend en outre un adaptateur (23) fixé à la face supérieure de boîtier (13) et un ressort de torsion (24) enveloppant l'adaptateur (23), et une extrémité du ressort de torsion (24) est fixée à l'adaptateur (23) et l'autre extrémité du ressort de torsion (24) est fixée à la porte rotative (21).
     
    8. Etui selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'adaptateur (23) comprend une partie plate (231) raccordée au côté intérieur de la face supérieure de boîtier (13) et une partie saillante (232), une deuxième fente de coulissement (233) qui est arquée est formée dans la partie plate (231), la deuxième fente de coulissement (233) fait face à la première fente de coulissement (131) et présente une longueur plus grande ou égale à celle de la première fente de coulissement (131), et le ressort de torsion (24) entoure la partie saillante (232).
     
    9. Etui selon la revendication 8, comprenant en outre une batterie au lithium (30) et un socle élastique pour charge (40) disposé sur le côté intérieur de la face inférieure de boîtier (14) et faisant face à l'adaptateur (23), où le socle élastique pour charge (40) est connecté électriquement à la batterie au lithium (30), et est configuré pour coincer une extrémité de la cigarette électronique; la partie saillante (232) de l'adaptateur (23) est configurée pour coincer l'autre extrémité de la cigarette électronique.
     
    10. Etui selon la revendication 9, comprenant en outre une plaque à circuits imprimés (50) et un écran d'affichage (60) disposé dans le corps principal de boîtier (10) et connecté électriquement à la plaque à circuits imprimés (50), où la plaque à circuits imprimés (50) est connectée à la batterie au lithium (30), et l'écran d'affichage (60) est configuré pour afficher une quantité électrique de la batterie au lithium (30) et un état de charge de la cigarette électronique.
     
    11. Etui selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la batterie au lithium (30) et la plaque à circuits imprimés (50) sont disposées sur un boîtier frontal (101) ou un boîtier arrière (102) du corps principal de boîtier (10).
     
    12. Etui selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la face supérieure de boîtier (13) est du type à marche dans une zone où la première fente de coulissement (131) est située.
     
    13. Etui selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la porte rotative (21) comprend une partie sous contrainte (211) et une partie principale (212), la partie sous contrainte (211) est raccordée au ressort de torsion (24) et au bouton poussoir (22), la partie sous contrainte (211) est parallèle à la face supérieure de boîtier (13) et à la partie plate (231) de l'adaptateur (23), la partie principale (212) est perpendiculaire à la partie sous contrainte (211).
     
    14. Etui selon la revendication 13, dans lequel une fente de logement est formée dans la partie sous contrainte (211) afin d'emboîter la partie sous contrainte (211) dans la partie saillante (232), et le fond de la partie sous contrainte (211) est exposée à partir de la partie saillante (232).
