    Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION



    [0001] Plastic packing bags are widely used for food storage and in many other aspects of our daily life. While the application of an opening-closing strip provides convenience for plastic bags which are cyclically opened, the invention of the slider zipper enables the opening-closing strip to open and close more easily. The opening-closing strip comprises two side strips which are respectively located at two ends of each plastic bag for closing the plastic bag.

    [0002] A variety of foods can be stored in the plastic bags. Some stored goods include packaged goods, such as granules and power. These packaged goods may include sugar, salt, baby milk, coffee, cookies and the like. When these goods are poured out, the situation that the zipper cannot be closed due to residues frequently occurs; with the residues, the side strips at the two ends of the zipper cannot be closed together; as a result, the zipper cannot be properly closed.

    [0003] The packing bag provided by the prior art with the slider zipper is only provided with the slider zipper at the unsealed part; such structure is very poor in terms of air-tightness on the bag body, and the goods in the bag body are easily affected with moisture or otherwise polluted, so that the substances in the bag body go bad. No protective device is provided for the slider and the zipper, and if the packing bag is applied to chemical industry, medicines, healthcare products and other granules, powder and solid mixtures, as well as the products which children are prohibited to eat or touch in the absence of adult supervision, the food poisoning in children is easily incurred.

    [0004] People are eager to obtain the protective slider zipper with excellent technical effects.

    [0005] EP1247748A1 discloses a plastic zipper with a slider, comprising a pair of male hook and female hook formed on plastic films and a slider by which the zipper is opened and closed, wherein the zipper is equipped with protrusions serving as a guide for the slider which are installed parallel to the male hook and female hook respectively on the side of an opening portion of the zipper, and the slider is equipped with an inside guide which engages with the protrusions so that the inside guide is positioned between the protrusions and the hooks on the side of the opening portion of the zipper; a bag body equipped with the above plastic zipper; and a process for effectively producing the bag body. The plastic zipper with the slider and the bag body equipped with the plastic zipper are each excellent in hermetic sealing performance, and are well suited for packaging liquid without causing leakage.

    [0006] GB2303876A discloses a locking slider includes an upper wing (5) having an interior surface for contacting a pair of fastener tapes (T), and provided with a tapered ridge (9) projecting downwards from the upper wing (5) and extending rearwardly from a guide post (7) for spreading open the abutting inner longitudinal edges of the fastener tapes (T). so that a locking pawl (4) can descend through an aperture (13) into locking engagement with the fastener elements (E) without interference with the edges of the tapes (T). The tapering fore end (10) and rectangular stem (11) of the ridge (9) has a sharp or dovetail edge. The upper wing (5) has a recessed portion (14) to accommodate the displaced inner longitudinal tape edges.

    OBJECT AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION



    [0007] The invention aims at providing the protective slider zipper, which can prevent the condition that the zipper cannot be closed due to the fact that the residues are left on the zipper when the goods are poured out, and can prevent the children from eating or touching a toxic product in the absence of adult supervision. This aim is achieved by a protective slide zipper according to claim 1, respective claim 2.

    [0008] Disclosed herein is a protective slider zipper, which comprises a zipper (2) and a slider (1) for opening and closing the zipper (2), wherein the upper part of the slider (1) is in a protection structure (19); the root part of the protection structure (19) is in a bending structure (7) capable of being repeatedly bent; a first work support surface (14) at one side of the protection structure (19) is fixedly connected with a first slider hand (11); the zipper (2) comprises a female strip (3) and a male strip (4); and the female strip (3) is connected with and separated from the male strip (4) through the slider (1).

    [0012] The second slider hand 12 penetrates into a first outline for clearing the residues in the male strip (4) when the zipper is closed from top to bottom in general.

    [0013] An aileron (20) is arranged at the upper part of each of the female strip (3) and the male strip (4); and the two ailerons (20) are fastened to each other to prevent dust from entering when the zipper (2) is locked.

The protective slider zipper is very easy to open for adults and old people, but is very challenging for children with the ages of five or below.

    [0019] The protective slider zipper is applicable to the plastic packing bag which can be cyclically opened, and particularly is applicable to a slider zipper device which improves the opening-closing strip or the zipper applied to the plastic bag and can be prevented from being opened by children. The protective slider zipper can be ideally applied to packages of any products, including home nursing, chemical industry, medicines, healthcare products and other granules, powder and solid mixtures, as well as the products which children are prohibited to eat or touch in the absence of adult supervision. A flexible package with the protective slider zipper is also applicable to the packages of medicinal cannabis foods due to the facts that the medicinal cannabis foods need to be prevented from being touched by children, and meanwhile, the shelf life needs to be prolonged as much as possible.

    Claims

    1. A protective slider zipper, comprising a zipper (2) and a slider (1) for opening and closing the zipper (2), wherein the slider (1) has an upper part and a lower part, where the lower part is slidably attached on the zipper (2) for opening and closing the zipper (2), and the upper part of the slider (1) includes a protection structure (19); the root part of the protection structure (19) is in a bending structure (7) that is capable of being repeatedly bent, and that connects the protection structure (19) with the slider (1); the protection structure (19) has two opposite facing surfaces, a first work support surface (14), at one side of the protection structure (19), which includes a first slider hand (11); and a first protection support surface (10) at another side of the protection structure (19) opposing the first work support surface (14); the zipper (2) comprises a female strip (3) and a male strip (4); the female strip (3) is connectable with and separable from the male strip (4) through the slider (1); a second work support surface (9) and a work positioning step (18) arranged at one end of the slider (1) opposite to the protection structure (19), such that the protection structure (19) is bendable in order to lie onto the second work support surface (9) and is fixable thereon by means of the work positioning step (18); a second slider hand (12) is arranged at an inner side of a lower part of the second work support surface (9) such that the second slider hand (12) penetrates into a first outline for clearing the residues in the male strip (4) when the zipper (2) is closed; a second protection support surface (17) and a protection positioning step (16) for fixing the protection structure (19) are arranged at the other end of the slider (1); the protection structure (19) is pushed back and forth by hands, such that when the first protection support surface (10) at one side of the protection structure (19) contacts the second protection support surface (17) on the slide block, the protection positioning step (16) fixes the protection structure (19) on the second protection support surface (17), and the slider (1) is in a protected state; and such that when the first work support surface (14) at one side of the protection structure (19) contacts the second work support surface (9) on the slider (1), the work positioning step (18) fixes the protection structure (19) on the second work support surface (9), and the slider (1) is in a working state.
     
    2. A protective slider zipper, comprising a zipper (2) and a slider (1) for opening and closing the zipper (2), wherein the slider (1) has an upper part and a lower part, where the lower part is slidably attached on the zipper (2) for opening and closing the zipper (2), and the upper part of the slider (1) includes a protection structure (19); the protection structure (19) is connectable with the slider (1) through a rotating shaft (8); the protection structure (19) has two opposite facing surfaces, a first work support surface (14) at one side of the protection structure (19) which includes a first slider hand (11), and a first protection support surface (10) at another side of the protection structure (19) opposing the first work support surface (14); the zipper (2) comprises a female strip (3) and a male strip (4); and the female strip (3) is connectable with and separable from the male strip (4) through the slider (1); a second work support surface (9) and a work positioning step (18) arranged at one end of the slider (1) opposite to the protection structure (19), such that the protection structure (19) is bendable in order to lie onto the second work support surface (9) and is fixable thereon by means of the work positioning step (18); a second slider hand (12) is arranged at an inner side of a lower part of the second work support surface (9) and penetrates into a first outline for clearing residues from the female strip (3) and the male strip (4) when the zipper (2) is closed; a second protection support surface (17) and a protection positioning step (16) for fixing the protection structure (19) are arranged at the other end of the slider (1); the protection structure (19) is pushed back and forth by hands, such that when the first protection support surface (10) at one side of the protection structure (19) contacts the second protection support surface (17) on the slide block, the protection positioning step (16) fixes the protection structure (19) on the second protection support surface (17), and the slider (1) is in a protected state; and such that when the first work support surface (14) at one side of the protection structure (19) contacts the second work support surface (9) on the slider (1), the work positioning step (18) fixes the protection structure (19) on the second work support surface (9), and the slider (1) is in a working state.
     
    3. The protective slider zipper in claim 1, wherein the female strip (3) is connected to a first side surface (5); and the male strip (4) is connected to a second side surface (6).
     
    4. The protective slider zipper in claim 2, wherein the female strip (3) is connected to a first side surface (5); and the male strip (4) is connected to a second side surface (6).
     
    5. The protective slider zipper in claim 1, wherein the second slider (12) penetrates into a first outline for clearing the residues in the male strip (4) when the zipper (2) is closed from top to bottom in general.
     
    6. The protective slider zipper in claim 2, wherein a slider groove (13) is formed in one end of the zipper (2).
     
    7. The protective slider zipper in claim 1, wherein an aileron (20) is arranged at an upper part of each of the female strip (3) and the male strip (4); and the two ailerons (20) are fastened to each other when the zipper (2) is locked.
     
    8. The protective slider zipper in claim 2, wherein an aileron (20) is arranged at an upper part of each of the female strip (3) and the male strip (4); and the two ailerons (20) are fastened to each other when the zipper (2) is locked.
     
    9. The protective slider zipper in claim 1, wherein a slider groove (13) is formed in one end of the zipper (2).
     
    10. The protective slider zipper in claim 6, wherein the slider (1) is moved to the slider groove (13); the protection structure (19) is pushed to the second work support surface (9); the slider (11) is in the working state; and the first slider (11) enters the slider groove (13) and is lightly pulled towards the other end of the zipper (2), so that a zipper bag attached to the zipper can be opened.
     
    11. The protective slider zipper in claim 1, wherein a reinforcing rib (15) is arranged at an open part of the zipper (2)
     
    12. The protective slider zipper in claim 2, wherein a reinforcing rib (15) is arranged at an open part of the zipper (2).
     
    13. The protective slider zipper in claim 5, wherein an top end of the protection structure (19) is higher than two ends of the slider (1) when fastened to the second work support surface (9) and the second protection support surface (17) on the slider (1).
     
    14. The protective slider zipper in claim 6, wherein an top end of the protection structure (19) is higher than two ends of the slider (1) when fastened to the second work support surface (9) and the second protection support surface (17) on the slider (1).
     


    Ansprüche

    1. Reißverschlussschutzschieber, umfassend einen Reißverschluss (2) und einen Schieber (1) um den Reißverschluss (2) zu öffnen und zu schließen, wobei der Schieber (1) einen oberen Teil und einen unteren Teil aufweist, wobei der untere Teil verschiebbar auf dem Reißverschluss (2) angebracht ist um den Reißverschluss (2) zu öffnen und zu schließen und der obere Teil des Schiebers (1) eine Schutzstruktur (19) enthält; der Fußteil der Schutzstruktur (19) befindet sich in einer Biegestruktur (7),
    die wiederholt gebogen werden kann und die Schutzstruktur (19) mit dem Schieber (1) verbindet;
    die Schutzstruktur (19) hat zwei gegenüberliegende Oberflächen, eine erste Wirkunterstützungsfläche (14), an einer Seite der Schutzstruktur (19), die einen ersten Gleiter (11) enthält; und eine erste Schutzunterstützungsfläche (10) an einer anderen Seite der Schutzstruktur (19), die der ersten Wirkunterstützungsfläche (14) gegenüberliegt; der Reißverschluss (2) umfasst eine Buchsenleiste (3) und eine Stiftleiste (4); die Buchsenleiste (3) ist mit der Stiftleiste (4) durch den Schieber (1) verbindbar und von dieser trennbar; eine zweite Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) und eine Wirkpositionierungsstufe (18), die an einem Ende des Schiebers (1) gegenüber der Schutzstruktur (19) angeordnet sind, so dass die Schutzstruktur (19) biegbar ist, um auf der zweiten Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) zu liegen, und mittels der Wirkpositionierungsstufe (18) darauf fixierbar ist; ein zweiter Gleiter (12) ist an der Innenseite des unteren Teils der zweiten Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) so angeordnet, dass der zweite Gleiter (12) in einen ersten Umriss eindringt, um die Rückstände in der Stiftleiste (4) zu entfernen, wenn der Reißverschluss (2) geschlossen ist;
    eine zweite Schutzunterstützungsfläche (17) und eine Schutzpositionierungsstufe (16) zum Befestigen der Schutzstruktur (19) sind am anderen Ende des Schiebers (1) angeordnet; Die Schutzstruktur (19) wird von Hand hin und her geschoben, so dass, wenn die erste Schutzunterstützungsfläche (10) an einer Seite der Schutzstruktur (19) die zweite Schutzunterstützungsfläche (17) am Gleitblock berührt, die Schutzpositionierungsstufe (16) die Schutzstruktur (19) auf der zweiten Schutzunterstützungsfläche (17) fixiert, und der Schieber (1) geschützt wird; und so, dass, wenn die erste Wirkunterstützungsfläche (14) an einer Seite der Schutzstruktur (19) die zweite Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) auf dem Schieber (1) berührt, die Wirkpositionierungsstufe (18) die Schutzstruktur (19) auf der zweiten Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) fixiert, und der Schieber (1) sich in einem Arbeitszustand befindet.
     
    2. Reißverschlussschutzschieber, umfassend einen Reißverschluss (2) und einen Schieber (1) um den Reißverschluss (2) zu öffnen und zu schließen, wobei der Schieber (1) einen oberen Teil und einen unteren Teil aufweist, wobei der untere Teil verschiebbar auf dem Reißverschluss (2) angebracht ist um den Reißverschluss (2) zu öffnen und zu schließen und der obere Teil des Schiebers (1) eine Schutzstruktur (19) enthält; die Schutzstruktur (19) ist über eine rotierende Welle (8) mit dem Schieber (1) verbindbar; die Schutzstruktur (19) hat zwei gegenüberliegende Oberflächen, eine erste Wirkunterstützungsfläche (14), an einer Seite der Schutzstruktur (19), die einen ersten Gleiter (11) enthält; und eine erste Schutzunterstützungsfläche (10) an einer anderen Seite der Schutzstruktur (19), die der ersten Wirkunterstützungsfläche (14) gegenüberliegt; der Reißverschluss (2) umfasst eine Buchsenleiste (3) und eine Stiftleiste (4); die Buchsenleiste (3) ist mit der Stiftleiste (4) durch den Schieber (1) verbindbar und von dieser trennbar; eine zweite Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) und eine Wirkpositionierungsstufe (18), die an einem Ende des Schiebers (1) gegenüber der Schutzstruktur (19) angeordnet sind, so dass die Schutzstruktur (19) biegbar ist, um auf der zweiten Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) zu liegen, und mittels der Wirkpositionierungsstufe (18) darauf fixierbar ist; ein zweiter Gleiter (12) ist an der Innenseite des unteren Teils der zweiten Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) angeordnet und dringt in einen ersten Umriss ein, um Rückstände von der Buchsenleiste (3) und von der Stiftleiste (4) zu entfernen, wenn der Reißverschluss (2) geschlossen ist; eine zweite Schutzunterstützungsfläche (17) und eine Schutzpositionierungsstufe (16) zum Befestigen der Schutzstruktur (19) sind am anderen Ende des Schiebers (1) angeordnet; Die Schutzstruktur (19) wird von Hand hin und her geschoben, so dass, wenn die erste Schutzunterstützungsfläche (10) an einer Seite der Schutzstruktur (19) die zweite Schutzunterstützungsfläche (17) am Gleitblock berührt, die Schutzpositionierungsstufe (16) die Schutzstruktur (19) auf der zweiten Schutzunterstützungsfläche (17) fixiert, und der Schieber (1) geschützt wird; und so, dass, wenn die erste Wirkunterstützungsfläche (14) an einer Seite der Schutzstruktur (19) die zweite Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) auf dem Schieber (1) berührt, die Wirkpositionierungsstufe (18) die Schutzstruktur (19) auf der zweiten Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) fixiert, und der Schieber (1) sich in einem Arbeitszustand befindet.
     
    3. Reißverschlussschutzschieber nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Buchsenleiste (3) mit einer ersten Seitenfläche (5) verbunden ist; und die Stiftleiste (4) mit einer zweiten Seitenfläche (6) verbunden ist.
     
    4. Reißverschlussschutzschieber nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Buchsenleiste (3) mit einer ersten Seitenfläche (5) verbunden ist; und die Stiftleiste (4) mit einer zweiten Seitenfläche (6) verbunden ist.
     
    5. Reißverschlussschutzschieber nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Schieber (12) in einen ersten Umriss eindringt, um die Rückstände in der Stiftleiste (4) zu entfernen, wenn der Reißverschluss (2) im Allgemeinen von oben nach unten geschlossen ist.
     
    6. Reißverschlussschutzschieber nach Anspruch 2, wobei eine Gleitnut (13) an einem Ende des Reißverschlusses (2) ausgebildet ist.
     
    7. Reißverschlussschutzschieber nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Querruder (20) an jeweils einem oberen Teil der Buchsenleiste (3) und der Stiftleiste (4) angeordnet ist; und die zwei Querruder (20) aneinander befestigt sind, wenn der Reißverschluss (2) verriegelt ist.
     
    8. Reißverschlussschutzschieber nach Anspruch 2, wobei ein Querruder (20) an jeweils einem oberen Teil der Buchsenleiste (3) und der Stiftleiste (4) angeordnet ist; und die zwei Querruder (20) aneinander befestigt sind, wenn der Reißverschluss (2) verriegelt ist.
     
    9. Reißverschlussschutzschieber nach Anspruch 1, wobei an einem Ende des Reißverschlusses (2) eine Gleitnut (13) ausgebildet ist.
     
    10. Reißverschlussschutzschieber nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Schieber (1) zu der Gleitnut (13) bewegt wird; die Schutzstruktur (19) wird auf die zweite Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) gedrückt; der Schieber (11) befindet sich im Arbeitszustand; und der erste Schieber (11) tritt in die Gleitnut (13) ein und wird leicht zum anderen Ende des Reißverschlusses (2) gezogen, so dass eine am Reißverschluss befestigte Reißverschlusstasche geöffnet werden kann.
     
    11. Reißverschlussschutzschieber nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Verstärkungsrippe (15) an dem offenen Teil des Reißverschlusses (2) angeordnet ist.
     
    12. Reißverschlussschutzschieber nach Anspruch 2, wobei eine Verstärkungsrippe (15) an dem offenen Teil des Reißverschlusses (2) angeordnet ist.
     
    13. Reißverschlussschutzschieber nach Anspruch 5, wobei das obere Ende der Schutzstruktur (19) höher als zwei Enden des Schiebers (1) ist, wenn er an der zweiten Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) und der zweiten Schutzunterstützungsfläche (17) am Schieber (1) befestigt ist.
     
    14. Reißverschlussschutzschieber nach Anspruch 6, wobei das obere Ende der Schutzstruktur (19) höher als zwei Enden des Schiebers (1) ist, wenn er an der zweiten Wirkunterstützungsfläche (9) und der zweiten Schutzunterstützungsfläche (17) am Schieber (1) befestigt ist.

    6. La fermeture à glissière de protection selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle un canal de coulisse (13) est formé à une extrémité de la fermeture à glissière (2).
     
    7. La fermeture à glissière de protection selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle un aileron (20) est disposé sur une partie supérieure de la rainure femelle (3) et de la rainure mâle (4) ; les deux ailerons (20) sont fixés l'un à l'autre lorsque la fermeture éclair (2) est verrouillée.
     
    8. La fermeture à glissière de protection selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle un aileron (20) est disposé sur une partie supérieure de la rainure femelle (3) et de la rainure mâle (4) ; les deux ailerons (20) sont fixés l'un à l'autre lorsque la fermeture éclair (2) est verrouillée.
     
    9. La fermeture à glissière de protection selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle un canal de coulisse (13) est formé à une extrémité de la fermeture à glissière (2).
