    Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION


    1. Field of the Invention



    [0001] The present invention relates generally to a rail terminal assembling structure, and more particularly to a rail terminal assembling structure, which is convenient to assemble and can be securely located. In addition, the direction of the wire inlet of the rail terminal assembling structure can be adjusted in accordance with the required plug-in angle of the external conductive wire.

    2. Description of the Related Art



    [0002] A conventional terminal structure has an insulation case and a metal component or a metal leaf spring enclosed in the insulation case. The metal leaf spring serves to press and electrically connect with a conductive wire plugged into the terminal. The terminals are arranged and latched on a grounding rail (or conductive rail) to establish a common grounding device of an electrical apparatus or a mechanical apparatus for conducting the residual voltage or static charge of the apparatus.

    [0003] DE 2007011372 U1 discloses a junction box device (applied to solar energy system), including a holding member and a U-shaped metal leaf spring and an α-shaped metal leaf spring assembled therewith. The U-shaped metal leaf spring has wing plates and a locking section respectively securely assembled in the slots and upper section of the holding member.

    [0004] FR 2819110 A1 discloses an electrical conductive wire terminal structure including a protection member 20 and a U-shaped metal leaf spring 70 assembled with the protection member 20. The fixed end 74 of the metal leaf spring 70 is securely inserted in the holding support 25 of the protection member 20. The technical keys of the present invention must include the following structural limitation conditions: i. three components of the protection member, the conductive plate and the metal leaf spring. The conductive plate has no perpendicularly bent cantilever; and ii. the metal leaf spring and the protection member are multi-portion connected, while the metal leaf spring is not connected with the conductive plate.

    [0005] Figs. 24, 25 and 26 (or DE 202015008280 U1) show a conventional terminal assembling structure currently widely applied to the above grounding rail. The terminal assembling structure mainly includes a conductive plate 7, a protection member 8 and a metal leaf spring 9, which are assembled with each other to form a conductive support structure A. An upright arm 72 is perpendicularly connected with each of two ends of the conductive plate 7 for assembling with the protection member 8, whereby the conductive plate 7 has a U-shaped cross section. In addition, a notch 71 is formed on one side of the conductive plate 7 beside each upright arm 72 near the middle section of the conductive plate 7. A shoulder section 73 is disposed on one side of a top end of the upright arm 72. The protection member 8 is fitted around the upright arm 72. The protection member 8 includes a subsidiary side 85, a first side 81, a second side 82, a third side 83 and a fourth side 84, which are sequentially perpendicularly connected with each other. An opening 86 is defined between the fourth side 84 and the subsidiary side 85, whereby the protection member 8 has a C-shaped cross section for receiving the metal leaf spring 9. At least the subsidiary side 85 serves to guide the metal leaf spring 9 to move in a fixed path. In addition, two notches 821, 841 are respectively formed beside the junctions between the third side 83 and the second and fourth sides 82, 84. The metal leaf spring 9 includes a first section 91 and a bent second section 92 connected with the first section 91. The first section 91 has a tail end 94. The second section 92 has a head end 93. In addition, two lateral protrusion sections 941, 942 are respectively formed on two sides of the first section 91. An outward protruding finger section 95 is disposed on the tail end 94.

    [0006] When assembled, the protection member 8 is fitted around the upright arm 72 of the conductive plate 7. At this time, the second side 82 and the subsidiary side 85 are respectively fitted on two lateral sides of the upright arm 72 and the finger section 95 of the metal leaf spring 9 is inserted into the notch 71 of the conductive plate 7. The first section 91 is attached to the inner face of the third side 83. Then, the first section 91 and the third side 83 are connected with each other by means of a welding point 80 (as shown in Fig. 25) or a fixing member 800 (as shown in Fig. 26) or any other suitable method. Under such circumstance, the second section 92 extends toward the upright arm 72 with the head end 93 restricted by the shoulder section 73 from moving outward. Therefore, the head end 93 permits the conductive wire to easily plug into the terminal, while hindering the conductive wire from being extracted out of the terminal in a reverse direction.

    [0007] However, in practice, the above structure has the following shortcomings:
    1. 1. The finger section 95 of the metal leaf spring 9 is inserted into the notch 71 so as to connect and locate the metal leaf spring 9 on the conductive plate 7. Therefore, the upright arm 72 at the end of the conductive plate 7 must extend in a direction substantially in parallel to the first section 91. (In practice, the upright arm 72 is bent to be approximately normal to the conductive plate 7). Only in this case, the simple shoulder section 73 can be used to reasonably restrict the second section 92 (the head end 93) of the metal leaf spring 9 to one-way elastically move toward the conductive plate 7. Under such circumstance, the design of the conductive plate 7 is indirectly affected. That is, the two end sections of the conductive plate 7 must be such structured as to have the bent upright arms 72. This limits the plug-in angle and direction of the external conductive wire inserted into the terminal. The conductive wire must be inserted into the protection member 8 in a direction normal to the conductive plate 7. Moreover, the conductive wire on the outer lateral side of the conductive support A must be first bent upward and then reversely bent downward so that the conductive wire can be plugged into the protection member 8 to connect with the metal leaf spring 9. This not only leads to inconvenience in working (especially the conductive wire with larger diameter is uneasy to bend), but also will occupy more room.
    2. 2. The first side 81 of the protection member 8 contacts the outer side of the upright arm 72. The finger section 95 of the metal leaf spring 9 is inserted into the notch 71. The third side 83 is connected with the metal leaf spring 9 so as to connect with the conductive plate 7. Such connection structure fails to make the protection member 8 securely connected with the conductive plate 7 and located. As shown in Fig. 26, when the conductive wire applies an outward pulling force to the metal leaf spring 9, the first section 91 of the metal leaf spring 9 will bear a counterclockwise torque centered at the finger section 95. When the counterclockwise torque exceeds the frictional force between the finger section 95 and the notch 71, the protection member 8, the metal leaf spring 9 and the conductive plate 7 are very apt to loosen and detach from each other. This affects the reliability in assembling the conductive wire with the relevant terminal.
    It is therefore tried by the applicant to provide a rail terminal assembling structure to solve the above shortcomings of the conventional rail terminal assembling structure.

    SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION



    [0008] It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide a rail terminal assembling structure, in which the metal leaf spring is directly securely connected on the protection member. Then the protection member is simply connected with one end of the conductive plate. Accordingly, it is no longer necessary to interconnect the conductive plate and the metal leaf spring. In this case, relative to the conductive plate, the protection member can be designed with the characteristic that the conductive plate can be bent by different inclination angles in accordance with different required plug-in angles of the external conductive wire. Therefore, as a whole, the wiring is facilitated and the required peripheral room is reduced.

    [0009] It is a further object of the present invention to provide the above rail terminal assembling structure, in which one side of a U-shaped metal leaf spring is attached to the inner surface of a preset connection side section of the protection member. In addition, the front and rear sides of the portion of the metal leaf spring in contact with the connection side section are respectively securely connected with the connection side section. The other side of the metal leaf spring has a movable end in abutment with the conductive plate. Accordingly, the protection member, the metal leaf spring and the conductive plate are securely connected with each other without easy detachment.

    [0010] It is still a further object of the present invention to provide the above rail terminal assembling structure, in which it is unnecessary to additionally securely connect the metal leaf spring and the connection side section of the protection member by means of the welding point or any other fixing member. Therefore, it is very easy to assemble and process the entire rail terminal and the manufacturing cost is effectively lowered.

    [0011] To achieve the above and other objects, the rail terminal assembling structure of the present invention includes, as defined in claim 1.

    [0012] In the above rail terminal assembling structure, at least one protruding elastic locating section is disposed on the connection side section of the protection member. A locating hole is formed on the first section of the metal leaf spring corresponding to the elastic locating section. The elastic locating section extends into the locating hole, whereby the first section of the metal leaf spring is securely connected with the connection side section of the protection member and located.

    [0013] In the above rail terminal assembling structure, optionally, an elastic end section is disposed at the tail end of the second section of the metal leaf spring. The elastic end section is arched and bent toward the contact side section.

    [0014] In the above rail terminal assembling structure, optionally, the second locating section also comprises a stop plate bent from an edge of the connection side section toward the assembling passage. The stop plate serves to stop a tail end of the first section of the metal leaf spring.

    [0015] In the above rail terminal assembling structure, optionally, the stop plate is formed with a perforation on one side near the connection side section. The tail end of the first section of the metal leaf spring is formed with an end protrusion section corresponding to the perforation. The end protrusion section is inserted in the perforation and located therein.

    [0016] In the above rail terminal assembling structure, optionally, a middle portion of the stop plate is formed with an upward protruding elastic tongue section obliquely protruding toward the connection side section. A gap is reserved between the upward protruding elastic tongue section and the connection side section. The tail end of the first section of the metal leaf spring is directly inserted in the gap and located therein.

    [0017] In the above rail terminal assembling structure, optionally, two lateral stop sections are respectively disposed on the two lateral sections of the protection member near an edge of the second locating section. The lateral stop sections are bent toward the assembling passage. The two lateral stop sections respectively abut against two lateral outer sides of the stop plate.

    [0018] In the above rail terminal assembling structure, optionally, the second locating section also comprises a bent plate extending into the assembling passage and bent toward the wire inlet. The bent plate serves to hold the tail end of the first section of the metal leaf spring to locate the same.

The lateral recesses are fittable with a portion of at least one lateral section of the protection member in adjacency to the contact side section and tightly connected therewith, whereby the protection member is located and hindered from moving in an axial direction of the conductive plate.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS



    [0026] Please refer to Figs. 1 to 4. According to a first embodiment, the rail terminal assembling structure of the present invention includes a protection member 1, a conductive plate 2 and a metal leaf spring 3. The protection member 1 has a contact side section 11 and a connection side section 12 opposite to each other. Two lateral sections 13 are respectively disposed on two sides of the connection side section 12. The lateral sections 13 extend from the two sides of the connection side section 12 to connect with two sides of the contact side section 11 so as to define an assembling passage 14 passing through the protection member 1. One end of the assembling passage 14 is a wire inlet 141. At the junction between the connection side section 12 and each of the two lateral sections 13, the wire inlet 141 is formed with a first locating section 131, (such as a lateral notch). In addition, a second locating section 15 is disposed at one end of the protection member 1 distal from the first locating sections 131. Moreover, at least one elastic locating section 121 is disposed on the connection side section 12. The elastic locating section 121 protrudes toward the assembling passage 14.

    [0027] In a preferred embodiment, the second locating section 15 is a stop plate downward bent from an edge of the connection side section 12 toward the assembling passage 14. A perforation 151 is formed on one side of the stop plate proximal to the connection side section 12. The elastic locating section 121 is a protruding elastic locating tongue section formed by means of punching.

    [0028] One end of the conductive plate 2 extends into the assembling passage 14 of the protection member 1 and is securely attached to an inner surface of the contact side section 11. In a preferred embodiment, the conductive plate 2 is respectively formed with lateral recesses 22 near two lateral sides of two end sections. The lateral recesses 22 can be fitted with the portions of the two lateral sections 13 of the protection member 1 in adjacency to the contact side section 11 with the conductive plate 2 attached to the inner side of the contact side section 11. Accordingly, the protection member 1 is located and hindered from moving in the axial direction of the conductive plate 2. The conductive plate 2 has an inner face 23 distal from the contact side section 11. In addition, two end sections of the conductive plate 2 are respectively formed with arched edges 21 bent and extending in a direction away from the assembling passage 14.

    [0029] In practice, the conductive plate 2 not only can be secured by means of fitting the lateral recesses 22 with the protection member 1, but also can be securely connected with the protection member 1 by means of other suitable structures and manners. In this case, the conductive plate 2 can be better multidirectionally located.

    [0030] The metal leaf spring 3 has a first section 31, a second section 32 and an elastic bight section 33 connected between the first and second sections 31, 32. Accordingly, the metal leaf spring 3 is a substantially U-shaped member. Two first located sections 313 are respectively disposed on two sides of the first section 31 of the metal leaf spring 3 near the middle of the first section 31, (such as outward expanded lateral protrusion sections). The first section 31 is formed with a locating hole 312 corresponding to the elastic locating section 121.

    [0031] In a preferred embodiment, a second located section 311 (such as an end protrusion section) is disposed at a tail end of the first section 31 of the metal leaf spring 3. An elastic end section 321 is disposed at a tail end of the second section 32. The elastic end section 321 is arched and bent toward the contact side section 11.

    [0032] When assembled, after the conductive plate 2 is connected with the protection member 1, the metal leaf spring 3 is extended into the assembling passage 14 with the first section 31 attached to the connection side section 12. The second locating section 15 (the stop plate) serves to stop the tail end of the first section 31 of the metal leaf spring 3. At this time, the second located section 311 is inserted into the perforation 151, while the elastic locating section 121 (elastic locating tongue section) extends into the locating hole 312. Also, the two first located sections 313 are respectively snugly securely engaged with the two first locating sections 131. Accordingly, the first section 31 of the metal leaf spring 3 is securely connected with the connection side section 12 of the protection member 1 to effectively locate the metal leaf spring 3. Also, the elastic end section 321 of the second section 32 of the metal leaf spring 3 abuts against the inner face 23 of the conductive plate 2.

    [0033] In use, the external conductive wire A extends into the assembling passage 14 from one side near the first locating section 131. At this time, the conductive wire A first pushes the second section 32 of the metal leaf spring 3 to elastically compress and deform the elastic bight section 33. After the conductive wire A passes through the elastic end section 321, under the elastic restoring force of the elastic bight section 33, the elastic end section 321 of the second section 32 cooperates with the inner face 23 of the conductive plate 2 to together hold the conductive wire A and electrically connect therewith. In the case that the conductive wire A is pulled by an external force, the conductive wire A will drive the second section 32 to move in reverse direction. Under such circumstance, the second section 32 will gradually move toward the conductive wire A and fasten the conductive wire A to effectively hinder the conductive wire A from being loosened and extracted out.

    [0034] In the above structure of this embodiment, the first locating sections 131, the elastic locating section 121 (the elastic locating tongue section) and the perforation 151 of the second locating section 15 are connected with the first located sections 313, the locating hole 312 and the second located section 311. Accordingly, the first section 31 of the metal leaf spring 3 is located with the connection side section 12 of the protection member 1 at multiple portions. As shown in Fig. 4, when the conductive wire A is pulled by the external force, the first section 31 of the metal leaf spring 3 bears a clockwise torque. At this time, by means of the design that the second locating section 15 (such as the perforation 151) is fitted with the second located section 311, the force applied by the locating hole 312 to the elastic locating section 121 is effectively reduced. Therefore, the possibility of deformation of the elastic locating section 121 due to the force is minified. In this case, the conductive wire A can be more securely assembled with the terminal without easy loosening and detachment.

    [0035] Please now refer to Figs. 5 to 7. According to a second embodiment, the rail terminal assembling structure of the present invention includes a protection member 1a, a metal leaf spring 3a and a conductive plate 2 identical to the conductive plate of the first embodiment. The protection member 1a has a contact side section 11a and a connection side section 12a opposite to each other. Two lateral sections 13a are respectively disposed on two sides of the connection side section 12a. The lateral sections 13a extend from the two sides of the connection side section 12a to connect with two sides of the contact side section 11a so as to define an assembling passage 14a passing through the protection member 1a. One end of the assembling passage 14a is a wire inlet 141a. A first locating section 131a, (such as a lateral notch) is formed at the junction between the connection side section 12a and each of the two lateral sections 13a. In addition, a second locating section 15a is disposed on one side of the protection member 1a distal from the first locating sections 131a. Moreover, an elastic locating section 121a is disposed on the connection side section 12a. The elastic locating section 121a protrudes toward the assembling passage 14a.

    [0036] In a preferred embodiment, the second locating section 15a is a stop plate downward bent from an edge of the connection side section 12a toward the assembling passage 14a. A middle section of the stop plate is punched to form an upward protruding elastic tongue section 151a obliquely protruding toward the connection side section 12a. A gap is reserved between the upward protruding elastic tongue section 151a and the connection side section 12a. The elastic locating section 121a is a protruding elastic locating tongue section formed by means of punching. In addition, two lateral stop sections 132a are respectively disposed on the two lateral sections 13a near an edge of the second locating section 15a (the stop plate). The lateral stop sections 132a are bent toward the assembling passage 14a. The two lateral stop sections 132a respectively abut against two lateral outer sides of the second locating section 15a (the stop plate).

    [0037] The conductive plate 2 is securely assembled and connected on the inner surface of the contact side section 11a of the protection member 1a in the same manner as the first embodiment.

    [0038] The metal leaf spring 3a has a first section 31a, a second section 32a and an elastic bight section 33a connected between the first and second sections 31a, 32a. Accordingly, the metal leaf spring 3a is a substantially U-shaped member. Two outward expanded first located sections 313a are respectively disposed on two sides of the first section 31a of the metal leaf spring 3a near the middle of the first section 31a, (such as lateral protrusion sections). The first section 31a is formed with a locating hole 312a corresponding to the elastic locating section 121a. An elastic end section 321a is disposed at a tail end of the second section 32a. The elastic end section 321a is arched and bent toward the contact side section 11a.

    [0039] When assembled, after the conductive plate 2 is connected with the protection member 1a, the metal leaf spring 3a is extended into the assembling passage 14a with the first section 31a attached to the connection side section 12a. The second locating section 15a (the stop plate) serves to stop the tail end of the first section 31a of the metal leaf spring 3a. The tail end of the first section 31a is directly inserted into the gap between the upward protruding elastic tongue section 151a and the connection side section 12a. In addition, the elastic locating section 121a (the elastic locating tongue section) is cooperatively extended into the locating hole 312a. The two first located sections 313a (the lateral protrusion sections) are respectively located in the two first locating sections 131a (the lateral notches). Accordingly, the first section 31a of the metal leaf spring 3a is securely connected with the connection side section 12a of the protection member 1a to locate the metal leaf spring 3a.     Claims

    1. A rail terminal assembling structure comprising:

    a protection member (1) having a contact side section (11), a connection side section (12) opposite to the contact side section (11) and two lateral sections (13), the contact side section (11), the connection side section (12) and the lateral sections (13) together defining an assembling passage (14) passing through the protection member (1), the assembling passage (14) having a wire inlet (141), at the junction between the connection side section (12) and each of the two lateral sections (13), the wire inlet (141) being formed with a first locating section (131), a second locating section (15) being disposed distal from the first locating section (131);

    a conductive plate (2), one end of the conductive plate (2) extending into the assembling passage (14) of the protection member (1) and securely attaching to an inner surface of the contact side section (11); and

    a metal leaf spring (3) having a first section (31), a second section (32) and an elastic bight section (33) connected between the first and second sections (31, 32), two first located sections (313) are respectively disposed on two sides of the first section (31) of the metal leaf spring (3) near the middle of the first section (31), the metal leaf spring (3) extending into the assembling passage (14) and attaching to the connection side section (12), whereby the two first located sections (313) are snugly securely connected with the first locating sections (131), a second located section (311) being disposed near or at the tail end of the first section (31), the second locating section (15) being cooperatively securely connected with the second located section (311), the second section (32) of the metal leaf spring (3) extending toward the contact side section (11) to press the conductive plate (2),

    characterized in that:

    the two lateral sections (13) are disposed between the connection side section (12) and the contact side section (11);

    the metal leaf spring (3) is a substantially U-shaped member;

    the second locating section (15) is disposed at one end of the protection member (1) and the second locating section (15) is at least one protruding elastic locating section (121) disposed on the connection side section (12) of the protection member (1), the second located section (311) being a locating hole (312) formed on the first section (31) of the metal leaf spring (3) corresponding to the elastic locating section (121),

    whereby the metal leaf spring (3) itself can be securely connected with the protection member (1).


     
    2. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first locating section (131) is lateral notches disposed at the junction between the connection side section (12) and each of the two lateral sections (13), the first located section (313) being lateral protrusion sections disposed on the metal leaf spring (3) corresponding to the lateral notches.
     
    3. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the second locating section (15) is a stop plate (15) bent from an edge of the connection side section (12) toward the assembling passage (14), the stop plate (15) serving to stop a tail end of the first section (31) of the metal leaf spring (3).
     
    4. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein the stop plate (15) is formed with a perforation (151) on one side near the connection side section (12), the tail end of the first section (31) of the metal leaf spring (3) being formed with an end protrusion section (311) corresponding to the perforation (151), the end protrusion section (311) being inserted in the perforation (151) and located therein.
     
    5. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein a middle portion of the stop plate (15a) is formed with an upward protruding elastic tongue section (151a) obliquely protruding toward the connection side section (12a), a gap being reserved between the upward protruding elastic tongue section (151a) and the connection side section (12a), the tail end of the first section (31a) of the metal leaf spring (3a) being directly inserted in the gap and located therein.
     
    6. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in claim 5, wherein two lateral stop sections (132a) are respectively disposed on the two lateral sections (13a) of the protection member (1a) near an edge of the second locating section (15a), the lateral stop sections (132a) being bent toward the assembling passage (14a), the two lateral stop sections (132a) respectively abutting against two lateral outer sides of the stop plate (15a).
     
    7. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the second locating section (15b) is bent plate (15b) extending into the assembling passage (14b) and bent toward the wire inlet, (141b), the bent plate (15b) serving to hold the tail end of the first section (31a) of the metal leaf spring (3a) to locate the same.
     
    8. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in claim 7, wherein two lateral stop sections (132b) are respectively disposed on the two lateral sections (13b) of the protection member (1b) near an edge of the second locating section (15b), the lateral stop sections (132b) being bent toward the assembling passage (14b), the two lateral stop sections (132b) respectively abutting against a bottom side of the bent plate (15b).
     
    9. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the second locating section (15c) are two lateral stop sections (132c) respectively disposed on the two lateral sections of the protection member (1c), the lateral stop sections (132c) being bent toward the assembling passage (14c), a gap (15c) being reserved between the lateral stop sections (132c) and the connection side section (12c), the tail end of the first section (31a) of the metal leaf spring (3d) being directly passed through the gap (15c) and located.
     
    10. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in claim 9, wherein the lateral stop sections (132c) are respectively disposed on an edge of the two lateral sections of the protection member (1c) near the second locating section (15c).
     
    11. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the second locating section (421) comprises a lateral bottom section (421) connected between the edges of the two lateral sections (43, 44), the lateral bottom section (421) being positioned on the same side as the connection side section (42) and lower than the connection side section (42), whereby a lower gap (423) with a height difference is formed between the lateral bottom section (421) and the connection side section (42), the at least one protruding elastic locating section (4211) being disposed on the lateral bottom section (421), the locating hole (312a) being formed on the first section (31a) of the metal leaf spring (3a) corresponding to the elastic locating section (4211), whereby after the first section (31a) is passed through the lower gap (423), the elastic locating section (4211) is inserted in the locating hole (312a) so that the first section (31a) of the metal leaf spring (3a) is securely connected with the connection side section (42) and the lateral bottom section (421).
     
    12. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in any of claims 1 to 11, wherein the conductive plate (2) is respectively formed with lateral recesses (22) near at least one lateral side of two end sections, the lateral recesses (22) being fittable with a portion of at least one lateral section (13, 13a, 13b, 13c, 13e, 43) of the protection member (1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 4) in adjacency to the contact side section (11, 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e, 41) and tightly connected therewith, whereby the protection member (1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 4) is located and hindered from moving in an axial direction of the conductive plate (2).
     
    13. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in any of claims 1 to 12, wherein an end face of the second section (32, 32a) of the metal leaf spring (3, 3a) is formed with an elastic end section (321, 321a) arched and bent toward the contact side section (11, 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e, 41).
     
    14. The rail terminal assembling structure as claimed in any of claims 1 to 13, wherein the conductive plate (2) has at least two end sections, the end sections being respectively bent to extend in different directions, whereby the wire inlets (141, 141a, 141b, 141c, 141d, 141e, 441) of the protection members (1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 4) at two ends of the conductive plate (2) are directed in different directions.

    ein Schutzelement (1) mit einem kontaktseitigen Abschnitt (11), einem verbindungsseitigen Abschnitt (12) gegenüber dem kontaktseitigen Abschnitt (11) und zwei seitlichen Abschnitten (13), wobei der kontaktseitige Abschnitt (11), der verbindungsseitige Abschnitt (12) und die seitlichen Abschnitte (13) zusammen einen Montagedurchlass (14) definieren, der durch das Schutzelement (1) verläuft, wobei der Montagedurchlass (14) an der Verbindungsstelle zwischen dem verbindungsseitigen Abschnitt (12) und jedem der zwei seitlichen Abschnitte (13) einen Kabeleingang (141) aufweist, wobei der Kabeleingang (141) mit einem ersten Anordnungsabschnitt (131) gebildet ist, wobei ein zweiter Anordnungsabschnitt (15) fern des ersten Anordnungsabschnitts (131) angeordnet ist,

    eine leitende Platte (2), wobei sich ein Ende der leitenden Platte (2) in den Montagedurchlass (14) des Schutzelements (1) erstreckt und sicher an einer Innenfläche des kontaktseitigen Abschnitts (11) angebracht ist, und

    eine metallische Blattfeder (3) mit einem ersten Abschnitt (31), einem zweiten Abschnitt (32) und einem elastischen Bogenabschnitt (33), der zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Abschnitt (31, 32) eingebunden ist, wobei nahe der Mitte des ersten Abschnitts (31) zwei erste angeordnete Abschnitte (313) entsprechend an zwei Seiten des ersten Abschnitts (31) der metallischen Blattfeder (3) angeordnet sind, wobei sich die metallische Blattfeder (3) in den Montagedurchlass (14) erstreckt und an dem verbindungsseitigen Abschnitt (12) angebracht ist, wodurch die zwei ersten angeordneten Abschnitte (313) festsitzend und sicher mit den ersten Anordnungsabschnitten (131) verbunden sind, wobei nahe dem oder am hinteren Ende des ersten Abschnitts (31) ein zweiter angeordneter Abschnitt (311) angeordnet ist, wobei der zweite Anordnungsabschnitt (15) zusammenwirkend sicher mit dem zweiten angeordneten Abschnitt (311) verbunden ist, wobei sich der zweite Abschnitt (32) der metallischen Blattfeder (3) zum kontaktseitigen Abschnitt (11) erstreckt, um auf die leitende Platte (2) zu drücken,

    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:

    die zwei seitlichen Abschnitte (13) zwischen dem verbindungsseitigen Abschnitt (12) und dem kontaktseitigen Abschnitt (11) angeordnet sind,

    die metallische Blattfeder (3) ein im Wesentlichen U-förmiges Element ist,

    der zweite Anordnungsabschnitt (15) an einem Ende des Schutzelements (1) angeordnet ist und der zweite Anordnungsabschnitt (15) mindestens ein hervorspringender elastischer Anordnungsabschnitt (121) ist, der an dem verbindungsseitigen Abschnitt (12) des Schutzelements (1) angeordnet ist, wobei der zweite angeordnete Abschnitt (311) eine Anordnungsöffnung (312) ist, die in dem ersten Abschnitt (31) der metallischen Blattfeder (3) dem elastischen Anordnungsabschnitt (121) entsprechend gebildet ist,

    wodurch die metallische Blattfeder (3) selbst sicher mit dem Schutzelement (1) verbunden werden kann.


     
    2. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste Anordnungsabschnitt (131) aus seitlichen Kerben besteht, die an der Verbindungsstelle zwischen dem verbindungsseitigen Abschnitt (12) und jedem der zwei seitlichen Abschnitte (13) angeordnet sind, wobei der erste angeordnete Abschnitt (313) aus seitlichen Vorsprungsabschnitten besteht, die den seitlichen Kerben entsprechend an der metallischen Blattfeder (3) angeordnet sind.
     
    3. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der zweite Anordnungsabschnitt (15) eine Anschlagplatte (15) ist, die von einem Rand des verbindungsseitigen Abschnitts (12) hin zum Montagedurchlass (14) gebogen ist, wobei die Anschlagplatte (15) dazu dient, ein hinteres Ende des ersten Abschnitts (31) der metallischen Blattfeder (3) zu stoppen.
     
    4. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Anschlagplatte (15) an einer Seite nahe dem verbindungsseitigen Abschnitt (12) mit einer Perforation (151) gebildet ist, wobei das hintere Ende des ersten Abschnitts (31) der metallischen Blattfeder (3) mit einem der Perforation (151) entsprechenden Endvorsprungsabschnitt (311) gebildet ist, wobei der Endvorsprungsabschnitt (311) in die Perforation (151) eingesetzt und darin angeordnet ist.
     
    5. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach Anspruch 3, wobei ein mittlerer Abschnitt der Anschlagplatte (15a) mit einem nach oben hervorstehenden elastischen Zungenabschnitt (151a) gebildet ist, der schräg zum verbindungsseitigen Abschnitt (12a) hervorspringt, wobei zwischen dem nach oben hervorstehenden elastischen Zungenabschnitt (151a) und dem verbindungsseitigen Abschnitt (12a) ein Spalt vorbehalten ist, wobei das hintere Ende des ersten Abschnitts (31a) der metallischen Blattfeder (3a) direkt in den Spalt eingesetzt und darin angeordnet ist.
     
    6. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach Anspruch 5, wobei nahe einem Rand des zweiten Anordnungsabschnitts (15a) zwei seitliche Anschlagabschnitte (132a) entsprechend an den zwei seitlichen Abschnitten (13a) des Schutzelements (1a) angeordnet sind, wobei die seitlichen Anschlagabschnitte (132a) hin zu dem Montagedurchlass (14a) gebogen sind, wobei die zwei seitlichen Anschlagabschnitte (132a) entsprechend an zwei seitlichen Außenseiten der Anschlagplatte (15a) anliegen.
     
    7. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der zweite Anordnungsabschnitt (15b) eine gebogene Platte (15b) ist, die sich in den Montagedurchlass (14b) erstreckt und hin zum Kabeleingang (141b) gebogen ist, wobei die gebogene Platte (15b) dazu dient, das hintere Ende des ersten Abschnitts (31a) der metallischen Blattfeder (3a) zu halten, um selbige anzuordnen.
     
    8. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach Anspruch 7, wobei nahe einem Rand des zweiten Anordnungsabschnitts (15b) zwei seitliche Anschlagabschnitte (132b) entsprechend an den zwei seitlichen Abschnitten (13b) des Schutzelements (1b) angeordnet sind, wobei die seitlichen Anschlagabschnitte (132b) hin zu dem Montagedurchlass (14b) gebogen sind, wobei die zwei seitlichen Anschlagabschnitte (132b) entsprechend an zwei seitlichen Außenseiten der Anschlagplatte (15b) anliegen.
     
    9. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der zweite Anordnungsabschnitt (15c) aus zwei seitlichen Anschlagabschnitten (132c) besteht, die entsprechend an den zwei seitlichen Abschnitten des Schutzelements (1c) angeordnet sind, wobei die seitlichen Anschlagabschnitte (132c) hin zum Montagedurchlass (14c) gebogen sind, wobei zwischen den seitlichen Anschlagabschnitten (132c) und dem verbindungsseitigen Abschnitt (12c) ein Spalt (15c) vorbehalten ist, wobei das hintere Ende des ersten Abschnitts (31a) der metallischen Blattfeder (3d) direkt durch den Spalt (15c) verläuft und dort angeordnet ist.
     
    10. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach Anspruch 9, wobei die seitlichen Anschlagabschnitte (132c) nahe dem zweiten Anordnungsabschnitt (15c) entsprechend an einem Rand der zwei seitlichen Abschnitte des Schutzelements (1c) angeordnet sind.
     
    11. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der zweite Anordnungsabschnitt (421) einen seitlichen unteren Abschnitt (421) umfasst, der zwischen den Rändern der zwei seitlichen Abschnitte (43, 44) eingebunden ist, wobei der seitliche untere Abschnitt (421) an der gleichen Seite wie der verbindungsseitige Abschnitt (42) und tiefer als der verbindungsseitige Abschnitt (42) positioniert ist, wodurch zwischen dem seitlichen unteren Abschnitt (421) und dem verbindungsseitigen Abschnitt (42) ein unterer Spalt (423) mit einem Höhenunterschied gebildet ist, wobei der mindestens eine hervorstehende elastische Anordnungsabschnitt (4211) an dem seitlichen unteren Abschnitt (421) angeordnet ist, wobei die Anordnungsöffnung (312a) dem elastischen Anordnungsabschnitt (4211) entsprechend an dem ersten Abschnitt (31a) der metallischen Blattfeder (3a) angeordnet ist, wobei der elastische Anordnungsabschnitt (4211), nachdem der erste Abschnitt (31a) durch den unteren Spalt (423) geführt ist, derart in die Anordnungsöffnung (312a) eingesetzt ist, dass der erste Abschnitt (31a) der metallischen Blattfeder (3a) sicher mit dem verbindungsseitigen Abschnitt (42) und dem seitlichen unteren Abschnitt (421) verbunden ist.
     
    12. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei die leitende Platte (2) nahe mindestens einer Seite zweier Endabschnitte entsprechend mit seitlichen Vertiefungen (22) gebildet ist, wobei die seitlichen Vertiefungen (22) an einen Abschnitt mindestens eines seitlichen Abschnitts (13, 13a, 13b, 13c, 13e, 43) des Schutzelements (1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 4) in Nachbarschaft zum kontaktseitigen Abschnitt (11, 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e, 41) anpassbar und eng damit verbunden sind, wodurch das Schutzelement (1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 4) angeordnet ist und seine Bewegung in einer axialen Richtung der leitenden Platte (2) verhindert ist.
     
    13. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei eine Endfläche des zweiten Abschnitts (32, 32a) der metallischen Blattfeder (3, 3a) mit einem elastischen Endabschnitt (321, 321a) gebildet ist, der hin zum kontaktseitigen Abschnitt (11, 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e, 41) gekrümmt und gebogen ist.
     
    14. Schienenanschlussmontagestruktur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, wobei die leitende Platte (2) mindestens zwei Endabschnitte aufweist, wobei die Endabschnitte entsprechend gebogen sind, um sich in unterschiedlichen Richtungen zu erstrecken, wodurch die Kabeleingänge (141, 141a, 141b, 141c, 141d, 141e, 441) des Schutzelements (1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 4) an zwei Enden der leitenden Platte (2) in unterschiedliche Richtungen gerichtet ist.
     


    Revendications

    1. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail comprenant :

    un élément de protection (1) ayant une section côté contact (11), une section côté connexion (12) opposée à la section côté contact (11) et deux sections latérales (13), la section côté contact (11), la section côté connexion (12) et les sections latérales (13) définissant ensemble un passage d'assemblage (14) passant à travers l'élément de protection (1), le passage d'assemblage (14) ayant une entrée de fil (141), à la jonction entre la section côté connexion (12) et chacune des deux sections latérales (13), l'entrée de fil (141) étant formée avec une première section de positionnement (131), une seconde section de positionnement (15) étant disposée de manière distale par rapport à la première section de positionnement (131) ;

    une plaque conductrice (2), une extrémité de la plaque conductrice (2) s'étendant dans le passage d'assemblage (14) de l'élément de protection (1) et se fixant solidement à une surface interne de la section côté contact (11) ; et

    un ressort à lame métallique (3) ayant une première section (31), une seconde section (32) et une section recourbée élastique (33) reliée entre les première et seconde sections (31, 32), deux premières sections positionnées (313) sont respectivement disposées sur deux côtés de la première section (31) du ressort à lame métallique (3) près du milieu de la première section (31), le ressort à lame métallique (3) s'étendant dans le passage d'assemblage (14) et se fixant à la section côté connexion (12), ce par quoi les deux premières sections positionnées (313) sont solidement reliées de manière ajustée aux premières sections de positionnement (131), une seconde section positionnée (311) étant disposée à proximité ou à l'extrémité arrière de la première section (31), la seconde section de positionnement (15) étant solidement reliée de manière coopérative à la seconde section positionnée (311), la seconde section (32) du ressort à lame métallique (3) s'étendant vers la section côté contact (11) pour presser la plaque conductrice (2),

    caractérisée par le fait que :

    les deux sections latérales (13) sont disposées entre la section côté connexion (12) et la section côté contact (11) ;

    le ressort à lame métallique (3) est un élément sensiblement en forme de U ;

    la seconde section de positionnement (15) est disposée à une extrémité de l'élément de protection (1) et la seconde section de positionnement (15) est au moins une section de positionnement élastique en saillie (121) disposée sur la section côté connexion (12) de l'élément de protection (1), la seconde section positionnée (311) étant un trou de positionnement (312) formé sur la première section (31) du ressort à lame métallique (3) correspondant à la section de positionnement élastique (121),

    ce par quoi le ressort à lame métallique (3) lui-même peut être solidement relié à l'élément de protection (1) .


     
    2. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la première section de positionnement (131) est des encoches latérales disposées à la jonction entre la section côté connexion (12) et chacune des deux sections latérales (13), la première section positionnée (313) étant des sections de saillie latérales disposées sur le ressort à lame métallique (3) en correspondance des encoches latérales.
     
    3. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la seconde section de positionnement (15) est une plaque de butée (15) pliée depuis un bord de la section côté connexion (12) vers le passage d'assemblage (14), la plaque de butée (15) servant à arrêter une extrémité arrière de la première section (31) du ressort à lame métallique (3).
     
    4. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle la plaque de butée (15) est formée avec une perforation (151) sur un côté près de la section côté connexion (12), l'extrémité arrière de la première section (31) du ressort à lame métallique (3) étant formée avec une section de saillie d'extrémité (311) correspondant à la perforation (151), la section de saillie d'extrémité (311) étant introduite dans la perforation (151) et située à l'intérieur de celle-ci.
     
    5. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle une partie centrale de la plaque de butée (15a) est formée avec une section de languette élastique en saillie vers le haut (151a), faisant saillie de manière oblique vers la section côté connexion (12a), un intervalle étant réservé entre la section de languette élastique en saillie vers le haut (151a) et la section côté connexion (12a), l'extrémité arrière de la première section (31a) du ressort à lame métallique (3a) étant directement introduite dans l'intervalle et située à l'intérieur de celui-ci.
     
    6. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle deux sections de butée latérales (132a) sont respectivement disposées sur les deux sections latérales (13a) de l'élément de protection (1a) près d'un bord de la seconde section de positionnement (15a), les sections de butée latérales (132a) étant pliées vers le passage d'assemblage (14a), les deux sections de butée latérales (132a) étant respectivement en butée contre deux côtés externes latéraux de la plaque de butée (15a).
     
    7. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la seconde section de positionnement (15b) est une plaque pliée (15b) s'étendant dans le passage d'assemblage (14b) et pliée vers l'entrée de fil (141b), la plaque pliée (15b) servant à maintenir l'extrémité arrière de la première section (31a) du ressort à lame métallique (3a) pour la positionner.
     
    8. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle deux sections de butée latérales (132b) sont respectivement disposées sur les deux sections latérales (13b) de l'élément de protection (1b) près d'un bord de la seconde section de positionnement (15b), les sections de butée latérales (132b) étant pliées vers le passage d'assemblage (14b), les deux sections de butée latérales (132b) étant respectivement en butée contre un côté inférieur de la plaque pliée (15b).
     
    9. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la seconde section de positionnement (15c) est deux sections de butée latérales (132c) respectivement disposées sur les deux sections latérales de l'élément de protection (1c), les sections de butée latérales (132c) étant pliées vers le passage d'assemblage (14c), un intervalle (15c) étant réservé entre les sections de butée latérales (132c) et la section côté connexion (12c), l'extrémité arrière de la première section (31a) du ressort à lame métallique (3d) passant directement à travers l'intervalle (15c) et étant positionnée.
     
    10. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle les sections de butée latérales (132c) sont respectivement disposées sur un bord des deux sections latérales de l'élément de protection (1c) près de la seconde section de positionnement (15c).
     
    11. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la seconde section de positionnement (421) comprend une section de fond latérale (421) reliée entre les bords des deux sections latérales (43, 44), la section de fond latérale (421) étant positionnée sur le même côté que la section côté connexion (42) et plus bas que la section côté connexion (42), ce par quoi un intervalle inférieur (423) avec une différence de hauteur est formé entre la section de fond latérale (421) et la section côté connexion (42), l'au moins une section de positionnement élastique en saillie (4211) étant disposée sur la section de fond latérale (421), le trou de positionnement (312a) étant formé sur la première section (31a) du ressort à lame métallique (3a) correspondant à la section de positionnement élastique (4211), ce par quoi, une fois que la première section (31a) est passée à travers l'intervalle inférieur (423), la section de positionnement élastique (4211) est introduite dans le trou de positionnement (312a) de telle sorte que la première section (31a) du ressort à lame métallique (3a) est solidement reliée à la section côté connexion (42) et la section de fond latérale (421).
     
    12. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans laquelle la plaque conductrice (2) est respectivement formée avec des évidements latéraux (22) près d'au moins un côté latéral de deux sections d'extrémité, les évidements latéraux (22) étant aptes à recevoir une partie d'au moins une section latérale (13, 13a, 13b, 13c, 13e, 43) de l'élément de protection (1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 4) de manière adjacente à la section côté contact (11, 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e, 41) et étant étroitement reliés à celle-ci, ce par quoi l'élément de protection (1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 4) est positionné et empêché de bouger dans une direction axiale de la plaque conductrice (2).
     
    13. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, dans laquelle une face d'extrémité de la seconde section (32, 32a) du ressort à lame métallique (3, 3a) est formée avec une section d'extrémité élastique (321, 321a) arquée et pliée vers la section côté contact (11, 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e, 41).
     
    14. Structure d'assemblage de borne de rail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans laquelle la plaque conductrice (2) a au moins deux sections d'extrémité, les sections d'extrémité étant respectivement pliées pour s'étendre dans différentes directions, ce par quoi les entrées de fil (141, 141a, 141b, 141c, 141d, 141e, 441) des éléments de protection (1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 4) à deux extrémités de la plaque conductrice (2) sont dirigées dans différentes directions.
