    Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD



    [0001] The present invention relates to the field of communication technology, and in particular to a method and an apparatus for network capacity expansion.

    BACKGROUND



    [0002] With the rapid spread of intelligent terminals, the flow carried by data services of a mobile internet is growing dramatically, and the capacity of the current network cannot meet daily demands of the users for internet access, therefore, the capacity of network is in need of expansion, such a method may also be referred to as network capacity expansion.

    [0003] For now, the method for the network capacity expansion is mainly performing network capacity expansion according to the conditions of wireless resource load in a cell. And specifically, if the utilization ratio of wireless resources in a cell exceeds 60%, and there are more than 15 online users, then the network capacity expansion is performed for this cell.

    [0004] Nonetheless, under some special circumstances, for example, the utilization ratio of wireless resources in a cell is above 60%, and the number of online users is more than 15, but all the online users are located at the center of the cell, namely, the users are enjoying excellent experience, and the network needs no capacity expansion. In such a case, it will cause waste of resources because the cell is determined as requiring network capacity expansion when the current capacity expansion method is adopted.

    [0005] Reference document 1 (US20090163223A1) relates to a method for balancing traffic load in a cellular radio system, a system and network element thereto, which provide a load balancing scheme that takes into consideration a framework to differentiate between different priority connections, that is, to make higher priority connections more robust against unnecessary handovers, resulting from traffic and channel fluctuation, than lower priority connections.

    SUMMARY



    [0006] The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for network capacity expansion, for addressing the problem in the prior art that, the network capacity expansion is performed for cells in no need of network capacity expansion, thus causing waste of resources.

    [0007] A first aspect of the present invention provides a method for network capacity expansion, including:

    collecting online record information of mobile users in a plurality of cells, wherein, the online record information of the mobile users includes user identifications, service types corresponding to the user identifications, and uplink traffics, downlink traffics and online durations corresponding to the service types;

    respectively acquiring target service types in each of the cells, according to each of the service types in the plurality of cells, the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types and a preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types, which includes:

    for each cell, acquiring a total traffic of each of the service types in the cell, according to each of the service types in the cell, and the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types; and

    acquiring the target service types according to the total traffic of each of the service types in the cell and the preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types; wherein, the total traffics of the target service types are larger than the preset thresholds corresponding to the target service types;

    for each cell, acquiring rates of the target service types in the cell according to total traffics corresponding to the target service types in the cell and online durations of the target service types;

    for each of the target service types, acquiring a target rate of the target service type according to rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells, which includes:

    for each of the target service types, sequencing the rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells in descending order; and

    according to a preset percentage, extracting the rates of the target service type in different cells after the sequencing, and averaging the rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells after the extraction, so as to acquire the target rate of the target service type;

    for each of the target service types, acquiring a weight of the target service type and the number of concurrent services of an individual user, according to the online durations corresponding to the target service type in different cells, online durations corresponding to other target service types other than the target service type in different cells, the number of the user identifications corresponding to the target service type, and a recorded number of the target service type under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type;

    for each cell, acquiring a target rate experienced by the individual user and an actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, according to uplink traffics, downlink traffics, the online durations, the target rates and the weights of the target service types and the number of concurrent services of the individual user in the cell, which includes:

    acquiring the target rate experienced by the individual user in each of the cells, by adopting the formula

    according to the target rates of the target service types, the weights of the target service types, and the number of concurrent services of the individual user in the cell, wherein, Voj is the target rate experienced by the individual user in the jth cell, i is the service type, Vij is the target rate of the ith target service type in the jth cell, Wij is the weight of the ith target service type in the jth cell, Cj is an average number of concurrent services of the individual user in the jth cell, nj is a total number of the target service types in the jth cell, and j is a positive integer; and

    for each of the target service types, according to the uplink traffics, the downlink traffics and the online durations of the target service types in all the cells, acquiring total traffics of all the target service types and a total online duration of all the target service types, and acquiring the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cells;

    for each cell, acquiring a utilization ratio of wireless resources and the number of online users in the cell, and determining a target cell according to the target rate experienced by the individual user and the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, as well as the utilization ratio of the wireless resources and the number of the online users; wherein, the target rate experienced by the individual user in the target cell is larger than the actual average rate experienced by the user in the target cell, the utilization ratio of the wireless resources in the target cell is larger than a preset threshold, and the number of online users in the target cell is larger than a preset threshold; and

    performing the network capacity expansion on the target cell.



    [0008] A second aspect of the present invention provides a method for network capacity expansion, including:

    collecting online record information of mobile users in a plurality of cells, wherein, the online record information of the mobile users comprises user identifications, service types corresponding to the user identifications, and uplink traffics, downlink traffics and online durations corresponding to the service types;

    respectively acquiring target service types in each of the cells, according to each of the service types in the plurality of cells, the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types and a preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types, which includes:

    for each cell, acquiring a total traffic of each of the service types in the cell, according to each of the service types in the cell, and the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types; and

    acquiring the target service types according to the total traffic of each of the service types in the cell and the preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types; wherein, the total traffics of the target service types are larger than the preset thresholds corresponding to the target service types;

    for each cell, acquiring rates of the target service types in the cell according to total traffics corresponding to the target service types in the cell and online durations of the target service types;

    for each of the target service types, acquiring a target rate of the target service type according to rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells, which includes:

    for each of the target service types, sequencing the rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells in descending order; and

    according to a preset percentage, extracting the rates of the target service type in different cells after the sequencing, and averaging the rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells after the extraction, so as to acquire the target rate of the target service type;

    for each of the target service types, acquiring a weight of the target service type and the number of concurrent services of an individual user, according to the online durations corresponding to the target service type in different cells, online durations corresponding to other target service types other than the target service type in different cells, the number of the user identifications corresponding to the target service type, and a recorded number of the target service type under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type;

    for each cell, acquiring a target rate experienced by the individual user and an actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, according to uplink traffics, downlink traffics, the online durations, the target rates and the weights of the target service types and the number of concurrent services of the individual user in the cell, which includes:

    acquiring the target rate experienced by the individual user in the cell, according to the target rates of the target service types, the weights of the target service types as well as the number of concurrent services of the individual user by adopting the formula

    wherein, Vo is the target rate experienced by the individual user in the cell, i is a positive integer, Vi is the target rate of the ith target service type, Wi is the weights of the ith target service type in all the cells, C is an average number of concurrent services of the individual user in all the cells, and n is the number of the target service types in all the cells; and

    for each of the target service types, according to the uplink traffics, the downlink traffics and the online durations of the target service type in all the cells, acquiring the total traffics of all the target service types and a total online duration of all the target service types, and acquiring the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cells;

    for each cell, acquiring a utilization ratio of wireless resources and the number of online users in the cell, and determining a target cell according to the target rate experienced by the individual user and the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, as well as the utilization ratio of the wireless resources and the number of the online users; wherein, the target rate experienced by the individual user in the target cell is larger than the actual average rate experienced by the user in the target cell, the utilization ratio of the wireless resources in the target cell is larger than a preset threshold, and the number of online users in the target cell is larger than a preset threshold; and

    performing the network capacity expansion on the target cell.



    [0009] A third aspect of the present invention provides an apparatus for network capacity expansion, including:

    a collection module, configured to collect online record information of mobile users in a plurality of cells, wherein, the online record information of the mobile users includes user identifications, service types corresponding to the user identifications, and uplink traffics, downlink traffics and online durations corresponding to the service types;

    a first acquisition module, configured to respectively acquire target service types in each of the cells, according to each of the service types in the plurality of cells, the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types, and a preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types, which includes:

    a traffic acquisition unit, configured to, for each cell, acquire a total traffic of each of the service types in the cell, according to each of the service types in the cell, and the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types; and

    a target service type acquisition unit, configured to acquire the target service types according to the total traffic of each of the service types in the cell and the preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types; wherein, the total traffics of the target service types are larger than the preset thresholds corresponding to the target service types;

    a second acquisition module, configured to, for each cell, acquire rates of the target service types in the cell, according to total traffics corresponding to the target service types in the cell and online durations of the target service types;

    a third acquisition module, configured to, for each of the target service types, acquire a target rate of the target service type according to rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells, which includes:

    a sequencing unit, configured to, for each of the target service types, sequence the rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells in descending order;

    an extraction unit, configured to extract the rates of the target service types in different cells after the sequencing according to a preset percentage; and

    a first target rate acquisition unit, configured to average the rates corresponding to the target service types in different cells after the extraction, so as to acquire the target rate of the target service type;

    a fourth acquisition module, configured to, for each of the target service types, acquire a weight of the target service type and the number of concurrent services of an individual user, according to the online durations corresponding to the target service type in different cells, online durations corresponding to other target service types other than the target service type in different cells, the number of user identifications corresponding to the target service type, and a recorded number of the target service type under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type;

    a fifth acquisition module, configured to, for each cell, acquire a target rate experienced by the individual user and an actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, according to uplink traffics, downlink traffics, the online durations, the target rates and the weights of the target service types and the number of concurrent services of the individual user in the cell, which includes:

    a second target rate acquisition unit, configured to acquire the target rate experienced by the individual user in each of the cells, by adopting the formula

    according to the target rates of the target service types, the weights of the target service types, and the number of concurrent services of the individual user in the cell,

    wherein, VOj is the target rate experienced by the individual user in the jth cell, i is the service type, Vij is the target rate of the ith target service type in the jth cell, Wij is the weight of the ith target service type in the jth cell, Cj is an average number of concurrent services of the individual user in the jth cell, nj is a total number of the target service types in the jth cell, and j is a positive integer; and

    a first experienced rate acquisition unit, configured to, for each of the target service types, according to the uplink traffics, the downlink traffics and the online durations of the target service types in all the cells, acquire total traffics of all the target service types and a total online duration of all the target service types, and acquire the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cells;

    a determination module, configured to, for each cell, acquire a utilization ratio of wireless resources and the number of online users in the cell, and determining a target cell according to the target rate experienced by the individual user and the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, as well as the utilization ratio of the wireless resources and the number of online users; wherein, the target rate experienced by the individual user in the target cell is larger than the actual average rate experienced by the user in the target cell, and the utilization ratio of the wireless resources in the target cell is larger than a preset threshold, and the number of online users in the target cell is larger than the preset threshold; and

    a capacity expansion module, configured to perform network capacity expansion on the target cell.



    [0010] A fourth aspect of the present invention provides an apparatus for network capacity expansion, including:

    a collection module, configured to collect online record information of mobile users in a plurality of cells, wherein, the online record information of the mobile users comprises user identifications, service types corresponding to the user identifications, and uplink traffics, downlink traffics and online durations corresponding to the service types;

    a first acquisition module, configured to respectively acquire target service types in each of the cells, according to each of the service types in the plurality of cells, the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types and a preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types, which includes:

    a traffic acquisition unit, configured to, for each cell, acquire a total traffic of each of the service types in the cell, according to each of the service types in the cell, and the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types; and

    a target service type acquisition unit, configured to acquire the target service types according to the total traffic of each of the service types in the cell and the preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types; wherein, the total traffics of the target service types are larger than the preset thresholds corresponding to the target service types;

    a second acquisition module (12), configured to, for each cell, acquire rates of the target service types in the cell, according to total traffics corresponding to the target service types in the cell and online durations of the target service types; a third acquisition module (13), configured to, for each of the target service types, acquire a target rate of the target service type according to rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells, which includes:

    a sequencing unit, configured to, for each of the target service types, sequence the rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells in descending order;

    an extraction unit, configured to extract the rates of the target service types in different cells after the sequencing according to a preset percentage; and

    a first target rate acquisition unit, configured to average the rates corresponding to the target service types in different cells after the extraction, so as to acquire the target rate of the target service type;

    a fourth acquisition module, configured to, for each of the target service types, acquire a weight of the target service type and the number of concurrent services of an individual user, according to the online durations corresponding to the target service type in different cells, online durations corresponding to other target service types other than the target service type in different cells, the number of user identifications corresponding to the target service type, and a recorded number of the target service type under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type;

    a fifth acquisition module, configured to, for each cell, acquire a target rate experienced by the individual user and an actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, according to uplink traffics, downlink traffics, the online durations, the target rates and the weights of the target service types and the number of concurrent services of the individual user in the cell, which includes:

    a third target rate acquisition unit, configured to acquire the target rate experienced by the individual user in the cell, by adopting the formula

    according to the target rates of the target service types, the weights of the target service types as well as the number of concurrent services of the individual user;

    wherein, VO is the target rate experienced by the individual user in the cell, i is a positive integer, Vi is the target rate of the ith target service type, Wi is the weights of the ith target service type in all the cells, C is an average number of concurrent services of the individual user in all the cells, and n is the number of the target service types in all the cells; and

    a second experienced rate acquisition unit, configured to, for each of the target service types, according to the uplink traffics, the downlink traffics and the online durations of the target service type in all the cells, acquire the total traffics of all the target service types and a total online duration of all the target service types, and acquire the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cells;

    a determination module, configured to, for each cell, acquire a utilization ratio of wireless resources and the number of online users in the cell, and determining a target cell according to the target rate experienced by the individual user and the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, as well as the utilization ratio of the wireless resources and the number of online users; wherein, the target rate experienced by the individual user in the target cell is larger than the actual average rate experienced by the user in the target cell, and the utilization ratio of the wireless resources in the target cell is larger than a preset threshold, and the number of online users in the target cell is larger than the preset threshold; and

    a capacity expansion module, configured to perform network capacity expansion on the target cell.

In such a way, according to the utilization ratio of wireless resources, the actual average rate experienced by the user and the target rate experienced by the individual user in the cell, a target cell can be determined and the network capacity expansion is performed on the target cell, thereby improving the user experience in the target cell, and meanwhile avoiding the problem of resource waste due to capacity expansion of cells with good user experience.

    for each of the target service types, acquiring (104) a target rate of the target service type according to rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells, which comprises:

    for each of the target service types, sequencing (204) the rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells in descending order; and

    according to a preset percentage, extracting (205) the rates of the target service type in different cells after the sequencing, and averaging the rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells after the extraction, so as to acquire the target rate of the target service type;

    for each of the target service types, acquiring (105) a weight of the target service type and the number of concurrent services of an individual user, according to the online durations corresponding to the target service type in different cells, online durations corresponding to other target service types other than the target service type in different cells, the number of the user identifications corresponding to the target service type, and a recorded number of the target service type under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type;

    for each of the target service types, according to the uplink traffics, the downlink traffics and the online durations of the target service types in all the cells, acquiring (502) total traffics of all the target service types and a total online duration of all the target service types, and acquiring the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cells;

    for each cell, acquiring (107) a utilization ratio of wireless resources and the number of online users in the cell, and determining a target cell according to the target rate experienced by the individual user and the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, as well as the utilization ratio of the wireless resources and the number of the online users; wherein, the target rate experienced by the individual user in the target cell is larger than the actual average rate experienced by the user in the target cell, the utilization ratio of the wireless resources in the target cell is larger than a preset threshold, and the number of online users in the target cell is larger than a preset threshold; and

    performing (108) the network capacity expansion on the target cell.


     
    2. The method according to claim 1, wherein, the for each of the target service types, acquiring (105) the weight of the target service type and the number of concurrent services of the individual user, according to the online durations corresponding to the target service type in different cells, the online durations corresponding to other target service types other than the target service type in different cells, the number of the user identifications corresponding to the target service type, as well as a recorded number of the target service type under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type, comprises:

    for a jth cell where each of the target service types is located, acquiring (406) the online duration corresponding to the target service type in the jth cell and a sum of the online durations corresponding to all target types in the jth cell, and acquiring the weight of the jth cell where the target service type is located;

    acquiring (407) the number of concurrent services of the individual user in the jth cell where the target service type is located, by adopting a formula

    for the jth cell where each of the target service types is located, according to the number of user identifications corresponding to the target service type in the jth cell, as well as the recorded number of the target service types under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type;

    3. A method for network capacity expansion, comprising:

    collecting (101) online record information of mobile users in a plurality of cells, wherein, the online record information of the mobile users comprises user identifications, service types corresponding to the user identifications, and uplink traffics, downlink traffics and online durations corresponding to the service types;

    respectively acquiring (102) target service types in each of the cells, according to each of the service types in the plurality of cells, the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types and a preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types, which comprises:

    for each cell, acquiring (302) a total traffic of each of the service types in the cell, according to each of the service types in the cell, and the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types; and

    acquiring (303) the target service types according to the total traffic of each of the service types in the cell and the preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types; wherein, the total traffics of the target service types are larger than the preset thresholds corresponding to the target service types;

    for each cell, acquiring (103) rates of the target service types in the cell according to total traffics corresponding to the target service types in the cell and online durations of the target service types;

    for each of the target service types, acquiring (104) a target rate of the target service type according to rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells, which comprises:

    for each of the target service types, sequencing (204) the rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells in descending order; and

    according to a preset percentage, extracting (205) the rates of the target service type in different cells after the sequencing, and averaging the rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells after the extraction, so as to acquire the target rate of the target service type;

    for each of the target service types, acquiring (105) a weight of the target service type and the number of concurrent services of an individual user, according to the online durations corresponding to the target service type in different cells, online durations corresponding to other target service types other than the target service type in different cells, the number of the user identifications corresponding to the target service type, and a recorded number of the target service type under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type;

    for each cell, acquiring (107) a utilization ratio of wireless resources and the number of online users in the cell, and determining a target cell according to the target rate experienced by the individual user and the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, as well as the utilization ratio of the wireless resources and the number of the online users; wherein, the target rate experienced by the individual user in the target cell is larger than the actual average rate experienced by the user in the target cell, the utilization ratio of the wireless resources in the target cell is larger than a preset threshold, and the number of online users in the target cell is larger than a preset threshold; and

    performing (108) the network capacity expansion on the target cell.


     
    4. The method according to claim 3, wherein, the for each of the target service types, the acquiring (105) the weight of the target service type and the number of concurrent services of the individual user according to the online durations corresponding to the target service type in different cells, the online durations corresponding to the other target service types other than the target service type in different cells, the number of the user identifications corresponding to the target service type, and the recorded number of the target service type under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type, comprises:

    for each of the target service types in all the cells, acquiring (601) online durations corresponding to the target service type in all the cells as well as a sum of the online durations corresponding to all the target types in all the cells, and acquiring the weight of the target service types in all the cells;

    acquiring (602) the number of concurrent services of the individual user of the target service type by adopting the formula

    according to the number of the user identifications corresponding to the target service type in all the cells, and the recorded number of the target service type under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type;

    a collection module (10), configured to collect online record information of mobile users in a plurality of cells, wherein, the online record information of the mobile users comprises user identifications, service types corresponding to the user identifications, and uplink traffics, downlink traffics and online durations corresponding to the service types;

    a first acquisition module (11), configured to respectively acquire target service types in each of the cells, according to each of the service types in the plurality of cells, the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types and a preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types, which comprises:

    a traffic acquisition unit (110), configured to, for each cell, acquire a total traffic of each of the service types in the cell, according to each of the service types in the cell, and the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types; and

    a target service type acquisition unit (111), configured to acquire the target service types according to the total traffic of each of the service types in the cell and the preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types; wherein, the total traffics of the target service types are larger than the preset thresholds corresponding to the target service types;

    a second acquisition module (12), configured to, for each cell, acquire rates of the target service types in the cell, according to total traffics corresponding to the target service types in the cell and online durations of the target service types;

    a third acquisition module (13), configured to, for each of the target service types, acquire a target rate of the target service type according to rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells, which comprises:

    a sequencing unit (130), configured to, for each of the target service types, sequence the rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells in descending order;

    an extraction unit (131), configured to extract the rates of the target service types in different cells after the sequencing according to a preset percentage; and

    a first target rate acquisition unit (132), configured to average the rates corresponding to the target service types in different cells after the extraction, so as to acquire the target rate of the target service type;

    a fourth acquisition module (14), configured to, for each of the target service types, acquire a weight of the target service type and the number of concurrent services of an individual user, according to the online durations corresponding to the target service type in different cells, online durations corresponding to other target service types other than the target service type in different cells, the number of user identifications corresponding to the target service type, and a recorded number of the target service type under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type;

    a determination module (16), configured to, for each cell, acquire a utilization ratio of wireless resources and the number of online users in the cell, and determining a target cell according to the target rate experienced by the individual user and the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, as well as the utilization ratio of the wireless resources and the number of online users; wherein, the target rate experienced by the individual user in the target cell is larger than the actual average rate experienced by the user in the target cell, and the utilization ratio of the wireless resources in the target cell is larger than a preset threshold, and the number of online users in the target cell is larger than the preset threshold; and

    a capacity expansion module (17), configured to perform network capacity expansion on the target cell.


     
    6. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein, the fourth acquisition module (14) comprises:

    a first weight acquisition unit (140), configured to, for a jth cell where each of the target service types is located, acquire the online duration corresponding to the target service type in the jth cell and a sum of the online durations corresponding to all target types in the jth cell, and acquire the weight of the jth cell where the target service type is located; and

    a first concurrent service-number acquisition unit (141), configured to acquire the number of concurrent services of the individual user in the jth cell where the target service type is located, by adopting a formula

    for the jth cell where each of the target service types is located, according to the number of user identifications corresponding to the target service type in the jth cell, as well as the recorded number of the target service types under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type;

    a first acquisition module (11), configured to respectively acquire target service types in each of the cells, according to each of the service types in the plurality of cells, the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types and a preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types, which comprises:

    a traffic acquisition unit (110), configured to, for each cell, acquire a total traffic of each of the service types in the cell, according to each of the service types in the cell, and the uplink traffic and the downlink traffic corresponding to each of the service types; and

    a target service type acquisition unit (111), configured to acquire the target service types according to the total traffic of each of the service types in the cell and the preset threshold corresponding to each of the service types; wherein, the total traffics of the target service types are larger than the preset thresholds corresponding to the target service types;

    a second acquisition module (12), configured to, for each cell, acquire rates of the target service types in the cell, according to total traffics corresponding to the target service types in the cell and online durations of the target service types;

    a third acquisition module (13), configured to, for each of the target service types, acquire a target rate of the target service type according to rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells, which comprises:

    a sequencing unit (130), configured to, for each of the target service types, sequence the rates corresponding to the target service type in different cells in descending order;

    an extraction unit (131), configured to extract the rates of the target service types in different cells after the sequencing according to a preset percentage; and

    a first target rate acquisition unit (132), configured to average the rates corresponding to the target service types in different cells after the extraction, so as to acquire the target rate of the target service type;

    a fourth acquisition module (14), configured to, for each of the target service types, acquire a weight of the target service type and the number of concurrent services of an individual user, according to the online durations corresponding to the target service type in different cells, online durations corresponding to other target service types other than the target service type in different cells, the number of user identifications corresponding to the target service type, and a recorded number of the target service type under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type;

    a fifth acquisition module (15), configured to, for each cell, acquire a target rate experienced by the individual user and an actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, according to uplink traffics, downlink traffics, the online durations, the target rates and the weights of the target service types and the number of concurrent services of the individual user in the cell, which comprises:

    a third target rate acquisition unit (152), configured to acquire the target rate experienced by the individual user in the cell, by adopting the formula

    according to the target rates of the target service types, the weights of the target service types as well as the number of concurrent services of the individual user;

    wherein, Vo is the target rate experienced by the individual user in the cell, i is a positive integer, Vi is the target rate of the ith target service type, Wi is the weights of the ith target service type in all the cells, C is an average number of concurrent services of the individual user in all the cells, and n is the number of the target service types in all the cells; and

    a second experienced rate acquisition unit (153), configured to, for each of the target service types, according to the uplink traffics, the downlink traffics and the online durations of the target service type in all the cells, acquire the total traffics of all the target service types and a total online duration of all the target service types, and acquire the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cells;

    a determination module (16), configured to, for each cell, acquire a utilization ratio of wireless resources and the number of online users in the cell, and determining a target cell according to the target rate experienced by the individual user and the actual average rate experienced by the user in the cell, as well as the utilization ratio of the wireless resources and the number of online users; wherein, the target rate experienced by the individual user in the target cell is larger than the actual average rate experienced by the user in the target cell, and the utilization ratio of the wireless resources in the target cell is larger than a preset threshold, and the number of online users in the target cell is larger than the preset threshold; and

    a capacity expansion module (17), configured to perform network capacity expansion on the target cell.


     
    8. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein, the fourth acquisition module (14) comprises:

    a second weight acquisition unit (142), configured to, for each of the target service types in all the cells, acquire online durations corresponding to the target service type in all the cells as well as a sum of the online durations corresponding to all the target types in all the cells, and acquire the weight of the target service types in all the cells; and

    a second concurrent service-number acquisition unit (143), configured to acquire the number of concurrent services of the individual user of the target service type by adopting the formula

    according to the number of the user identifications corresponding to the target service type in all the cells, and the recorded number of the target service type under the user identifications corresponding to the target service type;

    1. Verfahren zur Erweiterung einer Netzkapazität, umfassend:

    Erfassen (101) von Online-Protokollierungsinformationen zu Nutzern mobiler Geräte in mehreren Zellen, wobei die Online-Protokollierungsinformationen zu den Nutzern mobiler Geräte Nutzerkennungen, Diensttypen, die den Nutzerkennungen entsprechen, und Uplink-Datenverkehr, Downlink-Datenverkehr und Online-Zeitbelegungen, die den Diensttypen entsprechen, umfassen;

    jeweils Ermitteln (102) von Zieldiensttypen in den einzelnen Zellen gemäß den einzelnen Diensttypen in den mehreren Zellen, dem Uplink-Datenverkehr und dem Downlink-Datenverkehr, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, und voreingestellten Schwellenwerten, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, was umfasst:

    für jede Zelle Ermitteln (302) eines Gesamt-Datenverkehrs für die einzelnen Diensttypen in der Zelle gemäß den einzelnen Diensttypen in der Zelle und dem Uplink-Datenverkehr und dem Downlink-Datenverkehr, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, und

    Ermitteln (303) der Zieldiensttypen gemäß dem Gesamt-Datenverkehr für die einzelnen Diensttypen in der Zelle und den voreingestellten Schwellenwerten, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen; wobei der Gesamt-Datenverkehr der Zieldiensttypen höher ist als die voreingestellten Schwellenwerte, die den Zieldiensttypen entsprechen;

    für jede Zelle Ermitteln (103) von Raten der Zieldiensttypen in der Zelle gemäß einem Gesamt-Datenverkehr, der den Zieldiensttypen in der Zelle entspricht, und Online-Zeitbelegungen der Zieldiensttypen;

    für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen Ermitteln (104) einer Zielrate des Zieldiensttyps gemäß dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen Raten in verschiedenen Zellen, was umfasst:

    für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen Ordnen (204) der dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Raten in verschiedenen Zellen in absteigender Ordnung; und

    nach dem Ordnen Extrahieren (205) der Raten des Zieldiensttyps in verschiedenen Zellen gemäß einem voreingestellten Prozentsatz, und nach dem Extrahieren Bilden des Durchschnitts der Raten, die dem Zieldiensttyp in verschiedenen Zellen entsprechen, um die Zielrate des Zieldiensttyps zu ermitteln;

    für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen Ermitteln (105) eines Gewichtes des Zieldiensttyps und der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für einen einzelnen Nutzer gemäß den Online-Zeitbelegungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen, in verschiedenen Zellen, den Online-Zeitbelegungen, die anderen Zieldiensttypen außer dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen, in verschiedenen Zellen, der Zahl der Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen, und einer protokollierten Zahl des Zieldiensttyps in Verbindung mit den Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen;

    für jede Zelle Ermitteln (106) einer Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer erfährt, und einer tatsächlichen Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in der Zelle erfährt, gemäß Uplink-Datenverkehr, Downlink-Datenverkehr, den Online-Zeitbelegungen, den Zielraten und den Gewichten der Zieldiensttypen und der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer in der Zelle, was umfasst:

    Ermitteln (501) der Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer in den einzelnen Zellen erfährt, anhand der Formel

    gemäß den Zielraten der Zieldiensttypen, den Gewichten der Zieldiensttypen und der Zahl der gleichzeitigen Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer in der Zelle, wobei VOj die Zielrate ist, die der einzelne Nutzer in der j-ten Zelle erfährt, i der Diensttyp ist, Vij die Zielrate des i-ten Zieldiensttyps in der j-ten Zelle ist, Wij das Gewicht des i-ten Zieldiensttyps in der j-ten Zelle ist, Cj eine Durchschnittszahl der gleichzeitigen Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer in der j-ten Zelle ist, nj eine Gesamtzahl der Zieldiensttypen in der j-ten Zelle ist und j eine positive ganze Zahl ist, und

    für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen Ermitteln (502) des Gesamt-Datenverkehrs aller Zieldiensttypen und der Gesamt-Online-Zeitbelegung aller Zieldiensttypen gemäß dem Uplink-Datenverkehr, dem Downlink-Datenverkehr und den Online-Zeitbelegungen der Zieldiensttypen in allen Zellen und Ermitteln der tatsächlichen Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in den Zellen erfährt;

    für jede Zelle Ermitteln (107) eines Nutzungsgrads von drahtlosen Ressourcen und der Zahl von Online-Nutzern in der Zelle und Bestimmen einer Zielzelle gemäß der Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer erfährt, und der tatsächlichen Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in der Zelle erfährt, ebenso wie dem Nutzungsgrad der drahtlosen Ressourcen und der Zahl der Online-Nutzer; wobei die Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer in der Zielzelle erfährt, höher ist als die tatsächliche Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in der Zielzelle erfährt, der Nutzungsgrad der drahtlosen Ressourcen in der Zielzelle höher ist als ein vorgegebener Schwellenwert und die Zahl von Online-Nutzern in der Zielzelle höher ist als ein voreingestellter Schwellenwert; und

    Durchführen (108) der Erweiterung der Netzkapazität an der Zielzelle.


     
    2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen durchgeführte Ermitteln (105) des Gewichts des Zieldiensttyps und der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für einen einzelnen Nutzer gemäß den dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Online-Zeitbelegungen in verschiedenen Zellen, den anderen Zieldiensttypen außer dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Online-Zeitbelegungen in verschiedenen Zellen, der Zahl der Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen, und einer protokollierten Zahl des Zieldiensttyps in Verbindung mit den Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen, umfasst:

    für eine j-te Zelle, wo die einzelnen Zieldiensttypen vorhanden sind, Ermitteln (406) der Online-Zeitbelegung, die dem Zieldiensttyp in der j-ten Zelle entspricht, und einer Summe der Online-Zeitbelegungen, die allen Zieltypen in der j-ten Zelle entsprechen, und Ermitteln des Gewichts der j-Zelle, wo der Zieldiensttyp vorhanden ist;

    Ermitteln (407) der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer in der j-ten Zelle, wo der Zieldiensttyp vorhanden ist, anhand der Formel

    für die j-te Zelle, wo die einzelnen Zieldiensttypen vorhanden sind, gemäß der Zahl der Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp in der j-Zelle entsprechen, ebenso wie der protokollierten Zahl der Zieldiensttypen in Verbindung mit den Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen;

    3. Verfahren zur Erweiterung einer Netzkapazität, umfassend:

    Erfassen (101) von Online-Protokollierungsinformationen zu Nutzern mobiler Geräte in mehreren Zellen, wobei die Online-Protokollierungsinformationen zu den Nutzern mobiler Geräte Nutzerkennungen, Diensttypen, die den Nutzerkennungen entsprechen, und Uplink-Datenverkehr, Downlink-Datenverkehr und Online-Zeitbelegungen, die den Diensttypen entsprechen, umfassen;

    jeweils Ermitteln (102) von Zieldiensttypen in den einzelnen Zellen gemäß den einzelnen Diensttypen in den mehreren Zellen, dem Uplink-Datenverkehr und dem Downlink-Datenverkehr, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, und voreingestellten Schwellenwerten, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, was umfasst:

    für jede Zelle Ermitteln (302) eines Gesamt-Datenverkehrs für die einzelnen Diensttypen in der Zelle gemäß den einzelnen Diensttypen in der Zelle und dem Uplink-Datenverkehr und dem Downlink-Datenverkehr, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, und

    Ermitteln (303) der Zieldiensttypen gemäß dem Gesamt-Datenverkehr für die einzelnen Diensttypen in der Zelle und den voreingestellten Schwellenwerten, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen; wobei der Gesamt-Datenverkehr der Zieldiensttypen höher ist als die voreingestellten Schwellenwerte, die den Zieldiensttypen entsprechen;

    für jede Zelle Ermitteln (103) von Raten der Zieldiensttypen in der Zelle gemäß einem Gesamt-Datenverkehr, der den Zieldiensttypen in der Zelle entspricht, und Online-Zeitbelegungen der Zieldiensttypen;

    für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen Ermitteln (104) einer Zielrate des Zieldiensttyps gemäß dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen Raten in verschiedenen Zellen, was umfasst:

    für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen Ordnen (204) der dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Raten in verschiedenen Zellen in absteigender Ordnung; und

    nach dem Ordnen Extrahieren (205) der Raten des Zieldiensttyps in verschiedenen Zellen gemäß einem voreingestellten Prozentsatz, und nach dem Extrahieren Bilden des Durchschnitts der Raten, die dem Zieldiensttyp in verschiedenen Zellen entsprechen, um die Zielrate des Zieldiensttyps zu ermitteln;

    für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen Ermitteln (105) eines Gewichtes des Zieldiensttyps und der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für einen einzelnen Nutzer gemäß den Online-Zeitbelegungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen, in verschiedenen Zellen, den Online-Zeitbelegungen, die anderen Zieldiensttypen außer dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen, in verschiedenen Zellen, der Zahl der Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen, und einer protokollierten Zahl des Zieldiensttyps in Verbindung mit den Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen;

    für jede Zelle Ermitteln (106) einer Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer erfährt, und einer tatsächlichen Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in der Zelle erfährt, gemäß Uplink-Datenverkehr, Downlink-Datenverkehr, den Online-Zeitbelegungen, den Zielraten und den Gewichten der Zieldiensttypen und der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer in der Zelle, was umfasst:

    Ermitteln (701) der Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer in der Zelle erfährt, gemäß den Zielraten der Zieldiensttypen, der Gewichte der Zieldiensttypen sowie der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzers anhand der Formel

    worin VO die Zielrate ist, die der einzelne Nutzer in der Zelle erfährt, i eine positive ganze Zahl ist, Vi die Zielrate des i-ten Zieldiensttyps ist, Wi für die Gewichte des i-ten Zieldiensttyps in allen Zellen steht, C eine Durchschnittszahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer in den Zellen ist und n die Zahl der Zieldiensttypen in allen Zellen ist; und

    für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen Ermitteln (702) des Gesamt-Datenverkehrs aller Zieldiensttypen und einer Gesamt-Online-Zeitbelegung aller Zieldiensttypen gemäß dem Uplink-Datenverkehr, dem Downlink-Datenverkehr und den Online-Zeitbelegungen des Zieldiensttyps in allen Zellen, und Ermitteln der tatsächlichen Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in den Zellen erfährt;

    für jede Zelle Ermitteln (107) eines Nutzungsgrads von drahtlosen Ressourcen und der Zahl von Online-Nutzern in der Zelle und Bestimmen einer Zielzelle gemäß der Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer erfährt, und der tatsächlichen Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in der Zelle erfährt, ebenso wie dem Nutzungsgrad der drahtlosen Ressourcen und der Zahl der Online-Nutzer; wobei die Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer in der Zielzelle erfährt, höher ist als die tatsächliche Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in der Zielzelle erfährt, der Nutzungsgrad der drahtlosen Ressourcen in der Zielzelle höher ist als ein vorgegebener Schwellenwert und die Zahl von Online-Nutzern in der Zielzelle höher ist als ein voreingestellter Schwellenwert; und

    Durchführen (108) der Erweiterung der Netzkapazität an der Zielzelle.


     
    4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei das für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen durchgeführte Ermitteln (105) des Gewichts des Zieldiensttyps und der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste eines einzelnen Nutzers gemäß den dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Online-Zeitbelegungen in verschiedenen Zellen, den anderen Zieldiensttypen außer dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Online-Zeitbelegungen in verschiedenen Zellen, der Zahl der Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen, und der protokollierten Zahl des Zieldiensttyps in Verbindung mit den Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen, umfasst:

    für die einzelnen Zieldiensttypen in allen Zellen Ermitteln (601) der dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Online-Zeitbelegungen in allen Zellen, sowie einer Summe der allen Zieltypen entsprechenden Online-Zeitbelegungen in allen Zellen und Ermitteln des Gewichts der Zieldiensttypen in allen Zellen;

    Ermitteln (602) der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer des Zieldiensttyps anhand der Formel

    gemäß der Zahl der dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Nutzerkennungen in allen Zellen und der protokollierten Zahl des Zieldiensttyps in Verbindung mit den Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen;

    wobei C die Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer des Zieldiensttyps ist, n die Gesamtzahl des Zieldiensttyps in allen Zellen ist, Ni die protokollierte Zahl eines i-ten Zieldiensttyps in allen Zellen ist und Mi die Zahl von Nutzern in allen Zellen ist, die den i-ten Zieldiensttyp nutzen.


     
    5. Vorrichtung zur Erweiterung einer Netzkapazität, umfassend:

    ein Erfassungsmodul (10), das dafür ausgelegt ist, Online-Protokollierungsinformationen zu Nutzern mobiler Geräte in mehreren Zellen zu erfassen, wobei die Online-Protokollierungsinformationen zu Nutzern mobiler Geräte Nutzerkennungen, Diensttypen, die den Nutzerkennungen entsprechen, und Uplink-Datenverkehr, Downlink-Datenverkehr und den Diensttypen entsprechende Online-Zeitbelegungen umfassen;

    ein erstes Ermittlungsmodul (11), das dafür ausgelegt ist, jeweils Zieldiensttypen in den einzelnen Zellen gemäß den einzelnen Diensttypen in den mehreren Zellen, dem Uplink-Datenverkehr und dem Downlink-Datenverkehr, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, und voreingestellten Schwellenwerten, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, zu ermitteln, umfassend:

    eine Datenverkehr-Ermittlungseinheit (110), die dafür ausgelegt ist, für jede Zelle einen Gesamt-Datenverkehr für jeden von den Diensttypen in der Zelle gemäß den einzelnen Diensttypen in der Zelle und dem Uplink-Datenverkehr und dem Downlink-Datenverkehr, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, zu ermitteln; und

    eine Zieldiensttyp-Ermittlungseinheit (111), die dafür ausgelegt ist, die Zieldiensttypen gemäß dem Gesamt-Datenverkehr für die einzelnen Diensttypen in der Zelle und den voreingestellten Schwellenwerten, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, zu ermitteln; wobei der Gesamt-Datenverkehr der Zieldiensttypen höher ist als die voreingestellten Schwellenwerte, die den Zieldiensttypen entsprechen;

    ein zweites Ermittlungsmodul (12), das dafür ausgelegt ist, für jede Zelle Raten der Zieldiensttypen in der Zelle gemäß einem Gesamt-Datenverkehr, der den Zieldiensttypen in der Zelle entspricht, und Online-Zeitbelegungen der Zieldiensttypen zu ermitteln;

    ein drittes Ermittlungsmodul (13), das dafür ausgelegt ist, für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen eine Zielrate des Zieldiensttyps gemäß dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Raten in verschiedenen Zellen zu ermitteln, umfassend:

    eine Ordnungseinheit (130), die dafür ausgelegt ist, für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen die Raten, die dem Zieldiensttyp in verschiedenen Zellen entsprechen, in absteigender Ordnung zu ordnen;

    eine Extraktionseinheit (131), die dafür ausgelegt ist, nach dem Ordnen die Raten der Zieldiensttypen in verschiedenen Zellen gemäß einem voreingestellten Prozentsatz zu extrahieren; und

    eine erste Zielraten-Ermittlungseinheit (132), die dafür ausgelegt ist, nach dem Extrahieren einen Durchschnitt der Raten zu bilden, die den Zieldiensttypen in verschiedenen Zellen entsprechen, um die Zielrate des Zieldiensttyps zu ermitteln;

    ein viertes Ermittlungsmodul (14), das dafür ausgelegt ist, für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen ein Gewicht des Zieldiensttyps und die Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für einen einzelnen Nutzer gemäß den dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Online-Zeitbelegungen in verschiedenen Zellen, anderen Zieldiensttypen außer dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Online-Zeitbelegungen in verschiedenen Zellen, der Zahl der Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen, und einer protokollierten Zahl des Zieldiensttyps in Verbindung mit den dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Nutzerkennungen zu ermitteln;

    ein fünftes Ermittlungsmodul (15), das dafür ausgelegt ist, für jede Zelle eine Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer erfährt, und eine tatsächliche Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in der Zelle erfährt, gemäß Uplink-Datenverkehr, Downlink-Datenverkehr, den Online-Zeitbelegungen, den Zielraten und den Gewichten der Zieldiensttypen und der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer in der Zelle zu ermitteln, umfassend:

    eine zweite Zielraten-Ermittlungseinheit (150), die dafür ausgelegt ist, die Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer in den einzelnen Zellen erfährt, anhand der Formel

    gemäß den Zielraten der Zieldiensttypen, der Gewichte der Zieldiensttypen und der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzers in der Zelle zu ermitteln,

    wobei VOj die Zielrate ist, die der einzelne Nutzer in der j-ten Zelle erfährt, i der Diensttyp ist, Vij die Zielrate des i-ten Zieldiensttyps in der j-ten Zelle ist, Wij das Gewicht des i-ten Zieldiensttyps in der j-ten Zelle ist, Cj eine Durchschnittszahl der gleichzeitigen Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer in der j-ten Zelle ist, nj eine Gesamtzahl der Zieldiensttypen in der j-ten Zelle ist und j eine positive ganze Zahl ist; und

    eine erste Ratenerfahrungs-Ermittlungseinheit (151), die dafür ausgelegt ist, für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen gemäß dem Uplink-Datenverkehr, dem Downlink-Datenverkehr und den Online-Zeitbelegungen der Zieldiensttypen in allen Zellen den Gesamt-Datenverkehr aller Zieldiensttypen und eine Gesamt-Online-Zeitbelegung aller Zieldiensttypen zu ermitteln und die tatsächliche Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in den Zellen erfährt, zu ermitteln;

    ein Bestimmungsmodul (16), das dafür ausgelegt ist, für jede Zelle einen Nutzungsgrad von drahtlosen Ressourcen und die Zahl von Online-Nutzern in der Zelle zu ermitteln und gemäß der Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer erfährt, und der tatsächlichen Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in der Zelle erfährt, ebenso wie dem Nutzungsgrad der drahtlosen Ressourcen und der Zahl der Online-Nutzer eine Zielzelle zu bestimmen; wobei die Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer in der Zielzelle erfährt, höher ist als die tatsächliche Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in der Zielzelle erfährt, der Nutzungsgrad der drahtlosen Ressourcen in der Zielzelle höher ist als ein vorgegebener Schwellenwert und die Zahl von Online-Nutzern in der Zielzelle höher ist als ein voreingestellter Schwellenwert; und

    ein Kapazitätserweiterungsmodul (17), das dafür ausgelegt ist, eine Netzkapazitätserweiterung an der Zielzelle durchzuführen.


     
    6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei das vierte Ermittlungsmodul (14) umfasst:

    eine erste Gewichts-Ermittlungseinheit (140), die dafür ausgelegt ist, für eine j-te Zelle, wo die einzelnen Zieldiensttypen vorhanden sind, die Online-Zeitbelegung, die dem Zieldiensttyp in der j-ten Zelle entspricht, und eine Summe der Online-Zeitbelegungen, die allen Zieltypen in der j-ten Zelle entsprechen, zu ermitteln und das Gewicht der j-Zelle, wo der Zieldiensttyp vorhanden ist, zu ermitteln; und

    eine erste Konkurrenzdienstezahl-Erfassungseinheit (141), die dafür ausgelegt ist, die Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer in der j-ten Zelle, wo der Zieldiensttyp vorhanden ist, anhand der Formel

    für die j-te Zelle, wo die einzelnen Zieldiensttypen vorhanden sind, gemäß der Zahl der Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp in der j-Zelle entsprechen, sowie der protokollierten Zahl der Zieldiensttypen in Verbindung mit den dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Nutzerkennungen zu ermitteln;

    wobei Cj die Zahl der gleichzeitigen Dienste fdes einzelnen Nutzers in der j-ten Zelle ist, nj die Gesamtzahl der Zieldiensttypen in der j-ten Zelle ist, Nij eine protokollierte Zahl des i-ten Zieldiensttyps in der j-ten Zelle ist, Mij die Zahl der Nutzer ist, die den i-ten Zieldiensttyp in der j-ten Zelle nutzen, und j eine positive ganze Zahl ist.


     
    7. Vorrichtung zur Erweiterung einer Netzkapazität, umfassend:

    ein Erfassungsmodul (10), das dafür ausgelegt ist, Online-Protokollierungsinformationen zu Nutzern mobiler Geräte in mehreren Zellen zu erfassen, wobei die Online-Protokollierungsinformationen zu Nutzern mobiler Geräte Nutzerkennungen, Diensttypen, die den Nutzerkennungen entsprechen, und Uplink-Datenverkehr, Downlink-Datenverkehr und den Diensttypen entsprechende Online-Zeitbelegungen umfassen;

    ein erstes Ermittlungsmodul (11), das dafür ausgelegt ist, jeweils Zieldiensttypen in den einzelnen Zellen gemäß den einzelnen Diensttypen in den mehreren Zellen, dem Uplink-Datenverkehr und dem Downlink-Datenverkehr, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, und voreingestellten Schwellenwerten, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, zu ermitteln, umfassend:

    eine Datenverkehr-Ermittlungseinheit (110), die dafür ausgelegt ist, für jede Zelle einen Gesamt-Datenverkehr für jeden von den Diensttypen in der Zelle gemäß den einzelnen Diensttypen in der Zelle und dem Uplink-Datenverkehr und dem Downlink-Datenverkehr, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, zu ermitteln; und

    eine Zieldiensttyp-Ermittlungseinheit (111), die dafür ausgelegt ist, die Zieldiensttypen gemäß dem Gesamt-Datenverkehr für die einzelnen Diensttypen in der Zelle und den voreingestellten Schwellenwerten, die den einzelnen Diensttypen entsprechen, zu ermitteln; wobei der Gesamt-Datenverkehr der Zieldiensttypen höher ist als die voreingestellten Schwellenwerte, die den Zieldiensttypen entsprechen;

    ein zweites Ermittlungsmodul (12), das dafür ausgelegt ist, für jede Zelle Raten der Zieldiensttypen in der Zelle gemäß einem Gesamt-Datenverkehr, der den Zieldiensttypen in der Zelle entspricht, und Online-Zeitbelegungen der Zieldiensttypen zu ermitteln;

    ein drittes Ermittlungsmodul (13), das dafür ausgelegt ist, für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen eine Zielrate des Zieldiensttyps gemäß dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Raten in verschiedenen Zellen zu ermitteln, umfassend:

    eine Ordnungseinheit (130), die dafür ausgelegt ist, für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen die Raten, die dem Zieldiensttyp in verschiedenen Zellen entsprechen, in absteigender Ordnung zu ordnen;

    eine Extraktionseinheit (131), die dafür ausgelegt ist, nach dem Ordnen die Raten der Zieldiensttypen in verschiedenen Zellen gemäß einem voreingestellten Prozentsatz zu extrahieren; und

    eine erste Zielraten-Ermittlungseinheit (132), die dafür ausgelegt ist, nach dem Extrahieren einen Durchschnitt der Raten zu bilden, die den Zieldiensttypen in verschiedenen Zellen entsprechen, um die Zielrate des Zieldiensttyps zu ermitteln;

    ein viertes Ermittlungsmodul (14), das dafür ausgelegt ist, für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen ein Gewicht des Zieldiensttyps und die Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für einen einzelnen Nutzer gemäß den dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Online-Zeitbelegungen in verschiedenen Zellen, anderen Zieldiensttypen außer dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Online-Zeitbelegungen in verschiedenen Zellen, der Zahl der Nutzerkennungen, die dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechen, und einer protokollierten Zahl des Zieldiensttyps in Verbindung mit den dem Zieldiensttyp entsprechenden Nutzerkennungen zu ermitteln;

    ein fünftes Ermittlungsmodul (15), das dafür ausgelegt ist, für jede Zelle eine Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer erfährt, und eine tatsächliche Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in der Zelle erfährt, gemäß Uplink-Datenverkehr, Downlink-Datenverkehr, den Online-Zeitbelegungen, den Zielraten und den Gewichten der Zieldiensttypen und der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer in der Zelle zu ermitteln, umfassend:

    eine dritte Zielraten-Ermittlungseinheit (152), die dafür ausgelegt ist, die Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer in der Zelle erfährt, anhand der Formel

    gemäß den Zielraten der Zieldiensttypen, den Gewichten der Zieldiensttypen sowie der Zahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer zu ermitteln;

    worin VO die Zielrate ist, die der einzelne Nutzer in der Zelle erfährt, i eine positive ganze Zahl ist, Vi die Zielrate des i-ten Zieldiensttyps ist, Wi das Gewicht des i-ten Zieldiensttyps in allen Zellen ist, C eine Durchschnittszahl gleichzeitiger Dienste für den einzelnen Nutzer in den Zellen ist und n die Zahl der Zieldiensttypen in allen Zellen ist; und

    eine zweite Ratenerfahrungs-Ermittlungseinheit (153), die dafür ausgelegt ist, für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen gemäß dem Uplink-Datenverkehr, dem Downlink-Datenverkehr und den Online-Zeitbelegungen des Zieldiensttyps in allen Zellen den Gesamt-Datenverkehr aller Zieldiensttypen und eine Gesamt-Online-Zeitbelegung aller Zieldiensttypen zu ermitteln und die tatsächliche Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in den Zellen erfährt, zu ermitteln;

    ein Bestimmungsmodul (16), das dafür ausgelegt ist, für jede Zelle einen Nutzungsgrad von drahtlosen Ressourcen und die Zahl von Online-Nutzern in der Zelle zu ermitteln und gemäß der Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer erfährt, und der tatsächlichen Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in der Zelle erfährt, ebenso wie dem Nutzungsgrad der drahtlosen Ressourcen und der Zahl der Online-Nutzer eine Zielzelle zu bestimmen; wobei die Zielrate, die der einzelne Nutzer in der Zielzelle erfährt, höher ist als die tatsächliche Durchschnittsrate, die der Nutzer in der Zielzelle erfährt, der Nutzungsgrad der drahtlosen Ressourcen in der Zielzelle höher ist als ein vorgegebener Schwellenwert und die Zahl von Online-Nutzern in der Zielzelle höher ist als ein voreingestellter Schwellenwert; und

    ein Kapazitätserweiterungsmodul (17), das dafür ausgelegt ist, eine Netzkapazitätserweiterung an der Zielzelle durchzuführen.


     
    8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei das vierte Ermittlungsmodul (14) umfasst:

    eine zweite Gewichts-Ermittlungseinheit (142), die dafür ausgelegt ist, für jeden von den Zieldiensttypen in allen Zellen dem Zieldiensttyp in allen Zellen entsprechende Online-Zeitbelegungen sowie eine Summe der allen Zieltypen entsprechenden Online-Zeitbelegungen in allen Zellen zu ermitteln und das Gewicht der Zieldiensttypen in allen Zellen zu ermitteln; und

    1. Procédé pour l'extension de la capacité d'un réseau, comprenant :

    la collecte (101) d'une information d'enregistrement en ligne d'utilisateurs de mobile dans une pluralité de cellules, dans lequel l'information d'enregistrement en ligne des utilisateurs de mobile comprend des identifications d'utilisateur, des types de services qui correspondent aux identifications d'utilisateur ainsi que des trafics de liaison montante, des trafics de liaison descendante et des durées en ligne qui correspondent aux types de services ;

    l'acquisition de façon respective (102) de types de services cibles dans chacune des cellules, en fonction de chacun des types de services dans la pluralité de cellules, du trafic de liaison montante et du trafic de liaison descendante qui correspondent à chacun des types de services et d'un seuil prédéfini qui correspond à chacun des types de services, laquelle acquisition comprend :

    pour chaque cellule, l'acquisition (302) d'un trafic total de chacun des types de services dans la cellule, en fonction de chacun des types de services dans la cellule, ainsi que du trafic de liaison montante et du trafic de liaison descendante qui correspondent à chacun des types de services ; et

    pour chaque cellule, l'acquisition (107) d'un taux d'utilisation de ressources sans fil et du nombre d'utilisateurs en ligne dans la cellule, et la détermination d'une cellule cible en fonction du débit cible qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur individuel et du débit moyen réel qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur dans la cellule, de même que du taux d'utilisation des ressources sans fil et du nombre des utilisateurs en ligne ; dans lequel le débit cible qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur individuel dans la cellule cible est plus important que le débit moyen réel qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur dans la cellule cible, le taux d'utilisation des ressources sans fil dans la cellule cible est plus important qu'un seuil prédéfini et le nombre d'utilisateurs en ligne dans la cellule cible est plus important qu'un seuil prédéfini ; et

    la réalisation (108) de l'extension de la capacité du réseau sur la cellule cible.

    l'acquisition de façon respective (102) de types de services cibles dans chacune des cellules, en fonction de chacun des types de services dans la pluralité de cellules, du trafic de liaison montante et du trafic de liaison descendante qui correspondent à chacun des types de services et d'un seuil prédéfini qui correspond à chacun des types de services, laquelle acquisition comprend :

    pour chaque cellule, l'acquisition (302) d'un trafic total de chacun des types de services dans la cellule, en fonction de chacun des types de services dans la cellule, ainsi que du trafic de liaison montante et du trafic de liaison descendante qui correspondent à chacun des types de services ; et

    pour chaque cellule, l'acquisition (107) d'un taux d'utilisation de ressources sans fil et du nombre d'utilisateurs en ligne dans la cellule, et la détermination d'une cellule cible en fonction du débit cible qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur individuel et du débit moyen réel qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur dans la cellule, de même que du taux d'utilisation des ressources sans fil et du nombre des utilisateurs en ligne ; dans lequel le débit cible qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur individuel dans la cellule cible est plus important que le débit moyen réel qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur dans la cellule cible, le taux d'utilisation des ressources sans fil dans la cellule cible est plus important qu'un seuil prédéfini et le nombre d'utilisateurs en ligne dans la cellule cible est plus important qu'un seuil prédéfini ; et

    la réalisation (108) de l'extension de la capacité du réseau sur la cellule cible.


     
    4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, dans lequel, pour chacun des types de services cibles, l'acquisition (105) du poids du type de services cible et du nombre de services concurrents de l'utilisateur individuel, en fonction des durées en ligne qui correspondent au type de services cible dans différentes cellules, des durées en ligne qui correspondent aux autres types de services cibles qui sont autres que le type de services cible dans différentes cellules, du nombre des identifications d'utilisateur qui correspondent au type de services cible, de même que du numéro enregistré du type de services cible sous les identifications d'utilisateur qui correspondent au type de services cible comprend :

    pour chacun des types de services cibles dans toutes les cellules, l'acquisition (601) de durées en ligne qui correspondent au type de services cible dans toutes les cellules de même que d'une somme des durées en ligne qui correspondent à tous les types de services cibles dans toutes les cellules, et l'acquisition du poids des types de services cibles dans toutes les cellules ;

    l'acquisition (602) du nombre de services concurrents de l'utilisateur individuel du type de services cible en adoptant la formule :

    un premier module d'acquisition (11) qui est configuré pour respectivement acquérir des types de services cibles dans chacune des cellules, en fonction de chacun des types de services dans la pluralité de cellules, du trafic de liaison montante et du trafic de liaison descendante qui correspondent à chacun des types de services et d'un seuil prédéfini qui correspond à chacun des types de services, lequel module comprend :

    une unité d'acquisition de trafic (110) qui est configurée pour, pour chaque cellule, acquérir un trafic total de chacun des types de services dans la cellule, en fonction de chacun des types de services dans la cellule, ainsi que du trafic de liaison montante et du trafic de liaison descendante qui correspondent à chacun des types de services ; et

    une unité d'acquisition de type de services cible (111) qui est configurée pour acquérir les types de services cibles en fonction du trafic total de chacun des types de services dans la cellule et du seuil prédéfini qui correspond à chacun des types de services ; dans lequel les trafics totaux des types de services cibles sont plus importants que les seuils prédéfinis qui correspondent aux types de services cibles ;

    une unité d'extraction (131) qui est configurée pour extraire les débits des types de services cibles dans différentes cellules après le séquençage en fonction d'un pourcentage prédéfini ; et

    une première unité d'acquisition de débit cible (132) qui est configurée pour calculer la moyenne des débits qui correspondent aux types de services cibles dans différentes cellules après l'extraction, de manière à acquérir le débit cible du type de services cible ;

    un module de détermination (16) qui est configuré pour, pour chaque cellule, acquérir un taux d'utilisation de ressources sans fil et le nombre d'utilisateurs en ligne dans la cellule, et pour déterminer une cellule cible en fonction du débit cible qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur individuel et du débit moyen réel qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur dans la cellule, de même que du taux d'utilisation des ressources sans fil et du nombre d'utilisateurs en ligne ; dans lequel le débit cible qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur individuel dans la cellule cible est plus important que le débit moyen réel qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur dans la cellule cible, et le taux d'utilisation des ressources sans fil dans la cellule cible est plus important qu'un seuil prédéfini, et le nombre d'utilisateurs en ligne dans la cellule cible est plus important que le seuil prédéfini ; et

    un module d'extension de capacité (17) qui est configuré pour réaliser une extension de la capacité du réseau sur la cellule cible.

    une première unité d'acquisition de poids (140) qui est configurée pour, pour une j-ième cellule au niveau de laquelle chacun des types de services cibles est localisé, acquérir la durée en ligne qui correspond au type de services cible dans la j-ième cellule et une somme des durées en ligne qui correspondent à tous les types de services cibles dans la j-ième cellule, et pour acquérir le poids de la j-ième cellule au niveau de laquelle le type de services cible est localisé ; et

    une première unité d'acquisition de nombre de services concurrents (141) qui est configurée pour acquérir le nombre de services concurrents de l'utilisateur individuel dans la j-ième cellule au niveau de laquelle le type de services cible est localisé, en adoptant une formule :

    une unité d'acquisition de trafic (110) qui est configurée pour, pour chaque cellule, acquérir un trafic total de chacun des types de services dans la cellule, en fonction de chacun des types de services dans la cellule, ainsi que du trafic de liaison montante et du trafic de liaison descendante qui correspondent à chacun des types de services ; et

    une troisième unité d'acquisition de débit cible (152) qui est configurée pour acquérir le débit cible qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur individuel dans chacune des cellules, en adoptant la formule :

    en fonction des débits cibles des types de services cibles, des poids des types de services cibles de même que du nombre de services concurrents de l'utilisateur individuel ;

    formule dans laquelle VO est le débit cible qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur individuel dans la cellule, i est un entier positif, Vi est le débit cible du i-ième type de services cible, Wi est les poids du i-ème type de services cible dans toutes les cellules, C est un nombre moyen de services concurrents de l'utilisateur individuel dans toutes les cellules, et n est le nombre des types de services cibles dans toutes les cellules ; et

    une deuxième unité d'acquisition de débit ressenti (153) qui est configurée pour, pour chacun des types de services cibles, en fonction des trafics de liaison montante, des trafics de liaison descendante et des durées en ligne du type de services cible dans toutes les cellules, acquérir les trafics totaux de tous les types de services cibles et une durée en ligne totale de tous les types de services cibles et acquérir le débit moyen réel qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur dans les cellules ;

    un module de détermination (16) qui est configuré pour, pour chaque cellule, acquérir un taux d'utilisation de ressources sans fil et le nombre d'utilisateurs en ligne dans la cellule, et pour déterminer une cellule cible en fonction du débit cible qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur individuel et du débit moyen réel qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur dans la cellule, de même que du taux d'utilisation des ressources sans fil et du nombre d'utilisateurs en ligne ; dans lequel le débit cible qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur individuel dans la cellule cible est plus important que le débit moyen réel qui est ressenti par l'utilisateur dans la cellule cible, et le taux d'utilisation des ressources sans fil dans la cellule cible est plus important qu'un seuil prédéfini, et le nombre d'utilisateurs en ligne dans la cellule cible est plus important que le seuil prédéfini ; et

    un module d'extension de capacité (17) qui est configuré pour réaliser une extension de la capacité du réseau sur la cellule cible.


     
    8. Appareil selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le quatrième module d'acquisition (14) comprend :

    une seconde unité d'acquisition de poids (142) qui est configurée pour, pour chacun des types de services cibles dans toutes les cellules, acquérir des durées en ligne qui correspondent au type de services cible dans toutes les cellules de même qu'une somme des durées en ligne qui correspondent à tous les types de services cibles dans toutes les cellules, et acquérir le poids des types de services cibles dans toutes les cellules ; et

    une seconde unité d'acquisition de nombre de services concurrents (143) qui est configurée pour acquérir le nombre de services concurrents de l'utilisateur individuel du type de services cible en adoptant la formule :

    en fonction du nombre des identifications d'utilisateur qui correspondent au type de services cible dans toutes les cellules et du numéro enregistré du type de services cible sous les identifications d'utilisateur qui correspondent au type de services cible ;

    formule dans laquelle C est le nombre de services concurrents de l'utilisateur individuel du type de services cible, n est le nombre total de types de services cibles dans toutes les cellules, Ni est le numéro enregistré d'un i-ième type de services cible dans toutes les cellules et Mi est le nombre d'utilisateurs qui utilisent le i-ième type de services cible qui est utilisé dans toutes les cellules.
