Technical Field



[0001] The present disclosure generally relates to an electronic device, and more particularly, to an electronic device which includes a cradling function.

Background Art



[0002] A user may mount an exterior cover on an electronic device (e.g., a smart phone or a tablet PC), which is carried by the user, in order to protect the electronic device. The exterior cover is detachably provided to the electronic device to protect the front face and/or the rear face of the electronic device.

[0003] Because the electronic device is often carried, damage, such as scratching, is frequently generated on the outer surface thereof. In order to avoid this problem, the electronic device is protected by the exterior cover. Because the electronic device includes a display and/or a touch screen positioned on the front face, the front face may be protected by the exterior cover.

[0004] When using the electronic device, it may be inconvenient to type or to view a displayed screen. For example, when the electronic device is used, in a mode in which inputting data is mainly performed using a stylus pen or a virtual keypad is used, maintaining the electronic device in a slightly inclined state (e.g., in a state where the electronic device is cradled to be inclined at an angle of about 15 degrees) may make the user's typing input operation more convenient.

[0005] In addition, in a mode in which the user views a displayed screen of the electronic device, maintaining the electronic device in a greatly inclined state (e.g., in the state where the electronic device is cradled to be inclined at an angle of about 65 or 70 degrees) may make the user's viewing more convenient.

[0006] In addition, an electronic device may provide stable portability to the user only when the front face of the electronic device, on which a display is disposed, is protected from the external environment when the electronic device is carried.

[0007] When an exterior cover used in the above-mentioned three modes is mounted on an electronic device, the user may use the electronic device more conveniently.

[0008] When the electronic device is in the slightly inclined state, it is convenient to perform typing on the electronic device, and when the electronic device is in the greatly inclined state, it is convenient to view a displayed screen. In order to reduce inconvenience, a separate portable cradle for an electronic device may be provided, or a cradle may be provided to an exterior cover of the electronic device.

A portion between the first and second supports 4321 and 4322 and a portion between the second third supports 4322 and 4323 may be formed to be thin such that the thin portions may serve as the second and third folding axes f2 and f3. The second and third folding axes f2 and f3 may include a flexible material.

Claims

1. An electronic device (100) comprising:

a first electronic device (110);

an exterior cover (130) including a first folding axis (fl) dividing the exterior cover into a first portion (131) and a second portion (132), wherein the first electronic device is mountable on the first portion, wherein the second portion (132) comprises one or more hinge axes (f2, f3), and wherein the exterior cover is configured to be folded two or more times with respect to the first folding axis (fl) and the one or more hinge axes (f2, f3) to support a second electronic device (120) in an inclined state so as to form a triangle shape; and

a buttress (340, 640, 840) disposed on a front face of the first electronic device, configured to be connected to the inclined second electronic device, and configured to support the inclined second electronic device,

at least one elastic unit (313, 314);

wherein the buttress is disposed in an accommodation portion (312) formed on the front face of the first electronic device, the buttress being configured to be rotatable, and the accommodation portion having a first end and a second end opposite the first end,

wherein, the first folding axis (fl) and the one or more hinge axes (f2, f3) are parallel to the accommodation portion and, when folded, the one or more hinge axes (f2, f3) are configured to divide the second portion into at least a first support (4321) and a second support (4323),

wherein the at least one elastic unit (313, 314) is disposed on at least one of the first end and the second end of the accommodation portion and the at least one elastic unit is configured to face the buttress,

wherein at least a portion of the at least one elastic unit is configured to interlock with at least a portion of the buttress according to a rotational movement of the buttress, so as to minimize rocking or movement where the second electronic device is supported in the inclined state, and

wherein the buttress includes:

a first outer face (640b) exposed to the outside that includes at least one connection terminal (650) disposed in a central region to be elastically movable; and

a second inner face (640a) opposite to the first outer face that includes a plurality of first magnets (843) that are mounted at regular intervals along a longitudinal direction to provide a force to minimize a rocking or moving of the buttress relative to the second electronic device,

wherein the first electronic device includes a metal member (862) corresponding to the plurality of magnets on the accommodation portion.


 
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the second portion includes at least one opening (232), and
the at least one opening is coupled with an exterior component (222) of the second electronic device to fix the second electronic device in an inclined and cradled state.
 
3. The electronic device of claim 2, wherein the exterior component is a protruding type exterior component that protrudes from a rear face of the second electronic device,
wherein the exterior component includes a camera.
 
4. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the accommodation portion (312) is spaced apart from a first folding axis between the first and second portions on the front face of the first electronic device, and
wherein the buttress extends in a direction parallel to the first folding axis.
 
5. The electronic device of claim 4, wherein the buttress is configured to connect the inclined second electronic device to the first electronic device, support the inclined second electronic device, and minimize movement of the inclined state of the second electronic device.
 
6. The electronic device of claim 5, wherein the metal member is a metal sheet that is formed on a bottom of the accommodation portion through insert injection molding, and is coupled to the first magnets to fix the buttress in the accommodation portion.
 
7. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the buttress further includes a connection member (760), the connection member is configured to be attached to the second inner face of the buttress and an inner structure of the second electronic device.
 
8. The electronic device of claim 1, further comprising:

a structure configured to minimize rocking or movement in a state where the second electronic device is supported in the inclined state,

wherein the structure configured to minimize the movement includes at least one of:

a coupling projection (9140) formed on a side face of the at least one elastic unit, which faces a side of the buttress; and

a coupling recess (9400) formed on the side face of the buttress, which faces the side face of the at least one elastic unit, the coupling recess being configured to receive the coupling projection formed on the side face of the least one elastic unit.


 
9. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the second portion is divided into first (11321), second (113322), and third (113323) supports by the first folding axis (f1) and second and third folding axes, which correspond to the one or more hinge axes (f2, f3), and the first, second, and third supports are configured to be foldable along the first, second, and third folding axes.
 
10. The electronic device of claim 9, wherein, in a display viewing mode, in a state where the second electronic device is connected with the buttress, a rear face of the second electronic device is in close contact with the second and third supports, and the first support supports the second electronic device in the inclined state,
wherein, in a typing mode, in a state where the second electronic device is connected with the buttress, a rear face of the second electronic device is in close contact with the third support, and the first and second supports support the second electronic device in the inclined state.
 
11. The electronic device of claim 9, wherein the second portion further includes one or more second magnets (462) disposed thereon such that the second portion is coupled with a rear face of the second electronic device by a magnetic force,
wherein the second magnets include:

at least one third magnet (463) disposed on the first support;

at least one fourth magnet (464) disposed on the second support; and

at least one fifth magnet disposed on the third support.


 
12. The electronic device of claim 11, wherein the third support further includes one or more sixth magnets disposed around an opening.
 
13. The electronic device of claim 11, wherein the second electronic device includes an exterior case of which at least a portion is made of a metallic material, and is maintained in a close contact state with the second magnets by a magnetic force.
 
14. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the first electronic device comprises a keyboard.
 


Ansprüche

1. Elektronische Vorrichtung (100) umfassend:

eine erste elektronische Vorrichtung (110);

eine äußere Abdeckung (130) einschließlich einer ersten Klappachse (fl) zum Unterteilen der äußeren Abdeckung in einen ersten Abschnitt (131) und einen zweiten Abschnitt (132), wobei die erste elektronische Vorrichtung auf dem ersten Abschnitt montierbar ist, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (132) eine oder mehrere Gelenkachsen (f2, f3) umfasst und wobei die äußere Abdeckung dafür konfiguriert ist, zwei oder mehr Male mit Bezug auf die erste Klappachse (fl) und die eine oder mehreren Gelenkachsen (f2, f3) geklappt zu werden, um eine zweite elektronische Vorrichtung (120) in einem geneigten Zustand zu tragen, um so eine Dreieckform zu bilden; und

eine Stütze (340, 640, 840), die auf einer Vorderseite der ersten elektronischen Vorrichtung angeordnet ist, die dafür konfiguriert ist, mit der geneigten zweiten elektronischen Vorrichtung verbunden zu sein, und dafür konfiguriert ist, die geneigte zweite elektronische Vorrichtung zu tragen,

mindestens eine elastische Einheit (313, 314);

wobei die Stütze in einem auf der Vorderseite der ersten elektronischen Vorrichtung gebildeten Aufnahmeabschnitt (312) angeordnet ist, wobei die Stütze so konfiguriert ist, dass sie drehbar ist, und der Aufnahmeabschnitt ein erstes Ende und ein zweites Ende gegenüber dem ersten Ende aufweist,

wobei, die erste Klappachse (f1) und die eine oder mehreren Gelenkachsen (f2, f3) parallel zu dem Aufnahmeabschnitt sind und, wenn geklappt, die eine oder mehreren Gelenkachsen (f2, f3) dafür konfiguriert sind, den zweiten Abschnitt in mindestens einen ersten Träger (4321) und einen zweiten Träger (4323) zu unterteilen,

wobei die mindestens eine elastische Einheit (313, 314) auf mindestens einem des ersten Endes und des zweiten Endes des Aufnahmeabschnitts angeordnet ist und die mindestens eine elastische Einheit dafür konfiguriert ist, der Stütze zugewandt zu sein,

wobei mindestens ein Abschnitt der mindestens einen elastischen Einheit dafür konfiguriert ist, mit mindestens einem Abschnitt der Stütze gemäß einer Drehbewegung der Stütze zu verriegeln, um so Wippen oder Bewegung zu minimieren, wo die zweite elektronische Vorrichtung in dem geneigten Zustand getragen wird, und

wobei die Stütze beinhaltet:

eine erste äußere Fläche (640b), die der Außenseite ausgesetzt ist, die mindestens eine Anschlussklemme (650) beinhaltet, die in einer zentralen Region angeordnet ist, um elastisch bewegbar zu sein; und

eine zweite innere Fläche (640a) gegenüber der ersten äußeren Fläche, die eine Vielzahl von ersten Magneten (843) beinhaltet, die in regelmäßigen Abständen entlang einer Längsrichtung montiert sind, um eine Kraft zum Minimieren eines Wippens oder Bewegens der Stütze relativ zu der zweiten elektronischen Vorrichtung bereitzustellen,

wobei die erste elektronische Vorrichtung ein Metallelement (862) entsprechend der Vielzahl von Magneten auf dem Aufnahmeabschnitt beinhaltet.


 
2. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Abschnitt mindestens eine Öffnung (232) beinhaltet, und
die mindestens eine Öffnung mit einer äußeren Komponente (222) der zweiten elektronischen Vorrichtung gekoppelt ist, um die zweite elektronische Vorrichtung in einem geneigten und gehaltenen Zustand zu fixieren.
 
3. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die äußere Komponente eine hervorstehend ausgebildete äußere Komponente ist, die von einer Rückseite der zweiten elektronischen Vorrichtung hervorsteht,
wobei die äußere Komponente eine Kamera beinhaltet.
 
4. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Aufnahmeabschnitt (312) von einer ersten Klappachse zwischen den ersten und zweiten Abschnitten auf der Vorderseite der ersten elektronischen Vorrichtung beabstandet ist, und
wobei die Stütze in einer Richtung parallel zu der ersten Klappachse verläuft.
 
5. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Stütze dafür konfiguriert ist, die geneigte zweite elektronische Vorrichtung mit der ersten elektronischen Vorrichtung zu verbinden, die geneigte zweite elektronische Vorrichtung zu tragen und Bewegung des geneigten Zustands der zweiten elektronischen Vorrichtung zu minimieren.
 
6. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Metallelement ein Metallblech ist, das auf einer Unterseite des Aufnahmeabschnitts durch Einlage-Spritzgießen gebildet ist und mit den ersten Magneten verbunden ist, um die Stütze in dem Aufnahmeabschnitt zu fixieren.
 
7. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Stütze ferner ein Verbindungselement (760) beinhaltet, das Verbindungselement dafür konfiguriert ist, an der zweiten inneren Fläche der Stütze und einer inneren Struktur der zweiten elektronischen Vorrichtung angebracht zu sein.
 
8. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend:

eine Struktur, die dafür konfiguriert ist, Wippen oder Bewegung in einem Zustand zu minimieren, wo die zweite elektronische Vorrichtung in dem geneigten Zustand getragen wird,

wobei die Struktur, die dafür konfiguriert ist, die Bewegung zu minimieren, mindestens eine der folgenden beinhaltet:

eine Kopplungsprojektion (9140), die auf einer Seitenfläche der mindestens einen elastischen Einheit gebildet ist, die einer Seite der Stütze zugewandt ist; und

eine Kopplungsaussparung (9400), die auf der Seitenfläche der Stütze gebildet ist, die der Seitenfläche der mindestens einen elastischen Einheit zugewandt ist, wobei die Kopplungsaussparung konfiguriert ist zum Aufnehmen der Kopplungsprojektion, die auf der Seitenfläche der mindestens einen elastischen Einheit gebildet ist.


 
9. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Abschnitt unterteilt ist in erste (11321), zweite (113322) und dritte (113323) Träger durch die erste Klappachse (fl) und zweiten und dritten Klappachsen, die der einen oder mehreren Gelenkachsen (f2, f3) entsprechen, und die ersten, zweiten und dritten Träger dafür konfiguriert sind, entlang der ersten, zweiten und dritten Klappachsen klappbar zu sein.
 
10. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei, in einem Anzeige-Ansichtsmodus, in einem Zustand, wo die zweite elektronische Vorrichtung mit der Stütze verbunden ist, eine Rückseite der zweiten elektronischen Vorrichtung in engem Kontakt mit den zweiten und dritten Trägern ist, und der erste Träger die zweite elektronische Vorrichtung in dem geneigten Zustand trägt,
wobei, in einem Eingabe-Modus, in einem Zustand, wo die zweite elektronische Vorrichtung mit der Stütze verbunden ist, eine Rückseite der zweiten elektronischen Vorrichtung in engem Kontakt mit dem dritten Träger ist, und die ersten und zweiten Träger die zweite elektronische Vorrichtung in dem geneigten Zustand tragen.
 
11. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei der zweite Abschnitt ferner einen oder mehrere zweite Magnete (462) darauf angeordnet beinhaltet, so dass der zweite Abschnitt mit einer Rückseite der zweiten elektronischen Vorrichtung durch eine magnetische Kraft gekoppelt ist,
wobei die zweiten Magneten beinhalten:

mindestens einen dritten Magneten (463), der auf dem ersten Träger angeordnet ist;

mindestens einen vierten Magneten (464), der auf dem zweiten Träger angeordnet ist; und

mindestens einen fünften Magneten, der auf dem dritten Träger angeordnet ist.


 
12. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei der dritte Träger ferner einen oder mehrere sechste Magnete beinhaltet, die um eine Öffnung angeordnet sind.
 
13. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei die zweite elektronische Vorrichtung eine äußere Hülle beinhaltet, von der mindestens ein Abschnitt aus einem metallischen Material besteht und durch eine magnetische Kraft in einem engen Kontaktzustand mit den zweiten Magneten gehalten wird.
 
14. Elektronische Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste elektronische Vorrichtung eine Tastatur umfasst.
 


Revendications

1. Dispositif électronique (100) comprenant :

un premier dispositif électronique (110) ;

un couvercle extérieur (130) comprenant un premier axe de pliage (f1) divisant le couvercle extérieur en une première partie (131) et une seconde partie (132), ledit premier dispositif électronique pouvant être monté sur la première partie, ladite seconde partie (132) comprenant un ou plusieurs axes d'articulation (f2, f3), et ledit couvercle extérieur étant configuré pour être plié deux fois ou plus par rapport au premier axe de pliage (f1) et à l'axe ou aux axes d'articulation (f2, f3) pour supporter un second dispositif électronique (120) dans un état incliné de façon à former une forme de triangle ; et

un renfort (340, 640, 840) disposé sur une face avant du premier dispositif électronique, conçue pour être raccordé au second dispositif électronique incliné, et conçu pour supporter le second dispositif électronique incliné,

au moins une unité élastique (313, 314) ;

ledit renfort étant disposé dans une partie de logement (312) formée sur la face avant du premier dispositif électronique, le renfort étant conçu pour être rotatif, et la partie de logement possédant une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité opposée à la première extrémité,

ledit premier axe de pliage (f1) et ledit ou lesdits axes d'articulation (f2, f3) étant parallèles à la partie de logement et, lorsqu'ils sont pliés, ledit ou lesdits axes d'articulation (f2, f3) étant conçus pour diviser la seconde partie en au moins un premier support (4321) et un deuxième support (4323),

ladite au moins une unité élastique (313, 314) étant disposée sur au moins l'une de la première extrémité et de la seconde extrémité de la partie de logement et ladite au moins une unité élastique est conçue pour faire face au renfort,

au moins une partie de la au moins une unité élastique étant conçue pour s'emboîter avec au moins une partie du renfort selon un mouvement de rotation du renfort, de façon à minimiser un basculement ou un déplacement où le second dispositif électronique est supporté dans l'état incliné, et

ledit renfort comprenant :

une première face externe (640b) exposée à l'extérieur qui comprend au moins une borne de raccordement

(650) disposée dans une zone centrale devant être mobile élastiquement ; et

une seconde face interne (640a) opposée à la première face externe qui comprend une pluralité de

premiers aimants (843) qui sont montés à intervalles réguliers le long d'une direction longitudinale pour fournir une force pour minimiser un basculement ou un déplacement du renfort par rapport au second dispositif électronique,

ledit premier dispositif électronique comprenant un élément métallique (862) correspondant

à une pluralité d'aimants sur la partie de logement.


 
2. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 1, ladite seconde partie comprenant au moins une ouverture (232), et
ladite au moins une ouverture étant couplée à un composant extérieur (222) du second dispositif électronique pour fixer le second dispositif électronique dans un état incliné et supporté.
 
3. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 2, ledit composant extérieur étant un composant extérieur du type en saillie qui fait saillie à partir d'une face arrière du second dispositif électronique,
ledit composant extérieur comprenant une caméra.
 
4. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 1, ladite partie de logement (312) étant espacée d'un premier axe de pliage entre les première et seconde parties sur la face avant du premier dispositif électronique, et
ledit renfort s'étendant dans une direction parallèle au premier axe de pliage.
 
5. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 4, ledit renfort étant conçu pour raccorder le second dispositif électronique incliné au premier dispositif électronique, supporter le second dispositif électronique incliné et minimiser le déplacement de l'état incliné du second dispositif électronique.
 
6. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 5, ledit élément métallique étant une feuille de métal qui est formée sur un fond de la partie de logement par moulage par injection d'insert, et étant couplé aux premiers aimants pour fixer le renfort dans la partie de logement.
 
7. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 6, ledit renfort comprenant en outre un élément de raccordement (760),
l'élément de raccordement étant conçu pour être fixé à la seconde face interne du renfort et à une structure interne du second dispositif électronique.
 
8. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :

une structure conçue pour minimiser le basculement ou le déplacement dans un état où le second dispositif électronique est supporté dans l'état incliné,

ladite structure conçue pour minimiser le déplacement comprenant au moins l'un parmi : une saillie d'accouplement (9140) formée sur une face latérale de la au moins une unité élastique, qui fait face à un côté du renfort ; et

un évidement d'accouplement (9400) formé sur la face latérale du renfort, qui fait face à la face latérale

de la au moins une unité élastique, l'évidement d'accouplement étant conçu pour recevoir la saillie d'accouplement

formée sur la face latérale de la au moins une unité élastique.


 
9. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 1, ladite seconde partie étant divisée en des premier (11321), deuxième (113322) et troisième (113323) supports par le premier axe de pliage (f1) et les deuxième et troisième axes de pliage, qui correspondent à l'axe ou aux axes d'articulation (f2, f3), et lesdits premier, deuxième et troisième supports étant conçus pour être pliables le long des premier, deuxième et troisième axes de pliage.
 
10. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 9, dans un mode de visualisation d'affichage, dans un état où le second dispositif électronique est raccordé au renfort, une face arrière du second dispositif électronique étant en contact étroit avec les deuxième et troisième supports, et ledit premier support supportant le second dispositif électronique dans l'état incliné,
dans un mode de frappe, dans un état où le second dispositif électronique est raccordé au renfort, une face arrière du second dispositif électronique étant en contact étroit avec le troisième support, et lesdits premier et deuxième supports supportant le second dispositif électronique dans l'état incliné.
 
11. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 9, ladite seconde partie comprenant en outre un ou plusieurs seconds aimants (462) disposés sur celle-ci de sorte que la seconde partie soit couplée à une face arrière du second dispositif électronique par une force magnétique,
lesdits seconds aimants comprenant :

au moins un troisième aimant (463) disposé sur le premier support ;

au moins un quatrième aimant (464) disposé sur le deuxième support ; et

au moins un cinquième aimant disposé sur le troisième support.


 
12. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 11, ledit troisième support comprenant en outre un ou plusieurs sixièmes aimants disposés autour d'une ouverture.
 
13. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 11, ledit second dispositif électronique comprenant un boîtier extérieur dont au moins une partie est constituée d'un matériau métallique, et étant maintenue dans un état de contact étroit avec les seconds aimants par une force magnétique.
 
14. Dispositif électronique selon la revendication 1, ledit premier dispositif électronique comprenant un clavier.
