    Description

[0001] This invention concerns a dispensing head for a cosmetic composition according to claim 1. Said dispensing head for a cosmetic composition comprises a duct for preparing and for distributing the cosmetic composition, able to be connected to at least one reservoir of at least one cosmetic product, the duct for preparing and for distributing comprising a distribution nozzle opening outside of the head and a distribution cannula mounted protruding with respect to the distribution nozzle.

[0002] This head is intended to be mounted on a receptacle containing a cosmetic composition, in particular a viscous cosmetic composition comprising one or more cosmetic products.

[0003] A cosmetic product is in particular a product as defined in EC Regulation N° 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and the Council of November 30, 2009, relating to cosmetic products.

[0004] The aforementioned dispensing head can be used in particular for highly viscous cosmetic compositions (for example with a viscosity greater than 1000 mPa.s).

[0005] This is in particular the case for dyeing compositions that make use of particularly viscous coloring products. In this type of compositions, the oxidizing cosmetic product can have a viscosity of about 10,000 mPa.s and the cosmetic coloring product of about 5000 mPa.s.

[0006] Heads of the aforementioned type are described for example in JP 2014234187 A or JP 2013079082 A or WO 2012/007843 A2.

[0007] The device then comprises a first reservoir containing a first cosmetic product and a second reservoir containing a second cosmetic product. The cosmetic products are dispensed simultaneously in a common distribution duct and are ejected through a nozzle protruding outside of the head.

[0008] In the heads of the aforementioned type, in order to receive the two products simultaneously, the nozzle has an extended transversal section, for example rectangular or oval.

[0009] To dispense the products simultaneously, in particular in the form of a mixture, it is often preferable to have a substantially circular orifice for exiting.

[0010] It is generally not possible or extremely difficult to obtain a molded part that has such a change in section on the distribution nozzle. Moreover, in order to facilitate or improve the mixture of the two products, it can also be interesting to associate a mixer with the distribution nozzle.

[0011] These constraints require using an insert introduced into the nozzle in order to carry out the change in section and possibly supply the mixer.

[0012] Such a solution is not completely satisfactory. The seal of a part of non-circular section is indeed difficult to guarantee in light of the manufacturing tolerances.

[0013] A purpose of the invention is to obtain a head that authorizes a clean and effective distribution of a cosmetic product, even when the latter is viscous.

[0014] For this purpose, the invention has for object a head of the aforementioned type, characterized in that:

the distribution nozzle comprises an external skirt that has an inner passage that has a first transversal section on a free edge of the external skirt, the distribution cannula comprising a first portion cooperating with the external skirt, the first portion having a sealing edge engaged in a sealed manner around the external skirt,

and in that, the distribution cannula comprises a second portion protruding from the first portion, the second portion defining an inner channel for the delivery of a product opening at an outlet of the distribution cannula, the inner channel having, at the outlet of the distribution cannula, a second transversal section different from the first transversal section.

[0015] Thanks to the introduction on one of external skirt and the first portion of the cannula of a sealing edge engaged in a sealed manner on the other of the external skirt and first portion of the cannula, the distribution of a cosmetic composition, even very viscous, does not cause any leakage of the product. In particular the seal is indeed provided on the distribution nozzle, even if it is of a transversal section very different than that of the second portion of the distribution cannula, in particular of non-circular transversal section.

[0016] According to an alternative, the sealing edge delimits a sealing lip, the sealing lip covering the entire periphery of the other of the external skirt and of the first portion of the distribution cannula.

[0017] The presence of a lip covering the entire periphery of the other of the external skirt and the second portion of the cannula guarantees an optimum sealing at the junction between the external skirt and the cannula.

[0018] According to an embodiment, the sealing edge defines a peripheral groove for the insertion of the other of the external skirt and of the first portion.

[0019] The presence of a peripheral groove allows for easy assembly by inserting the other of the external skirt and second portion of the cannula into the groove provided for this purpose.

[0020] According to alternatives, the inner channel of the second portion presents a circular transversal section at the outlet of the distribution cannula.

[0021] According to the invention, the inner passage of the external skirt has, at its free edge, a non-circular transversal section, in particular an extended transversal section.

[0022] The presence of a cylindrical inner channel guarantees easy distribution in particular when the distributed composition is a mixture of products. A non-circular transversal section facilitates the distribution using two separate product reservoirs.

[0023] According to alternatives, the distribution cannula comprises an intermediate part forming the first portion of the distribution cannula and an insert mounted mobile with respect to the intermediate part forming the second portion of the distribution cannula.

[0024] The intermediate part comprises a central body inserted into the external skirt, the central body delimiting a hole for inserting the insert.

[0025] The cannula formed of an intermediate part and from a removable insert allows for simple cleaning of the insert, while still offering a satisfactory seal. It allows for the possible replacing of the insert, according to the desired use.

[0026] According to alternatives, the insert comprises a static mixer.

    [0027] The static mixer comprises:
    • at least one longitudinal wall able to separate the hole for insertion into a first region and into a second region, the longitudinal wall defining at least one through-hole connecting the first region to the second region;
    • at least one first element for mixing protruding in the first region;
    • at least one second element for mixing protruding in the second region.

[0028] The duct for preparing and distributing is able to be connected simultaneously to a first reservoir of a first cosmetic product, and to a second reservoir of a second cosmetic product.

[0029] These characteristics authorize a homogeneous mixture of the cosmetic composition, in particular when the dispensing head is connected to two reservoirs of two cosmetic products to be mixed.

[0030] According to an alternative, the first portion is inserted into the external skirt.

[0031] The insertion of the first portion into the external skirt enables an easy assembly of the head and an easy replacing of the insert.

[0032] According to the invention, the sealing edge is applied in a sealed manner to the outside of the external skirt.

[0033] The presence of the sealing edge at the outside of the external skirt guarantees a better sealing between the first portion and the external skirt.

[0034] The invention also relates to a device comprising:
    • at least one reservoir of at least one cosmetic product;
    • a dispensing head such as defined hereinabove, the duct for preparing and for distribution being connected to the or to each reservoir.

[0035] The device according to the invention may include one or more of the following features:
    The device comprises:
    • a first reservoir containing a first cosmetic product;
    • a second reservoir containing a second cosmetic product;
    • a dispensing head such as defined hereinabove, the duct for preparing and for distribution being connected simultaneously to the first reservoir and to the second reservoir

[0036] The viscosity of the first cosmetic product is greater than 1000 mPa.s, in particular greater than 5000 mPa.s.

[0037] The viscosity of the second cosmetic product is greater than 1000 mPa.s, in particular greater than 10,000 mPa.s.

[0038] The device formed as such uses the same dispensing head for the distribution of a cosmetic composition formed by mixing a first cosmetic product with a second cosmetic product.

[0039] The invention will be easier to understand in view of the following description, provided solely as an example and with reference to the appended drawings, wherein:

[0040] Below, the terms "internal" and "external" generally refer to the direction of circulation of the product or of the cosmetic composition. The term "external" is understood to mean closer to the outlet of the device while the term "inner" is understood to mean farther away from this outlet.

[0041] A first device 10 for packaging and dispensing a cosmetic composition obtained by mixing a first cosmetic product and a second cosmetic product is shown in figures 1 to 9.

[0042] The cosmetic composition is for example a composition for coloring keratin fibers of a user, in particular the hair of a user.

[0043] The cosmetic composition is carried out using a first cosmetic coloring product and a second oxidizing cosmetic product. The first cosmetic product and the second cosmetic product are stored separately in the device 10.

[0044] The first cosmetic product comprises an alkaline agent in a known manner. The alkaline agent is for example inorganic such as ammonia, or organic such as an organic amine, or hybrid such as an amine salt. It advantageously comprises at least one coloring agent such as an oxidation dye precursor, a direct coloring agent or mixtures thereof. It may contain at least one anionic, nonionic, cationic, amphoteric and/or zwitterionic surfactant.

[0045] The second cosmetic product contains at least one oxidizing agent, different from the oxygen in the air, such as hydrogen peroxide. It comprises at least one fat substance. The term "fat substance" refers to an organic compound insoluble in water at ordinary temperatures (25°C) and at atmospheric pressure (760 mm of Hg) (solubility less than 5% and preferably 1% and even more preferably 0.1%). The fat substances are chosen for example from hydrocarbons, oils, fatty alcohols, esters of fatty acid and/or of fatty alcohols different from triglycerides and plant waxes, non-silicone waxes, silicones, and mixtures thereof.

[0046] It may contain at least one anionic, nonionic, cationic, amphoteric and/or zwitterionic surfactant.

[0047] The first cosmetic product and the second cosmetic product are here viscous products. The first cosmetic product and the second cosmetic product can each have a viscosity ranging from 1,000 mPa.s to 60,000 mPa.s preferably from 5,000 mPa.s to 40,000 mPa.s.

[0048] For example, the viscosity of the first cosmetic product is in particular between 10,000 mPa.s and 40,000 mPa.s.

[0049] The viscosity of the second cosmetic product is in particular between 5,000 mPa.s and 15,000 mPa.s.

[0050] The viscosity of the products is measured at 25°C using a Brookfield LVT viscometer equipped with a mobile M4 rotating at a speed of 12 revolutions per minute. The measurement is taken after 1 minute.

[0051] In order to form the cosmetic composition, the first cosmetic product and the second cosmetic product are mixed in the device 10 which distributes the cosmetic product formed as such.

[0052] In this example, the first cosmetic product and the second cosmetic product are received respectively in a first reservoir 12 and in a second reservoir 14 of the device 10, in the form of an aerosol, comprising a propellant gas.

[0053] In an embodiment, the propellant gas is common to the first cosmetic product and to the second cosmetic product. It is arranged in a space located outside the first reservoir 12 and outside of the second reservoir 14. Alternatively, the propellant gas is arranged in each reservoir 12, 14.

[0054] As shown in figure 1 and in figure 2, the device for packaging and for distributing 10 comprises a receptacle 16 receiving the reservoirs 12, 14, and a head 20 for mixing cosmetic products and for distributing the cosmetic composition, mounted on a neck 18 of the receptacle 16.

[0055] Each reservoir 12, 14 is provided at its upper end with a member 22 for distributing the product. The distributing member 22 is here a mobile rod that controls the opening of a valve.

[0056] The displacement of the member for distributing the product 22 authorizes the distribution of each product from the reservoir 12, 14 outwards.

[0057] In reference to figures 1 to 3, the head 20 for mixing and for distributing comprises a band 24 for mounting on the neck 18, a diffuser 26 mounted on the band 24, and a distribution nozzle 28 protruding from the diffuser 26.

[0058] The head 20 further comprises a distribution cannula able to be engaged onto the distribution nozzle 28. The distribution cannula comprises a first inner portion able to receive the cosmetic products, and a second external portion able to prepare and deliver the mixture of cosmetic products.

[0059] In the example shown in figures 1 to 10, the inner and outer portions of the distribution cannula are mobile with respect to one another. The inner portion of the distribution cannula is formed by an intermediate part 46. The outer portion of the distribution cannula is formed by an insert 30, able to be removably mounted on the intermediate part 46.

[0060] The head 20 comprises in this case a blocking mechanism 32 in position of the insert 30 on the intermediate part 46, which can be seen in figure 3.

[0061] The diffuser 26 comprises a cover 34 assembled on the band 24, a duct 36 for preparing and distributing the cosmetic composition, and at least one mobile member 38 for actuating the mixture and the distribution.

[0062] The duct for preparing 36 comprises a first upstream section 40, mounted on the distributing member 22 of the first reservoir 12, a second upstream section 42, mounted on the distributing member 22 of the second reservoir 14, with the distribution nozzle 28 connected to the upstream sections 40, 42. The distribution nozzle 28 protrudes partially outside of the cover 34.

[0063] The mobile member 38 for actuating is able to displace the first upstream section 40 and the second upstream section 42 in order to simultaneously actuate the distributing member 22 of the first reservoir 12 and the distributing member 22 of the second reservoir 14.

[0064] In reference to figure 3, the distribution nozzle 28 here comprises an external skirt 44. The external skirt 44 defines an inner passage with a non-circular transversal section. It protrudes outside of the cover 34 to a free edge 48, along an axis A-A' of insertion of the insert 30.

[0065] In this example, the first transversal section of the inner of the external skirt 44, taken on the free edge 48 is extended horizontally. This section here is oval, with its largest dimension oriented horizontally.

[0066] In reference to figure 7, the intermediate part 46 comprises a central body 50 inserted into the external skirt 44 along the axis of insertion A-A' and an outer transversal plate 52 protruding circumferentially from the central body 50 on an external end of the central body 50.

[0067] In reference to figures 8 to 10, the central body 50 interiorly defines a central insertion hole 54, of circular transversal section and of axis A-A'. The central body 50 further has two lateral blind holes 55A, 55B, located on either side of the hole 54 and intended for the molding of the intermediate part 46.

[0068] As can be seen in figure 7, the central body 50 defines an intermediate segment 56 and two end tabs 58, 60 protruding inwards from the intermediate segment 56.

[0069] The insertion hole 54 opens at its internal end into a collection chamber 62 delimited by the space located between the tabs 58, 60.

[0070] The collection chamber 62 is connected to the first upstream segment 40 and to the second upstream segment 42 in order to receive a mixture of the first cosmetic product and the second cosmetic product.

[0071] The surface area of the transversal section of the passage of the insertion hole 54 taken in a plane perpendicular to the axis of insertion A-A' passing through the free edge 48 is less than the surface area of the transversal section of the inner passage of the external skirt 44 in the same plane.

[0072] The insertion hole 54 opens outwards through the transversal plate 52.

[0073] As can be seen in figure 7, the transversal plate 52 has a substantially flat outer surface. It includes a sealing edge 64 protruding inwards at the periphery of the outer surface, around the central body 50, at a radial distance from the latter

[0074] The sealing edge 64 is applied in a sealed manner to the outside of the skirt 44. It defines with the central body 50 a peripheral groove 66 (which can be seen in figure 9) wherein is inserted the free edge 48 of the external skirt 44. It defines a sealing lip arranged around the free edge 48 of the external skirt 44.

[0075] In reference to figure 5, the insert 30 comprises an internal region that can be inserted into the insertion hole 54, forming a mixer 68, and an external nozzle 70 intended for the distribution of the composition, protruding from the distribution nozzle 28 when the insert 30 is in mounted position on the distribution nozzle 28.

[0076] The mixer 68 is a mixer such as described in French patent application no. 15 61 885.

[0077] The mixer 68 of the insert 30 here comprises a longitudinal wall 72 for separating the insertion hole 54 into two separate regions, a plurality of first elements for mixing 74 arranged in a first region of the insertion hole 54, on one side of the longitudinal separation wall 72 and a plurality of second elements for mixing 76 arranged in a second region of the insertion hole 54 of another side of the longitudinal separation wall 72.

[0078] The two regions of the insertion hole 54 are delimited respectively by a first face 78 of the longitudinal wall 72 and by a second face 80 of the longitudinal wall 72.

[0079] The longitudinal wall 72 is perforated. It has a plurality of through-holes 81, extending perpendicularly to the axis A-A' by being spaced longitudinally from one another.

[0080] The through-holes 81 open onto the first face 78 and onto the second face 80 in order to connect the first region to the second region.

[0081] The first elements for mixing 74 are longitudinally spaced from one another along the axis A-A'. They are arranged in staggered fashion. They protrude towards the axis A-A' respectively from a first side and from a second side of the peripheral wall of the insertion wall towards the axis A-A'. They also protrude separate from the longitudinal wall 72 from the first face 78.

[0082] In this example, the first elements for mixing 74 are each located facing a through-hole 81.

[0083] Each first element for mixing 74 has a horizontal section in the shape of an L.

[0084] The longitudinal wall 72, the first elements for mixing 74 and the second elements for mixing 76 as such define in the insertion hole 54 winding paths for the passage of the mixture formed by the first cosmetic product and by the second cosmetic product. These paths pass successively over then under the longitudinal wall 72 through the through-holes 81. They also pass as a zig-zag on either side of the longitudinal wall 72, by being delimited laterally and transversally, respectively against the first elements for mixing 74 and against the second elements for mixing 76.

[0085] The nozzle 70 of the insert 30 is located at the end of the distribution nozzle 28. It has an inner channel for delivering the cosmetic product having a circular transversal section for guiding, for distributing the cosmetic composition obtained by mixing the first premier cosmetic product with the second cosmetic product.

[0086] The inner channel is connected to the inner passage of the external skirt 44. It has, at the outlet of the nozzle 70, a second transversal section that is different from the first transversal section of the distribution passage, taken at the free edge of the external skirt 44.

[0087] The surface area of the second transversal section is here less than the surface area of the first transversal section.

[0088] The nozzle 70 of the insert 30 is also provided with two longitudinal grasping members 82 protruding laterally. The grasping members 82 allow a user to apply a movement of rotation on the insert 30 about the axis A-A'.

[0089] The insert 30 is mounted mobile in translation along the axis A-A' between an unassembled position arranged at a distance from the distribution nozzle 28 and an intermediate position inserted into the central hole 54 of the distribution nozzle 28.

[0090] Once in the intermediate position, the insert 30 is mounted mobile in rotation about the axis A-A' between the intermediate position and the mounted position.

[0091] The blocking mechanism 32 in position comprises at least one stop 86A, 86B carried by the insert 30 (which can be seen in figure 6) and, for each stop of the insert 30, a complementary stop 88A, 88B carried by the distribution nozzle 28 (which can be seen in figure 7), able to cooperate with the stop 86A, 86B in the mounted position on the distribution nozzle 28.

[0092] In this example, the insert 30 has two diametrically opposite stops 86A, 86B. Each stop 86A, 86B, protrudes radially from an external surface of the nozzle 70 of the insert 30.

[0093] In reference to figure 6, the stop 86A, 86B comprises an inclined clamping ramp 90, with increasing height by moving about the axis A-A', and a transverse blocking surface 92 extending from the outer end of the clamping ramp 90, on a given angular sector about the axis A-A'.

[0094] In this example, as can be seen in figures 7 and 8, the distribution nozzle 28 is provided with two complementary stops 88A, 88B. Each complementary stop 88A, 88B is formed by a fixing bracket 94 protruding at a distance from the external surface of the plate 52 to the axis A-A', with the fixing bracket 94 defining with the external surface an intermediate space 96 for receiving the stop 86A, 86B.

[0095] The fixing bracket 94 comprises a retaining tongue 98 arranged parallel to the external surface and a base 100 connecting the tongue 98 to the external surface.

[0096] The tongue 98 protrudes towards the axis A-A' from the base 100. It here has a free edge with a concave contour corresponding to the contour of the insertion hole 54 (see figure 8).

[0097] The base 100 defines a locking surface 102 located under the tongue 98 in order to partially close the intermediate space 96 and block in rotation the stop 86A, 86B of the insert 30, when the stop 86A, 86B is inserted into the intermediate space 96.

[0098] In mounted position, each stop 86A, 86B of the insert 30 cooperates with a complementary stop 88A, 88B of the distribution nozzle 28, by being inserted into the intermediate spaces 96, delimited by each one of the two complementary stops 88A, 88B with the outer plate 52.

[0099] In mounted position, the insert 30 is as such immobile in translation along the axis of insertion A-A' of the insert 30, in the insertion hole 54 of the intermediate part 46.

[0100] In the intermediate position, each stop 86A, 86B is angularly offset with respect to the corresponding complementary stop 88A, 88B. The base 30 can be moved in translation along the axis A-A'.

[0101] The assembly of the device 10 shall now be briefly described

[0102] Initially, the first reservoir 12 and the second reservoir 14 are filled respectively with the first cosmetic product and with the second cosmetic product in the receptacle 16. The diffuser 26 is placed on the assembly band 24 which is then assembled on the neck 18.

[0103] During the assembly, the first upstream section 40 and the second upstream section 42 are respectively connected on the distribution members 22 of the first reservoir 12 and of the second reservoir 14.

[0104] The intermediate part 46 is mounted in the external skirt 44, with the free edge 48 of the skirt 40 being inserted in a sealed manner into the peripheral groove 66 of the sealing edge 64.

[0105] A suitable sealing is as such created around the external skirt 44, despite its extended shape, thanks to the application of the sealing edge 64 on the free edge 48. The free edge 48 of the external skirt 40 is received between the central body 50 and the sealing edge 64 of the intermediate part 46.

[0106] The insert 30 is initially in an unassembled position outside of the distribution nozzle 28. The user grasps it and inserts it into insertion hole 54 of the intermediate part 46, by displacing it in translation along the axis A-A' to the intermediate position. Then, the user grasps the grasping members 82 on the nozzle 70 of the insert 30. The user rotates the insert 30 about the axis of insertion A-A' in order to reach the mounted position in the distribution nozzle 28.

[0107] During this displacement, each stop of the insert 30 cooperates with a complementary stop 88A, 88B of the intermediate part 46. Each ramp 90 of a stop 86A, 86B is progressively inserted into the intermediate space 96 under a tongue 98 of a complementary stop 88A, 88B providing through the cam effect, a pushing of the insert 30 along the axis A-A' inwards.

[0108] The transversal surface 92 of each stop 86A, 86B is inserted into the intermediate space 96 and bears under the tongue 98. When the stop 86A, 86B abuts against the blocking surface 102, the insert 30 is blocked in rotation in one direction and is immobilized in translation outwards along the axis A-A' via cooperation between each stop 86A, 86B and the corresponding intermediate stop 88A, 88B. The stop 86A, 86B and the intermediate stop 88A, 88B form a blocking mechanism 32 of the "bayonet" type.

[0109] Moreover, as the insertion hole 54 is of cylindrical shape, like the insert 30, the seal between the insert 30 and the intermediate part 46 is effective, despite the horizontally extended shape of the distribution nozzle 28.

[0110] The use of the device 10 shall now be described.

[0111] Initially, the user grasps the receptacle 16 and presses the mobile member 34. The displacement of the mobile member 34 causes the simultaneous movement of the first upstream section 40 and of the second upstream section 42 and the activation of the distribution members 22. This generates the simultaneous distribution of the first cosmetic product from the first reservoir 12 and of the second cosmetic product from the second reservoir 14.

[0112] The first cosmetic product and the second cosmetic product rise respectively through the first upstream section 40 and through the second upstream section 42 in order to reach the upstream chamber for collection 62. The products are joined together and penetrate into the insertion hole 54 into which the internal portion of the insert 30 is inserted.

[0113] Inside the insertion hole 54, on the mixer 68 formed by the internal portion of the insert 30, the flow of the first product and the flow of the second product are each separated horizontally by the longitudinal wall 72 and are combined on either side of this wall 72.

[0114] In contact with the first elements for mixing 74 and the second elements for mixing 76, the flows are offset laterally with respect to the axis A-A' and follow a winding path as a zig-zag until a through-hole 81 is reached.

[0115] During the passage facing each hole 81, a portion of the flow circulating above the longitudinal wall 72 passes through the hole 81 in order to mix with another portion of the flow circulating under the longitudinal wall 72.

[0116] Likewise, a portion of the flow circulating under the longitudinal wall 72 passes through the hole 81 in order to mix with another portion of the flow circulating over the longitudinal wall 72.

[0117] The flows of cosmetic products therefore follow both a winding horizontal path in the form of a zig-zag on either side of the longitudinal wall 72 by progressing along the axis A-A', but also a vertical path perpendicular to the longitudinal wall 72 through the successive through-holes 81.

[0118] The mixture of the first cosmetic product with the second cosmetic product is therefore particularly effective, in light of the turbulences generated, and this despite the high viscosities of the of the first cosmetic product and of the second cosmetic product.

[0119] This produces a very homogeneous cosmetic composition, with a weight ratio between 0.25 and 4 preferably between 0.5 and 2, in particular of one for one, which as such has properties for optimum use. This is obtained without the manual intervention of the user for mixing the products, with a simple mixer formed by the internal portion of the insert 30, having the structure defined hereinabove.

[0120] As an example, when the rods of the distribution members 22 have a transversal section of about 2 mm, the respective output speed of the first cosmetic product and of the second cosmetic product outside of the reservoirs is about 2 m/s. The Reynolds number of the first cosmetic product is then about 0.2 for a viscosity of 10,000 mPa.s and the Reynolds number of the second cosmetic product is about 0.4 for a viscosity of 5,000 mPa.s.

[0121] The global restitution speed is about 0.2 m/s at the output of the distribution nozzle 28. In the absence of a mixer, the flow in the nozzle 28 is purely laminar and no mixing will take place between the first cosmetic product and the second cosmetic product.

[0122] The presence of the mixer 68 ensures a very effective mixing, thanks to the winding displacement in three dimensions in the mixer 68, making it possible to form the composition and the end of its passage in the insertion hole 54.

[0123] Such an effect is not obtained using simple baffles in two dimensions, or using a helix devoid of windings.

[0124] Moreover, the presence of the intermediate part 46 provides a seal of the distribution nozzle 28 thanks on the one hand, to the complementary cooperation between the sealing edge 64 and the free edge of the external skirt 44 and thanks to the simple shape of the insertion hole 54 corresponding to the simple shape of the insert 30.

[0125] In addition, in mounted position, the insert 30 is immobilized in translation along the axis of insertion A-A' in the direction of distribution of the cosmetic composition, as such avoiding any ejection during the distribution. The distribution of the composition is therefore highly reliable, even if the viscosity is high.

[0126] After the use, the insert 30 is again displaced in rotation about the axis A-A', from its mounted position on the distribution nozzle 28, to the intermediate position in which each stop 86A, 86B is angularly offset from the corresponding complementary stop 88A, 88B. Then, the insert 30 is extracted in translation along the axis A-A' outside thereof in order to be removed from the insertion hole 54.

[0127] Once removed, the insert 30 can be cleaned easily, guaranteeing a sustainable use of the device 10.

[0128] In an alternative, the intermediate part 46 and the insert 30 are assembled permanently to one another. The insert 30 cannot be removed with respect to the intermediate part 46.

[0129] According to another alternative, the distribution cannula is made of a single piece. The first portion and the second portion of the distribution cannula are then in a single piece.

[0130] According to an alternative that does not fall within the scope of the claims, the sealing edge 64 is carried by the external edge of the external skirt 44. In this case, the edge 64 is engaged in a sealed manner around the first portion of the distribution cannula during the engagement of the distribution cannula with the external skirt 44.

[0131] According to another alternative, the external skirt 44 of the distribution nozzle 28 defines an inner passage that has a first circular transversal section, and the inner channel of the distribution cannula has a second circular transversal section, with a surface area that is different from the surface area of the first transversal section.

[0132] This change in section allows for example for a distribution in a sheet of the cosmetic product.

[0133] Alternatively, the surface area of the first transversal section defined by the inner passage of the external skirt 44 is less than the surface area of the second transversal section defined by the internal channel of the distribution channel.

[0134] In all of the embodiments, the use of a distribution cannula having an internal channel with a transversal section that is different from the transversal section of the internal passage of the distribution nozzle, performs a transition between the two transversal sections, by guaranteeing an excellent seal between the cannula and the nozzle.
