FIELD

[0002] The present application relates to the field of railway trains, and in particular relates to a suspension mechanism for mounting a motor of a railway train. Besides, the present application further relates to a railway train having the suspension mechanism for mounting the motor.

BACKGROUND

[0003] A multiple-unit train is one type of railway trains, which includes at least two locomotives or powered carriages and multiple non-powered carriages. The multiple-unit train is developed from double heading locomotive, but is different from the traditional double heading locomotive. Double heading locomotive, with an increasing number of locomotives rather than changing the fact of the carriage being a trailer, is generally used for freight trains and mainly solves a problem of insufficient tractive force. However, the multiple-unit train is almost used for passenger trains only, and mainly solves problems of insufficient acceleration and restricted maximum speed. Driving devices of the passenger train may be arranged in multiple passenger carriages respectively, so that these carriages are powered, while a heading locomotive of the passenger train may become a trailer which only has a console but without the driving force.

[0004] In a multiple-unit train, each carriage is equipped with a driving device, and a heading locomotive may blend into the carriage, or there is no heading locomotive, and the train is entirely controlled by a railway system. This multiple-unit train is mainly used in some urban railway transport trains such as maglev trains, APM (Automated People Mover) trains and ultra-high speed test trains and so on. The multiple-unit train generally includes two locomotives, multiple powered carriages and non-powered carriages. In some multiple-unit trains, the driving device in the heading locomotive is removed, and only control equipment of the train is kept.

[0005] In the above multiple-unit train, a motor is required to be suspended from a bogie. Since the traction motor is movable with respect to a bogie frame in a direction parallel to a main shaft of the motor, a position-limiting device is required to be provided between the motor and the bogie frame in order to avoid an excessive range of motion. Meanwhile, in order to prevent the motor from falling off in a case of suspension failure, a safety mechanism for preventing the motor from falling off is required to be provided on the motor or the frame.

[0006] However, the most common manner for position-limiting at present is to provide a rigid stop or a single elastic stop, and the most common manner for preventing the motor from falling off is to provide a joist on the motor, or to provide a safety hook between the motor and the frame. The suspension and position-limitation of the motor cannot be realized at the same time through the above manners, resulting in a complex structure and a large occupied space of the equipment, which is not beneficial to the installation and maintenance.

[0007] Therefore, a technical problem to be addressed by those skilled in the art is to provide a suspension mechanism for mounting the motor which can realize the suspension and position-limitation of the motor, simplify the structure, save space, and facilitate the installation and maintenance.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION

[0023] An object of the present application is to provide a suspension mechanism for mounting the motor which can realize the suspension and position-limitation of a motor, simplify the structure, reduce an occupied space, and facilitate the installation and maintenance. Another object of the present application is to provide a railway train having the suspension mechanism for mounting the motor.

[0024] For those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions according to the present application, the present application will be further described in detail as follows in conjunction with the accompany drawings and the specific embodiments.

[0025] Referring to Figures 1 and 2, Figure 1 is a schematic view showing the structure of a specific embodiment of a suspension mechanism for mounting a motor provided according to the present application; and Figure 2 is a sectional schematic view showing a specific embodiment of the suspension mechanism for mounting the motor provided according to the present application.

[0026] A suspension mechanism for mounting the motor of a railway train is provided according to a specific embodiment of the present application, including a connector for connecting to a bogie frame, a safety pin 2 mounted on the connector and arranged horizontally, and a cantilever 3. One end of the cantilever 3 is connected to a motor 5, and another end of the cantilever 3 is movably connected to the safety pin 2 and can move in a length direction of the safety pin 2, and the safety pin 2 is provided with an elastic position-limiting piece 4 for limiting a moving range of the cantilever 3.

[0027] The connector is connected to the bogie frame, the cantilever 3 is connected to the motor 5, and the cantilever 3 and the connector are connected by the safety pin 2, so that the motor 5 and the bogie frame are connected. In the case that other suspension components fail, the suspension of the motor 5 can be realized through the cantilever 3, and the position limitation for the motor 5 can be realized through the elastic position-limiting piece 4 on the safety pin 2, that is, when realizing the position limitation for the motor 5, multiple safeguards are provided for the suspension of the motor, which has a simple and compact overall structure, saves space, facilitates installation and is beneficial to manufacture, operation and maintenance.

[0028] Specifically, the connector includes two connecting plates 1 arranged in parallel, and a front side edge of the connecting plate 1 is configured to be connected to the bogie frame, two opposite positioning holes are provided in the two connecting plates 1 respectively, and two ends of the safety pin 2 are mounted in the two positioning holes respectively. The connecting plate 1 is vertically arranged and substantially P-shaped, and a right angle portion at a side, facing the motor 5, of the connecting plate is smoothly transitioned to form a cambered edge. The safety pin 2 is arranged at a head portion having a relatively large width of the connecting plate 1. The shape and number of the connecting plate 1 may be changed, which are all within the scope of protection of the present application.

[0029] In the suspension mechanism for mounting the motor provided according to a specific embodiment of the present application, an end, close to the safety pin 2, of the cantilever 3 is provided with a connecting hole horizontally penetrating end portions of the cantilever 3, a penetration direction of the connecting hole is perpendicular to an extension direction of the cantilever 3, the connecting hole is sleeved on the safety pin 2, and the connecting hole is in clearance fit with the safety pin 2. As shown in Figure 2, the cantilever 3 is sleeved on the safety pin 2 through the connecting hole. An outer ring of the cantilever 3 is connected to the motor 5, and an inner ring of the cantilever 5 is in clearance fit with the safety pin 2 through the connecting hole. Therefore, the extension direction of the cantilever 3 refers to a radial direction perpendicular to an axial direction (length direction) of the cantilever 3, that is, an up-down direction in Figure 2, and the penetration direction of the connecting hole refers to the axial direction (length direction) of the cantilever 3, that is, a left-right direction in Figure 2.

[0030] Therefore, when the suspension mechanism for mounting the motor allows the motor 5 to be suspended from the cantilever 3 (the motor is suspended from the outer ring of the cantilever 3), the suspension mechanism for mounting the motor allows the end provided with the connecting hole of the cantilever 3 (the inner ring of the cantilever 3 to be able to freely move along the safety pin 2 in a certain range. Other connection manners may also be adopted, for example, the cantilever 3 may be provided with a hook.

[0031] Based on the suspension mechanism for mounting the motor provided according to the above specific embodiments, the suspension mechanism for mounting the motor further includes two elastic position-limiting pieces 4 sleeved on two ends of the safety pin 2. End portions of the two elastic position-limiting pieces 4 are fixedly connected to inner side plate surfaces of the two connecting plates 1, respectively, that is, the opposite plate surfaces of the two connecting plates 1; the end portion of the cantilever 3 is located between the two elastic position-limiting pieces 4 and is spaced apart from the two elastic position-limiting pieces. The end portion of the cantilever 3 can freely move in a space between the two elastic position-limiting pieces 4, that is, the cantilever 3 can move between the two elastic position-limiting pieces 4, and will impact the elastic position-limiting pieces 4 when a moving distance is excessively large, which plays a role of buffering, thereby avoiding the damage of the equipment.

[0032] The elastic position-limiting piece 4 may have various forms, for example, the elastic position-limiting piece 4 may include a mounting seat fixedly connected to the inner side plate surface of the connecting plate 1 and a spring arranged in the mounting seat and sleeved on the safety pin 2, and a bottom surface of the mounting seat is provided with a through hole for the safety pin 2 to penetrate. An end away from the mounting seat of the spring may be further provided with an end cover, and the end cover is provided with a through hole for the safety pin 2 to penetrate. The mounting seat is connected to the connecting plate 1 by bolts, and the end cover may specifically be a rubber cover. The elastic position-limiting piece 4 of other forms may also be adopted, such as a leaf-spring or a buffering rubber column or the like, or the connection manner is changed for welding connection or clamping connection or the like, which are all with the scope of protection of the present application.

[0033] In order to ensure the stable connection of the safety pin 2, a position-limiting cap may be provided at one end of the safety pin 2, and a diameter of the position-limiting cap is greater than a diameter of the positioning hole. During the installation, an end without the position-limiting cap of the safety pin 2 penetrates one connecting plate 1, one elastic position-limiting piece 4, the connecting hole of the cantilever 3, the other elastic position-limiting piece 4 and the other connecting plate 1 in a listed sequence, and the position-limiting cap abuts against the connecting plate 1 which is firstly penetrated, and the end without the position-limiting cap of the safety pin 2 is connected to a position-limiting member, so as to prevent the safety pin 2 from falling off.

[0034] In addition, a railway train having the above suspension mechanism for mounting the motor is further provided according to a specific embodiment of the present application, and structures of other parts of the rail train can be referred to the conventional technology, which will not be described herein.

[0035] The railway train and the suspension mechanism for mounting the motor thereof provided according to the present application are described in detail hereinbefore. The principle and the embodiments of the present application are illustrated herein by specific examples. The above description of examples is only intended to help the understanding of the method and the spirit of the present application. It should be noted that, for the person skilled in the art, a few of modifications and improvements may be made to the present application without departing from the principle of the present application, and these modifications and improvements are also deemed to fall into the scope of the present application defined by the claims.
