    Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD



    [0001] The present application relates to a finger ring, and more particularly to the technology of a ring head.

    BACKGROUND



    [0002] The existing finger ring includes a ring body and a ring support located at the ring body, and a gemstone is generally inlaid on the ring support. For a ring inlaid with diamond, due that the diamond is expensive, the natural particles are small, and the general diamond ring is not conspicuous enough, it is easy to be boring for a long time, and the decorative effect is not durable. In order to continuously enhance the attraction of the ring, in the prior art, technical situation of replacing the ring support has been proposed, that is, the ring support can be replaced, and if a ring head is aesthetically tired, the ring head can be replaced. However, if the ring head is diamond, it is a luxury because of the high price of the diamond, and is not suitable to be replaced according to the preference. Therefore, for a ring with a valuable inlay, the technique of replacing the ring head is not very suitable, and its application and promotion will be limited.

    [0003] US 2005/210920 A1 describes a ring coupled about a ring, and further discloses that a primary, finger-worn ring is provided with a secondary ring hingedly and selectively coupled about a stone on the primary, finger-worn ring. The secondary ring may be shaped and sized in accordance with the goal of fitting about a solitary or other stone embodiment placed on the primary ring.

    SUMMARY



    [0004] A first technical problem of the present application needs to be solved is to provide a ring accessory, which can be fixed at the ring head and realize disassembly function.

    [0005] A second technical problem of the present application needs to be solved is to provide a top structure of the ring, which can be used to fixedly connect other decorations and realize disassembly function.

    [0006] A third technical problem of the present application needs to be solved is to provide a ring, the ring head thereof can be used to fixedly connect replaceable decorations.

    [0007] In order to solve the first technical problem of the present application, the present application provides a ring accessory including: an outer loop and an elastic piece; the elastic piece is placed in the outer loop; the outer loop includes a lateral loop and a top cover located above the lateral loop; the top cover has a hole for a ring head passing therethrough, an inner side of the top cover at an edge of the hole includes at least three deep recesses, and a shallow recess is provided between every two adjacent deep recesses, wherein a distance from the deep recess to the center of the hole is greater than a distance from the shallow recess to the center of the hole; the elastic piece is annular and includes recesses, i.e., elastic piece deep recesses and elastic piece shallow recesses respectively corresponding to the deep recesses and the shallow recesses of the top cover,, the elastic piece is an annulus with a wave shape, and the elastic piece deep recesses are located at the bottom of the wave, and the elastic piece shallow recesses are located at the top of the wave.The outer loop of the above structure can be covered on the ring head, and a surface of the outer loop can be inlaid with jewel particles as a decorative object of the inlay on the ring head. The outer loop can be freely replaced, and it is very convenient to install and remove from the ring head. The elastic piece in the outer loop can tightly clamp the ring head, so that the outer loop is not easy to loose and fall off. The outer loop provides a large surface that can be designed on thereof to make the ring head more decorative and the outer loop can be firmly fixed to the ring head. For a diamond ring, you can achieve a variety of diamond ring styles without changing a diamond head. The ring accessory of the present application can be perfectly fixed on the ring head, and is easy to disassemble and replace, which solve the problem that the ring head cannot be replaced at all in the prior art.

    [0008] Preferably, there are four deep recesses on the inner side of the top cover, and four shallow recesses are respectively arranged between adjacent ones of the four deep recesses; the elastic piece also includes four elastic piece deep recesses and four elastic piece shallow recesses.

    [0009] In one embodiment, a combination of three deep recesses and shallow recesses can be designed. Therefore, it is not limited to the design scheme of four deep recesses and four shallow recesses.

The bottom cover is an optional component, and the bottom cover is provided to increase the strength of the outer loop and even serve as a support component for the elastic piece. In the case of having the bottom cover, the elastic piece not only receives squeezing support from the side cover, but also be supported from the bottom cover, so that the elastic piece is not easily dropped from the outer loop. The elastic piece needs to apply force to the support rod in a radial direction. In the situation of the outer loop is not elastic, the diameter of the elastic piece is smaller than the hole diameter of the top cover, which is advantageous for the elastic piece to fasten the support rod, so that the outer loop is not easy to loosen.

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

    [0025] The present application provides a ring accessory, referring to FIGS 1 to 6, the ring accessory includes an outer loop 1 and an elastic piece 2. FIG 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the outer loop and the elastic piece. The elastic piece 2 is placed in the outer loop 1, and a part of the outer edge of the elastic piece is in contact with the outer loop, so that the elastic piece is clamped in the outer loop. The outer loop includes a lateral loop 3 and a top cover 4 above the lateral loop. The top cover 4 has a hole 5 for the ring head passing through. An inside of the top cover at an edge of the hole include at least three deep recesses.

    Claims

    1. A ring accessory, wherein the ring accessory comprises: an outer loop (1) and an elastic piece (2); the elastic piece (2) is placed within the outer loop (1); the outer loop (1) comprises a lateral loop (3) and a top cover (4) located above the lateral loop (3); the top cover (4) has a hole (5) configured for a ring head passing therethrough, the inner side of the top cover (4) comprises at least three deep recesses (6) at an edge of the hole (5), and a shallow recess (7) is provided between every two adjacent deep recesses (6), wherein a distance from the deep recess (6) to the center of the hole (5) is greater than a distance from the shallow recess (7) to the center of the hole (5); the elastic piece (2) is annular and comprises recesses, i.e., elastic piece deep recesses (8) and elastic piece shallow recesses (9) respectively corresponding to the deep recesses (6) and the shallow recesses (7) of the top cover (4), wherein the elastic piece (2) is an annulus with a wave shape, with the elastic piece deep recesses (8) being located at the bottom of the wave and the elastic piece shallow recesses (9) being located at the top of the wave.
     
    2. The ring accessory of claim 1, wherein four deep recesses (6) are provided on the inner side of the top cover (4), and four shallow recesses (7) are respectively arranged between adjacent ones of the four deep recesses (6); the elastic piece (2) also comprises four elastic piece deep recesses (8) and four elastic piece shallow recesses (9).
     
    3. The ring accessory of claim 1, wherein the deep recesses (6) and the shallow recesses (7) of the top cover (4) are evenly distributed on the top cover (4).
     
    4. The ring accessory of claim 1, wherein a bottom cover (12) is further disposed under the lateral loop (3), and a bottom opening (13) is disposed in the middle of the bottom cover (12) for a ring head pass therethrough.
     
    5. The ring accessory of claim 1, wherein a distance from the elastic piece shallow recess (7) to the center of the hole (5) is smaller than a distance from the shallow recess (7) to the center of the hole (5).
     
    6. The ring accessory of claim 1, wherein a pendant is further disposed below the outer loop (1).
     
    7. The ring accessory of claim 2, wherein the outer loop (1) is circular, and the elastic piece (2) is a rounded quadrangle.
     
    8. A ring head structure, comprising: the ring accessory according to any one of claims 1 to 7, and wherein the ring head structure further comprises a ring support (14); the ring support (14) comprises support rods (15) each corresponding to a shallow recess (7); each support rod (15) comprises a distal end (16) located at an upper portion thereof, and a distance from the distal end (16) to a symmetry center (17) of the ring support (14) is no greater than a distance from the deep recess (6) to the center of the hole (5).
     
    9. The ring head structure of claim 8, wherein the support rod (15) further comprises a proximal end (18) located at a lower portion thereof, a distance from the proximal end (18) to the symmetry center of the ring support (14) is smaller than a distance from the distal end (16) to the symmetry center of the ring support (14), and a distance from the proximal end (18) to the center of the symmetric of the ring support (14) is no greater than a distance from the shallow recess (7) to the center of the hole, with a transition portion (19) arranged between the distal end (16) and the proximal end (18) of the support rod (15); the outer loop (1) is held onto the ring support (14), with the top cover (4) of the outer loop (1) being exposed at the upper portion of the support rod (15); the transition portion (19) is located at a position of the shallow recess (7) and is in close contact with the elastic piece shallow recesses (9) of the elastic piece (2).
     
    10. A ring, comprising: a ring body (20) and a ring support (14) located at the ring body (20), wherein the ring further comprises the ring head of claim 9.

    1. Ringzubehör, wobei das Ringzubehör Folgendes umfasst: eine äußere Schlaufe (1) und ein elastisches Stück (2); das elastische Stück (2) ist innerhalb der äußeren Schlaufe (1) platziert; die äußere Schlaufe (1) umfasst eine seitliche Schlaufe (3) und eine obere Abdeckung (4), die sich oberhalb der seitlichen Schlaufe (3) befindet; die obere Abdeckung (4) weist ein Loch (5) auf, das für einen Ringkopf konfiguriert ist, der durch dieses hindurchgeht, die Innenseite der oberen Abdeckung (4) weist mindestens drei tiefe Aussparungen (6) an einem Rand des Lochs (5) auf und eine flache Aussparung (7) ist zwischen jeweils zwei benachbarten tiefen Aussparungen (6) bereitgestellt, wobei ein Abstand von der tiefen Aussparung (6) zu der Mitte des Lochs (5) größer ist als ein Abstand von der flachen Aussparung (7) zu der Mitte des Lochs (5); das elastische Stück (2) ist ringförmig und weist Aussparungen auf, , d. h. tiefe Aussparungen (8) des elastischen Stücks und flache Aussparungen (9) des elastischen Stücks, die jeweils den tiefen Aussparungen (6) und den flachen Aussparungen (7) der oberen Abdeckung (4) entsprechen, wobei das elastische Stück (2) ein Ring mit einer Wellenform ist, wobei sich die tiefen Aussparungen (8) des elastischen Stücks an dem Boden der Welle befinden und sich die flachen Aussparungen (9) des elastischen Stücks an dem oberen Ende der Welle befinden.
     
    2. Ringzubehör gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei vier tiefe Aussparungen (6) an der Innenseite der oberen Abdeckung (4) bereitgestellt sind und vier flache Aussparungen (7) jeweils zwischen benachbarten der vier tiefen Aussparungen (6) angeordnet sind; das elastische Stück (2) auch vier tiefe Aussparungen (8) und vier flache Aussparungen (9) des elastischen Stücks umfasst.
     
    3. Ringzubehör gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die tiefen Aussparungen (6) und die flachen Aussparungen (7) der oberen Abdeckung (4) gleichmäßig an der oberen Abdeckung (4) verteilt sind.
     
    4. Ringzubehör gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei eine Bodenabdeckung (12) ferner unter der seitlichen Schlaufe (3) angeordnet ist und eine Bodenöffnung (13) für den Durchgang eines Ringkopfs in der Mitte der Bodenabdeckung (12) angeordnet ist.
     
    5. Ringzubehör gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei ein Abstand von der flachen Aussparung (7) des elastischen Stücks zu der Mitte des Lochs (5) kleiner ist als ein Abstand von der flachen Aussparung (7) zu der Mitte des Lochs (5).
     
    6. Ringzubehör gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei ein Anhänger ferner unterhalb der äußeren Schlaufe (1) angeordnet ist.
     
    7. Ringzubehör gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei die äußere Schlaufe (1) kreisförmig ist und das elastische Stück (2) ein abgerundetes Viereck ist.
     
    8. Ringkopfstruktur, umfassend: das Ringzubehör gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, und wobei die Ringkopfstruktur ferner einen Ringträger (14) umfasst; der Ringträger (14) Trägerstäbe (15) umfasst, die jeweils einer flachen Aussparung (7) entsprechen; jeder Trägerstab (15) ein distales Ende (16) umfasst, das sich an einem oberen Abschnitt davon befindet, und ein Abstand von dem distalen Ende (16) zu einer Symmetriemitte (17) des Ringträgers (14) nicht größer ist als ein Abstand von der tiefen Aussparung (6) zu der Mitte des Lochs (5).
     
    9. Ringkopfstruktur gemäß Anspruch 8, wobei der Trägerstab (15) ferner ein proximales Ende (18) umfasst, das sich an einem unteren Abschnitt davon befindet, wobei ein Abstand von dem proximalen Ende (18) zu der Symmetriemitte des Ringträgers (14) kleiner ist als ein Abstand von dem distalen Ende (16) zu der Symmetriemitte des Ringträgers (14), und ein Abstand von dem proximalen Ende (18) zu der Symmetriemitte des Ringträgers (14) nicht größer ist als ein Abstand von der flachen Aussparung (7) zu der Lochmitte, wobei zwischen dem distalen Ende (16) und dem proximalen Ende (18) des Trägerstabs (15) ein Übergangsbereich (19) angeordnet ist; die äußere Schlaufe (1) an dem Ringträger (14) gehalten wird, wobei die obere Abdeckung (4) der äußeren Schlaufe (1) an dem oberen Abschnitt des Trägerstabs (15) freiliegt; sich der Übergangsabschnitt (19) an einer Position der flachen Aussparung (7) befindet und in engem Kontakt mit den flachen Aussparungen (9) des elastischen Stücks (2) ist.
     
    10. Ring, umfassend: einen Ringkörper (20) und einen Ringträger (14), der sich an dem Ringkörper (20) befindet, wobei der Ring ferner den Ringkopf Anspruch 9 umfasst.
     


    Revendications

    1. Un accessoire de bague, dans lequel l'accessoire de bague comprend: une boucle extérieure (1) et une pièce élastique (2) ; la pièce élastique (2) est placée à l'intérieur de la boucle extérieure (1) ; la boucle extérieure (1) comprend une boucle latérale (3) et un couvercle supérieur (4) situé au-dessus de la boucle latérale (3) ; le couvercle supérieur (4) a un trou (5) configuré pour le passage d'une tête de bague, le côté intérieur du couvercle supérieur (4) comprend au moins trois évidements profonds (6) sur un bord du trou (5), et un évidement peu profond (7) est prévu entre deux évidements profonds adjacents (6), dans lequel une distance de l'évidement profond (6) au centre du trou (5) est supérieure à une distance de l'évidement peu profond (7) au centre du trou (5) ; la pièce élastique (2) est annulaire et comprend des évidements, c'est-à-dire des évidements profonds de la pièce élastique (8) et des évidements peu profonds de la pièce élastique (9) correspondant respectivement aux évidements profonds (6) et aux évidements peu profonds (7) du couvercle supérieur (4), dans lequel la pièce élastique (2) est un anneau avec une forme de vague, les évidements profonds de la pièce élastique (8) étant situés au fond de la vague et les évidements peu profonds de la pièce élastique (9) étant situés au sommet de la vague.
     
    2. L'accessoire de bague selon la revendication 1, dans lequel quatre évidements profonds (6) sont prévus sur le côté intérieur du couvercle supérieur (4), et quatre évidements peu profonds (7) sont respectivement disposés entre les évidements adjacents des quatre évidements profonds (6) ; la pièce élastique (2) comprend également quatre évidements profonds de la pièce élastique (8) et quatre évidements peu profonds de la pièce élastique (9).
     
    3. L'accessoire de bague selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les évidements profonds (6) et les évidements peu profonds (7) du couvercle supérieur (4) sont répartis uniformément sur le couvercle supérieur (4).
     
    4. L'accessoire de bague selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un couvercle inférieur (12) est en outre disposé sous la boucle latérale (3), et une ouverture inférieure (13) est disposée au milieu du couvercle inférieur (12) pour le passage d'une tête de bague.
     
    5. L'accessoire de bague selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une distance de l'évidement peu profond de la pièce élastique (7) au centre du trou (5) est inférieure à une distance de l'évidement peu profond (7) au centre du trou (5).
     
    6. L'accessoire de bague selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un pendentif est en outre disposé sous la boucle extérieure (1).
     
    7. L'accessoire de bague selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la boucle extérieure (1) est circulaire, et la pièce élastique (2) est un quadrilatère arrondi.
     
    8. Une structure de tête de bague, comprenant : l'accessoire de bague selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, et dans laquelle la structure de tête de bague comprend en outre un support de bague (14) ; le support de bague (14) comprend des tiges de support (15) correspondant chacune à un évidement peu profond (7) ; chaque tige de support (15) comprend une extrémité distale (16) située à une partie supérieure de celle-ci, et une distance de l'extrémité distale (16) à un centre de symétrie (17) du support de bague (14) n'est pas supérieure à une distance de l'évidement profond (6) au centre du trou (5).
     
    9. La structure de tête de bague selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle la tige de support (15) comprend en outre une extrémité proximale (18) située à une partie inférieure de celle-ci, une distance de l'extrémité proximale (18) au centre de symétrie du support de bague (14) est inférieure à une distance de l'extrémité distale (16) au centre de symétrie du support de bague (14), et une distance de l'extrémité proximale (18) au centre de symétrie du support de bague (14) n'est pas supérieure à une distance de l'évidement peu profond (7) au centre du trou, avec une partie de transition (19) disposée entre l'extrémité distale (16) et l'extrémité proximale (18) de la tige de support (15) ; la boucle extérieure (1) est maintenue sur le support de bague (14), le couvercle supérieur (4) de la boucle extérieure (1) étant exposé à la partie supérieure de la tige de support (15) ; la partie de transition (19) est située à une position de l'évidement peu profond (7) et est en contact étroit avec les évidements peu profonds (9) de la pièce élastique (2).
     
    10. Une bague, comprenant: un corps de bague (20) et un support de bague (14) situé au niveau du corps de bague (20), dans laquelle la bague comprend en outre la tête de bague selon la revendication 9.
