    [Technical Field]



    [0001] The present invention relates to a motor.

    [Background Art]



    [0002] A motor includes a rotor and a stator. Coils are wound around the stator. The motor is required to be small in size but high in output power. However, in a case in which the output power of the motor is increased, there is a problem in that an internal temperature of the motor is increased. Accordingly, checking the internal temperature of the motor is a very important issue to secure performance of the motor.

    [0003] In order to measure the internal temperature of the motor, one solution is a temperature sensor installed on the coil. However, such a solution has low adhesion between the temperature sensor and the coil, a problem occurs in that the temperature sensor is separated from the coil, and thus there is a big problem in that an error occurs in temperature measurement. In addition, there is another problem in that a process is complicated and difficult because an installation space for the temperature sensor is small.

    [0004] The motor incudes a sensing magnet and a sensor which are components for detecting a position of the rotor. The sensing magnet is coupled to a shaft to operate in conjunction with the rotation of the shaft. In addition, the sensor is disposed to face the sensing magnet. The sensor detects a magnetic force of the sensing magnet.

    [0005] Precisely detecting the position of the rotor is a very important factor to control the motor. However, the performance of detecting the position of the rotor may be significantly degraded due to electromagnetic waves or noise generated inside or outside the motor. In order to prevent the performance degradation, a cap member configured to shield electromagnetic waves or noise is installed around the sensing magnet and the sensor. However, there are problems in that the number of components is increased because the cap member is installed, an assembly process becomes complicated because an installation process for the cap member is added, and it is difficult to secure the installation space for the cap member. US2011/254388 is an example of a motor according to the prior art.

    [0008] The present disclosure is directed to providing a motor in which an error in temperature measurement of a temperature sensor is prevented, and a fixing force of the temperature sensor is improved, and of which a process is simplified.

    [0009] In addition, the present disclosure is directed to providing a motor in which a structure of a cap member is simplified, an assembly process of the cap member is simplified, and an installation space for the cap member is easily secured.

    [Technical Solution]



    [0011] One aspect of the present disposure provides a motor including a shaft, a rotor disposed outside the shaft, a stator disposed outside the rotor, a bus bar disposed on the stator, and a cover disposed on the bus bar, wherein the bus bar includes terminals connected to coils of the stator and an insulator which insulates the terminals from each other, and the cover includes a power source terminal portion coupled to the terminals, a temperature sensor connected to the power source terminal portion, and pad portions connected to the temperature sensor.

    [0012] The motor may further include a front flange disposed between the bus bar and the cover.

    [0013] The motor may further include a housing disposed outside the stator and the rotor, and a rear flange disposed at a lower side of the housing, wherein the front flange may be disposed at an upper side of the housing.

    [0049] The shaft 100 is coupled to the rotor 200. When a current is supplied and an electromagnetic interaction occurs between the rotor 200 and the stator 300, the rotor 200 is rotated and the shaft 100 is rotated in conjunction with the rotor 200.

    [0051] The rotor 200 may include a rotor core and magnets. The rotor core may be formed such that a plurality of circular thin steel plates are stacked or may be formed to have a cylindrical shape. A hole into which the shaft 100 is inserted may be formed at a center of the rotor core. The magnets may be attached to an outer circumferential surface of the rotor core. The plurality of magnets may be disposed at predetermined intervals along a circumference of the rotor core. Alternatively, one ring type magnet may be attached to the rotor core.

The electric control unit of the vehicle converts the changed resistance value of the head portion 921 to detect an internal temperature of the motor. Internal temperature data, which corresponds to the changed resistance value of the head portion 921, of the motor may be prestored in the electric control unit of the vehicle.

The number of the slots 2100 is equal to the number of the connecting portions 1300.

    Claims

    1. A motor comprising:

    a shaft (100);

    a rotor (200) disposed radially outside the shaft (100);

    a stator (300) disposed radially outside the rotor (200);

    a sensing magnet (800) coupled to an axially upper end of the shaft (100);

    a circuit substrate (1000) disposed above the sensing magnet (800) and including a sensor (1010) configured to detect a magnetic flux change due to the sensing magnet (800); and

    a cap member (2000) which covers the sensor (1010),

    wherein the circuit substrate (1000) includes a first substrate (1100), a second substrate (1200) disposed to be spaced apart from the first substrate, and connecting portions (1300) connecting the first substrate (1100) to the second substrate (1200),

    the sensor (1010) is mounted on the second substrate (1200), and

    the cap member (2000) is disposed to pass through a separating space between the first substrate (1100) and the second substrate (1200) and the upper portion of the cap member (2000) surrounds a space axially above the second substrate (1200) and the lower portion of the cap member (2000) surrounds a space axially under the second substrate (1200), characterized by the fact that slots (2100) formed upward from a lower end of the cap member (2000) are disposed in the cap member (2000); and the connecting portions (1300) are disposed in the slots (2100), and

    a length of the lower portion of the cap member (2000) is such that a position (H2) of the lower end of the cap member (2000) is disposed at a lower level than a position (H1) of said axially upper end of the shaft (100), wherein

    upper ends of the slots (2100) are blocked by the connecting portions (1300).


     
    2. The motor of claim 1, wherein:

    the first substrate (1100) includes a through hole (1110); and

    the second substrate (1200) is the part of the circuit substrate delimited by the through hole (1110) .


     
    3. The motor of claim 2, further comprising a fixing portion (3000) which fixes the cap member (2000) to the circuit substrate (1000),
    wherein the fixing portion (3000) includes a body portion (3100) in contact with an upper surface of the cap member (2000) and leg portions (3200) disposed at both ends of the body portion (3100) and coupled to the circuit substrate (1000).
     
    4. The motor of claim 2, wherein:

    the first substrate (1100) includes grooves (1120) recessed from the through hole (1110) toward an inner side of the first substrate (1100); and

    the leg portions (3200) are disposed in the grooves (1120).


     
    5. The motor of claim 1, further comprising:

    a bus bar (400) disposed on the stator (200); and

    a cover (900) disposed on the bus bar (400),

    wherein the bus bar (400) includes terminals (410) connected to coils of the stator (200) and an insulator which insulates the terminals (410) from each other, and

    the cover (900) includes a power source terminal portion (910) coupled to the terminals (410), a temperature sensor (920) connected to the power source terminal portion (910), and a pad portion (930) connected to the temperature sensor,

    wherein the cover (900) includes an accommodation portion (901c) accommodating the temperature sensor (920).


     
    6. The motor of claim 5, further comprising a front flange (600) disposed between the bus bar (400) and the cover (900).
     
    7. The motor of claim 6, further comprising:

    a housing (500) disposed outside the stator (300) and the rotor (200), and

    a rear flange (700) disposed at a lower side of the housing (500),

    wherein the front flange (600) is disposed at an upper side of the housing (500).


     
    8. The motor of claim 5, wherein the temperature sensor (920) includes:

    a head portion (921); and

    a wire (922) connected to the head portion (921),

    wherein the pad portion (930) includes a connecting end connected to the wire (922).


     
    9. The motor of claim 8, wherein:

    the wire (920) includes a first wire (922a) and a second wire (922b);

    the pad portion (930) include a first pad portion (9310) and a second pad portion (932),

    the first wire (922a) is connected to the first pad portion (931); and

    the second wire (922b) is connected to the second pad portion (9320).


     


    Ansprüche

    1. Motor umfassend:

    eine Welle (100);

    einen Rotor (200), der radial außerhalb der Welle (100) angeordnet ist;

    einen Stator (300), der radial außerhalb des Rotors (200) angeordnet ist;

    einen Abtastmagneten (800), der mit einem axial oberen Ende der Welle (100) gekoppelt ist;

    ein Schaltungssubstrat (1000), das über dem Abtastmagneten (800) angeordnet ist und einen Sensor (1010) umfasst, der dazu konfiguriert ist, eine Magnetflussänderung aufgrund des Abtastmagneten (800) zu detektieren; und

    ein Kappenelement (2000), das den Sensor (1010) abdeckt,

    wobei das Schaltungssubstrat (1000) ein erstes Substrat (1100), ein zweites Substrat (1200), das dazu angeordnet ist, von dem ersten Substrat beabstandet zu sein, und Verbindungsabschnitte umfasst, die das erste Substrat (1100) mit dem zweiten Substrat (1200) verbinden,

    der Sensor (1010) an dem zweiten Substrat (1200) montiert ist, und

    das Kappenelement (2000) dazu angeordnet ist, durch einen Trennraum zwischen dem ersten Substrat (1100) und dem zweiten Substrat (1200) hindurchzugehen, und der obere Abschnitt des Kappenelements (2000) einen Raum umgibt, der axial über dem zweiten Substrat (1200) ist und der untere Abschnitt des Kappenelements (2000) einen Raum umgibt, der axial unter dem zweiten Substrat (1200) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass

    Schlitze (2100), die von einem unteren Ende des Kappenelements (2000) aufwärts gebildet sind, in dem Kappenelement (2000) angeordnet sind; und die Verbindungsabschnitte (1300) in den Schlitzen (2100) angeordnet sind, und

    eine Länge des unteren Abschnitts des Kappenelements (2000) derart ist, dass eine Position (H2) des unteren Endes des Kappenelements (2000) auf einem niedrigeren Niveau als eine Position (H1) des axial oberen Endes der Welle (100) angeordnet ist, wobei obere Enden der Schlitze (2100) durch die Verbindungsabschnitte (1300) blockiert werden.


     
    2. Motor nach Anspruch 1, wobei:

    das erste Substrat (1100) ein Durchgangsloch (1110) umfasst; und

    das zweite Substrat (1200) der Teil des Schaltungssubstrats ist, der durch das Durchgangsloch (1110) abgegrenzt wird.


     
    3. Motor nach Anspruch 2, ferner umfassend einen Fixierabschnitt (3000), der das Kappenelement (2000) an dem Schaltungssubstrat (1000) fixiert,
    wobei der Fixierabschnitt (3000) einen Körperabschnitt (3100) in Kontakt mit einer oberen Oberfläche des Kappenelements (2000) und Schenkelabschnitte (3200) umfasst, die an beiden Enden des Körperabschnitts (3100) angeordnet und mit dem Schaltungssubstrat (1000) gekoppelt sind.
     
    4. Motor nach Anspruch 2, wobei:

    das erste Substrat (1100) Nuten (1120) umfasst, die von dem Durchgangsloch (1110) zu einer Innenseite des ersten Substrats (1100) hin ausgespart sind; und

    die Schenkelabschnitte (3200) in den Nuten (1120) angeordnet sind.


     
    5. Motor nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend:

    eine Sammelschiene (400), die an dem Stator (200) angeordnet ist; und

    eine Abdeckung (900), die an der Sammelschiene (400) angeordnet ist,

    wobei die Sammelschiene (400) Anschlüsse (410), die mit Spulen des Stators (200) verbunden sind, und einen Isolator umfasst, der die Anschlüsse (410) voneinander isoliert, und

    die Abdeckung (900) einen Leistungsquellenanschlussabschnitt (910), der mit den Anschlüssen (410) gekoppelt ist, einen Temperatursensor (920), der mit dem Leistungsquellenanschlussabschnitt (910) verbunden ist, und einen Pad-Abschnitt (930) umfasst, der mit dem Temperatursensor verbunden ist,

    wobei die Abdeckung (900) einen Aufnahmeabschnitt (901c) umfasst, der den Temperatursensor (920) aufnimmt.


     
    6. Motor nach Anspruch 5, ferner umfassend einen vorderen Flansch (600), der zwischen der Sammelschiene (400) und der Abdeckung (900) angeordnet ist.
     
    7. Motor nach Anspruch 6, ferner umfassend:

    ein Gehäuse (500), das außerhalb des Stators (300) und des Rotors (200) angeordnet ist; und

    einen hinteren Flansch (700), der an einer unteren Seite des Gehäuses (500) angeordnet ist,

    wobei der vordere Flansch (600) an einer oberen Seite des Gehäuses (500) angeordnet ist.


     
    8. Motor nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Temperatursensor (920) umfasst:

    einen Kopfabschnitt (921); und

    einen Draht (922), der mit dem Kopfabschnitt (921) verbunden ist,

    wobei der Pad-Abschnitt (930) ein Verbindungsende umfasst, das mit dem Draht (922) verbunden ist.


     
    9. Motor nach Anspruch 8, wobei:

    der Draht (920) einen ersten Draht (922a) und einen zweiten Draht (922b) umfasst;

    der Pad-Abschnitt (930) einen ersten Pad-Abschnitt (9310) und einen zweiten Pad-Abschnitt (932) umfasst;

    der erste Draht (922a) mit dem ersten Pad-Abschnitt (931) verbunden ist; und

    der zweite Draht (922b) mit dem zweiten Pad-Abschnitt (9320) verbunden ist.


     


    Revendications

    1. Un moteur comprenant :

    un arbre (100) ;

    un rotor (200) disposé radialement à l'extérieur de l'arbre (100) ;

    un stator (300) disposé radialement à l'extérieur du rotor (200) ;

    un aimant de détection (800) relié à une extrémité axialement supérieure de l'arbre (100) ;

    un substrat de circuit (1000) disposé au-dessus de l'aimant de détection (800) et comprenant un capteur (1010) configuré pour détecter un changement de flux magnétique dû à l'aimant de détection (800) ; et

    un élément de recouvrement (2000) qui recouvre le capteur (1010),

    le substrat de circuit (1000) comprenant un premier substrat (1100), un deuxième substrat (1200) disposé de façon à être espacé du premier substrat, et des parties de liaison (1300) reliant le premier substrat (1100) au deuxième substrat (1200),

    le capteur (1010) étant monté sur le deuxième substrat (1200), et

    l'élément de recouvrement (2000) étant disposé pour traverser un espace de séparation entre le premier substrat (1100) et le deuxième substrat (1200) et la partie supérieure de l'élément de recouvrement (2000) entourant un espace situé axialement au-dessus du deuxième substrat (1200) et la partie inférieure de l'élément de recouvrement (2000) entourant un espace situé axialement sous le deuxième substrat (1200), caractérisé par le fait que des fentes (2100) formées vers le haut à partir d'une extrémité inférieure de l'élément de recouvrement (2000) sont disposées dans l'élément de recouvrement (2000) ; et les parties de liaison (1300) sont disposées dans les fentes (2100), et

    une longueur de la partie inférieure de l'élément de recouvrement (2000) est telle qu'une position (H2) de l'extrémité inférieure de l'élément de recouvrement (2000) est disposée à un niveau inférieur à une position (H1) de ladite extrémité axialement supérieure de l'arbre (100),

    les extrémités supérieures des fentes (2100) étant bloquées par les parties de liaison (1300).


     
    2. Le moteur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel :

    le premier substrat (1100) comprend un trou traversant (1110) ; et

    le deuxième substrat (1200) est la partie du substrat de circuit délimitée par le trou traversant (1110),


     
    3. Le moteur selon la revendication 2, comprenant en outre une partie de fixation (3000) qui fixe l'élément de recouvrement (2000) au substrat de circuit (1000),
    la partie de fixation (3000) comprenant une partie de corps (3100) en contact avec une surface supérieure de l'élément de recouvrement (2000) et des parties formant branches (3200) disposées aux deux extrémités de la partie de corps (3100) et reliées au substrat de circuit (1000),
     
    4. Le moteur selon la revendication 2, dans lequel :

    le premier substrat (1100) comprend des rainures (1120) en renfoncement depuis le trou traversant (1110) vers un côté intérieur du premier substrat (1100) ; et

    les parties formant branches (3200) sont disposées dans les rainures (1120).


     
    5. Le moteur selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :

    une barre omnibus (400) disposée sur le stator (200) ; et

    un couvercle (900) disposé sur la barre omnibus (400),

    la barre omnibus (400) comprenant des bornes (410) connectées aux bobines du stator (200) et un isolant qui isole les bornes (410) les unes des autres, et

    le couvercle (900) comprenant une partie (910) formant borne de source d'alimentation reliée aux bornes (410), un capteur de température (920) connecté à la partie (910) formant borne de source d'alimentation et une partie (930) formant plot connectée au capteur de température,

    le couvercle (900) comprenant une partie de logement (901c) logeant le capteur de température (920).


     
    6. Le moteur selon la revendication 5, comprenant en outre une bride avant (600) disposée entre la barre omnibus (400) et le couvercle (900).
     
    7. Le moteur selon la revendication 6, comprenant en outre :

    un boîtier (500) disposé à l'extérieur du stator (300) et du rotor (200) ; et

    une bride arrière (700) disposée sur un côté inférieur du boîtier (500),

    la bride avant (600) étant disposée sur un côté supérieur du boîtier (500),


     
    8. Le moteur selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le capteur de température (920) comprend :

    une partie de tête (921) ; et

    un fil (922) connecté à la partie de tête (921),

    la partie (930) formant plot comprend une extrémité de connexion connectée au fil (922).


     
    9. Le moteur selon la revendication 8, dans lequel :

    le fil (920) comprend un premier fil (922a) et un deuxième fil (922b) ;

    la partie (930) formant plot comprend une première partie formant plot (9310) et une deuxième partie formant plot (932) ;

    le premier fil (922a) est connecté à la première partie formant plot (9310) ; et

    le deuxième fil (922b) est connecté à la deuxième partie formant plot (9320).
