(57) A control device (80) for controlling a brake device (50) includes an acquiring unit (87) for acquiring position information of a vehicle (10) on a rail. The control device (80) includes a wheel slide determining unit (81) for determining, based on a rotational speed of an axle detected by a rotation sensor, or an axial rotational speed, whether the wheel (43) of the vehicle (10) is sliding. The control device (80) includes a storing unit for storing, as wheel slide information, position information of the vehicle (10) on the rail observed when the wheel (43) of the vehicle (10) has slid.
