    [0001] The present disclosure relates to a dishwasher, and more particularly, to a dishwasher including a control panel provided with an operation button on a door.

    [0002] A dishwasher is a home appliance that washes contaminants such as food residues on dishes, cooking utensils, etc. (hereinafter, 'washing target') by highpressure washing water sprayed from a spray arm.

    [0003] A washing target may be loaded into or withdrawn from a tub through a door that opens and closes the tub. The dishwasher is provided with an operation button for operating the dishwasher and a printed circuit board for recognizing the operation of the dishwasher. User can control the operation of the dishwasher through those components. Meanwhile, the operation button and the printed circuit board may be disposed on a door which is disposed in the front that can be easily accessed by a user.

    [0004] Meanwhile, high-temperature washing water or steam may flow inside the dishwasher, and the high-temperature washing water or steam may flow into the inside of the door or the upper side of the door during the flow process.

    [0005] Accordingly, there is a very high possibility that moisture penetrates into an electric device such as a printed circuit board disposed on the door. When moisture penetrates the printed circuit board disposed to control the operation of the dishwasher, it may cause malfunction of a touch button due to conduction between internal circuits, conduction between buttons, corrosion of pattern, and the like.

    [0006] Korean patent application KR 1020160072194 discloses a structure in which a PCB is disposed inside a control unit and discloses a PCB frame for fixing the PCB. However, since it does not disclose a structure of blocking moisture from entering the PCB, there still exists the above problem. JP 2005 052282 A relates to a control device for equipment, such as a dishwasher, whose main body for controlling operation is moisture-proofed with a potting material surrounding the printed circuit board, which is located in a mounting space of a supporter.

    [Technical Problem]



    [0009] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a dishwasher that blocks the inflow of moisture to a printed circuit board disposed on a door.

    [0010] Another object of the present disclosure is to provide a dishwasher that enhances the recognition power of an operation button by using a printed circuit board having a moisture inflow blocking structure.

    [0011] The problems of the present disclosure are not limited to the problems mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the following description.

    [Technical Solution]



    [0012] In order to achieve the above object, dishwasher according to claim 1 has been provided.

    [0013] In the dishwasher according to the present disclosure, a control panel having an operation button is disposed in a door that opens and closes a tub at the front of the tub. A printed circuit board for detecting an input for an operation button is disposed inside the control panel, and the printed circuit board is mounted on a supporter for fixing the disposition of the printed circuit board inside the control panel. In the supporter on which the printed circuit board is mounted inside, a waterproof film is adhered to one side surface, and a coating layer filled with a waterproof material is formed in the mounting space where the printed circuit board is mounted, so that the inflow of moisture into the printed circuit board disposed inside the supporter can be completely blocked.

    [0014] A button recognition part for detecting an input for the operation button may be disposed in the printed circuit board, and a button hole formed to pass through between the button recognition part and the operation button may be formed in the supporter. Below preferable configurations of the control panel are described, the scope of the invention being defined in the claims.

    [0026] First, a printed circuit board disposed inside the control panel is disposed inside the supporter, and in the supporter, a waterproof film is adhered to one side, and a coating layer filled with a waterproof material is disposed in the other side, thereby blocking moisture flowing into the printed circuit board. This prevents corrosion or defects of the printed circuit board from occurring, thereby maximizing the service life of the control panel on which the printed circuit board is disposed.

    [0027] Second, the input transmission member is disposed in the front and rear area where the waterproof film is disposed, and the recognition power of the operation button is increased through carbon printing for the waterproof film on which the input transmission member is disposed, thereby enabling easy operation by a user.

The film insert molding method may be a method in which a waterproof film 160 thermoformed to fit the outer surface 132b of the mounting plate 132 of the supporter 130 is placed in a mold, and the supporter 130 is injected. In this case, the adhesive force between the waterproof film 160 and the supporter 130 may be increased by using the same material for the waterproof film 160 and the supporter 130. As an embodiment, the supporter 130 and the waterproof film 160 may use a polycarbonate material.

The first printing part 162 may be disposed on the surface of the waterproof film 160 to which the first input transmission member 172 and the second input transmission member 174 are adhered.

The thickness D1 of the first input transmission member 172 may be three times or more greater than the thickness D2 of the second input transmission member 174. A gap between the printed circuit board 150 and the control panel 110 may be narrowed by minimizing the range of the thickness D2 of the second input transmission member 174. However, in order to reinforce the strength of the supporter 130, the thickness of the first input transmission member 172 may be thicker than that of the second input transmission member 174 in consideration of the thickness of the supporter 130.

    [0074] A coating layer 180 made of a waterproof material is formed in the mounting space 130a of the supporter 130. The inner surface 132a of the supporter 130 is filled with a waterproof material in the direction of the second surface 150b of the printed circuit board 150 to form the coating layer 180. That is, in the state in which the printed circuit board 150 is mounted, the coating layer 180 may be formed in the direction of the second surface 150b of the printed circuit board 150 by injecting a waterproofing material into the mounting space 130a of the supporter 130. The waterproof material according to the present embodiment may use silicone or urethane.

    Claims

    1. A dishwasher comprising:

    a cabinet (14) that forms an outer shape;

    a tub (10) that is disposed inside the cabinet (14), forms a washing chamber (10a) accommodating a washing target, and has an open front;

    a door (12) that opens and closes the opened front of the tub (10);

    a control panel (110) that is disposed in one side of the door (12), and has an operation button (116);

    a printed circuit board (150) that is disposed inside the control panel (110), and detects an input for the operation button (116);

    a supporter (130) that has a mounting space (130a), which is formed inside, in which the printed circuit board (150) is mounted, and is disposed inside the control panel (110);

    a waterproof film (160) that is adhered to one side of the supporter (130) facing the control panel (110) and blocks water inflow into the printed circuit board (150) disposed in the mounting space (130a); and

    a coating layer (180) filled with a waterproof material, in the mounting space (130a) of the supporter (130) on which the printed circuit board (150) is mounted,

    wherein the printed circuit board (150) comprises a first surface (150a) mounted on the supporter (130) and a second surface (150b) exposed to the mounting space (130a) of the supporter (130), and

    in the supporter (130), the waterproof film (160) is adhered to an outer surface (132b) of the supporter (130) disposed in a direction in which the first surface (150a) faces, and the coating layer (180) is formed in the mounting space (130a) of the supporter (130) in a direction in which the second surface (150b) faces.


     
    2. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein a button recognition part (152) for detecting an input for the operation button (116) is disposed in the printed circuit board (150), and
    a button hole (136) formed to pass through between the button recognition part (152) and the operation button (116) is formed in the supporter (130).
     
    3. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the supporter (130) comprises:

    a mounting plate (132) which is disposed between the control panel (110) and the printed circuit board (150), and has one side surface on which the printed circuit board (150) is mounted; and

    an edge portion (134) which is extended by bending from an edge area of the mounting plate (132) in a direction in which the printed circuit board (150) is disposed and forms an inner mounting space.


     
    4. The dishwasher of claim 3, wherein the mounting plate (132) comprises an inner surface on which the printed circuit board (150) is mounted and an outer surface (132b) disposed to face the control panel (110), and
    the waterproof film (160) is adhered to the outer surface (132b) of the mounting plate (132).
     
    5. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the waterproof film (160) is adhered to the supporter (130) by a film insert molding method.
     
    6. The dishwasher of claim 5, wherein the supporter (130) and the waterproof film (160) are formed of the same material.
     
    7. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein a lamp (154) that is turned on or off when the input for the operation button (116) is detected is disposed on the printed circuit board (150),
    wherein the supporter (130) comprises a lamp hole (138) that is formed so that light generated in the lamp (154) disposed on the printed circuit board (150) is irradiated to the control panel (110).
     
    8. The dishwasher of claim 2, further comprising an input transmission portion (170) which is disposed between the operation button (116) and the button recognition part (152), and transmits user's input for the operation button (116) to the button recognition part (152).
     
    9. The dishwasher of claim 8, wherein the input transmission portion (170) comprises:

    a first input transmission portion (172) disposed between the waterproof film (160) and the printed circuit board (150); and

    a second input transmission portion (174) disposed between the waterproof film (160) and the control panel (110).


     
    10. The dishwasher of claim 9, wherein a thickness of the first input transmission portion (172) is greater than a thickness of the second input transmission portion (174).
     
    11. The dishwasher of claim 9, wherein the waterproof film (160) comprises a first printing part (162) that is carbon-printed in a portion that the input transmission portion (170) contacts.
     
    12. The dishwasher of claim 7, wherein the waterproof film (160) comprises a second printing part (164) that is diffusely printed so as to uniformly radiate a light irradiated from the lamp (154) in a portion facing the lamp hole (138).
     


    Ansprüche

    1. Geschirrspüler, aufweisend:

    ein Gehäuse (14), das eine äußere Form bildet;

    eine Wanne (10), die im Inneren des Gehäuses (14) angeordnet ist, eine Waschkammer (10a) bildet, die einen Waschgegenstand aufnimmt und eine offene Vorderseite aufweist;

    eine Tür (12), die die geöffnete Vorderseite der Wanne (10) öffnet und schließt;

    ein Bedienfeld (110), das an einer Seite der Tür (12) angeordnet ist und eine Bedientaste (116) aufweist;

    eine Leiterplatte (150), die im Inneren des Bedienfelds (110) angeordnet ist und eine Eingabe für die Bedientaste (116) erkennt;

    einen Träger (130), der einen innen ausgebildeten Befestigungsraum (130a) aufweist, in dem die Leiterplatte (150) befestigt ist, und der im Inneren des Bedienfelds (110) angeordnet ist;

    eine wasserdichte Folie (160), die an einer Seite des Trägers (130), die dem Bedienfeld (110) zugewandt ist, angebracht ist und das Eindringen von Wasser in die im Befestigungsraum (130a) angeordnete Leiterplatte (150) verhindert; und

    eine Beschichtungsschicht (180), die mit einem wasserdichten Material im Befestigungsraum (130a) des Trägers (130) gefüllt ist, auf dem die Leiterplatte (150) befestigt ist,

    wobei die Leiterplatte (150) eine erste Oberfläche (150a), die auf dem Träger (130) befestigt ist, und eine zweite Oberfläche (150b) umfasst, die hin zu dem Befestigungsraum (130a) des Trägers (130) freiliegt, und

    in dem Träger (130) die wasserdichte Folie (160) an einer Außenfläche (132b) des Trägers (130) angebracht ist, die in einer Richtung angeordnet ist, in die die erste Oberfläche (150a) weist, und die Beschichtungsschicht (180) in dem Befestigungsraum (130a) des Trägers (130) in einer Richtung ausgebildet ist, in die die zweite Oberfläche (150b) weist.


     
    2. Geschirrspüler nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Tastenerkennungsteil (152) zum Erkennen einer Eingabe für die Bedientaste (116) in der Leiterplatte (150) angeordnet ist, und
    ein Tastenloch (136), welches derart ausgebildet ist, dass es zwischen dem Tastenerkennungsteil (152) und der Betätigungstaste (116) hindurchgeht, in dem Träger (130) ausgebildet ist.
     
    3. Geschirrspüler nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Träger (130) aufweist:

    eine Befestigungsplatte (132), die zwischen dem Bedienfeld (110) und der Leiterplatte (150) angeordnet ist und eine Seitenfläche aufweist, auf der die Leiterplatte (150) befestigt ist; und

    einen Randabschnitt (134), der sich durch Biegen von einem Randbereich der Befestigungsplatte (132) in eine Richtung erstreckt, in der die Leiterplatte (150) angeordnet ist und einen inneren Befestigungsraum bildet.


     
    4. Geschirrspüler nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Befestigungsplatte (132) eine Innenfläche, an der die Leiterplatte (150) befestigt ist, und eine Außenfläche (132b) aufweist, die so angeordnet ist, dass sie dem Bedienfeld (110) zugewandt ist, und
    die wasserdichte Folie (160) auf die äußere Oberfläche (132b) der Befestigungsplatte (132) angebracht ist.
     
    5. Geschirrspüler nach Anspruch 1, wobei die wasserdichte Folie (160) durch ein Folieneinsatzverfahren an den Träger (130) angebracht ist.
     
    6. Geschirrspüler nach Anspruch 5, wobei der Träger (130) und die wasserdichte Folie (160) aus demselben Material ausgebildet sind.
     
    7. Geschirrspüler nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Leuchte (154) auf der Leiterplatte (150) angeordnet ist, die ein- oder ausgeschaltet wird, wenn die Eingabe für die Bedientaste (116) erkannt wird,
    wobei der Träger (130) ein Leuchtenloch (138) aufweist, welches derart ausgebildet ist, dass das in der auf der Leiterplatte (150) angeordneten Leuchte (154) erzeugte Licht auf das Bedienfeld (110) gestrahlt wird.
     
    8. Geschirrspüler nach Anspruch 2, ferner aufweisend einen Eingabeübertragungsabschnitt (170), der zwischen der Bedientaste (116) und dem Tastenerkennungsteil (152) angeordnet ist und die Benutzereingabe für die Bedientaste (116) an das Tastenerkennungsteil (152) überträgt.
     
    9. Geschirrspüler nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Eingabeübertragungsabschnitt (170) aufweist:

    einen ersten Eingabeübertragungsabschnitt (172), der zwischen der wasserdichten Folie (160) und der Leiterplatte (150) angeordnet ist; und

    einen zweiten Eingabeübertragungsabschnitt (174), der zwischen der wasserdichten Folie (160) und dem Bedienfeld (110) angeordnet ist.


     
    10. Geschirrspüler nach Anspruch 9, wobei eine Dicke des ersten Eingabeübertragungsabschnitts (172) größer ist als eine Dicke des zweiten Eingabeübertragungsabschnitts (174).
     
    11. Geschirrspüler nach Anspruch 9, wobei die wasserdichte Folie (160) ein erstes Druckteil (162) aufweist, das in einem Abschnitt, den der Eingabeübertragungsabschnitt (170) kontaktiert, mit Kohlenstoff gedruckt ist.
     
    12. Geschirrspüler nach Anspruch 7, wobei die wasserdichte Folie (160) ein zweites Druckteil (164) umfasst, das diffus bedruckt ist, um ein von der Leuchte (154) ausgestrahltes Licht in einem dem Leuchtenloch (138) zugewandten Abschnitt gleichmäßig abzustrahlen.
     


    Revendications

    1. Lave-vaisselle, comprenant :

    une carrosserie (14) qui forme une forme externe ;

    une cuve (10) qui est disposée à l'intérieur de la carrosserie (14), forme une chambre de lavage (10a) recevant une cible de lavage, et présente un avant ouvert ;

    une porte (12) qui ouvre et ferme l'avant ouvert de la cuve (10) ;

    un panneau de commande (110) qui est disposé dans un côté de la porte (12), et présente un bouton de fonctionnement (116) ;

    une carte de circuit imprimé (150) qui est disposée à l'intérieur du panneau de commande (110), et détecte une entrée pour le bouton de fonctionnement (116) ;

    un support (130) qui présente un espace de montage (130a), qui est formé à l'intérieur, dans lequel la carte de circuit imprimé (150) est montée, et est disposé à l'intérieur du panneau de commande (110) ;

    un film étanche à l'eau (160) qui est collé sur un côté du support (130) faisant face au panneau de commande (110) et bloque l'entrée d'eau dans la carte de circuit imprimé (150) disposée dans l'espace de montage (130a) ; et

    une couche de revêtement (180) remplie d'un matériau étanche à l'eau, dans l'espace de montage (130a) du support (130) sur lequel la carte de circuit imprimé (150) est montée,

    dans lequel la carte de circuit imprimé (150) comprend une première surface (150a) montée sur le support (130) et une seconde surface (150b) exposée à l'espace de montage (130a) du support (130), et

    dans le support (130), le film étanche à l'eau (160) est collé sur une surface externe (132b) du support (130) disposée dans une direction dans laquelle la première surface (150a) fait face, et la couche de revêtement (180) est formée dans l'espace de montage (130a) du support (130) dans une direction dans laquelle la seconde surface (150b) fait face.


     
    2. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une partie de reconnaissance de bouton (152) destinée à détecter une entrée pour le bouton de fonctionnement (116) est disposée dans la carte de circuit imprimé (150), et
    un trou de bouton (136) formé pour passer au travers entre la partie de reconnaissance de bouton (152) et le bouton de fonctionnement (116) est formé dans le support (130).
     
    3. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le support (130) comprend :

    une plaque de montage (132) qui est disposée entre le panneau de commande (110) et la carte de circuit imprimé (150), et présente une surface latérale sur laquelle la carte de circuit imprimé (150) est montée ; et

    une partie de bord (134) qui est étendue en se courbant à partir d'une zone de bord de la plaque de montage (132) dans une direction dans laquelle la carte de circuit imprimé (150) est disposée et forme un espace de montage interne.


     
    4. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la plaque de montage (132) comprend une surface interne sur laquelle la carte de circuit imprimé (150) est montée et une surface externe (132b) disposée pour faire face au panneau de commande (110), et
    le film étanche à l'eau (160) est collé sur la surface externe (132b) de la plaque de montage (132).
     
    5. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le film étanche à l'eau (160) est collé sur le support (130) par un procédé de moulage d'insert de film.
     
    6. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le support (130) et le film étanche à l'eau (160) sont formés du même matériau.
     
    7. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une lampe (154) qui est allumée ou éteinte lorsque l'entrée pour le bouton de fonctionnement (116) est détectée est disposée sur la carte de circuit imprimé (150),
    dans lequel le support (130) comprend un trou de lampe (138) qui est formé de sorte qu'une lumière générée dans la lampe (154) disposée sur la carte de circuit imprimé (150) est irradiée vers le panneau de commande (110).
     
    8. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 2, comprenant en outre une partie de transmission d'entrée (170) qui est disposée entre le bouton de fonctionnement (116) et la partie de reconnaissance de bouton (152), et transmet une entrée d'utilisateur pour le bouton de fonctionnement (116) à la partie de reconnaissance de bouton (152).
     
    9. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la partie de transmission d'entrée (170) comprend :

    une première partie de transmission d'entrée (172) disposée entre le film étanche à l'eau (160) et la carte de circuit imprimé (150) ; et

    une seconde partie de transmission d'entrée (174) disposée entre le film étanche à l'eau (160) et le panneau de commande (110).


     
    10. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 9, dans lequel une épaisseur de la première partie de transmission d'entrée (172) est supérieure à une épaisseur de la seconde partie de transmission d'entrée (174).
     
    11. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le film étanche à l'eau (160) comprend une première partie d'impression (162) qui est imprimée au carbone dans une partie avec laquelle la partie de transmission d'entrée (170) entre en contact.
     
    12. Lave-vaisselle selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le film étanche à l'eau (160) comprend une seconde partie d'impression (164) qui est imprimée de façon diffuse de manière à faire rayonner uniformément une lumière irradiée à partir de la lampe (154) dans une partie faisant face au trou de lampe (138).
