Direct printing plate for waterless planographic printing and utilizing thereof |
(57) A direct plate for waterless planographic printing is disclosed.
this plate has a base with an ink-repelling silicone layer laminated on the front
surface thereof. The rear surface of the base is colored so as to have an optical
density of not less than 0.3.
The plate is used by forming an image with an image-forming material on the silicone
layer, and heating at least the layer of coloring material on the base with radiation
to fuse the image-forming material to the surface of the silicone layer.
