(54) Thermally insulated container


(57) The invention refers to a thermally insulated container, mainly intended for storing and/or transport of material which requires storing at a low temperature such as e.g. vaccine, biological matter or the like, including one storing room intended for a cooled object, which is surrounded by at least one insulating layer (3). This is achieved according to the invention thereby that the cooled object (4) is hermetically separated from the surrounding, that a phase transforming material (5) is arranged in connection to the cooled object (4) and that at at least one insulating layer (3) is arranged to surround the cooled object (4) on all sides.
