(54) Footwear forming machine

(57) Machine in double vertical working arrangement, by simultaneous groups of pairs of footwear, including a sealed multiuse booth (4) and based on the provision of a polygonal rosette (1), rotational and pneumatically or electrically activated, as well as being provided with brake, and manual or automatic positioning, in advance and retreat of each petal (1.1) of the rosette (1), with oblique cut ends (1.2) and with a central support (1.3) of each pair of lasts (2) placed in opposition to the operator.

Description

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The invention that is now defended consists of a footwear forming machine, from among those machines that are intended to such purposes and that are provided with a diversity of work points on specially constructed lasts.

[0002] This invention is characterized by a constructive modification of the machine, in vertical and rotational position, which makes possible that each pair can simultaneously be worked with, and the optimization of the surface occupied by the work point, as well as providing alternative activation means and other new ones, such as that of a sealed booth for diverse uses.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0003] The footwear forming machines are known for some time back. Specifically, the Patent of Invention of: "Footwear forming machine", Publication No. 2006303 is provided, for the manufacturing of moccasins, with a last divided into toecap and heel, with respective fixed and moveable supports, the latter pneumatically or hydraulically activated for its distancing or approximation to the toecap and provided with adjustment means of said approximation.

[0004] Likewise, No. 1019653 U, of: "Improved footwear forming machine", applicable to galoshes, is provided with a pedal frame, a pneumatic cylinder connected to the last, an electric heating resistor and a special construction of the attachment means.

[0005] The applicant is unaware of the existence of forming machines of any type of footwear that make possible the existence of diverse work posts, in a simultaneous manner and that is provided with accessory means of those stipulated in the specification which is herewith described.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0006] The invention that is the object of the present Specification refers to a footwear forming machine, of any type, as well as from among those machines intended for said footwear forming purposes, that is provided with a diversity of working points for one same operator, on specially constructed lasts for each type of footwear, be they of the divided type or not.

[0007] This invention is characterized by an important constructive modification of the machine, that passes from being of the traditional bench type to that of a vertical working arrangement, the footwear being in opposition to the operator in a rotational manner, saving space in the manufacturing workshop and making possible both the working of the operator with each pair simultaneously, with the subsequent time saving in the grouping and packaging.

[0008] It additionally makes possible the optimization of the surface occupied by the work post, in which the operator does not require to move permanently from his post and, also, this new configuration of the machine allows him to have new means of work, such as in the case of a sealed booth for diverse uses, which includes that of spraying, cooling, heating, etc., with the handling of the same being either manual or automatic.

[0009] To such purposes, the forming machine is provided, based on a polygonal rosette, rotational and activated either hydraulically, pneumatically or else by means of an electric motor, for advancing at equal angles and always with manual or automatic positioning, as well as including a brake. It lacks the possibility of retreat in the first case of hydraulic activation and is provided with the same in the other two.

[0010] From each side face of each one of the petals of the rosette, and parting from approximately the middle of the radius, a central support grows from each last, with elbowed arrangement, for the easiest operational positioning of the piece of footwear, so that various pairs of footwear are consecutively or simultaneously worked with, during possibly different operations.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0011] In order to complement the description which is being made and with the object of facilitating a better and easier understanding of the characteristics of the invention, the present Specification is enclosed, forming integral part of the same, with a set of drawings in which, with illustrative and never limitative character, the following has proceeded to be represented:

Figure 1 shows a side elevational view of the rosette of the vertical footwear forming machine of the invention.

Figure 2 is a front elevational view of said machine, showing the paired arrangement of the ends of one of the petals, arranged in opposition to the work post.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

[0012] In view of what has been previously stated, the present invention refers to a footwear forming machine, of those machines with a multiplicity of positioning points for all types of lasts, characterized by its vertical working arrangement, by simultaneous groups of pairs of footwear, optimizing the work points, with the footwear in symmetrical paired arrangement and with the incorporation of other working means, such as a sealed multiuse booth (4), for spraying, cooling, heating and others, with manual or automatic handling.

[0013] The machine is provided with a polygonal rosette (1), rotational, in equiangular advance of each pair of footwear and its advance being activated either hydraulically, pneumatically or electrically with brake and manual or automatic positioning, as well as, complementarily also with pneumatic or electric retreating activation of each petal (1.1), of oblique cut ends (1.2) and with a central support (1.3) of each last (2), with elbowed arrangement (1.4) , for the operational positioning of each piece of footwear (3).

[0014] The present description is not made more extensive, with the understanding that any expert in the Art would have sufficient information to comprehend the scope of the invention and the advantages derived from the same, as well as how to proceed to reproduce the same.

[0015] It is taken for granted that, if the essentiality of the invention is not altered, both the variations in the materials as in the shape, the size and the arrangement of the elements are capable of variation, characterized within the same.

[0016] The terms used during the description and the meaning of the same shall always be considered in a non limitative manner.

Claims

1. Footwear forming machine, of those machines with a multiplicity of positioning points of all types of lasts, essentially characterized by its vertical working arrangement, simultaneously placing in opposition to the operator, the pairs of footwear, in lateral symmetrical arrangement and including other working means, such as a sealed multiuse booth (4), for spraying, cooling, heating and others, provided with conventional manual or automatic activation and the machine being provided with a polygonal rosette (1), rotational and equiangular in advance and pneumatically or electrically activated both in advance and in retreat, as well as being provided with a brake and of manual or automatic positioning, for each petal (1.1) of the rosette (1), with oblique cut ends (1.2) and with a central support (1.3) of each pair of lasts (2), for said operational positioning of each pair of pieces of the footwear (3).

2. Footwear forming machine, according to the previous claim, characterized by the substitution of the pneumatic or electric activation by another hydraulic activation, for the advance of the rosette (1) and without the retreat of the same.
