OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The invention herein defended consists of a manufacturing procedure of agglomerated
particle doors and thus manufactured doors, of the type which are carried out by means
of pantographs and are presented with counterboring and covering moldings.
[0002] This invention is characterised by a specific manner of manufacturing the door, mill
hollowed and with side moldings, and with 45° angled parts with solid wood pieces
arranged flush with the panel covering
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The doors produced by pantograph are provided with rounded corner hollowed parts,
because the continuous machining passing operation prevents the formation of angles
at said corners.
[0004] Thus, the molding squares are finished off rounded, so that this construction is
easily identified.
[0005] On the other hand, when an angled square corner finish is desired, the manufacturing
procedure is that of the consecutive assembly of preformed parts, in such a manner,
that the construction is started by the lower crossbeam, subsequently placing and
attaching the side columns, arranging the internal part or parts, the new intermediate
crossbeams, the agglomerated boards or the glass panes, the veneered sheets, the enamelled
glass etc. and finally, the upper crossbeam which closes the assembly.
[0006] This procedure, though correct, is highly expensive in relation to time and manpower,
apart from requiring greater specialisation of the finishes.
[0007] The applicant is unaware of the existence of door manufacturing procedures which,
parting from agglomerated boards, mill the hollows and leave angles on view with solid
side moldings, coplanar with the covering panels.
PROCEDURE OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The invention which is the object of the present Specification refers to a manufacturing
procedure for agglomerated particle doors, of the type which are carried out by means
of pantographs, milling the internal perimeters of the hollows, and which are presented
with recess finish and with covering moldings, as well as with a conventional solid
wood framing, joined by means of male-female spigots to the boards.
[0009] This invention is characterised by a specific door construction procedure, also made
from one single piece, though with angled finish of the corner squares, based on a
milled hollowed door arrangement and with a premolding applied at the sides of said
cutting.
[0010] This milling produces a very slightly rounded finish, side projecting at both ends
near the vertex in the manner of very small circular area.
[0011] The premolding, also of solid wood, is applied by lateral bonding, the individual
premolding parts being joined at an angle of 45° and covered by the covering panel
or panels, generally boards derived from wood and of the various conventional covering
panels, including shielding plates, the latter either on one side of the door or on
both sides.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0012] In order to complement the description which is being carried out, and with the object
of facilitating a better and easier understanding of the characteristics of the invention,
the present Specification is enclosed, forming integral part of the same, with a set
of drawings in which, with illustrative and non limitative character, the following
has been represented:
[0013] Figure 1 shows a front elevational view of the door with agglomerated particle boards.
[0014] Figure 2 shows a partial cross section of said door, in order to observe the finish
of the same.
[0015] Figure 3 is a constructive variation for the inclusion of a transparent sheeting,
for example of glass.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0016] In view of the above description, the present invention refers to a manufacturing
procedure for agglomerated particle doors and doors thus constructed, of the type
produced by a pantograph, with perimetral milling of hollows, with recessed finish
covered by molding, as well as with a male-female spigot solid wood framing (2), essentially
characterised by the construction of the door from one single piece (1), with angled
finishing of the corner edges, based on hollowing (1.1) by milling, part (1) in a
very slightly rounded vertex finish, in two small orthogonal circular areas (1.2)
[0017] The premolding (3), made of solid wood, is side bonded, intermediate to two high
pressure stratification panels (4), of the type denominated PROTEC, and a double panelling
of solid wood (5), covering the premolding (3) with the panels (5), so as to attach
the assembly, the small circular area recess (1.2) remaining covered by the edges
of the PROTEC panels (4), as well as the angled joining (3.2) at 45° of the individual
premolding (3) parts (3.1)
[0018] Finally, the final molding is obtained by a mortising with fine drill, jointly with
the external corners (3.3) of the premold (3) with the overlapped ends of panels (4)
and (5), thus placing the most external edge (3.4) of the mold mortise coplanar with
the edges (4.1) and (5.1) of the joint mortise of the respective door panels (4),
and (5), showing the final appearance of the angled hollowing out, due to the fact
that the ends of the circular area recess (1.2) are imperceptible.
[0019] Alternatively, the premold (3) may be provided with another larger internal, mortise
(3.5), in order to attach the conventional, transparent sheets (6) on the same.
[0020] This description is not made more extensive with the understanding that any expert
in the Art shall have sufficient information to understand the scope of the invention
and its derived advantages, as well as to be capable of reproducing the same.
[0021] It is understood, that if the essentials of the invention is not altered, both the
variations in the materials and the shape, size and arrangement of the elements are
capable of variation characterised within the same.
[0022] The terms used during the description and the meaning of the same shall always be
considered in a non limitative manner.
