BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present specification refers to an application for a Patent of Invention, related
to a recoverable - forming system, the evident purpose of which is to achieve the
form of a construction or building ground plan of any nature, by using a plurality
of parts having a different application, all them designed to act in collaboration
each others, all the parts being recoverable and subsequently used again, and apart
from the pecularities of performing the forming operations in an adequate way and
considering all the security measures as required, it presents the quality that the
form is performed in an essentially quick way, which means a very high labour saving,
which, united to the safety and recovery of the material used, it provides the system
with ouw characteristics.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0002] This invention will find application in the industry dedicated to the manufacture
of apparatus, devices and auxiliary elements used in construction.
RELATED ART
[0003] The applicant knows the existence of a great number of elements, devices and apparatus
intended for being used as constitutive elements of different systems and methods
allowing forming operations within the construction field.
[0004] In the conventional forming, a series of supporting elements was used, which, with
the aid of conventional nails, reliably fastened on the surface of girders or pillars,
did allow different parts to be incorporated on same, all them configured as timber
supporting parts which, duly strutted and bonded with board constituting bodies, would
allow a surface to be formed.
[0005] In a cadenced way, in the methods for forming, different elements made of materials
of different nature have been introduced, which duly united and interlaced would allow
a forming to be made, which reduced in a gradual way the mounting operations thereof.
[0006] The applicant knows the existence of a plurality of parts used as recoverable and
non-recoverable forming devices, formed by quadrangular or rectangular base parts,
which acted as a support for the materials used for constituting a sill or floor,
allowing ones to be extracted by releasing levers coupled thereto, and others than
due to their non recoverable nature remained incorporated in the forging, acting as
isolated elements in theory.
[0007] When it is necessary to perform a recoverable forming, being necessary to change
the management of the installation then performed, it is imperative to use additional
supporting elements, all them apart from the props required in all forming systems,
acting as supporting elements for the installation effected, it being evident, apart
from the multiple operations performad by experts in forming works, the use of a great
amount of time for carrying out the installation, which, the time coming to performe
the installion on the ends of the theoretical façades, that is to say, zones that
later will configure protuberances in the building, present a high risk for the experts
in these installations.
[0008] The applicant has also confirmed that many of the parts used in the realization or
recoverable forms, wear in a specific way, both due to the efforts demanded from them,
and due to the assembly and disassemby operations.
[0009] An evident solution to the problems existing at present in this matter, would be
to rely on a system, method and auxiliary elements configuring, in their context,
the possibility of carry out a form presenting safety characteristics, as well as
quick and economic qualities, and that, at the same time, it would be fitted with
a great assembly simplicity, which does not require to use a staff skilled in the
assembly of the system in question.
[0010] Nevertheless, the applicant is not aware of the existence, at present, of an invention
fitted with the above suitable characteristics.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0011] The recoverable forming system as proposed by the invention, is configured itself
as a noticeable novelty within its specific field of application, since it combines,
in its context, all the previously characteristics above pointed out as suitable,
amongst which it is worthy of mentioning the promt and safety thereof, implemented
by an assembly very easy.
[0012] In a most definite way, the recoverable forming system of the invention, is constituted
starting from a plurality of parts made of a metallic material, the outer surface
of which is zincked in order to protect the nature of the material used, being used,
firstly, an appreciably lengthened part having a prismatic configuration, to be exact:
a parallelepiped, presenting, on its lateral faces of larger width and identical -
length than the upper and lower faces, two lines of perforations located at both ends,
there being a fully plain zone at middle, having, at the lower face and at points
near to its ends, cylindrical projections, the function of which is to be used as
anchoring points for props and being formed by pipes welded to the part in question.
[0013] At the upper zone, at points also next the ends, but slightly more separated than
the upper anchorages, there are emerging rectangular pipes, having an appropriate
dimension, and at a point next both ends, there are two parts adopting an "L" shape,
located in the opposite directions, a bed being configured between both projections
for fixing the ribs, this bed being fitted with a vertical perforation.
[0014] Once the former part has been duly fixed, forming ribs will be used, destined to
support and align a forging, these ribs being configured as lengthtened parts also
made of a metallic material, and having, at their upper part, a safety device configured
by the existence, at one of its ends, of a flange welded in ths inner side, to be
exact, in the inner portion of an end of the rib, the function of which is to impede
this ribs separates from the adjacent rib located next.
[0015] At the same end, but at the lower side, there is a second flange welded, located
in the opposite sense to that previously mentioned, since the former is situated in
a horizontal position, while the latter is situated in a vertical position, presenting,
at one of its faces, a bolt or emerging cylindrical element, destined to be used as
a union or anchorage link to the rib next located, this assembly being repeated in
succession for the union of the aligned ribs.
[0016] The rib presents, at the opposite end to that fitted with the emerging flanges, a
cross perforacion, the function of which is to allow the emerging bolt from the vertical
flange to be inserted, anchored and adjusted, and, at the lower portion there are
three cylindrical vertically emerging projections, located in parallel, destined to
avoid the form to overturn, this part being formed as a lengthened body configured
as a rectangular base prism presenting, at the lower side projections to be used as
anchorage links to the props, formed as welded pipes, and at the ends, two transverse
and vertical flanges, which, in collaboration with two emerging pipes at the points
next the transverse flanges, constitute a guide where the ribs are anchored in.
[0017] The invention relies on a rib anchorage part, constituting the basic part of the
system, destined to be used as a fixation of the ribs to the pillars, being configured
as a prismatic body having a rectangular base, vertically positioned, relying, at
its vertical faces, larger than the horizontal ones, on two lines of perforations
located at the ends, which, in collaboration with some bolts acting as pins to be
incorporated into their orifices, obviously depending of the measurement of each pillar,
and relying on the corresponding cotters avoiding the bolts to come out of the orifices,
generate the union of this anchorage part to the upper portion of the pillars.
[0018] The system relies on a part for adjusting and fastening the planks, constituting
the form recuperator, the function of which is to avoid the planks to move or slide,
being configured as a specifically lengthened body, on which a second body is united,
having a width similar but a larger length, at the ends of which there are fastened
two flanges transversely positioned, and emerging from the lower portion of the wider
part, there is a projection to be anchored to the struts, the ribs passing thru the
hollow ends of the part constituting the recuperator, to be exact, thru the lower
zone of the ends of the upper part fixed by welding.
[0019] The invention presents also a rotary part at 180º to be used as the start of a connection
with the girders and the hoops, which relies on a part having an appropriate length,
adopting a "U" shape, having a screw with large head, at its outer end, screwed in
its surface, in order to adjust and lock up the rib coupled inside, which is, obviously,
coupled in the channel described as a part adopting a "U" shape, - being fastened
to a second hollow part from which, at one of its ends, a rotary wheel having a pin,
in order to have the required direction, and presenting, at the hollow tubular body,
a perforation for uniting to the rib, a cylindrical projection, acting as an achorage
to the pillar, emerging from the lower portion of the part adopting a "U" shape on
which the rib is coupled, and the rotary portion surface having a vertical perforation
wherein a bolt is inserted, so maintaining the desired direction.
[0020] In order to allow a telescopic shaped or qualified to be extensible rib to be used,
there is a part presenting, at its upper portion, a body also "U" shaped, under which
there is fastened a cross flange, from which a bolt emerges, at its upper portion,
for anchoring to the part constituting a telescopic or extensible extension, presenting
a screw to fasten and adjust the rib on the body acting as a receiving bed thereof,
and at the lower portion of the welded flange, there is a cylindrical projection intended
for being used as an anchorage to the struts.
[0021] The telescopic or extensible rib is configured as a hollow body inside which other
body similar, but of more reduced dimensions and having a length essentially identical,
is inserted, which, in collaboration with an orifice located at one of its ends, allows
the ending part of the above mentioned extensible extension to be anchored or fastened,
and, also, it has projections at the lower portion to be anchored to the struts.
[0022] The invention is implemented with a part constituting a girder end stop, intended
for being used as an acting brake on the last plank, presenting the general configuration
of a part adopting an inverted "U" shape, the arms or vertical elements of which present
differentiated lengths, the inner zone acting as a rib chanelling, and having an adjusting
screw thereof.
[0023] The assembly of the parts duly mounted each others and united in a simplified way
in collaboration with the mentioned adjusting screws, and implemented with the fixing
and supporting beds, configure the recoverable forming system, fitted with characteristics
up to now unknown in the construction field, and, specifically, for obtaining a form
the parts of which are fully recoverable.
