(57) An oil absorber (15) used for a compressor. The oil absorber (15) has improved oil absorption, improved shape retention and improved heat resistance. The oil absorber (15) effectively absorbs oil that escapes outside of the compressor. The oil absorber (15) is made of glass fiber, non-woven polyester, or porous resin.
