(57) An electrically insulating end post (10, 30, 50) comprises first and second portions (14, 16, 34, 36, 54, 56). The first portion (14, 34, 54) is provided with at least one connecting element (18a, 18b, 42, 44, 58) extending therefrom. At least one passage (20a, 20b, 46, 48, 62) is enclosed by the second portion (16, 36, 56) and is open at at least one end thereof to receive a respective connecting element (18a, 18b, 42, 44, 58) of the first portion (14, 34, 54), whereby the first and second portions can engage each other to constitute the end part.
