(57) A wellbore junction comprises a first tubular member (202) having an aperture (214) formed in a wall thereof, and a diversion member (212) disposed within the first tubular member. A second tubular member (220) is coaxially disposed within the first tubular member. The tubular members and the diversion member are insertable into a wellbore in a single run.
