    Description


    [0001] The present invention concerns a concealed device for fitting a wall unit.

    [0002] Different devices are known for fitting a wall unit to an anchoring element on the wall, for example a bar, all adjustable.

    [0003] The fitting device known from EP-A-0 555 924 comprises a plate designed to be fixed to the unit and a coupling element consisting of a head combined with a screw, which is connected to the plate and can engage in a support of the wall unit, for example a bar fixed to the wall.

    [0004] This fitting device also has a first screw that acts between the plate and the coupling element to adjust the latter to a vertical position with respect to the plate and a second screw, the end of which is fitted with the coupling element, as said, for adjusting the distance between the coupling element and the plate.

    [0005] The plate is provided with a number of fixing pins which extend along one side of it and along a portion located below the coupling element.

    [0006] The plate is also provided with a number of holes for fixing screws, made all along the side opposite the plate with respect to the side that houses the fixing pins.

    [0007] Devices of the type described, although able to perform the function for which they were designed, can be improved in a number of interesting and important ways.

    [0008] In the first place, the devices described have an asymmetrical shape and as such are not particularly suitable for automatic handling.

    [0009] Secondly, the particular shape of the plate of the device is not ideal as regards capacity to uniformly withstand the wall unit load.

    [0010] The plate of the device is also excessively and unnecessarily bulky.

    [0011] The aim of the present invention is, therefore, to produce a concealed device for fitting a wall unit that solves the above problems and permits the automatic fitting of said devices.

    [0012] A further aim of the present invention is to produce a fitting device with a particularly compact, rational and therefore economic shape.

    [0013] These and other aims are achieved by a concealed device for fitting a wall unit, according to claim 1, which is referred to for the sake of brevity.

    [0014] Further characteristics of this invention are defined, furthermore, in the subsequent claims.

    [0015] Further aims and advantages of this invention will become clear from the following description and the attached drawings, provided only as an illustrative and non-restrictive example, in which:

    [0016] With particular reference to the figures mentioned, the concealed device for fitting a wall unit, according to the invention, is indicated overall by reference number 10.

    [0017] The fitting device 10 comprises a plate 11, which is designed to be fixed to a wall unit, and a coupling element 12, connected to the plate 11 via a slide mechanism.

    [0018] The coupling element 12 is designed to engage in a support of the wall unit fixed to the wall (not shown for the sake of simplicity), for example a bar.

    [0019] The fitting device 10 comprises, furthermore, a first screw 13, which acts between the plate 11 and the coupling element 12, to adjust the latter to a vertical position with respect to the plate 11.

    [0020] The fitting device 10 also comprises a second screw 14, the end of which is fitted with the coupling element 12, and which can be used to adjust the distance between the coupling element 12 and the plate 11.

    [0021] More in particular, the first screw 13 and the second screw 14 are both fitted on a slide 18, which can run between guides 19. The slide 18 is moved by reaction of the screw 13 against the stop 20.

    [0022] The plate 11 is provided with a number of fixing pins 15, which are located on one side 16 of the device 10, symmetrically with respect to a centre line of the fitting device 10.

    [0023] The fixing pins 15 are located all along one side 16 of the plate 11, and are obtained from the latter, as can be clearly seen in figures 11-13, by means of punching, drawing and forming. In addition, the side pins 15, or end pins, are interconnected by a drawn stiffening rib 15a.

    [0024] On the same side 16, there are also holes 17 for the fixing screws of the fitting device 10.

    [0025] It should be noted that the plate 11 comprises, in addition to the side that houses the fixing pins 15 and the holes 17 for the fixing screws, a further three sides forming a basically flat edge 21.

    [0026] The particular shape of the fitting device 10, and in particular of its flat edge 21, permits automatic conveying of the same to the assembly area, as shown in figures 7-10.

    [0027] More in particular, the devices 10 are conveyed by a feeder 22, shown schematically in figures 7-8 and in figure 10; this feeder is provided with apertures 23 for the flat edges 21 of the plate 11.

    [0028] Finally, each device 10 is conveyed, for example by means of a robot and/or a plunger (not shown for the sake of simplicity), so that its fixing pins 15 fit into corresponding holes 25 on the back 24 of a wall unit.

    [0029] Furthermore, the fact that the fixing pins 15 and the holes 17 for further fixing screws are located on one side of the plate 11, symmetrically with respect to a centre line of the fitting device 10, permits ideal distribution of the wall unit load. This is due also to the fact that the slide 18, fitted with the adjustment screws 13, 14 is contained in the same space as the pins 15.

    [0030] The above description provides a clear illustration of the characteristics of the concealed device for fitting a wall unit subject of the present invention; likewise, the advantages are evident.

    [0031] Finally it is clear that numerous variations can be made to the concealed device for fitting a wall unit, subject of this invention, without deviating from the scope of the appended claims.

    [0032] In practice, the details illustrated may be implemented in any materials, forms and dimensions according to requirements and the same may be replaced by other technically equivalent means.


    Claims

    1. Concealed device (10) for fitting a wall unit to a support on a wall comprising a plate (11) designed to be fixed to said wall unit, said device being concealed on the back of the wall unit when in use, the device comprising a coupling element (12), connected to said plate (11) and designed to engage in the support fixed to the wall, a first screw (13), acting between said plate (11) and said coupling element (12) to adjust the latter to a vertical position with respect to said plate (11), and a second screw (14), the end portion of which is fitted to the above coupling element (12), to adjust the distance between the coupling element (12) and the plate (11), said first screw (13) and said second screw (14) being both fitted on a slide (18), wherein said plate (11) is provided along one edge (16) with a number of fixing pins (15) characterised in that said fixing pins (15) are located all along said one edge (16) of said plate (11), said fixing pins being positioned symmetrically with respect to a centre line of the device (10), and in that a further three sides of said plate (11) form a substantially flat edge portion (21), said device being substantially rectangular in plan view.
     
    2. Device (10), as in claim 1, characterised in that said fixing pins (15) are obtained from the plate (11) by means of punching, drawing and forming.
     
    3. Device (10), as in claim 2, characterised in that of said pins (15), the side or end ones are interconnected by a drawn stiffening rib (15a).
     
    4. Device (10), as in claim 1 characterised in that a number of holes (17) are provided for fixing screws, located on the same side (16) of the plate (11) which houses the above fixing pins (15).
     
    5. Device (10), as in claim 1, characterised in that it can be conveyed by a feeder (22), where the above feeder (22) is provided with apertures (23) for the flat edges (21) of the plate (11).
     
    6. Device (10), as in claim 1, characterised in that said slide (18) can run between guides (19) as far as a stop (20).
     
    7. Device (10), as in claim 1 characterised in that said screws (13, 14) are contained in the same space as said pins (15).
     


    Ansprüche

    1. Verdeckte Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Wandelements an einem Halter an einer Wand, umfassend eine Platte (11), die ausgestattet ist, um an dem Wandelement befestigt zu werden, wobei die Vorrichtung im Einsatz an der Rückseite des Wandelements verdeckt ist und wobei die Vorrichtung ein Kupplungselement (12) aufweist, das mit der Platte (11) verbunden ist und das ausgestaltet ist, um mit dem an der Wand befestigten Halter in Eingriff zu treten, sowie eine erste Schraube (13), die zwischen der Platte (11) und dem Kupplungselement (12) wirkt, um letzteres an eine Vertikalposition bezüglich der Platte (11) einzustellen, und eine zweite Schraube (14), deren Endbereich an dem obengenannten Kupplungselement (12) befestigt ist, um den Abstand zwischen dem Kupplungselement (12) und der Platte (11) einzustellen, wobei die erste Schraube (13) und auch die zweite Schraube (14) an einem Schieber (18) befestigt sind und wobei die Platte (11) an einem Rand (16) mit einer Anzahl von Befestigungsstiften (15) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsstifte (15) alle entlang dieses einen Randes (16) der Platte (11) angeordnet sind, wobei die Befestigungsstifte bezüglich einer Mittellinie der Vorrichtung (10) symmetrisch positioniert sind, und daß weitere drei Seiten der Platte (11) einen
       im wesentlichen flachen Randbereich (21) ausbilden, wobei die Vorrichtung in der Draufsicht im wesentlichen rechteckig ist.
     
    2. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungsstifte (15) aus der Platte (11) durch Stanzen, Ziehen und Formen gewonnen sind.
     
    3. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von den Stiften (15) die seitlichen oder am Ende gelegenen mittels einer gezogenen Versteifungsrippe (15a) miteinander verbunden sind.
     
    4. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzahl von Löcher (17) vorgesehen sind für Befestigungsschrauben, die an derselben Seite (16) der Platte (11) angeordnet sind, die die oben genannten Befestigungsstifte aufnimmt (15).
     
    5. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mittels eines Zubringers (22) transportierbar ist, wobei der genannte Zubringer (22) mit Öffnungen (23) für die flachen Ränder (21) der Platte (11) versehen ist.
     
    6. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Schieber (18) zwischen Führungen (19) laufen kann so welt wie ein Anschlag (20).
     
    7. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrauben (13, 14) im selben Raum enthalten sind wie die Stifte (15).
     


    Revendications

    1. Dispositif caché (10) destiné à installer une unité de paroi à un support sur une paroi comprenant une plaque (11) conçue pour être fixée à ladite unité de paroi, ledit dispositif étant caché sur l'arrière de l'unité de paroi pendant l'utilisation, ledit dispositif comprenant un élément d'accouplement (12), raccordé à ladite plaque (11) et conçu pour se mettre en prise dans le support fixé à la paroi, une première vis (13), agissant entre ladite plaque (11) et ledit élément d'accouplement (12) pour ajuster ce dernier à une position verticale par rapport à ladite plaque (11), et une seconde vis (14), dont la partie d'extrémité est installée à l'élément d'accouplement (12) ci-dessus, pour ajuster la distance entre l'élément d'accouplement (12) et la plaque (11), ladite première vis (13) et ladite seconde vis (14) étant toutes deux installées sur un coulisseau (18), où ladite plaque (11) est fournie le long d'un bord (16) avec un nombre d'axes de fixation (15) caractérisé en ce que lesdits axes de fixation (15) se trouvent tous le long dudit un bord (16) de ladite plaque (11), lesdits axes de fixation étant positionnés de façon symétrique par rapport à une ligne centrale du dispositif (10), et en ce que trois autres côtés de ladite plaque (11) forment une partie de bord sensiblement plane (21), ledit dispositif étant sensiblement rectangulaire dans une vue en plan.
     
    2. Dispositif (10), selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits axes de fixation (15) sont obtenus à partir de la plaque (11) au moyen de poinçonnage, d'emboutissage et de façonnage.
     
    3. Dispositif (10), selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les côtés ou les extrémités desdits axes (15) sont interconnectés par une nervure de renforcement étirée (15a).
     
    4. Dispositif (10), selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un nombre de trous (17) est fourni pour fixer les vis, situés sur le même côté (16) de la plaque (11) qui loge les axes de fixation (15) ci-dessus.
     
    5. Dispositif (10), selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il peut être transporté par un dispositif d'alimentation (22), où le dispositif d'alimentation (22) ci-dessus est muni d'ouvertures (23) pour les bords plats (21) de la plaque (11).
     
    6. Dispositif (10), selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit coulisseau (18) peut circuler entre des guides (19) aussi loin qu'une butée (20).
     
    7. Dispositif (10), selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites vis (13, 14) sont comprises dans le même espacement que lesdits axes (15).
