FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to trays, and in particular to a tray for positioning
dining utensils, wherein a plurality of protrusions are installed so that a plurality
of dining utensils can be installed on the protrusions. The user can take the utensils
easily.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] In generally, a tray has a flat disk body. A bowl is placed upon the tray. When it
is necessary to move the tray, the bowl is not fixed and thus the food in the bowl
will slide out and pour out. If the moving force is too great, the bowl will incline
and thus it is possible to move out of the tray. Not only the fool falls out, but
also the user will not uneasy.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a tray for
positioning dining utensils, wherein a plurality of protrusions are installed so that
a plurality of dining utensils can be installed on the protrusions. The user can take
the utensils easily.
[0004] To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a tray for positioning dining
utensils which comprises: a disk surface being formed on the tray; at least one protrusion
being formed on the disk surface; at least one disk being installed on the protrusion
of the tray; a bottom of the disk being installed with a semi-round groove for receiving
the semi-round protrusion on the tray 1 so as to form a tray for positioning a disk,
wherein the disk is installed upon the tray by the groove to receive the protrusion,
thus the disk is positioned upon the tray without sliding. The protrusion is a semi-round
protrusion. The groove is a semi-round groove.
[0005] The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily
understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the
appended drawing.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0007] In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention,
a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions
and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand
the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be
used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended
claims.
[0008] Referring to Figs. 1 to 2, the present invention is illustrated. The present invention
has the following elements.
[0009] A tray 1 has a flat disk surface 10. At least one semi-round protrusion 11 is formed
on the disk surface 10. At least one disk 2 is installed on the protrusion 11 of the
tray 1. A bottom of the disk 2 is installed with a semi-round groove 20 for receiving
the semi-round protrusion 11 on the tray 1 so as to form a tray 1 for positioning
a disk 2.
[0010] Furthermore, when the disk 2 is placed upon the tray 1. The semi-round groove 20
will receive the semi-round protrusion 11 so that the disk 2 is positioned upon the
tray 1. The disk 2 will not slide.
[0011] Moreover in the present invention, a plurality of protrusions 11 are installed so
that a plurality of dining utensils can be installed on the protrusions 11. The user
can take the utensils easily.
[0012] The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be
varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the
spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be
obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of
the following claims.
1. A tray for positioning dining utensils comprising: a disk surface being formed on
the tray; at least one protrusion being formed on the disk surface; at least one disk
being installed on the protrusion of the tray; a bottom of the disk being installed
with a semi-round groove for receiving the semi-round protrusion on the tray so as
to form a tray for positioning the disk, wherein the disk is installed upon the tray
by the groove to receive the protrusion, thus the disk is positioned upon the tray
without sliding.
2. The tray for positioning dining utensils as claimed in claim 1, wherein the protrusion
is a semi-round protrusion.
3. The tray for positioning dining utensils as claimed in claim 1, wherein the groove
is a semi-round groove.
