(57) A portable apparatus for measuring and storing an electric signal relative to an electrocardiographic trace comprising electrode means (3, 4) for interfacing portions of the body of a user to detect an electric signal relative to an electrocardiographic trace of the latter, processing means (5) for acquiring said electric signal by said electrode means (3, 4) and memory means (6) for storing said electric signal acquired by said processing means (5), said memory means (6) being removable.
