Cross-reference to related application
[0001] This application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No.
20-2010-0008552, filed on August 17, 2010 in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosure of which is incorporated
herein by reference.
Technical Field
[0002] The present invention relates to an insert securing piece used for construction of
a nuclear power station, and more particularly, to an insert securing piece for securing
an insert inserted into a mold when constructing a nuclear power station, integrally
formed with a building after the mold is removed, and for installing a structure.
Background Art
[0003] In general, at a construction site, in order to bury an insert into concrete, through
a process of firmly securing the insert to the inside of a concrete pouring mold,
pouring and curing concrete to the insert, and separating an insert securing piece
together with the mold, the insert is buried into the concrete.
[0004] However, when constructing a nuclear power station, in view of a characteristic of
the nuclear power station, structures having a heavy weight are integrally formed
with a building.
[0005] Therefore, an insert securing piece used in a general construction site does not
firmly secure an insert used for construction of a nuclear power station to a mold
and thus there are problems that insert securing pieces much more than those used
in a general construction site are installed or a separate reinforcing work is necessary.
Disclosure
Technical Problem
[0006] The present invention is made to overcome the above mentioned problems, and it is
an object of the present invention to provide an insert securing piece in which a
close fitting part is bent or deformed to be prevented from being damaged and firmly
close contacts with an upper portion of the insert, and the insert securing piece
used for construction of a nuclear power station, when securing an insert of a heavy
weight used only upon constructing the nuclear power station to a mold, as the insert
securing piece includes the close fitting part having a convex portion.
[0007] It is another object of the present invention to provide an insert securing piece
used for construction of a nuclear power station that minimizes a clearance of an
insert by enclosing both ends of the insert with curved parts.
Technical Solution
[0008] To achieve the above objects, there is provided an insert securing piece used when
constructing a nuclear power station and having a plate shape in which both ends are
bent, the insert securing piece including: a close fitting part having the same length
as a width of the insert and formed parallel to the insert to close contact with an
upper portion of the insert; curved parts bent with the same length as a thickness
of the insert at both ends of the close fitting part to enclose both ends of the left
and the right of the insert; and securing parts having a length at both ends of the
curved parts and formed parallel to the close fitting part to firmly secure the insert
to the mold, wherein the close fitting part includes a convex portion convexly formed
in a length direction to prevent the close fitting part from being damaged by bending
or deformation when securing with the securing parts and firmly close contacts with
an upper portion of the insert.
[0009] Further, the securing parts include a plurality of securing holes penetrated with
separated by a gap from each other and securing pins inserted into the securing holes
to be secured to the mold.
Advantageous effects
[0010] According to the present invention, as an insert securing piece includes a close
fitting part having a convex portion, when securing an insert of a heavy weight used
only upon constructing a nuclear power station to a mold, the close fitting part is
bent or deformed to be prevented from being damaged and firmly close contacts with
an upper portion of the insert.
[0011] Further, by enclosing both ends of the insert with curved parts, a clearance of the
insert is minimized.

Best modes for carrying out the invention
[0020] Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in
detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0021] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an insert securing piece used for construction
of a nuclear power station according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional
view illustrating the insert securing piece used for construction of the nuclear power
station of the present invention taken along line A-A of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a perspective
view illustrating a use state of an insert securing piece used for construction of
a nuclear power station of the present invention.
[0022] As shown in the drawings, an insert securing piece 10 having a plate shape in which
both ends are bent and used for constructing a nuclear power station according to
the present invention firmly secures an insert 5 inserted into a mold 1 when constructing
a nuclear power station and integrally formed with a building after the mold 1 is
removed to install a structure, and includes a close fitting part 11, curved parts
13, securing parts 15, and a convex portion 17.
[0023] The close fitting part 11 has a plate shape, has the same length as a width of the
insert, and is formed parallel to the insert 5 to close contact with an upper portion
of the insert 5.
[0024] In this case, the close fitting part 11 changes a length according to a width of
the insert 5.
[0025] The curved parts 13 is bent with the same length as a thickness of the insert 5 at
both ends of the close fitting part 11 to enclose both ends of the left and the right
of the insert 5.
[0026] In this case, the curved parts 13 change a length according to a thickness of the
insert 5.
[0027] The securing parts 15 have a length at both ends of the curved parts 13 and is formed
parallel to the close fitting part 11 to firmly secure the insert 5 to the mold.
[0028] The securing parts 15 include a plurality of securing holes 15a penetrated with separated
by a gap from each other and securing pins 15b inserted into the securing holes 15a
to be secured to the mold 1.
[0029] In this case, the securing holes 15a and the securing pins 15b of the securing parts
15 are secured to the mold 1, are poured with concrete together with the insert 5,
and are buried, unlike a general construction site.
[0030] In such a structure, the close fitting part 11 has a convex portion 17 convexly formed
in a length direction.
[0031] When the close fitting part 11 is secured to the mold 1 using the securing parts
15, the close fitting part 11is bent or deformed to be prevented from being damaged,
and the convex portion 17 enables the close fitting part 11 to firmly close contact
with an upper portion of the insert 5.
[0032] In this way, according to the present invention, as a close fitting part having a
convex portion is provided, when securing an insert of a heavy weight used only when
constructing a nuclear power station to a mold, the close fitting part is bent or
deformed to be prevented from being damaged and firmly close contacts with an upper
portion of the insert.
