[0001] The invention relates to a massaging device.
[0002] Typical massaging device comprises a housing for engaging with and for massaging
the users.
[0003] However, typical massaging devices may not provide heat to a user during massage.
[0004] The present invention aims at providing a novel massaging device.
[0005] This technical problem is solved by a massaging device as defined in claim 1
[0006] The massaging device includes a structure for containing a heated fluid or hot water
and for providing heat to heat and massage the user.
[0007] Advantageous embodiments are indicated in further claims.
[0008] In the drawings:
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of a massaging device;
FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the massaging device; and
FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view of the massaging device.
[0009] Referring to Figs. 1-2, an embodiment of a massaging device comprises a housing 10
made of a softer plastic, synthetic materials, or rubber for massaging the users,
the housing 10 includes a cylindrical shape having one or more (such as four) peripheral
protrusions 11 for forming one or more (such as four) peripheral recesses 12. The
housing 10 includes a chamber 13 (Fig. 3) for containing a water or heated fluid or
hot water 80, a mouth 14 formed in one of two ends 15, 17 and communicating with the
chamber 13 for filling the fluid 80, an inner thread 16 formed in the mouth 14 for
engaging with a cover 30.
[0010] The cover 30 includes an outer thread 31 for engaging with the inner thread 16 of
the housing 10, and includes one or more (such as two) depressions 32 for forming
a projected knob 33.
[0011] The cover 30 may be detachably attached to the mouth 14 for enclosing the chamber
13 and for retaining the fluid 80 within the chamber 13 of the housing 10.
[0012] The housing 10 includes a casing 20 (Fig. 3) extended from the other end 17 of the
housing 10 and into the chamber 13 of the housing 10, and the casing 20 includes a
compartment 21 spaced from the chamber 13 of the housing 10 and communicating with
the outer environment. The casing 20 may include an inner end 22 engaged with the
cover 30 for anchoring the cover 30 to the housing 10.
[0013] In operation, the fluid 80 may be filled into the chamber 13 from the mouth 14 of
the housing 10 (Fig. 2), and the cover 30 may then be engaged with the mouth 14 for
enclosing the chamber 13 of the housing 10 and for retaining the fluid 80 within the
housing 10. The heated fluid or hot water 80 contained in the housing 10 may provide
heat to heat and massage the user.
[0014] The casing 20 may extend axially, e.g. coaxially into the housing 10. The casing
20 may enclose a hollow space within the housing 10, said hollow space may be open
at one axial end and closed at the opposite end. The housing 10 and casing 20 may
be formed in one piece from the same material.
