[0003] As a new design, when making a decoration as form changeable like a flower opening / closing, there is a tendency for this to result in an unnecessarily complex structure such as driven by gears, and it was difficult to apply such structures to every kind of decorations especially for small decorations like rings, due to considerations such as strength and effective smooth movement in a limited scale. US 3365 877 A discloses an article of jewelry having an unfurlable cover.

Solution to Problem

[0004] The present invention was configured as follows in order to provide a decoration, having enough strength even in a small size, that opens like a flower in smooth movement in a simple structure.

[0005] The accessory / decoration of this invention has a configuration whereby a group of movable petals (1) having a calculated curved surface (2) are positioned as to overlap each other, so that a movement to elect one of the petals (1) is well synchronized with the other petal shaped parts (1) smoothly and effectively to replicate the movement of a flower opening and closing with minimal numbers of parts.

[0006] According to the present invention, there is provided a form changeable accessories / decorations like a flower opening / closing, comprising a group of petal shaped parts (FIG.12-1), wherein each petal shaped parts (FIG.12-1) is mounted on a base (FIG.12- 2) having a butterfly shaped curved surface cut out from a sphere (FIG. 3), that is allocated in rotationally symmetric positions (FIG.5) in the way curved surface of the base (FIG.12-2) overlaps each other as to keep the surface touching / pushing throughout opening / closing movement (FIG.5, FIG.6), as the result open/close movement of one petal shaped parts (FIG.12-1) is well synchronized to all of the remaining petal shaped parts (FIG.12-1) smoothly / effectively and replicate the movement of a flower opening / closing.

Claims

1. Form changeable accessories / decorations like a flower opening /closing, comprising a group of petal shaped parts (1), characterized in that each of the petal shaped parts (1) is mounted on a base (2) having a butterfly shaped curved surface cut out from a sphere, the bases (2) are allocated in rotationally symmetric positions in the way curved surfaces of the bases (2) overlap each other so as to keep the surfaces touching / pushing throughout opening / closing movement, wherein, as a result, the open/close movement of one petal shaped part (1) is well synchronized to all of the remaining petal shaped parts (1) to smoothly and effectively replicate the movement of a flower opening / closing.

2. Form changeable Accessories / Decorations like a flower opening / closing according to claim 1, characterized in that a series of open/close Petal Shaped Parts (1) mounted on the bases of petal shaped parts for open / close (2) are allocated in multiple layers to represent twofold or multiple-fold flower.

3. Form changeable accessories / decorations like a flower opening / closing according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that turning Parts (9) are designed to elect a Base of petal shaped parts for open/Close (2) step by step as turning parts (9) are turned, resulting to have a manually opening/closing flower system with a rotary motion of a turning parts-knob (11)

4. Form changeable accessories / decorations like a flower opening / closing according to claim 3, characterized in that turning parts (9) for electing a base of petal shaped parts for open/close (2) are kept pushing toward flower opening direction by a spring (8) mounted on main body (5), that is once compressed manually toward flower closing direction by a rotary motion of turning parts-knob (11) until turning parts (9) is locked at flower closing point to make an automatic flower opening system ready to work when turning parts (9) are released with a touch of release button (16), that offers dynamic replication of flower opening.

Ansprüche

1. In der Form veränderbare Accessoires / Dekorationen, wie eine sich öffnende / sich schließende Blume, die eine Gruppe von blütenblattförmigen Teilen (1) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der blütenblattförmigen Teile (1) auf einem Boden (2) montiert ist, der eine schmetterlingsförmige gekrümmte Oberfläche aufweist, die aus einer Kugel ausgeschnitten ist, dass die Böden (2) an rotationssymmetrischen Positionen so angeordnet sind, dass sich gekrümmte Oberflächen der Böden (2) überlappen, sodass die Oberflächen während der Öffnungs- / Schließbewegung das Berühren / das Drücken beibehalten, wodurch die Öffnungs- / Schließbewegung eines blütenförmigen Teils (1) mit allen übrigen blütenförmigen Teilen (1) gut synchronisiert ist, sodass die Öffnungs- / Schließbewegung einer Blume sanft und effektiv reproduziert werden kann.

2. In der Form veränderbare Accessoires / Dekorationen, wie eine sich öffnende / sich schließende Blume nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Reihe von sich öffnenden / sich schließenden blütenblattförmigen Teilen (1), die auf dem Boden (2) von sich öffnenden / sich schließenden blütenblattförmigen Teilen montiert sind, in mehreren Schichten bereitgestellt sind, um eine zwei- oder mehrfache Blume darzustellen.

3. In der Form veränderbare Accessoires / Dekorationen, wie eine sich öffnende / sich schließende Blume nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Drehteile (9) dazu bestimmt ist, schrittweise einen Boden (2) von sich öffnenden / sich schließenden blütenblattförmigen Teilen zu wählen, wenn Drehteile (9) gedreht wird, was bei einer Drehbewegung eines Drehteilknopfs (11) zu einem manuell sich öffnenden / sich schließenden Blumensystem führt.

4. In der Form veränderbare Accessoires / Dekorationen, wie eine sich öffnende / sich schließende Blume nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Drehteile (9) zur Auswahl von sich öffnenden / sich schließenden blütenblattförmigen Teilen (2) durch eine am Hauptkörper (5) angebrachte Feder (8) in Richtung Blütenöffnungsrichtung gedrückt gehalten wird, die durch eine Drehbewegung des Drehteil-Knopfes (11) in Richtung Blumenschließrichtung einmal manuell gedrückt wird, bis die Drehteile (9) am Blumenschließpunkt verriegelt ist, um ein automatisches Blumenöffnungssystem dann betriebsbereit zu machen, wenn die Drehteile (9) mit einem Knopfdruck (16) freigegeben wird, der eine dynamische Nachbildung der Blumenöffnung ermöglicht.

Revendications

1. Accessoires / décorations de forme modifiable comme une fleur ouvrante / fermante, comprenant un groupe de pièces en forme de pétale (1), caractérisés en ce que chacune des pièces en forme de pétale (1) est montée sur une base (2) ayant une surface courbe en forme de papillon découpée dans une sphère, que les bases (2) sont réparties dans des positions symétriques en rotation de manière à ce que les surfaces courbes des bases (2) se chevauchent l'une l'autre de manière à ce que les surfaces restent en contact / exercent une pression pendant tout le mouvement d'ouverture / de fermeture, de manière que par conséquent le mouvement d'ouverture / fermeture d'une pièce en forme de pétale (1) soit bien synchronisé avec toutes les autres pièces en forme de pétale (1) pour reproduire en douceur et efficacement le mouvement de la fleur qui s'ouvre / qui se ferme.

2. Accessoires / décorations de forme modifiable comme une fleur ouvrante / fermante d'après la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce qu'une série de parties d'ouverture / de fermeture en forme de pétale (1) montées sur une base de parties d'ouverture / de fermeture en forme de pétale (2) sont réparties en plusieurs couches pour représenter une fleur pliante double ou multiple.

3. Accessoires / décorations de forme modifiable comme une fleur ouvrante / fermante d'après la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisés en ce que des pièces tournantes (9) est conçue pour élire pas à pas une base de pièces d'ouverture / de fermeture en forme de pétale (2) lorsque des pièces tournantes (9) est tournée, ce qui donne un système à fleurs à ouverture / fermeture manuelle avec un mouvement rotatif d'un bouton de rotation des pièces (11).

4. Accessoires / décorations de forme modifiable comme une fleur ouvrante / fermante d'après la revendication 3, caractérisés en ce que des parties tournantes (9) pour l'élection de pièces d'ouverture / de fermeture en forme de pétale (2) sont maintenues en poussée vers la direction d'ouverture de fleur par un ressort (8) monté sur le corps principal (5), qui est une fois comprimé manuellement vers la direction de fermeture de la fleur par un mouvement rotatif du bouton de rotation des pièces (11) jusqu'à ce que les pièces tournantes (9) soit verrouillée au point de fermeture de la fleur pour rendre un système d'ouverture automatique de la fleur prêt à fonctionner lorsque des pièces tournantes (9) sont libérées avec une pression du bouton de libération (16) qui offre une reproduction dynamique de l'ouverture de fleur.
