[0022] The present disclosure will be further described in detail below with reference to
the drawings.
[0023] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the embodiment provides a separate tea-bag packaging,
comprising a tea bag. The tea bag comprises a bag body 101, a connecting member 102,
and a hanging tag 103, three of them are collectively referred as the tea bag 10 herein.
One end of the connecting member 102 is connected to the bag body 101 through mechanically
pressing processing. Super glue is arranged at the center position of the upper surface
of the hanging tag 103, and the other end of the connecting member 102 is connected
to the super glue.
[0024] It should be noted that, the separate tea-bag packaging product on the market usually
consists of a tea bag 10 with a hanging tag 103 and a separate outer packing bag.
The outer packaging of the tea bag 10 is mostly a separate outer packing bag, which
is generally made of paper material; meanwhile, the outer packing bag is discarded
at once after being torn for use, thereby causing the waste of resources. In this
embodiment, the hanging tag 103 is made of bendable shape-shifting material, and is
designed as a containing packing bag 1031, therefore the hanging tag 103 has two functions
at the same time. The bag body 101 and the connecting member 102 are included in the
containing packing bag 1031. The containing packing bag 1031 is used to protect the
tea bag 10 from outside pollution, and to prevent the tea bag 10 from dampness and
oxidization to a certain extent. The hanging tag 103 is fold in a three-dimensional
manner to wrap the tea bag 10, thereby forming a closed and safe bag tea product,
which replaces the present soft paper packing bags and thus saves resources.
[0025] The hanging tag 103 on the tea bag 10 is mostly a small-sized paper tag 103. After
connecting to the body 101 through the connecting member 102, the hanging tag 103
is placed in the separate outer packing. The hanging tag 103is hung outside the teacup
by the connecting member 102, in using state, for pulling the bag body 101 from the
teacup. In order to reduce the size of the hanging tag 103 and to reduce the production
cost, the shape of the hanging tag 103 is designed relatively small. However, the
small-sized hanging tag 103 is not convenient to display the information of the tea
product. Meanwhile, as the hanging tag 103 is of light weight, the hanging tag 103
is easy to fall into the teacup when in use and to get wet by the tea water through
the connecting member 102 after a long time of soaking. Therefore, in the embodiment,
the hanging tag 103 is bigger than those used in reality, and the big-sized hanging
tag 103 can fully display the information of the tea product.
[0026] Specifically, the bag body 101 comprises a soft packing bag 1011 and tea leaves placed
in the soft packing bag 1011. The bag body 101 and the connecting member 102 are placed
together on an edge of one side of the upper surface of the hanging tag 103, the bag
body 101 and the connecting member 102 together with the hanging tag 103 are folded
toward one side of the hanging tag 103 several times and form a bundling structure,
both ends and one side are mechanically pressed and performed with a sealing process,
thus packing the tea bag 10 with granular tea inside safely, preventing dampness and
oxidation. Thus, the bag body 101 and the connecting member 102 can be placed in the
containing packing bag 1031 formed by the hanging tag 103. In the embodiment, the
big-sized hanging tag 103 is folded and pressed, and then used to wrap and seal the
bag body 101.
[0027] As shown in FIG. 3, in the embodiment, a tearing member 10311 and an opening 10312
for easily tearing the tearing member 10311 are arranged at one side of the containing
packing bag 1031. At the end of the packing bag 1031 being folded, the tearing member
10311 is formed by the protruding hanging tag 103. When using the tea bag 10 product,
the containing packing bag 1031 formed by the hanging tag 103 can be torn fully through
the tearing position on the tearing member 10311 reserved by the hanging tag 103.
It should be noted that the method of tearing the containing packing bag 1031 is to
tear from the upper and lower sides, but not from the left and right sides. The tea
product information is fully displayed after the hanging tag 103 is expanded, wherein
statutory information related to the tea bag 10 is displayed on the outer side of
the hanging tag 103, while cultural information of the tea product is displayed on
the inner side of the hanging tag 103.
[0028] As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, after tearing the hanging tag 103, the hanging tag
103 can be bent to any angle, and can be fixed with the teacup, thus can fix the tea
bag 10 and prevent the hanging tag 103 from slipping into tea water. Specifically,
when the teacup does not have a handle, the hanging tag 103 is folded and fixed on
the edge of the cup. When the teacup has a handle, the hanging tag 103 is folded and
combined with the handle of the teacup, thus to fix the tea bag 10. The purpose of
combining the hanging tag 103 with the cup is to make the drinking of the product
convenient.
[0029] In the embodiment, the hanging tag 103 is made of aluminum foil paper material, and
the hard aluminum foil paper can be bent to an ideal shape. The aluminum foil paper
is soft and not easy to change its form as paper, will not rebound or recover to original
form after deformation, can keep a shape, and of light preventing, not dropping, light-proof,
no pollution, low price, preventing dampness and providing decorative packaging for
high-grade cigarettes and candies.
[0030] As the structure and shape of the outer packing of the tea bag 10 is mostly flat-shaped,
the outer packing is not easy to protect the tea leaves in the tea bag 10, especially
in the case of granular tea leaves, and is not suitable for carrying around, the separate
tea-bag packaging of the embodiment further comprises a capsule housing 20. The outer
packing of the tea bag 10 is used in a hard "capsule" shape, by matching with a hard
capsule shape housing to form a stable packing structure, thereby protecting the tea
bag 10, further protecting the tea leaves inside bag body 101 not easily broken. The
capsule housing 20 includes a capsule body 202 and a capsule cap 201, the containing
packing bag 1031 is inserted into the capsule body 202, and the capsule cap 201 is
arranged on the capsule body 202.
[0031] Specifically, the capsule housing 20 further comprises a capsule upper-lower connecting
member 203, which is a ring-shaped housing, and the capsule upper-lower connecting
member 203 is arranged between the capsule body 202 and the capsule cap 201. The containing
packing bag 1031 is inserted through the capsule upper-lower connecting member 203,
and the tea bag 10 is arranged into the capsule, thereby forming a separate and safe
tea bag packing.
[0032] As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the capsule housing 20 comprises two structural forms:
the capsule upper-lower connecting member 203 is integrally formed with the capsule
body 202, or the capsule upper-lower connecting member 203 is fixedly connected with
the capsule body 202. The methods of opening the two structural forms are respectively
a pulling type and an unplugging type, leading to a closed and safe internal packing
environment. The tea leaves in the capsule housing 20 are easy to open and carry,
bedsides, the capsule housing 20 can also be reused for many times.
[0033] Specifically, when the capsule upper-lower connecting member 203 is integrally formed
with the capsule body 202, the capsule upper-lower connecting member 203 is arranged
at the upper end of the capsule body 202, thus to form a stepped surface with the
capsule body 202. The capsule upper-lower connecting member 203 is inserted into the
capsule cap 201, and the opening method thereof is the pulling type.
[0034] When the capsule upper-lower connecting member 203 is fixedly connected to the capsule
body 202, the capsule housing 20 further comprises a rubber member 204. An upper notch
2011 is arranged on the capsule cap 201, and a lower notch 2021 is arranged on the
capsule body 202. An end of the rubber member 204 is connected to the upper notch
2011, the other end of the rubber member 204 is connected to the lower notch 2021.
A ring-shaped convex member is arranged in the capsule body 202, the capsule upper-lower
connecting member 203 is nested with the convex member of the capsule body 202, and
the opening method thereof is the unplugging type.
[0035] There is another capsule housing 20 when the capsule upper-lower connecting member
203 is fixedly connected to the capsule body 202. The capsule upper-lower connecting
member 203 is provided with a bulgy positioning block, the capsule cap 201 is provided
with an upper slot, and the capsule body 202 is provided with a lower slot. The upper
slot is matched with the lower slot to form a positioning slot, and the positioning
block is stuck in the positioning slot.
[0036] There are various of separate tea-bag packaging products, such as Lipton and Twinnings
Bag Tea. In general, the outer packing of those bag tea productions are configured
as flat-shaped outer packing of traditional tea bags, and the tea leaves in the bag
body 101 are powdery leaves or leaf shape, or granular leaves. In the embodiment,
the tea leaves in the separate tea-bag packaging are mainly granular tea leaves. The
tea packing weighs 1.5 g/bag so the weight is relatively light, and the amount of
tea leaves is suitable for one-time drinking.
[0037] In the embodiment, the connecting member 102 is a hanging string, which has the advantages
of low cost, and reducing the total price of the whole tea bag 10.
[0038] By providing a separate tea-bag packaging with a big-sized hanging tag 103, the big-sized
hanging tag 103 itself is used to fold in a three-dimensional manner to wrap various
of tea bags 10, especially the granular tea bag 10, thus to form a closed and safe
bag tea product, thereby reducing waste of resources. Meanwhile, the tea bag 10 is
matched with a hard capsule shape packing housing, which can further protect the tea
bag 10 from being crushed easily. The hanging tag 103 can be fixed with the teacup
by folding on the tea bag 103 after the tea bag 103 is expended, thus to fix the tea
bag 10.
