Detailed Description of the Embodiments

[0019] The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure are described clearly and completely hereinafter with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Obviously, the described embodiments are merely a part of embodiments according to the disclosure, rather than all embodiments. All other embodiments made by the ordinary skilled in the art without creative work based on the embodiments of the present disclosure should also be considered as falling within the scope of the present disclosure.

[0020] Embodiment 1: As shown in FIGS. 1, 4-10, the head structure of the applicator includes: the sleeve 30, wherein the sleeve 30 is hollow, and the sleeve 30 includes the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32; the applying head 10, wherein the through hole 11 is provided inside the applying head, and the applying head 10 includes the head 12 and the annular tail 13; the clamp 20, wherein the clamp 20 includes the bottom 21 and at least one pair of symmetrical and elastic jaws 22 connected to the bottom 21, the annular tail 13 of the applying head is placed between the jaws 22, the jaws 22 can tightly fasten the applying head 10, the clamp 20 is provided inside the sleeve, the bottom 21 of the clamp is fixedly connected to the first connecting portion 31 of the sleeve, and the head of the applying head 12 protrudes out of the sleeve 30; and the fixing base 4, wherein the fixing base includes the base 41 and the hollow fixing rod 42 connected to the base, the base 41 of the fixing base is fixedly connected to the second connecting portion 32 of the sleeve, an end of the fixing rod 42 is inserted into the through hole 11 of the applying head and connected to the through hole, the other end of the fixing rod is connected to an exterior. The connections between various components of the head structure of the present disclosure are as follows. The clamp 20 is mounted into the first connecting portion 31 of the sleeve 30. The applying head 10 is clamped in the clamp. The fixing base 40 is fixedly connected to the second connecting portion 32 of the sleeve 30. The fixing rod 42 of the fixing base is inserted into and fastened in the through hole 11 of the applying head. The applying head is tightly fixed in the sleeve through a pressure applied collectively by the fixing rod 42 and the clamp 20, which prevents the applying head from falling off. The sleeve 30 is connected to a cosmetic material container. The cosmetic material 80 flows into the through hole 11 of the applying head through the hollow fixing rod 42 by pressing the container, and then flows out of the head 12 of the applying head for make-up through the through hole. The applying head may be made of a soft rubber and plastic material. The applying head made of this material is used to directly apply the make-up area, which can effectively spread the cosmetic material evenly, make the applying line bolder, and has an attractive visual effect. The present disclosure has a simple structure and strong applicability, and is readily carried and reusable.

[0021] As FIG. 4 shows, the diameter of the through hole of the applying head 10 close to an end of the head is less than the diameter of the through hole used for placing the fixing rod 42, namely, the through hole of the applying head includes a lower large-diameter through hole used to place the fixing rod 42, and an upper small-diameter through hole used for the cosmetic material to pass through (the cosmetic material at a lower end of the applying head flows out through a hole inside the fixing rod). The larger-diameter portion of the through hole for placing the fixing rod facilitates the fixing rod to insert and avoid a situation where a large pressure is needed to be applied to extrude the cosmetic material out due to the small diameter of the lower portion of the through hole, which is inconvenient to use. Moreover, the upper through hole, i.e., the part of the through hole close to a position for discharging the cosmetic material has a relatively smaller diameter, which can avoid extruding the excessive cosmetic material, thereby affecting on make-up and causing the unnecessary waste. The applying head 10 is made of the soft rubber and plastic material, and is a semi-ellipsoid. The soft rubber and plastic material which is not prone to absorbing the cosmetic material, so all of the cosmetic material flows through the through hole of the applying head. Consequently, cosmetic material will not be left in the applying head, which prevents the unnecessary waste and pollution problems. The applying head made of the soft rubber and plastic material has a tough outer surface owing to grinding, which makes the applying line bolder. Besides, the plastic applying head can also function as a powder puff and effectively apply the cosmetic material evenly.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 5, the annular tail 13 of the applying head is provided with the annular groove 14. The snap-fit buckle 23 is embedded in the applying head by means of engaging with the annular groove 14. When the applying head is made of a softer soft rubber and plastic material, the snap-fit buckle can be directly embedded in the annular tail of the applying head. When the applying head is made of a harder soft rubber and plastic material, the annular tail is correspondingly provided with the annular groove for the snap-fit buckle to readily engage with the annular tail.

[0023] As shown in FIGS. 6-8, the clamp 20 is provided with two pairs of symmetrical jaws 22. Each of the jaws is provided with a snap-fit buckle 23. The jaw 22 of the clamp is opened outward in a normal state. When the jaw is inserted into the sleeve, since the sleeve has a smaller diameter, the jaws are restrained and pressed inward by the sleeve. The snap-fit buckle 23 is embedded in the applying head to fix the applying head tightly. The diameter of the fixing rod 42 in the through hole of the applying head is slightly larger than the diameter of the through hole, so that the fixing rod inserted in the through hole applies a certain pressure to the applying head. The applying head is fixed tightly through the pressure collectively applied by the fixing rod and the snap-fit buckle, thus, to avoid falling off of the applying head. The bottom 21 of the clamp is fixedly connected to the first connecting portion 31 of the sleeve. At least one protrusion 33 is provided on the inner side of the first connecting portion 31. At least one groove 24 for engaging with the protrusion is provided at the bottom of the clamp 21. When the clamp is inserted into the sleeve, the protrusion 33 is engaged with the groove to successfully assemble, generating a tactile reminder to the user. The base 41 of the fixing base is engaged with the second connecting portion 32 of the sleeve.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 9, an outer side of the second connecting portion 32 of the sleeve is further engaged with the soft tubular container 60. The soft tubular container stores the cosmetic material, and the cosmetic material can be extruded out of the applying head by pressing a soft tube of the soft tubular container. As shown in FIG. 10, the outer side of the second connecting portion 32 of the sleeve may be further engaged with the rotating container 70. The cosmetic material can be extruded out of the applying head by rotating a piston. Certainly, the head structure may be connected to other types of containers (such as a pressed container) to extrude the cosmetic material out. The above-mentioned embodiment is intended to better understand the present disclosure, rather than limiting the scope of the present disclosure.

[0025] Embodiment 2: As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the only difference between the present embodiment and the embodiment 1 is that the head 12 of the applying head is implanted with a layer of the fluff 50. The applying head may be implanted with the fluff 50 before use as needed, so as to make the applying head have a softer touch. Since the fluff has an absorption capacity, the applying effect is more exquisite.

[0026] The operation process of the present disclosure includes an assembling process and a use process.

[0027] The assembling process is shown in FIG. 11, wherein the arrows in the drawing are indication signs of the assembling process. First, the applying head 10 is placed into the clamp 20, and then the clamp 20 is inserted into the first connecting portion 31 of the sleeve 30 till the protrusion 33 of the first connecting portion is engaged with the groove 24 of the bottom 21 of the clamp. Subsequently, the fixing base 40 is inserted into the second connecting portion 32 of the sleeve, and the fixing rod 42 of the fixing base is inserted into the through hole 11 provided inside the applying head. Finally, the applying head is tightly fixed in the sleeve through an inward and outward pressure applied by the fixing rod 42 and the snap-fit buckle 23 of the clamp. At that time, the assembling process is finished. Certainly, the first connection portion of the sleeve can be sleeved with an upper cover to protect the applying head from pollution.

[0028] The use process is shown in FIG. 12, wherein the arrows shown in the drawing are the indication signs of the use process. The soft tube storing the cosmetic material 80 is connected to an exterior of the second connecting portion 32 of the sleeve 30, and then the soft tube is extruded, so that the cosmetic material in the soft tube respectively passes through the hollow fixing rod 42 and the upper through hole 11 of the applying head to reach a surface of the applying head 10. Users can directly use the applying head to apply the make-up area and accomplish a make-up process.

[0029] It should be noted that, various variations and improvements may be made by those skilled in the art within the concepts of the present disclosure, which are contained within the scope of the present disclosure. Thus, the protection scope of the present disclosure should be limited within the appended claims.
