(54) SEPARATE ENCLOSING FRAME DEVICE OF FOOSBALL TABLE


(57) The present invention provides a separated framing device for a soccer table, including a plurality of separable lower framing plates, a plurality of separable upper framing plates, a plurality of operating rod components, and a plurality of framing plate fasteners. The plurality of lower framing plates and the upper framing plates are fixed by the framing plate fastener. The lower framing plates and the upper framing plates are connected to table legs to form a soccer table. The operating rod components are provided between the lower framing plates and the upper framing plates, and are capable of doing rotation and movement. The separated peripheral frame structure of the soccer table of the present invention can quickly and conveniently install the operating rod component in the frame of the soccer table. The present invention can solve the problems such as the time-consuming and difficulties in installation, and the cumbersome installation process in an existing peripheral frame structure. Also, a series of problems that can cause reassembling by mistakes and puppet component replacement can be solved, thus the installation of the soccer table is simpler, more reasonable, and user-friendly.




Description

Technical Field



[0001] The present invention relates to a separated framing device for table, particularly to a separated framing device for a soccer table.

Background



[0002] Table soccer is a popular fitness and sport for all in Europe and America, which encapsulates the sporting skills of soccer. Each soccer player is controlled by the hands of the operator, and the fate of the whole soccer team depends on the controller. The controller can play the role of a good striker, a guard, and a goalkeeper. The operator can show wonderful offensive and defensive skills such as catching, stopping, passing, shooting and so on by controlling the operating rods by hands with the cooperation of brain, eyes and hands. The table soccer can bring an immersive experience of the powerful and passionate scene on the court, and is an entertaining sport, in which the operating rod is operated to rotate the puppet players to shoot at the goal, and the game outcome is determined by the score. With the rapid development of table soccer in recent years, table soccer has become a popular entertainment and sporting competition events and is no longer a minority hobby and sport.

[0003] At present, a plurality of operating rod components are provided on the framing plate on two sides of the table body of the soccer table. Different numbers of puppet components are provided on each operating rod component. The small soccer on the table can be kicked by moving the operating rod components and rotating the puppet components.

[0004] The periphery frame structure of the existing table soccer mainly includes the following types.
  1. 1. FIG. 1 shows the structure of a perforated periphery frame with complete knock-down operating rods.
    The collision end of the metal rod (301) is inserted through the bearing component (700) of the framing plate (600), and then the metal rod (301) is sequentially inserted through the collision end buffer member (304), a plurality of puppet components (500) and the grip end buffer member (304). After that, the metal rod (301) is led out from the bearing component (700) on the framing plate (600) at the opposite side. The connecting fasteners and the like for the puppet components (500), the operating rod grip (302) and the metal rod (301) are tightened. Other operating rods are installed into the framing plate (600) according to the above procedures.
    In FIG. 1, the perforated periphery frame structure with complete knock-down operating rods requires assembling all components in sequence. The direction and number of the puppet components (500) must be correctly matched with the metal rod (301). Further, all components must be tightened. Therefore, it is prone to cause problems during installation. The installation is extremely cumbersome, time-consuming, laborious, and not user-friendly, thus causing much inconvenience to the user, and bringing a troublesome experience to the user in maintenance and installation.
  2. 2. FIG. 2 shows the structure of a perforated periphery frame with a partially assembled operating rod.
    The operating rod component (300) including the metal rod (301), the buffer member (304), the puppet component (500), etc., is inserted through the framing plate hole (601) on the framing plate (600) at one side to extend for an adequate distance. The grip end of the metal rod (301) is inserted through the framing plate hole (601) on the framing plate (600) at the other side. The position and levelness of the metal rod (301) between the framing plates (600) at two sides are adjusted. The second bearing sleeve (703), the bearing (701), and the first bearing sleeve (702) are sequentially inserted into the two ends of the metal rod (301). The bearing (701) is clamped in the framing plate (600) by using the second bearing sleeve (703) and the first bearing sleeve (702), and the bearing (701) is fixed in the framing plate (600) by screwing through the threads on the second bearing sleeve (703) and the first bearing sleeve (702). Then, the grip (302) is fastened to the grip end of the metal rod (301) to complete the component.
    In this way, since the operating rod component (300) cannot be assembled with the bearing component (700) and the grip (302), the user needs to install the parts step by step. Thus, the installation is time-consuming, cumbersome, complicated, and easy to cause the mistakes. In the disassembling, the bearing components (700) at both ends and the grip (302) should all be disassembled for reassembling. Therefore, such a structure has obvious disadvantages and is not user-friendly.
  3. 3. FIG. 3 shows the structure of a key-way perforated periphery frame with a fully assembled operating rod.


[0005] The collision end of the metal rod (301) of the operating rod component (300) is first inserted through the second bearing sleeve (703) and then led out from the framing plate hole (601) of the framing plate (600). An adequate installation length is set aside beforehand. After that, the grip end of the metal rod (301) is pressed into the key-way through hole (602) of the framing plates. After the operating rod component (300) is adjusted to be horizontal, the bearing (701) and the first bearing sleeve (702) of the collision end of the metal rod (301) are inserted into the metal rod (301) in sequence.

[0006] The first bearing sleeve (702) and the second bearing sleeve (703) on the collision end of the metal rod (301) are fixedly screwed through the threads, so that the bearing (701) is clamped in the framing plate (600) between the first bearing sleeve (702) and the second bearing sleeve (703). Then, the bearing sleeve (704) with a key and the second bearing sleeve (703) on the grip end of the metal rod (301) are fixedly screwed through the threads, so that the bearing (701) is fixedly clamped in the framing plate (600). The other operating rod components (300) are sequentially installed in the framing plate (600) to complete the installation.

[0007] In this way, some defects of the complicated installation of the complete knock-down and partially assembled operating rod structure are improved. However, it is required to configure framing plate key-way through hole (602) on the framing plate (600), and a bearing sleeve (704) with a key is required to cover the key-way through hole (602), thereby unaesthetic appearance. Moreover, in disassembling, the first bearing sleeve (702) and the second bearing sleeve (703) on the collision end should be loosened to take out the bearing (701) and the first bearing sleeve (702). Therefore, such structure is also time-consuming and laborious.

Summary



[0008] The objective of the present invention is to provide a separated framing device for a soccer table, which has a reasonable structure. The installation is convenient, quick, simple, reasonable and user-friendly.

[0009] In order to achieve the above objective, the technical solution provided by the present invention is as follows: a separated framing device for a soccer table includes a plurality of lower framing plates, a plurality of upper framing plates, a plurality of operating rod components, and a plurality of framing plate fasteners. The lower framing plates and the upper framing plates are separable. The plurality of lower framing plates and the plurality of upper framing plates are fixed by the framing plate fasteners. The lower framing plates and the upper framing plates is connected to table legs to form a soccer table. The operating rod components are provided between the lower framing plates and the upper framing plates and are capable of doing rotation or movement.

Claims

1. A separated peripheral frame device for a soccer table, comprising a plurality of lower framing plates (100), a plurality of upper framing plates (200), a plurality of operating rod components (300) and a plurality of framing plate fasteners (400), wherein the plurality of lower framing plates (100) and the plurality of upper framing plates (200) are separable and fixed by the framing plate fasteners (400); the lower framing plates (100) and the upper framing plates (200) are connected to table legs to form the soccer table; the operating rod components (100) are provided between the lower framing plates (300) and the upper framing plates (200), and are capable of doing a rotation and a movement.
 
2. The separated framing device for the soccer table according to claim 1, characterized in that each of the lower framing plates (100) comprises a plurality of lower framing plate bearing grooves (101) and/or a plurality of lower framing plate through holes (102) provided on a lower framing plate main body.
 
3. The separated framing device for the soccer table according to claim 2, characterized in that each of the lower framing plates (100) comprises the plurality of lower framing plate bearing grooves (101) and the plurality of lower framing plate through holes (102) provided on the lower framing plate main body; the lower framing plate bearing grooves (101) are uniformly and equidistantly provided on the lower framing plate main body; the lower framing plate through holes (102) are uniformly and equidistantly provided on the lower framing plate main body; and the lower framing plate through holes (101) and the lower framing plate bearing grooves (102) are arranged at intervals.
 
4. The separated framing device for the soccer table according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that each of the upper framing plates (200) comprises a plurality of upper framing plate bearing grooves (201) and/or a plurality of lower framing plate pre-embedded fasteners (202) provided on an upper framing plate main body.
 
5. The separated framing device for the soccer table according to claim 4, characterized in that each of the upper framing plates (200) comprises the plurality of upper framing plate bearing grooves (201) and the plurality of lower framing plate pre-embedded fasteners (202) provided on the upper framing plate main body; the upper framing plate bearing grooves (201) are uniformly and equidistantly provided on the upper framing plate main body; the lower framing plate pre-embedded fasteners (202) are uniformly and equidistantly provided on the upper framing plate main body; and the upper framing plate bearing grooves (201) and the lower framing plate pre-embedded fasteners (202) are arranged at intervals;
the upper framing plate bearing grooves (201) and the lower framing plate bearing grooves (101) are aligned to form framing plate through holes for the operating rod components (300) to pass; the lower framing plate through holes (102) and the lower framing plate pre-embedded fasteners (202) are aligned and fixed by the framing plate fasteners (400).
 
6. The separated framing device for the soccer table according to claim 1, characterized in that each of the operating rod components (300) comprises a metal rod (301), a grip (302), and a grip fastener (303); a plurality of puppet components (500) are provided on the metal rod (301); the grip (302) is provided at one end of the metal rod (301) by the grip fastener (303).
 
7. The separated framing device for the soccer table according to claim 6, characterized in that each of the operating rod components (300) is placed in a recess of each of the lower framing plate bearing grooves (101) through a bearing component (700); after the upper framing plates (200) cover on the lower framing plates, each upper framing plate (200) and each lower framing plate (100) are fixed by at least one framing plate fastener (400); and buffer members (304) for anti-collision are respectively provided on outer sides of the puppet components (500) closed to the lower framing plates (100) at two sides.
 
8. The separated framing device for the soccer table according to claim 7, characterized in that the metal rod (301) is a solid tube or a hollow tube having different cross-sectional shapes; and the metal rod (301) is a retractable tube body or a tube body having a fixed length.
 
9. The separated framing device for the soccer table according to claim 8, characterized in that the bearing component (700) is a bearing member for supporting a rotation and movement of the metal rod (301); and the bearing component comprises the bearing and/or integral or separated bearing sleeves.
 
10. The separated framing device for the soccer table according to claim 6, characterized in that the puppet components (500) are integral puppets or separable engaged puppets; and the puppet components are human-shaped, humanoid, geometric, or biomimetic.
