[0001] The invention concerns a new design of the suspended fitting which is designed to
be used especially for fixing, accurate setting and securing of kitchen unit furniture
or shelf frameworks for the walls of interiors of the buildings.
Present prior art
[0002] At present are in the furniture industry used various suspended fittings which serve
for fixation of furniture components, for example cabinets or shelves, on the walls
or screens of interiors of the buildings. The design of the suspended fittings differs
according to the type of suspending components and their requested maximal load, they
differ according to type of the material into which are fixed and especially according
to the method if they are fixed on the supporting framework or directly on the wall.
In case of use of fittings for fixation of furniture units, for example kitchen units,
is required for these fittings to enable vertical and horizontal rectifying of furniture
components and also setting of the slant of the component in the frontward direction
when is necessary to adjust it due to wall or screen unevenness for given furniture
set to look like a monolithic unit. These are mostly two-part fittings whose first
part contains a base board and is fixed on the corpus of furniture component and the
second part is formed as a supporting plate which is fixed on the wall or framework
and it is from above fixed the base board. Adjustment of the position of furniture
components is designed as sets of rectifying screws, shanks, hinged arms, connections
or pegs procured in the end parts with a slant dentation and exemplary designs of

EP 2654508. Known designs of suspended fittings are altogether structurally difficult, they
are relatively heavy and require quite considerable build-up space, which in many
cases negatively influences also design of furniture components. Another disadvantage
of known designs is that the fitting enables relatively small correction of resetting
of furniture components in horizontal and vertical direction which makes preparation
of the assembly works difficult, especially accuracy of fixation of suspended boards
on the wall. Another disadvantage is the necessity of formation of relatively big
manipulation openings in the back wall of the component which enables access to rectifying
elements of the fitting and with it connected necessity of use of big covers for blinding
of these openings. And final disadvantage is that known designs of the fitting mostly
do not allow universal use on both sides of the furniture component and have to be
produced in two types, namely right-sided and left-sided.
[0003] Finally is known solution according to the file
WO2006/112799 where is described a hanger for three dimensional adjustable mounting of furniture,
notably hanging one, onto the wall, consisting of two basic members: wall member,
steadfastly attached to the wall and the furniture member, externally attached to
the furniture back, so that the hanger does not affect its interior. The furniture
part is together with furniture hung to the wall member with the eccenter which is
an assembling part of said furniture part and is together with the spindle, which
forms with said eccenter a whole, turnable around a spindle longitudinal axis, oriented
perpendicularly to the wall, which enables fine adjustment of the furniture position
in vertical direction, and that the eccenter is together with the spindle movable
said axis alongside, enabling fine adjustment of furniture position in the direction
towards wall, while fine udjustment in in the horizontal direction paralel to the
wall is enabled by the furniture part, attached to the wall member movable in said
direction. Disadvantage of this solution is that due to a not completely optimal design
of connection of structural parts to the wall and also to furniture component it has
relatively low bearing capacity which can cause problem for furniture components which
are not produced from massif but, for example, from glued materials or chipboard.
[0004] The aim of presented invention is to enhance the assortment of suspended fittings
with a new design of this assembly element which basically removes all mentioned drawbacks
of known designs, is simple concerning design and production, has low weight, is universally
usable for left and right side of furniture components, enables quite big correction
of setting of the furniture component on the wall and all of this with use of only
one small assembly opening in the back wall of the furniture component and one special
assembly tool.
Essence of the invention
[0005] The given target is reached with an invention which is a suspended fitting especially
for unit furniture or shelf frameworks formed by mutually demountable way set a suspended
rail mounted to the wall and an assembly unit mounted to the furniture component of
the furniture unit where the assembly unit contains a base body formed by a thin-walled
recess for fixation of rectifying components and equipped with structural elements
for setting and fixation to furniture component. The essence of the invention is in
the fact that the rectifying components of the assembly unit are formed by mutually
demountable way connected a plate nut and a multi part cam rectifying element set
in a through recess of the central part of the base body where the cam rectifying
element consists of a flat positioning cam firmly connected to a hollow set screw
in whose inner cavity is placed a fixation set screw, whereas partly the suspended
rail is formed from strip steel shaped into two parallel vertical shoulders, an outer
arm and inner arm, where the outer arm is straight and the inner arm is on its end
bent in outward direction whereby forms a horizontal guiding groove in the shape of
a one side fork for support of the cam rectifying element of the assembly unit on
the support surface of the outer shoulder and also the circular through opening is
equipped with an output neck and a disc nut is formed by a flat circular disc in whose
central part is formed a connecting opening whose diameter size corresponds with the
diameter of the output neck of the base body and which is equipped not only with an
inner thread but also there are on its perimeter formed two, opposed, in the direction
toward the perimeter of the disc, placed rounded recesses.
[0006] In an advantageous design is the base body shaped as trapezoid made by a long base
and a short base in parallel which are connected by side arms where side arms form
an angle 90° and they are shaped as peripheral grooves finished with support walls
wherein the long base and also short base of the base body are equipped with support
welts whose end parts are led in parallel with the central surface of the base body
whereas the end parts of the peripheral grooves of the side arms adjacent to the long
base are equipped in an outward direction transversally led distant lugs whose peripheral
edges are at the same level as the supporting welts.
[0007] It is also advantageous when the distant lugs are tilted under angle 45° and are
press shaped from partial offcuts formed in the peripheral grooves.
[0008] Also is advantageous when the base body is on the wall opposed to formation of the
through recess equipped with at least one positioning element whereas in an optimal
case is the base body equipped with three positioning elements made as pegs with head.
[0009] And finally is advantageous when a cam rectifying element consists of a flat positioning
cam in which if formed a thread opening which is situated asymmetrically and inside
of it is fixed a hollow set screw whose inner thread diameter and lead corresponds
with the size of the inner thread of the plate nut whereas the surface of the inner
cavity of the set screw is not only in the part which adjoins to the positioning cam
equipped with a connecting thread for placement of a fixation set screw which is equipped
with a front hexagonal manipulation cavity but also in the end part which is screwed
into the nut plate with an inner hexagon.
[0010] Likewise is advantageous when the couple of outer assembly openings and inner assembly
openings which are formed in the outer arm and the inner arm are at the same horizontal
level and are oval shaped whereas the outer assembly openings are wider with widening
in the direction toward each other thus they form support surfaces on the inner arm.
[0011] In an optimal case is the fitting completed with one or more support pads which can
be freely placed to the outer arm of the suspended rail and which are equipped with
side notches which dimensionally correspond with assembly opening in the suspension
rail whereas on their inner centre directed surfaces are formed seats for rest on
the support surface of the inner arm of the suspended rail.
[0012] The presented invention achieves new and higher efficiency because the suspended
fitting has a simple design thus is also easy for production with use of relatively
low financial costs. Big benefit is the fact that it has low height thus it requires
small assembly space and it is usable without any problems even for furniture components
whose back wall is 10mm distant from back edge of the side plate. Mutual setting of
the functional elements of particular parts of the fitting enables their resetting
in horizontal direction of 14mm to the left and right, possibly even more, which requires
lower accuracy during primary assembly. At the same time the design ensures a firm
and easy fixation of the base board of the fitting in the side plate of furniture
component and enables use of thicker connection screws which increases firmness of
the connection of the fitting and the furniture component and virtually eliminates
its break out. Finally a shift of position of the connection screws with their slant
direction nearly eliminates damage of the furniture component during the assembly
of the fitting. An indispensable advantage is also possibility of easy rectification
of the position of the fitting in horizontal and vertical direction through one small
assembly opening formed in the back wall of the furniture component which is covered
only with a sticker. Big advantage of new fitting is likewise its possible universal
use for assembly of left and right side plate of the furniture without any structural
modification.

1. A suspended fitting especially for unit furniture or shelf frameworks formed by a
mutually demountable way set suspended rail (1) mounted to the wall (5) and an assembly
unit (2) mounted to the furniture component (4) of the furniture unit where the assembly
unit (2) contains a base body (21) formed by a thin-walled recess (211) modified for
fixation of rectifying components and equipped with structural elements for setting
and fixation to a furniture component (4) wherein the rectifying components of the assembly unit (2) are formed by a mutually demountable
way connected plate nut (22) and a multi-part cam rectifying element (23) set in a
through recess (218) of the central part of the base body (21) where the cam rectifying
element (23) consists of a flat positioning cam (231) firmly connected with a hollow

opposed in direction toward the perimeter of the disc (2201) situated rounded recesses

2. The suspended fitting according to the claim 1, wherein the base body (21) is shaped as a trapezoid made by a long basis (213) and a short
basis (214) in parallel which are connected by side arms (212) where side arms (212)
form angle 90°, are shaped as peripheral grooves (2121) finished with support walls
(2122) where the long base (213) and also the short base (214) of the base body (21)
are equipped with support welts (215) whose end parts (2151) are led in parallel with
the central surface of the base body (21), whereas the end parts of the peripheral
grooves (2121) of the side arms (212) adjacent to the long base (213) are equipped
with in an outward direction transversally led distant lugs (216) whose peripheral
edges are in the same level as the support welts (215).
3. The suspended fitting according to the claim 2, wherein the distant lugs (216) are tilted under the angle 45° and are press shaped from partial
offcuts (217) formed in the peripheral grooves (2121).
4. The suspended fitting according to some from the claims 1 to 3, wherein the base body (21) is on the opposed wall from position of the through recess (218)
equipped with at least one positioning element (219).
5. The suspended fitting according to the claim 4, wherein the base body (21) is equipped with three positioning elements (219) formed as pegs
with a head.
6. The suspended fitting according to some from the claims 1 to 5, wherein the cam rectifying element (23) consists of a flat positioning cam (231) in which
is formed a thread opening (232) which is placed asymmetrically and is in it fixed
a hollow set screw (233) whose inner thread (2331) diameter and lead corresponds with
the size of the inner thread (2203) of the plate nut (22), whereas the surface of
the inner cavity (2332) of the set screw (233) is, not only in the part adjoining
to the positioning cam (231) equipped with a connecting thread (2333), for insertion
of the fixation set screw (234), which is equipped with a front hexagonal manipulation
cavity (2341), but also in the end part of screwed into the plate nut (22) with an
inner hexagon (2334).
7. The suspended fitting according to some from the claims 1 to 6, wherein the couples of outer assembly openings (111) and inner assembly openings (121) created
on the outer arm (11) and also on the inner arm (12) are at the same horizontal level
and oval shaped where the outer assembly openings (111) are wider with widening in
direction to themselves, so they form on the outer arm (12) supporting surfaces (122).
8. The suspended fitting according to some from the claims 1 to 7, wherein it is completed with one or more support pads (6) which is freely placed to the outer
arm (11) of the suspended rail (11) and which are equipped with side notches (61)
which dimensionally correspond with outer assembly openings (111) of the suspended
rail (1), whereas on their inner centrally directed surfaces are formed seats (62)
for seat of the support surface (122) of the inner arm (12) of the suspended rail
(1).
1. Eine hängende Armatur, insbesondere für Einbaumöbel oder Regalgerüste, die aus einer
fest an die Wand (5) montierten, beidseitig demontierbaren Hängeschiene (1), und einer
an die Möbelkomponente (4) der Möbeleinheit montierten Montageeinheit (2) besteht,
wobei die Montageeinheit (2) einen Grundkörper (21) enthält, der aus einer dünnwandiger
Aussparung (211) besteht, die zur Befestigung von Ausrichtungskomponenten modifiziert
und mit Strukturelementen zum Setzen und Befestigen an eine Möbelkomponente (4) ausgestattet
ist, wobei die Ausrichtungskomponenten der Montageeinheit (2) aus einer beidseitig demontierbaren,
fest installierten Blechmutter (22) und einem mehrteiligen Nockenausrichtungsteil
(23) besteht, das in eine durchgehende Aussparung (218) des Mittelteils des Grundkörpers
(21) eingesetzt ist, wo das Nockenausrichtungsteil (23) aus einem flachen Positioniernocken
(231) besteht, der mit einer Hohlschraube (233) befestigt ist, in deren Innenhohlraum
(2332) eine Befestigungsschraube (234) angeordnet ist, während die Hängeschiene (1)
aus Bandstahl besteht, das in zwei parallel verlaufende vertikale Arme ausgeformt
ist, und zwar den Außenarm (11) und den Innenarm (12), an denen paarweise äußere Montageöffnungen
(111) und innere Montageöffnungen (121) angeordnet sind, wobei der Außenarm (11) gerade
und der Innenarm (12) an seinem Ende nach außen gebogen ist, wodurch eine horizontale
Führungsnut in Form einer einseitigen Gabel zur Abstützung des Nockenausrichtungsteils
(23) der Montageeinheit (2) auf der Auflagefläche (122) des Außenarms (11) entsteht,
und die kreisförmige durchgehende Aussparung (218) ist mit einem Ausgangshals (2181)
ausgestattet, und die Blechmutter (22) aus einer flachen kreisförmigen Scheibe (2201)
besteht, in deren Mittelteil eine Verbindungsöffnung (2202) ausgebildet ist, deren
Durchmesser dem Durchmesser des Ausgangshalses (2181) des Grundkörpers (21) entspricht,
und die nicht nur mit einem Innengewinde (2203) ausgestattet ist, sondern an deren
Perimeter sich zusätzlich zwei entgegengesetzte abgerundete Aussparungen (2204) befinden,
die in der Richtung des Perimeters der Scheibe (2201) liegen.
2. Die hängende Armatur nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Grundkörper (21) trapezförmig ausgeführt ist mit einer langen Basis (213) and
einer kurzen Basis (214), die zueinander parallel geführt und durch die Seitenarme
(212) verbunden sind, wobei die Seitenarme (212) einen Winkel von 90° bilden und als
Umfangsrillen (2121) ausgeformt und mit Stützwänden (2122) versehen sind, wobei die
lange Basis (213) und auch die kurze Basis (214) des Grundkörpers (21) mit Stützbändern

3. Die hängende Armatur nach Anspruch 2, wobei die entfernten Laschen (216) in einem Winkel von 45° geneigt sind und aus Teilabschnitten
(217), die in den Umfangsrillen (2121) ausgebildet sind, druckgeformt sind.
4. Die hängende Armatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei sich der Grundkörper (21) an der gegenüberliegenden Wand von der Position der durchgehenden
Aussparung (218) befindet, die mit mindestens einem Stellglied (219) ausgestattet
ist.
5. Die hängende Armatur nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Grundkörper (21) mit drei Stellgliedern (219) ausgestattet ist, die als Zapfen
mit einem Kopf ausgebildet sind.
6. Die hängende Armatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das Nockenausrichtungsteil (23) aus einem flachen Positioniernocken (231) besteht,
in dem eine Gewindeöffnung (232) ausgebildet ist, die asymmetrisch angeordnet und
in der eine Hohlschraube (233) befestigt ist, deren Innengewinde (2331) im Durchmesser
und Zuführung der Größe des Innengewindes (2203) der Blechmutter (22) entspricht,
während die Oberfläche des Innenhohlraums (2332) der Stellschraube (233)) nicht nur
in dem an den Positioniernocken (231) angrenzenden Teil mit einem Verbindungsgewinde
(2333) zum Einsetzen der Befestigungsschraube (234) ausgestattet ist, das mit einem
vorderen Sechskantmontagehohlraum (2341) versehen ist, sondern auch im Endteil in
die Blechmutter (22) mit einem inneren Sechskant (2334) eingeschraubt ist.
7. Die hängende Armatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei die Paare von äußeren Montageöffnungen (111) und inneren Montageöffnungen (121),
die im Außenarm (11) und auch im Innenarm (12) ausgebildet sind, sich auf der gleichen
horizontalen Ebene befinden und ovalförmig sind, wobei die äußeren Montageöffnungen
(111) breiter sind und sich in ihrer Richtung zu sich selbst erweitern, so dass sie
auf dem Außenarm (12) die Auflageflächen (122) bilden.
8. Die hängende Armatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei sie mit einem oder mehreren Stützpolstern (6) abgeschlossen ist, die frei zu dem
Außenarm (11) der Hängeschiene (11) angeordnet und mit Seitenkerben (61) versehen
sind, die maßlich den äußeren Montageöffnungen (111) der Hängeschiene (1) entsprechen,
wo auf ihren inneren mittig gerichteten Flächen Sitze (62) zur Aufbringung der Auflagefläche

(2121) finies avec des parois de support (2122) où la base longue (213) ainsi que
la base courte (214) du corps de base (21) sont équipées de passepoils de support
(215) dont les parties d'extrémité (2151) sont menées parallèlement à la surface centrale
du corps de base (21), tandis que les parties d'extrémité des rainures périphériques
(2121) des bras latéraux (212) adjacents à la base longue (213) sont équipées de pattes
distantes (216) dirigées transversalement vers l'extérieur dont les bords périphériques
sont au même niveau que les passepoils de support (215).

de chevilles avec une tête.
6. Ferrure suspendue selon certaines des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle l'élément de redressement de came (23) consiste en une came de positionnement plate
(231) où il y a ne ouverture de filetage (232) qui est placée asymétriquement et dans
laquelle est fixée une vis de réglage creuse (233) où le diamètre du filetage intérieur
(2331) et le pas correspondent aux paramètres du filetage intérieur (2203) de l'écrou
de plaque (22), tandis que la surface de la cavité intérieure (2332) de la vis de
réglage (233) est, non seulement dans la partie attenante à la came de positionnement
(231) équipée d'un filetage de liaison (2333), pour l'insertion de la vis de fixation
(234), qui est équipée d'une cavité de manipulation hexagonale avant (2341), mais
également dans la partie d'extrémité vissée dans l'écrou de plaque (22) avec un hexagone
intérieur (2334).
7. Ferrure suspendue selon certaines des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle les couples d'ouvertures d'assemblage extérieur (111) et d'ouvertures d'assemblage
intérieur (121) créées sur le bras extérieur (11) et également sur le bras intérieur
(12) sont au même niveau horizontal et de forme ovale où les ouvertures de l'ensemble
extérieur (111) sont plus larges avec un élargissement en direction d'elles-mêmes,
de sorte qu'elles des surfaces de support (122) sur le bras extérieur (12).
