    Description

    Field of the Invention



    [0001] The present invention relates to a sleeve for a switch with button used in white goods, furniture, automotive, electric and electronic sectors.

    Background of the Invention



    [0002] Today, buttons are placed on the devices used in white good sector in order to give command to the said devices by the user. These buttons are placed on the devices via sleeves. Buttons attached to a devices used today do not stay on the center; they stay hanging downwards in the opening inside the slot. Buttons attached to the devices lean downwards since they cannot remain in the center due to gravity in the working space inside the slot, and this situation harm quality perception and appearance of the devices. Buttons attached to the devices do not remain in the center in the sleeves used today.

    [0003] European Patent Document no EP0798753, an application known in the state of the art, discloses a button assembly. The said button assembly comprises a button mounted inside a slot. The said button is turned and brought to a second position, and the button is prevented from moving inside the slot in this position.

    [0004] International Patent document no WO2011082928, an application known in the state of the art, discloses a thermostat insert. The said insert comprises a base plate, a plurality of guide arms and thermostat insert.

    [0005] Moreover, EP 2 624 674 A1 discloses a sleeve according to the preamble of claim 1.

    Summary of the Invention



    [0006] The objective of the present invention is to provide a sleeve for a switch with button for enabling the buttons and the switch to be in the center in the sleeve.

    Detailed Description of the Invention



    [0007] A sleeve developed to fulfill the objectives of the present invention is illustrated in the accompanying figures, in which:

    Figure 1 is the perspective view of the sleeve.

    Figure 2 is the perspective view of the sleeve from another angle.

    Figure 3 is the side view of the sleeve.

    Figure 4 is the perspective view of the sleeve together with the nut.

    [0009] The sleeve (1) for a switch with button for enabling the button and the switch to remain in the center of the sleeve (1) essentially comprises
    • at least one body (2),
    • at least one protrusion (3) which is located at one end of the body (2), and the diameter of which is a little larger than the diameter of the body (2), and which has a certain wall thickness,
    • at least one thread (4) which is located on the body (2) close to the protrusion (3) and which is formed around the body (2),
    • at least one nut (5) which is mounted on the body (2) by being rotated around itself via the thread (4), and enables the body (2) to remain fixed where it is located,
    • at least one holder (6) which enables the button inserted inside the body (2) to be held right in the center of the body (2),
    • at least one opening (7) for LEDs which is preferably four of them around the body (2) and for enabling the button to be lightened by means of the LEDs placed therein,
    • at least one tab (8) which is located on the other end of the body (2) where the protrusion (3) is not located, and which is formed on this area for which a placed part is not removed as long as it is preferred,
    • at least one hole (9) which is located at the bottom of the other end of the body (2) where the protrusion (3) is not present, for helping a part around the body (2) to hold on to the body (2) via a bolt located therein.


    [0010] In the sleeve (1) present in one embodiment of the invention the protrusion (3) is provided at one end of the body (2). The diameter of the protrusion (3) is a little larger than the diameter of the body (2). By this means, the body (2) is prevented from going into the slot when the body (2) is fitted into its slot on the device. The thread (4) is provided on the body (2) close to the protrusion (3). The nut (5) is placed to the said thread (4) by being rotated around its own axis. When the nut (5) is preferably rotated clockwise, it moves in direction of the protrusion (3); when it is rotated counter clockwise around its own axis, it is moved in opposite direction of the protrusion (3). The nut (5) enables the body (2) to be fixed in the slot present on the device in case it is tightened till the end in direction of the protrusion (3) on the thread (4). There are preferably four holders (6) on the body (2). These holders (6) are for enabling a switch with button placed inside the body (2) to remain right in the center of the body (2) and preventing the switch with button from going out of the center of the body (2) in any way after the body (2) is placed into the slot on the device. An opening (7) for LEDs is provided on the body (2) on a farther area relative to the holder (6). By means of these LEDs placed into the opening (7), the button can be lightened. Preferably two tabs (8) are provided on the area where the other end of the body (2) without the protrusion (3) is located. The said tabs (8) are for enabling the parts located thereon to be positioned here as long as it is preferred. In case the part mounted to the tabs (8) is preferred to be removed from there, a force is applied on the tabs (8) and the tabs (8) enable the part to be released. The holes (9) are located on the body (2) on the lower part of the tabs (8) for which the other parts provided around the body (2) are enabled to hold on to the body (2) via the bolts placed inside the said holes (9).


    Claims

    1. A sleeve (1) for a switch with button for enabling the button and switch to remain in the center of the sleeve (1) comprising

    - at least one body (2),

    - at least one protrusion (3) which is located at one end of the body (2), and the diameter of which is a little larger than the diameter of the body (2),

    - at least one thread (4) which is located on the body (2) close to the protrusion (3) and which is formed around the body (2),

    - at least one nut (5) which is mounted on the body (2) by being rotated around itself via the thread (4), and enables the body (2) to remain fixed where it is located,

    - at least one tab (8) which is located on the other end of the body (2) where the protrusion (3) is not located, and which is formed on this area for which a placed part is not removed as long as it is preferred and characterized by

    - at least one opening (7) for LEDs which is provided on the body (2) on a farther area relative to the holder (6), enables the button to be lightened by means of these LEDs placed into said opening (7),

    - at least one holder (6) on the body (2) for enabling the button inserted inside the body (2) to be held right in the center of the body (2),

    - at least one hole (9) which is located at a bottom of the other end of the body (2) where the protrusion (3) is not present for helping a part around the body (2) to hold on to the body (2) via a bolt located therein, is on the lower part of the tab (8) on the body (2), and enables the part around the body (2) to hold on to the body (2) via the bolt placed therein.


     
    2. A sleeve (1) according to any one of the preceding claims comprising the protrusion (3) for preventing the body (2) from going into a slot when the body (2) is fitted into the slot on a device.
     
    3. A sleeve (1) according to any one of the preceding claims comprising the thread (4) which is located on the body (2) close to the protrusion (3) and where the nut (5) is placed by rotating the nut (5) around its own axis.
     
    4. A sleeve (1) according to any one of the preceding claims comprising the nut (5) which is movable in direction of the protrusion (3) when it is preferably rotated clockwise, and which is movable in opposite direction of the protrusion (3) when it is rotated around its own axis counter clockwise.
     
    5. A sleeve (1) according to any one of the preceding claims comprising nut (5) which enables the body (2) to be fixed in the slot present on the device in case it is tightened till the end in direction of the protrusion (3) on the thread (4).
     
    6. A sleeve (1) according to any one of the preceding claims comprising the holder (6) which is preferably four of them on the body (2) and for preventing the button from going out of the center of the body (2) in any way after the body (2) is placed into a slot of a device.
     


    Ansprüche

    1. Hülse (1) für einen Schalter mit einem Knopf, um den Knopf und den Schalter in der Mitte der Hülse (1) zu halten, umfassend

    - mindestens ein Körper (2),

    - mindestens einen Vorsprung (3), der sich an einem Ende des Körpers (2) befindet, unddessen Durchmesser etwas größer ist als der Durchmesser des Körpers (2),

    - mindestens ein Gewinde (4), das sich auf dem Körper (2) in der Nähe des Vorsprungs befindet(3) und das sich um den Körper (2) bildet,

    - mindestens eine Mutter (5), die sich auf dem Körper (2) montiert ist, indem sie über das Gewinde (4) um sich selbst gedreht wird, und ermöglicht es dem Körper (2), dort zu bleiben, wo er sich befindet,

    - mindestens eine Lasche (8), die sich am anderen Ende des Körpers (2) befindet, wo sich derVorsprung (3) nicht befindet,und die an diesem Bereich ausgebildet ist, für den ein platziertes Teil nicht entfernt wird, solange es bevorzugt wird und gekennzeichnet ist durch

    - mindestens eine Öffnung (7) für LEDs, die auf dem Körper (2) in einem weiter entfernten Bereich relativ zum Halter (6) vorgesehen ist und die es ermöglicht, den Knopf mittels dieser in der Öffnung (7) angeordneten LEDs zu beleuchten,

    - mindestens ein Halter (6) auf dem Körper (2) zur Freigabe des innen eingesetzten Knopfesder Körper (2), der genau in der Mitte des Körpers (2) gehalten werden soll,

    - mindestens ein Loch (9), das sich an einem Boden des anderen Endes des Körpers (2) befindet, wo der Vorsprung (3) nicht vorhanden ist, um einem Teil um den Körper (2) herum zu helfen, sich über einen darin befindlichen Bolzen an dem Körper (2) festzuhalten, sich an dem unteren Teil der Lasche (8) an dem Körper (2) befindet und es dem Teil um den Körper (2) ermöglicht, sich über den darin angeordneten Bolzen an dem Körper (2) festzuhalten.


     
    2. Hülse (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, die den Vorsprung (3) aufweist, um zu verhindern, dass der Körper (2) in einen Schlitz hineingeht, wenn der Körper (2) in den Schlitz einer Vorrichtung eingepasst wird.
     
    3. Hülse (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, die das Gewinde (4) umfasst, das sich auf dem Körper (2) in der Nähe des Vorsprungs (3) befindet und wo die Mutter (5) durch Drehen der Mutter (5) um ihre eigene Achse platziert wird.
     
    4. Hülse (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, umfassend die Mutter (5), die in Richtung des Vorsprungs (3) beweglich ist, wenn sie vorzugsweise im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht wird, und die in entgegengesetzter Richtung des Vorsprungs (3) beweglich ist, wenn sie um ihre eigene Achse entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn gedreht wird.
     
    5. Hülse (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche mit einer Mutter (5), die es ermöglicht, den Körper (2) in dem an der Vorrichtung vorhandenen Schlitz zu befestigen, falls er bis zum Ende in Richtung des Vorsprungs (3) auf dem Gewinde (4) angezogen wird.
     
    6. Hülse (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, bestehend aus dem Halter (6), von denen vorzugsweise vier am Körper (2) angebracht sind, und um zu verhindern, dass der Knopf in irgendeiner Weise aus der Mitte des Körpers (2) herausragt, nachdem der Körper (2) in einen Schlitz einer Vorrichtung eingesetzt wurde.
     


    Revendications

    1. Manchon (1) pour un interrupteur avec bouton pour permettre au bouton et à l'interrupteur de rester au centre du manchon (1) comprenant

    - au moins un corps (2),

    - au moins une saillie (3) qui est située à une extrémité du corps (2), et dont le diamètre est un peu plus grand que le diamètre du corps (2),

    - au moins un filetage (4) qui est situé sur le corps (2) à proximité de la saillie (3) et qui est formé autour du corps (2),

    - au moins un écrou (5) qui est monté sur le corps (2) en étant tourné autour de lui-même par le filetage (4), et qui permet au corps (2) de rester fixé à l'endroit où il se trouve,

    - au moins une languette (8) qui est située à l'autre extrémité du corps (2) où la saillie (3) n'est pas située, et qui est formée sur cette zone pour laquelle une partie placée n'est pas enlevée tant qu'elle est préférée et caractérisé par

    - au moins une ouverture (7) pour les LEDs qui est prévue sur le corps (2) sur une zone plus éloignée par rapport au support (6), permet d'allumer le bouton au moyen de ces LEDs placées dans ladite ouverture (7),

    - au moins un support (6) sur le corps (2) pour permettre au bouton inséré à l'intérieur du corps (2) d'être maintenu en plein centre du corps (2),

    - au moins un trou (9) qui est situé au bas de l'autre extrémité du corps (2) où la saillie (3) n'est pas présente pour aider une partie autour du corps (2) à s'accrocher au corps (2) via un boulon situé dans celui-ci, se trouve sur la partie inférieure de la languette (8) du corps (2), et permet à la partie entourant le corps (2) de s'accrocher au corps (2) grâce au boulon qui y est placé.


     
    2. Manchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant la saillie (3) pour empêcher le corps (2) d'entrer dans une fente lorsque le corps (2) est inséré dans la fente d'un dispositif.
     
    3. Manchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant le filetage (4) qui est situé sur le corps (2) à proximité de la saillie (3) et où l'écrou (5) est placé en tournant l'écrou (5) autour de son propre axe.
     
    4. Manchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant l'écrou (5) qui est mobile dans la direction de la saillie (3) lorsqu'il est tourné de préférence dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre, et qui est mobile dans le sens opposé de la saillie (3) lorsqu'on la fait tourner autour de son propre axe dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre.
     
    5. Manchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un écrou (5) qui permet de fixer le corps (2) dans la fente présente sur le dispositif en cas de serrage jusqu'à l'extrémité en direction de la saillie (3) sur le filetage (4).
     
    6. Manchon (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant le support (6) qui est de préférence à quatre sur le corps (2) et pour empêcher le bouton de sortir du centre du corps (2) de quelque manière que ce soit après que le corps (2) ait été placé dans une fente d'un appareil.
