(57) Lower cycloalkyl substituted-benzene derivatives, the preparation thereof and their
pharmaceutical compositions.
Lower cycloalkyl substituted-benzene derivatives of the formula:-
wherein R' is lower cycloalkyl,
R2 is carboxy, esterified carboxy, hydroxymethyl, lower alkoxymethyl or acyloxymethyl,
R3 is lower alkanoyl or lower alkyl substituted with hydroxy, amino, lower alkylamino,
di(lower)alkylamino, acylamino, lower alkoxy, acyl or acyloxy, in which the lower
alkyl moieties of the di(lower)alkyl amino radical may be joined together to form
a heterocyclic ring containing the nitrogen atom and the carbonyl function of the
acyl radical, which is a substituent on the lower alkyl radical, may be protected,
X is hydrogen or halogen, and
Y is a valency bond or lower alkylene;
and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof;
pharmaceutical composition comprising the same; and methods for treatment of inflammation
by administering the same to mammals.
