(57) 2,5,7-Trimethyloctan-3-ol, und 2,4-Dimethylnonanol (I), die hergestellt werden, entweder:
- durch Umsetzung von 3,5-Dimethylhexanal mit einem Isopropylmagnesiumhalogenid, bzw.
von Isobutyraldehyd mit einem 2,4-Dimethylpentylmagnesiumhalogenid: oder
- durch Hydrierung von ungesättigtem Alkohol oder von gesättigten oder ungesättigten
Ketonen.
Riechstoffkompositionen mit einem Gehalt an (I), hergestellt durch Zusatz von (I)
an geeigneten Verbindungen oder Gemischen.
2,5,7-Trimethyl-1.4- octadien3-on, 2,5,7-Trimethyl-3-octanon, 6,8-Dimethyl -3-nonen-2-on,
6,8-Dimethyl 3-nonen -2- ol.
