(57) Rotatable passenger carrying amusement apparatus of the type in which freely rotatable
chairs (10a) are carried on a rotating deck (7,9) the apparatus having means (62,64-70)
for braking the chairs in such a way that they are brought to rest facing in a particular
pre-determined direction, the deck (7,9) being constituted by comparatively rigid
main platforms (7) carrying the chairs (10a) and comparatively flexible platforms
(9) arranged intermediate the main platforms (7), and a folding support structure
(15-20, 26), the whole apparatus being coupled to and carried upon a chassis (1) (2)
and being readily transportable.
