(57) Die Erfindung betrifft Riech- und/oder Geschmackstoffkompositionen, die durch einen
Gehalt an cis-3,7-Dimethylocta-3,6-diensäure, bzw. durch einen Gehalt an cis-3,7-Dimethylocta-3,6-diensäure
in Kombination mit 2,2,4-Trimethylcyclohex-3(bzw. 4)-en-carbonsäure gekennzeichnet
sind, beschrieben.
Die Erfindung betrifft auch die Verwendung von cis-3,7-Dimethylocta-3,6-diensäure,
gegebenenfalls in Kombination mit 2,2,4-Trimethylcyclohex-3(bzw. 4)-en-carbonsäure
als Riec+- und/oder Geschmackstoff.
