Process for the preparation of tetrafluoroethyloxy-alkyl silanes |
(57) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Tetrafluorethyloxyalkyisilanen
durch Addition von H-Silanen an Tetrafluorethyl-alkenylether in einem Rohrreaktor,
wobei das Reaktionsgemisch mit einer Geschwindigkeit von mindestens 10 m/Minute im
Kreislauf geführt und Silan im Überschuß eingesetzt wird.
