R' is pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, pyrazinyl, pyridazinyl, or one of said groups substituted
with one or two groups independently selected from halogen, C,-C4 alkyl, C,-C4 haloalkyl, and C1-C4 haloalkoxy; q is 0, or 2;
R2, if applicable, is hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, or a group of the formula (II):
wherein R3 and R4 are independently selected from hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C1-C6 alkylthio, halogen, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 haloalkoxy, nitro, and cyano; and r is 0 or 1;
R5 is C1-C10 alkyl, C2-C10 alkenyl, C1-C10 alkoxy, C1-C10 haloalkyl, C1-C10 haloalkoxy, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, 1,3-benzodioxyl, or a group of the formula (III):
wherein:
s is 0,1,2 or 3
R6 is independently hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl; and
R7 and R8 are independently selected from hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C1-C6 alkylthio, halogen, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C1-C6 haloalkoxy, nitro, cyano, or a group of the formula (IV)
wherein:
Z is oxygen, sulfur, -(CH2)t-, or a direct link, t being 0,1,2, or 3, and
R9 and R10 are independently selected from hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C3-C8 cycloalkyl, C1-C6 alkylthio, halogen, C1-C6 haloalkyl, C,-C6 haloalkoxy, nitro and cyano;
R", R'3 and, if applicable, R12 are independently hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl;
m is 0 or 1;and
X is sulfur or oxygen,
are useful as plant fungicides and aquatic plant growth regulators.
