(57) A method for constucting a building with two or more stories, of which at least the
first story comprises one or more houss, and a building constructed by said method.
According to said method at least two supporting constructions extending along the
whole depth and height of the building are erected at a distance from each other and
each on a corresponding main foundation. A bearing floor is provided between two adjacent
supporting constructions at least for the first and next stories. Fully prefabricated
houses, each having its own supporting floor, upstanding walls and a ceiling are placed
on supporting blocks on the bearing floors. Vertical line shafts are provided in the
supporting constuc- tions, through which main lines for electricity, sewerage and
the like are led. Each house is connected to these main lines by means of connection
lines which are led through the space between the floor and the bearing floor.
