(57) L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de démolition en espace réduit, de constructions hautes en moellons, agglomérés ou briques.
La démolition s'effectue morceau par morceau, à l'aide d'un dispositif constitué d'une grue automotrice à flèche télé- scopique (1) ou d'un hélicoptère, équipé d'un grappin électro-hydraulique (2) relié à un câble électrique d'alimentation et de commande (3). Les morceaux sont déposés directement dans la benne d'un camion (5) sans reprise ni dégagement de poussière.
