(57) Bei einem Verfahren zur Gewinnung von verwertbarem Gas aus Müll durch Pyrolyse wird der zerkleinerte Müll in eine gasdicht abgeschlossene Schweltrommel (12) in Form von Briketts, Pellets oder Granulaten eingeschleust. Die Briketts, Pellets oder Granulate können eine Größe von ungefähr 1 bis 50 mm und einen Trockengehalt von über 70% besitzen.
